How can I create new specific Purchasing flexfield in header

In Oracle purchasing, I created new flexfield named " Due_date", type is "date" , I can insert or update this segment without any problem, but" I want when I insert new date in flexfield "Due_date"
equal or greater than system_date acceptable date, and if I insert in seem flexfield "Due_date" value date less than system date application is not acceptable.
How can I create flexfield is not accepatble new date less then system date, only can acceptable date equal or greater than system_date ?

We had one wage as special compensation.that has been done for to update in IT0014.
Now new requirement is came that special compesation was type they would like to update in IT0008. I have all the necessary configuration. its working fine. now client wants to create Brodfowarded and Carryforwarded wage types for this wage type.
Pls let me know how can I create these.?
And where should I have to map this?
Is it scheema level job or not?

User can't log in / Server can't create new users

I recently updated to OS X Server 10.5.5. Now one of my users can't log in. Wrong username or password the system says. I've reset the password but it doesn't help.
When creating a new user I get this error:
"The server reported the error '-14120' while trying to create the user."
How can I fix this?

Well, to move the stuff, make a New Account, log into a different admin account & get BatchMod, it's much better/easier than the Finder for recursive Permission changes...

Oh, this bad user isn't using FileVault I hope???
OK, once BatchMod is loaded, you can drag the whole bad user's folder to it's icon and set the Ownership/permissions to the new replacement user, check Apply to Enclosed items, go.
Oh, if you have room you might make a copy of that User's folder first & use the copy.
Then open the bad User's folder, Select All, drag to new replacement User's folder.

How can I reset new password in .mac system preferences?

...so that I can upgrade to MobileMe. When I type in my new password and hit Enter, or click over to Sync, it insists on remembering the old password, and then I can't sync. The odd thing is, when I enter the new password into .Mac preferences I get "thanks for being a member" and the days remaining on my account. The new password also works to log me in online, but I can't change system preferences to perform the upgrade to MobileMe. The old .Mac link to iCal works--the info is up to date--but the MobileMe calendar, contacts, bookmarks, etc have no data.. Any ideas?
(I'm an only user using the admin. account (have one other account with unchanged original settings).

Reset Password starting from Recovery HD
Start the computer,then press and hold down command and R keys to start into recovery partition.
When you see the Apple logo, release the keys.
Wait until OS X Utilities window shows up.
Move the mouse to the menubar at the top and click "Utilities", then select "Terminal"
from the drop down.
Terminal window will appear.
Type in resetpassword and press enter on the keyboard.
Leave the Terminal window open.
Reset Password Utility window will open with Macintosh HD selected.
Select the user account from the popup menu box.
Enter a new password.
Reenter the new password for the user.
Enter a hint.
Click the "Save" button.
Click  in the menubar and select Restart.
Log in.
If Keychain dialog box appears, select “Create New Keychain”.

Portal only creates a user profile locally within its native ldap server. Two ways you can approach this is to either write a custom auth module that creates a user in the ldap server at the same time or handle it through replication.
