Create Action Profile for Service Complaint

Hi All,
How to create the action profile for service complaint. I am working in CRM Standalone server. I gone through that service complaint doc and found that for this transaction we have to define the actions like CREATE RETURN REQUEST, CREATE SPARE PART DELIVERY, CREATE QUALITY NOTIFICATION, CREATE CREDIT/DEBIT MEMO REQUEST AND CREATE TASK. Can Anybody guide me how can I achieve this ans assign to my transaction type ie Service Complaint.If any body has the doc to achieve this can send it to

                Survey is nothing but a Questioner that is Represent the Feedback for a Particular Transaction.
    Controlling Survey by a Action Profile is possible to some Extent indirectly.
    One way of Controlling the Survey Execution based on System Status
    Go To:Customer Relationship Management>Transactions>Settings for Activities>Questionnaires>Define Determination Criteria for Questionnaires Define a Criteria Set for a Particular Status,Here what ever Status Assigned are Responsible for the Survey Form to Appear in that Transaction Type at that Particular Status.
    In Define Determination for Questionnaires: Business Activity:assign the Criteria Set that you have Created to your Survey Form
    Go To:Customer Relationship Management>Transactions>Basic Settings>Status Management>Change Status Profile for User Status The Status Profile that you are using Ensure that the System Statuses are Assigned to a User Status on which you want the Survey Determination to Happen.
    Direct Action Trigger for Survy Form is not Possible
    This is one way to Control the Transaction Type Status and in mean you shall indirectly get Control over the Survey Form

    As mentioned above, settlement is to post the cost to cost centers or any possible receivers as per the settlement profile. PM / Service orders, WBS elements, etc., can be temporary cost bearers from which cost should be settled to some permanent receivers.
    Cost elements / Cost element groups should be available as Master data before configuring settlement profile.
    To answer your latest query, there are 2 type of cost centers.
    Sender Cost Center - Against this, labor / internal activity price will be maintained in KP26. This cost center will be maintained in PM / PP work centers. While creating PM / PP orders, one of the work centers & activity types will be mentioned. Based on the KP26 entry for the combination of Activity type & Sender cost center, price will be picked & calculated according to work hours / labor hours maintained in PM / PP orders.
    Receiver Cost Center - Receiver cost center is the department / location cost center to which cost should be settled. Only receiver cost center will be maintained in settlement profile. Sender cost centers will be picked up automatically from work center.

  • Action profile for send email to multiple partners

    i need to send Smartforms mail using action profile to all partners assigned in the partners tab.
    Is there some standard way of doing it other than creating partner dependent  action profile for each partner?

    hi Itty,
    based on my knowledge and experience, there is 2 ways for sending a smartforms via mail in action, ie :
    1. using smartforms mail
    2. using method.
    for option 1, only can be send to one target only. therefore usually i used the option 2.
    in option 2 basically you create an implementation class from defenition class EXEC_METHODCALL_PPF.
    the implementation class basically just a program, so in this implementation class you can get all the partners in the partners tab using function modul CRM_ORDER_READ and get all recipient mail, generate the smartforms and send it as attachment to all mail target.

    Help. I have a new printer (HP Photosmart C4750), and it's profile doesn't at all match my onscreen colors. I need to create a colorsync profile that will address this, but am having NO success with the information I'm finding. Anyone?

    Your best bet (cheapest) is to look on HP's site and see if they have profiles for that model printer. You may also find them on the disks the printer came with.
    Be aware that printer profiles are very specific. The exact same model of printer must be used when creating one, and the exact same paper. When you're done, that profile is only good for the paper used as glossy paper will give you completely different results than plain paper. It's also brand specific. If you used HP glossy paper, you can't substitute Epson glossy paper, or even a different type of HP glossy paper. Color will come out different.
    So if HP does have any profiles you can get for your printer, they should also be noted as to what paper they are for.
    Next least expensive is to have an outside service create your profiles for you. They would send you target images to print, which need to be printed in a very specific manner. You then send the printed sheets to them and they create a profile from them to be emailed to you upon payment.
    Here's one place which can do that. You can find a few more by looking through these links.
    After that, you need to shell out some bucks. Least expensive is an X-Rite ColorMunki at about $320 at various online stores. I've tried them, and while they work, they don't produce very good printer profiles. What I use is Monaco (X-Rite) Profiler with a DTP-70 auto reading spectrophotometer. However, this type of setup will set you back about $4,500.

  • Action Profiles for Order Confirmation

    Hello,
      I need to set up basic action Profile for sending emails upon order confirmation. So I set up 2 actions inside an action profile
    1. One action to send  an email  based on partner function Sold to Party
    2. Another action to send email based on partner function Bill -to Party
    When I go to the order, I can see only the Action for Sold to Party but not the other action. I need both these actions to execute one after another/or simultaneously
    Both these actions do not have a start condition.
    Both these partner functions is different
    *Email address have been maintained.
    I tried changing the sort also to see if it would make a difference, It is just not picking up the second one action.
    Can anyone help me out!!!

    Hi Karthik,
    U have to check u r Action setting for u r action defination tick the below check boxes:
    Schedule automatically
    Changeble in Dialoug
    Executable in Dialog
    Also tick on Partner Dependent check box
    Note : Check u r schedule condition for action condition b'cos without schedule condition fullfilled u r action condition will be appeared.

    Pricing Profile can not be created, It is default in SAP...this can be assigned in Basic view of Article master data
    This profile is useful for fixing price for variant article...three way you can define variant price
    If you select
                    0. Variants will have different price
         1. Variants can maintain different price
         2. Variants have same price as Generic material

    It is same like single article...you can maintain price in VKP1, VKP5

    for a service company (thay have only services and no products) i have assigned to a transaction type the item category ZCOM which has assigned the following values in Customizing (SPRO):
    Object Type:                             BUS2000160 (Customer Complaint Item)
    Text Determination Procedure: COMP0001
    Status Profile:                           CRMCOM_I
    Action Profile:                           COMPLAINT_ITEM
    I have also assigned the Business Transaction Categories to this item category:
    BUS 2000115 Sales
    BUS 2000120 Complaints
    I am facing the following problems:
    1. I can not put in a price for an item in the field "Net Value". Why that is not possible? I can not have the price in the master data
        of the product because the price is always different so this field has to be moficable. Do i have to assign another kind of item 
        category?
    2. Is it possible to put a default value EUR in the field Currency so that the user does not has to put always the value EUR in this
       field? Just the EUR currency will be used in this company.
    3. May be it is possible to assign an item categoy which is more adecuate for service items like a copy from a standard item
        category? Anybody know a service product standard item category?

    Hi,
    For your 1st question--
    I think we can not put the Net value. Because the net value will come from price of the product as well as the pricing conditions. The net value in transaction is nothing but the product price and with some adjustment in conditions.
    For the second question--
    The currency will come from he BP data. The sold to party you have mainatined on your transaction check the currency is EUR or not. For this you go to BP and check in sales area data in biiling tab.
    For thirduestion--
    For as ervice product creation you have to give the item category as either SRVO or SRVM for service order product and service contract product.
    I think you will get the idea from this

    Not able to find the BAPI/RFC for the same.Let us know if any. Appreciate your comments on the same.

    I am not talking about Service Order. I have requirement to create a Service Complaint. For that the transaction is CRMD_BUS2000120. Now I need to find the function modules/RFC available for this requirement.

    Even I have found function module called -CRM_COMPLAINT_API_CREATE but not sure right one

  • Error while saving a smartform in pdf with action profile in service order

    Hi experts,
    I have a problem in saving a smartform which is converted in pdf.
    WHat i m doing is.
    The action profile is configured with new Z class and Z method. CL_DOC_PROCESSING_CRM_ORDER and CRM_SRVORDER_EXEC_SMART_FORM.
    But when i click the button in the Order, i m able to save the pdf in local drive, but an error is coming in the Order page(at the bottom) "Action could not be executed successfully".
    The action has been setup with "Printonly" and "Smartforms print" in customization.
    I have a dount whether, this action Printonly is only to print the smartform ??? Or can we use just to save the smartform in pdf.
    But when i remove the pdf conversion and save dialog and try to print it directly, Its printing the smartform. No errors are coming.
    But guys, please help me on this. I have tried all the tricks i know.
    I just want to save a smartform in pdf with action profile configured.

    Hi Jim,
    It is sap hierarchy you can't edit it and the thread you are referring to
    it is a development they have talked about which i have told you earlier itself but that will create a problem during upgrades and you need to test it everytime after upgrade so you need to check before to go for that development.
    Secondly you can go for service desk XT license there is small variation and separate license to be taken and then you can use service desk for NON SAP problem
    like printer not working etc

    Dear SAPers,
    Currently Action profile, can be easily set-up for Business transactions (Opp, Activity,etc.).
    Examle: When Opp status is changed (schedule condition, start condition), Business Parnter attribute is adapted (Execution).
    Does anyone know if Action profile can  be set-up for Business Partner?
    Examle: When BP is changed (schedule condition, start condition), Business transaction attribute is adapted (Execution).
    In standard, it does not look possible.
    Should it be possible from Business Parnter BADI (check_before_save) to generate the schedule condition of a set of Business transactions e.g Opp.

    Yes. As of today you can customize the Action Profiles to trigger actions for Business Transactions only. This is not available for the Business Partners. So, your approach of Business Partner BADI sounds a very reasonable solution to achieve the functionality.
    And for the Business Partner BADI that you mentioned here I was unable to find any such BADI in SAP CRM 7.0 system. Can you let me know from which system you got that BADI name?
    I got a BADI of BP - COM_PARTNER_BADI. Can you have a look at the implementations of it so as to have a understanding of it's usage.
