Create delivery for remaining quantity in STO

Hi All,
i have a requirement STO NLCC delivery we need to do delivery for partial quantities.
in PO (NB) quantity is 10
in NLCC delivery i changed it to 5.and did PGI and Billing for 5 quantities.
in the PO the remaining quantity 5 is still there.i want to do delivery for that 5 quantities by using VL10B.but it is not appearing in the List.
even this not working for UB and NL delivery Also.
could anybody worked this scenario before, then please guide me how to do delivery for remaining quantities.

Can you check Oss Note 548914 - Over/underdelivry tolerances for GR/GI for stock transp.ord.
There is not a checking rule ...
You can read related threads related with 0VLP tcode delivery item catagory type --> error message for over delivery but it is not working in STO.
Also , you can benefit from ME21N-->Delivery--> You can restrict with parameter B --> Permission for 1 delivery.

My requirement is to allow creating delivery for Stock transfer Order(STO) line items which are
not in blocked status even though some line items are in blocked status.
Right now the logic checks if entire PO is in blocked Status using FM-- /SAPSLL/CD_STATUS_GET in method CHANGE_DELIVERY_ITEM of interface IF_EX_LE_SHP_DELIVERY_PROC
But this FM does not contain PO item parameters. I need to incorporate item level checking logic.
Are there any SAP notes available to fix this problem?

Error in creating delivery for STO

Hi SAP Gurus !!
I have these errors while trying to create delivery for a Stock Transport Order between 2 plants using transaction "VL10F"
APO: Check instructions YA / BE does not exist for loca tion product PFSIND_SM_TEST_FCO / 2383
APO: Check mode YA and business event BE not defined
APO: Internal error: Item $ 1/000001
Only 0,00 PC of material PFSIND_SM_TEST_FCO available
An item with no delivery quantity is not permitted. Item will be deleted.
I have chcked that there is sufficient stock available at the storage location level in the supplying plant.
Can you please help me out of this please......

Dear,
        Please try to check whether some STO is still pending for do complete process. If there is any pending STO then stock is block for this material.

Restrict the system to create the delivery for certain quantity

Dear All,
Can we able to restrict the system for the creation of delivery for some quantity.
For example
We have created the sales order for 100 quantity.
Now we want that at the time of delivery creation system must restrict to some quantity (say only 5 qty not more than that)

Can please checkout through the following areas-
1. In sales order at item level maintain underdelivery tolerance as 95% of 100 qty.
2. Check in material master of sales view i think some functionality but its work all the materials not for particular sales order.
3. Write the code in exit V50STAT at the delivery creation for quantities.

VL10B - Creates delivery for STO after delivery date

Hi All,
VL10B batch job is scheduled to create delivery for STO automatically when stock is available (availability check 02).
batch job creates late delivery though sufficient stock exist
For ex. STO is created on 27 Aug 14 having delivery date 31 Aug 14. (STO is having only one line)
VL10B batch job having delivery date as <= current date + 1.
logically batch job should create delivery on 30 Aug 14 but in my case it is created on 07 Sep 14.
Please help me to understand the cause of this.

"After you implement the corrections, the availability check is only deactivated when you create the delivery automatically. If you make changes to the delivery afterwards, the system runs the availability check.
The availability check is deactivated for the automatic creation of deliveries for technical reasons."

Why cannot create delivery for Sales Ord in SAP, even there is enough stock

I am trying to create delivery for sale order. I did for some lines. But it shows meassage "An item with no delivery quantity is not permitted. Item will be deleted." for the other lines, even there is enough stock.

Error While creating Delivery For AAK

Hi experts ,
I am creating Delivery for AAK in sap but i m getting error as
ERROR:::--
A delivery of type Installation/Upgrade already
exists for component KAARTECH (version 400_700)
We have already created the delivery but we couldn use the old one. so i m creating new delivery but it throws an error like .
Kindly help me proceed after this..
I just want to create a new delivery and proceed in this AAK.in old delivery i am facing few errors so i m creating new delivery , but its unable to create .

We have lots of TOC's delivered to different client.
Now i have to install AAK and start delivering the files through AAK.
I dont know how to start. I registered a TOC. Next what ?
Can you share some information on how to start working with AAK.

Shipping point to create delivery for purchase order

I have created PO in ME21N and I need to create delivery for this, so I have used VL10B Tcode, here it is asking for shipping point, which value we need to give for this. Actually I have given the plant which was given in ME21N, but I'm not getting PO number here to deliver, Is there any problem, or which value we nee to give as shipping pioint.

Hello,
Check shippinng tab on your PO item level. If you can not find shipping tab that means shipping point is not determined.
Shipping point determination :
In SPRO>>Logistics execution>>Shipping>>Basic shipping functions>>Shipping point Determination->>assign shipping points>> For your Loading group,Shipping Condition and Supplying plant combination >>Assign shipping point here
Also check shipping condtion in yor coustomer master and loading group in material master.

How to Create Delivery for a delivery detail which is in Released Status 'Y

Hi All,
I am trying to create delivery for a delivery detail which is in Release Status (Release status 'Y'). When I am trying to create trips using the API 'wsh_delivery_details_pub.Autocreate_del_Trip', I am getting this error “Delivery ID XXXXX is not eligible for action Auto-create Trip”.

Unable to create delivery for STO between different stroage locations

Hi,
i created PO for STO between differen storage locations belonging to the same plant.
At the time creating PO iam getting warning message " Of material RM-999999, only 0 KG are available on desired
date". what could be the reason?
when iam doing vl10b, PO is displaying but when iam selecting the PO line and clicking on the background button it is not generating any delivery document number and it is not showing any errors?
can any one help on this.

Hi Praveen,
While executing VL10B, you are actually planning to create outbound delivery for STO PO.
The STO PO will be due for delivery on that date and hence PO is displayed in the transaction.
The error message specified by you means on the due date of delivery, there is no material quantity exists at supplying storage location. This could be because no quantity exists in storage location or there could be some reservations available for available quantity or some other quantity is booked under some other outbound delivery document on or before that date.
Check for stock on posting date via t-code MB5B and proceed accordingly.

Create TO for a quantity less than the delivery quantity

If we have created an inbound delivery in MB1C, 561 movement to post an initial entry of stocks, and then packed the HU in Vl32N. Now, we want to create a TO for a quantity less than the delivery quantity.
In LT03 I cant see any option to change the TO quantity. How can we actually change the TO quantity to be less than the Delivery quantity.

Mike,
I dont think that's going to be possible. The TO gets data from the del qty which is in your embedded HU since you have packed the qty in the del in the HU,
so if you are trying to create a TO with less qty means that you want a qty less that the HU in the del and this is not possible.
Alternatively :
1) You can receive it in your warehouse.
2) Move it in a re-packaging area
3) break the HU and re-create a new HU.
4) Pack the desired qty
5) Move the 2 HU's back to their desired bins.

VL10G is not creating delivery for some of the confirmed scheduled lines

Hi, I was trying to find the reason why we are getting a very generic error message (Message type V50R ID 036 - The document could not be delivered.) for some of the confirmed schedule lines when executing VL10G in batch and no delivery document is created. Those orders have confirmed scheduled lines and inventory has confirmed to have stock. However, when the VL10G is executed in background, the sales order line items will be captured into the list but when creating delivery, the systems is showing the above error message.
From debug, found out the message is generated from LV50R_VIEW43.
We went through lots of OSS notes but nothing seem to ring a bell here. We are using ECC6, list type = index list.
The error message is very inconsistent. The same documents will be dropped for delivery after several days without any change to any of the sales document or inventory level.
Some of the note mentioned the parallel processing lock on ATP check for the material may be the reason for the error however we are not using any parallel processing in VL10G. We also checked the index table VEPVG has all correct entries and all the entries are being selected into the delivery due list. Error happens when the delivery is trying to be created.
Any advice is appreciated.

Any suggessiton on the below issue.
We have batch jobs to process the DDL for the STOs, but some of the line items of the same STO is not picked up by batch job, (VL10B is assigned in the batch job, i checked the variant and configuration, everything seems to be fine, when i try to process the DDL through VL10B manually by giving the STO number only, the VL10B program is not picking the STO, but the same STO can be processed through VL10D, what could be the problem and why the VL10B program is not recogonizing the STO for the delivery creation.
We are using ECC 6.0

Create delivery for zero conformed qty

Hi,
In the sales order the order qty is 100 but due to no stock in plant the system is showing proposed availability date 10.06.2009.In availability control screen i did not accept the proposed date given by the system as i need to create the delivery doc for this 100 qty.In sales order the conformed qty is zero.Now the system is not allowing me to do delivery doc. Error messege is" No schedule lines due for delivery up to the selected date" due to zero conformed qty in sch line.
The requirement is instead of zero availability in sales order i can able to create delivery doc.After the material available we will do PGI in VL02N later.
Is it possible in standard or any userexit will be required.

Hi Friend,
This can be possible by one setting at the item category level in the delivery document..
Goto the transaction code OVLP and select your item category and in the display you can see the CHECK QUANTITY 0
In that field CHECK QUANTITY =0 mantain the value as BLANK which means you can create the delivery for the items without quantity.
