Create masters - many details BI-Publisher Report

Question

I need to create a report that should show a new page for every master and on that page some master information as well as multiple blocks of detail information.
Example:
CUSTOMER (new page for every customer)
-> ORDERS
-> CUSTOMER-EMPLOYEES
-> ADDRESSES
-> VISITS
Until now we only can get it to work for one Customer (by using multiple queries and a bind variable :P1_CUST_ID in every query), but the requirement is it should be possible to print this for a range of customers.
Any ideas, references, examples are more than welcome - and will be honoured by points ;-)
Environment : BI-Publisher 10, APEX 4

I will put together a more detailed example if needed but the rtf I am pulling the following code from is from a document i cannot share. I had to do this by defining a variable at the master record loop and referencing that variable in the detail record loops.

        <?variable@incontext:cur_section; ./SECTION ?> //sets the cur_section variable that can be referenced in the detail loops

            /* ROWSET 5 DATA */
        <?end for-each?>
        <?for-each:/DATA/ROWSET4/ROWSET4_ROW[SECTION=$cur_section]?>

In looking at this code again the variable is not necessary. You can achieve the same result by referencing current-group() when restricting the detail loops.
