Create new VM fails

Question

I'm trying to create a new VM in the https://portal.azure.com 
I'm getting this error, and it fails to create the VM:
I tried several times but got the same error.

Hi Sam,
I believe your's is a MSDN subscription.
If you will see the complete error message it say the below

You cannot use included Monetary Credit for purchasing third party product.
You should go to http://accounts.windowsazure.com  and add a credit card to your subscription.
