Counter in PE51 form

Hi All,
Does anyone know how to at a counter to a PE51 form without modifying the program using the form.
I'm asking because i have a form showing information for multiple employees. I would like to have a counter in order to know how many employees are displayed.

You need to first create a window, and then create a change group within this.
Do this in the Create Window view, by selecting an area where you wish to add the field, click new, and then mark the opposite corner of the area and click 'Select end of block' button (F9).
Once you have done this, enter a window name, tick.
Now double click on this line and a change group window will be shown, add a line to create a group and click transfer or refresh.
Now you may double click on this group to enter fields.

PE51 - How to display a custom result in a PE51 forms?

Hi experts,
I want to display the result of a specific Module Function in a PE51 form (payslip).
The module function returns a table with a proper contain for each employee / period.
I don't know the size of the table (number of lines) for each employee, and data may change.
For example 2 pieces of payslip from 2 employees :
Name : Mr Smith
Entry 1 | Good Father
Name : Mr John
Entry 1 | Tall
Entry 2 | Funny Guy
Please, could you help me to find a standard friendly solution?
I imagine I have to use a window with a specific line and so on but I don't know "where" to insert the module function call and which table I have to fill.

Do you think it's impossible to display a specific table in a PE51 form respecting the standard?

PE51/Form Editor for Payslip - Need to Include a digital signature

Hi,
I have the digital signature of the Manager of HR, and I need to include it in the payslip automatically.
The payslip was made by using de PE51 Form Editor, and I can´t find the way to include it.
I need to Know if there is a posibility to do this, using the PE51, or if I need to re-do the form in Sapscript.

I believe you do have to put it in a SAPScript form. I do not recall any way to put it directly into your HR Form through PE51. Our rem statement is printed using a combination of a SAPScript and an HR Form, so our electronic signature is just included in the SAPScript.
You might want to check your config to see if you already have a SAPScript assigned to your payment method. It is under: Financial Accounting --> Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable --> Business Transactions --> Outgoing Payments --> Automatic Outgoing Payments --> Payment Method/Bank Selection for Payment Program --> Set up payment methods per company code for payment transactions.

Adding new field in PE51 Form

hi experts,
I want to print a new field in PE51 Form.
i added a new line in the form.
but when i selected the single field radiobutton and in change mode double click at the position where i wanted to print a new value it is giving error ie dialog box -
No data has been set up at this fixed position.
so are ther any attributes to set for the new line added for data to be printed?
Please reply me how to do this as soon as possible.

Dear Imran,
Double click will work only after assigning the source value for the field instead first you should create the value to fetch the data for the field.

Linking PE51 Form and SAPScript Form

I have found quite a few posts on this topic but I didn't find anything conclusive.
We have an SAPScript form and a PE51 form. We run the Pre-program DME where we specify the PE51 form name. Then we run the DME program. But the form is not generated.
I just wanted to understand the right method to link the PE51 form to the SAPScript form. I have read about 525-HR and REGUD-TXTHR. Can anyone please explain in detail what these are and how they help in linking the PE51 form and the SAPScript?

I am Importing PE51 form to SAP Script.The Problem is after Executing the Program RFFOUS_C the PE51 form is coming...into SAP Script But it(PE51 Form) is Compressing?.I don't know why?.But when i executing the Program RPCDTCU0_CE.The PE51 Form is Showing Exactly..without any Compression.
In Searching the Forum i have found these threads..But in these threads i haven't found any Solution

Hey ankur,
Normally you get dashes instead of line because of two reasons:
1. Because the Font Size you are using for the Line is Small hence it cannot print a continous Line..
Please increase the Font Size and try checking in the Layout.
2. Sometimes the SAP printer you have configured does not support the Font Type You have used in Scripts...
Kindly check T-CODE SPAD to see the Device type of the printer you are using supports that font.

Hi,
I would also recommend the use of HRFORMS. It is another way to build the payslip and you may add images (company logo) without any difficulties.

Issue in PE51 form with negative amount

Hi experts,
Im developing employee payslip in HRFORMS transaction by referring the existing PE51 form. Now i face one problem with the payments and deduction amount displayed in the existing PE51 form.
That is, a particular wagetype displayed under deduction column is displayed as +ve amount. But when i checked the corresponding wagetype amount in PC_PAYRESULT, the amount is in negative.
So i want to know whether any logic is written in PE51 form to chnage the negative symbol.
When i checked the rule, i see the below rule.

Can anyone tell me where the logic for PE51 form is written?

Also, notice that the page definition for the method activity has the new "SkipValidation" property set to true.
Can you evolve my testcase into one that still reproduces the problem so I can file a new bug for the remaining problem?

I want to create a new form layout in pe51 for payroll register. In standard form class maximum columns is 132 but i want
more than 300 columns for payroll register. so its possible to to create new zform class in pe51. If its possible pls guide me.

How to change the font for a PE51 form

Hi,
We are on ERP 2005 , MSS 1.0. A custom remuneration form has been created for printing paychecks. The same form is being used in ESS for employees to view their salary statement. However, the form displayed is not aligned and does not fit in the ESS window.
It seems there might be a need to change the font and then resize the columns using PE51. How can the font be altered in a form that has been created using PE51. Also if there is any other way outside the form ( BADI etc) where the font can be controlled ?

The Password is stored in the keychain, likely the system keychain. Use Keychain Access to edit them.
You can also remove that network from the list of preferred networks. Select it in the List under WiFi tab in Network System Preferences. When you first enter Network, select WiFi, then click Advanced.
When you try to connect again, it should ask for a password. If not, go to Keychain Access, find the network password entry, and delete it. Then try to connect again.

Ich habe folgende Frage: Ist es mit inDesign CS6 möglich, ein interaktives PDF zu kreieren, in dem die zulässige Wortzahl in einem Feld genau definiert wird?
Im speziellen Fall möchte ich ein Eingabefeld auf eine DIN A4 Seite setzen, welches exakt 350 Wörter erfordert, um die Seite druckbar zu machen... Mehr Wörter sollten nicht eingegeben werden können und sollten es weniger sein, ist ein Drucken nicht möglich...
I have the following question: Does InDesign CS6 offer am option to create an interactive PDF with a text/form field which allows ONLY a defined number of words?
In this particular case I would like to create a DIN A4 page with a file dwhich allows for exactly 350 words to make the document printable. If one put's in less than 350 printing should be disallowed and at the same time it should be impossible to type more than the allowed number of words.

Thanks to a google search I have managed to solve the issue flawlessly
Look at this little java script:

1. This script needs to be inserted under Properties/Format/Custom/Custom Key Stroke Script.
2. One creates a second fiield namend charCount to display the word count.
Voila! The text field will pop up a warning if the allowed maximum word count is exceeded and it will display the word count in the extra field

PE51 forms editor add IT0021 data

Dear, I need to show a form of the name and document number of children that are loaded in infotype 21.
With the transaction P0021 PE51_CHECKTAB add the table and the corresponding field.
With the transaction PE51 defined three distinct lines each with fields in the form, but when I show the form I repeat the same child data in the three lines.
As I can do to show the data from different children in the same form.

Line form will not distinguish between different records untill unless you will not do it externally. Hence you probably need to write rule or code to differentiate between childs or keep it in a table form.
