Create Message Bundle classes for EO objects in Jdeveloper

How to create Message Bundle classes(extending JboResourceBundle) for an EO object using Jdeveloper. The ADFToyStoreDemo contains these bundle classes for the EO. However, when I complete create a new EO, I don't get a default Message Bundle class.

Don't you get these when you add validation rules to the entity or default values / control hints, etc?

  • Message Bundle class not found

    Hello,
i'm using JDev 10.1.3.3, and creating ADF BC application. When i've created the jspx page, went to it's Page Definition, and in Structure editor tried to add the Message Bundle file to this page - selected the "Generate Resource Bundle" from the context menu - i'm getting error "Class ...app_XXXPageDefMsgBundle not found" .
Other pages in application got the same error.
How can i solve this problem?

And in the same time, Message Bundle classes for Entity Objects (XXXRowImplMsgBundle.java) are generating well, without any errors.

Not sure why this is occurring.......

    No, not using correlation id.
I was able to resolve the issue on this queue by changing the following setting
Under the PROCESSING tab, under XI SETTINGS
Time period for Duplicate Check for EO(IO) (secs) it was set to 86400
I have changed this to 300 seconds and the adapter has now gone green.
    BUT......
That said, I have the exact scenario on another sender JMS channel set to 300 seconds and it exhibits the same issue.
    correlation settings:
Set XI message id  to  = GUID
    Set Xi conversation

    Hello
I assume you want to create multiple instance of your class.
Assuming that you class is NOT a singleton then simply repeat the CREATE OBJECT statement as many times as you need.
    TYPES: begin of ty_s_class.
TYPES: instance   TYPE REF TO zcl_myclass.
    TYPES: end of ty_s_class.
    DATA:
lt_itab      TYPE STANDARD TABLE OF ty_s_class
                     WITH DEFAULT KEY,
      ls_record  TYPE ty_s_class.
      DO 10 TIMES.
        CLEAR: ls_record-instance.
        CREATE OBJECT ls_record-instance.
        APPEND ls_record TO lt_itab.
      ENDDO.

    Hi Rawat,
You Don't need to create User Exits, but you need to find user Exits.Below are list of user Exits for MB31.
Use proper exit as per your requirement.
    Exit Name     Description
MBCF0002     Customer function exit: Segment text in material doc. item
MBCF0005     Material document item for goods receipt/issue slip
MBCF0006     Customer function for WBS element
MBCF0007     Customer function exit: Updating a reservation
MBCF0009     Filling the storage location field
MBCF0010     Customer exit: Create reservation BAPI_RESERVATION_CREATE1
MBCF0011     Read from RESB and RKPF for print list in  MB26
MB_CF001     Customer Function Exit in the Case of Updating a Mat. Doc.
award points if ans is useful.

  • Do I need to Create Primary Key Class for Entity beans with Local interface

Do I need to Create Primary Key Class for Entity beans with Local interface?
I have created my entity bean with the wizard in Sun One Studio and it does not create a primary key class for you.
I thought that the primary key class was required. My key is made up of only one field.
    Anyone know the answer.
    Jim

u dont need to create a primary key class for a entity bean.if ur table's primary key feild(int ,float) is a built in or primitive data type, then u dont need one.But if ur table has a primary key field which is non primitive (for example StudentID,ItemID etc)then u have to create a primary key class.

I wonder where I can translate the objects class (SU21 - auth objects). I manages to find where I can translate the authorization objects in SE63.
What what is the object type for the objects class in order to translate it.

SAP itself told me there is no way to do so. They recommend to directly edit the corresponding text table.

  • Error message when searching for an object link within EasyDMS

    Hello,
I have a problem with the easydms system. Everything works fine except searching in the object links. When I want to define an object link and I don't know the name of the object I try to find it with the help of the search function within easydms (within the object links).
But the search always delivers an error message:
"Missing authorization check to display master data"
Does anybody now what to do?
    Thank you for your help.
    Best regards,
    Markus Sigl

    Hi Markus,
When you try to do this the  BAPI 'BAPI_HELPVALUES_GET' is used. There are some authorization checks that are being performed for the object. These authorizations are maintained in the table BAPIF4T.
For the above said test data, you are trying to get the help values for
the relevant field (e.g. EBELN: po_number).However,in table BAPIF4T the corresponding authorization for the data element ebeln is not maintained. And so you are getting this error.
So, when you maintain the below record in the table BAPIF4T,you will
have the corresponding authorization and you will not get the error
    anymore.
    sample entry:
    Object type - ' '
    Object type component - ' '
    BAPIF4T-DTEL - 'EBELN'
    BAPIF4T-FNAM - 'PLM_HELPVALUES_AUTHCHECK'
    Best regards,
    Christoph

  • Create new depreciation class for the existing asset

    Dear Experts,
    Please explain step by step:
    1. How to create a new depreciation class for the existing asset
    2. How to make a asset transfer to the new asset in the new asset class?
    Thank you in advance

    Hi,
The pre-requsit of creating a new assets clause :-
    1. Co. code assigned to Chart of Dep.
    2. Dep areas have been defined
    3. GL account no. is not more than 8 digit.
The transfer of an assets within the same co code can be done thru T.code ABUMN.

  • AS3: How to create one base class for classes loaded in multiple swfs?

Our application have 3 different modules and all use
fscommand and ExternalInterface alot. Now the problem is we are
combining all those modules, but they all will reside in different
swfs. Is there any way that they extend to same base class and its
static members have only one instance accessible by all
    three?

    Hi,
You can achieve this via Workshop 9.2 by using the exported Ant script for your project as follows:
-Ensure that all Jars needed to resolve com.bea.p13n.property.EntityPropertyManager (this particular class is found in weblogic92/common/p13n/lib/p13n_ejb.jar) and all referenced classes are added to the Java build path for your WebLogic EJB project (Properties->Java Build Path->Libraries)
-Export the "Workshop Ant Script" for your WebLogic EJB project (File->Export->Workshop Ant Script); this will generate a "build.xml" Ant script under your project root directory.
-Edit this default build script as follows: in the call to the "ejbgen" task within the "build" target, add the attribute: propertyFile="ejbgen.properties"
-Create a file "ejbgen.properties" under the root of your WebLogic EJB project and add the following entry:
    YourSessionBeanClassName.remote.baseClass=com.bea.p13n.property.EntityPropertyManager
-Add a "<path refid="java.classpath"/>" within the "<classpath>" for the "java" task element that calls "weblogic.ejbc" (this will ensure that the p13n classes are resolved by EJBC)
Follow the instructions for executing the Ant build script found here: http://edocs.bea.com/workshop/docs92/ws_platform/ideuserguide/conUseCustomAntBuild.html
For more information on the EJBGen property file support, see: http://e-docs.bea.com/wls/docs92/ejb/EJBGen_reference.html

  • Extending Primitive class for shape3d objects

    Hye guys,
I used the Primitive class heirarchy to make a 3D shape which is essentially no more than 4 triangles. The primitve class heirarchy just made this easier using the com.sun.j3d.utils.geometry.GeometryBuff.java class. (after a little modification).
This is what it looks like http://www.tzi.de/~fayyaz/tile.bmp
I based the code for my shape on the com.sun.j3d.utils.geometry.Box.java class
Now the problem is that I realized that I need to rotate each triange shape around differnet axes (the top and bottom along the x-axis; and the left and right one along the y-axis). There is piece of code that is commented out in Box.java
            //     TransformGroup objTrans = new TransformGroup();
            //     objTrans.setCapability(ALLOW_CHILDREN_READ);
//     this.addChild(objTrans); So I think i should add the triangle shape3d to 4 different TransformGroup objects and add all of these to the one above in the code i.e objTrans. (Would that work)
Okay the story was to get your attention, if I have it, here is the real (other) problem, how the hell do I rotate the triangles on the top and the bottom side along the x-axis (and moreover along the midpoints of the triangle). The rotationInterpolator already does this for me along the y-axis for the triangles on the left and right (though I have to figure out how it should happen along the midpoint of the triangle).
    Any help would be appreciatable.
If anyone needs to view the souce code, at the moment I am modifying it to add TransformGroup objects to each shape3D so I can have a rotationInterpolator added to it. I can post it later if anyone needs to see it.
    Thanx for hearing me out.

    Update to last posting,
Since the Primtive Class is extending Group I just added TransformGroup to it. To this TransformGroup object I add 4 TransformGroup objects and it all works fine. I was able to rotate all the 4 triangles at different rates.
This is how it looks now :-
    http://www.tzi.de/~fayyaz/2.bmp
Now I just want to shift the centre of rotation of all the triangles to the center and rotate the TOP and Bottom triangles along the x-axis.
Assume I just have to add these operations to a TransformGroup above a single shape which is a single triangle. How do I do it. I know the answer is really simple but it beats me.
    Thanx in advance.
