Creating/Display Inquiry option is not activated in BD

Hi Gurus!!!!!!
We do not see an option for Create Inquiry on Open Items in Biller Direct
We have activated Dispute Management in Biller Direct. Can this be a reason for why do we not see inquiry options?
Also please let us know:
a. What is an Inquiry?
b. Which Transaction Code is used in ECC to create inquiry.
c. Requried customization steps so that we see inquiry option in Biller Direct
d. Prerequisites if any for required Customization
e. Does enquiry send an communication to Accounting Clerk? Where can the client see all the enquiries created.
Note: We are implementing FSCM - AR

Specifically it was returned in iTunes 11.0.1. Update to that version.

    In the Trial version of Illustrator try this:
    In the top right of your screen, choose 'Essentials' from the workspace menu.
    Then from the same menu, choose Reset Essentials.
    Next, click the Selection tool in the Tools panel (strip on the left side of your screen, it is the black pointer at the top).
    Click on the object you want to change the stroke and fill colour for. Does it display with little handles around it (this is called bounding box)? E.g. can you tell it is selected?
    You should see the Stroke and Fill options in the Control panel (top horizontal strip above your document), if the object you've selected is a path. But if for instance you selected as a placed photo, you won't see the Stroke and Fill options.
    If possible take a screenshot of what you are trying to do, and we can be of more help hopefully.

  • I am unable to unstack images with my Elements 11 as the stack option is not active.

    I cannot detach images from stacks with my Elements 11.  The stack option under the Edit mode is not active even after I have selected the image I want to detach from the stack that I want to email. Instead I end up with all the images in the stack being moved.
    I would greatly appreciate any help you can give me in this area.

    Press Ctrl+D/Cmd+D to get back to the old Detail View. Stacks and versions aren't in the new Adaptive Grid view that shows the thumbnails edge to edge.

  • Displaying line items, although not activated in FS00

    Hi everyone!
    I've got a question about line items.
    I had created a GL account, and in it's master record I didn't activated Display line item. But, when I call transaction for displaying GL account's line items (FAGLL03), I can see line items?
    How is that possible?
    I know that there are some special cases, for example expense accounts: for every expense account there is a cost element in CO, and no matter settings in FS00, for expense account there is always line item display. Similary, reconciliation accounts always have open items management, irrespective of settings in FS00.
    But this is just regular account, with very few settings in master record: its balance sheet account, the account currency is local currency, sort key 001 and field status group G001. And that's all.
    Can somebody explaine this?

    Guys. In addition to above my problem.  I was facing this problem due to some graphics issue on my laptop. I was not able to see most of the fields because of Graphics Driver installed on my laptop. ( Later on I got this solution. ).
    This seems very unrealistic to hear but my experience is true.
    I hope in future if some one will have this issue please check out driver compatibility specially Graphics. This problem may suppose to encounter with Dell. 
    Anyways Z layout also worked fine as suggested by Guest FICO.

  • Create New folder options is not coming in OBIEE 11G.

    Hello Everyone,
    I am testing Authorization part of the dashboard rite-now and issue is like I am not able to Create any New Folder within My Folder for Catalog.
    I gave my self Read, Traverse Access to dashboard and Reports that are stored in Shared Folder, now I want to use Shared folder's Reports and want to create My Dashboard. but even I am not able to Create My Dashboard too because I can't save any reports in My Folder.
    I checked with Manage Privileges      options too, where I gave access to any Authenticated Users to create Personal Storage (My Folders and My Dashboard) , Create Folders , Save Customizations ..
    if there any other change that i need to do???

    Yes, I just tested this thing out in 11.1.1.5. Please find more details below.
    1. I create a sample 'BIConsumer' user.
    2. Logged into the BI Server.
    3. Navigated to Catalog and clicked on New
    4. I could get only two options 'Report Job' and 'Action Intelligence'.
    To provide proper privileges,
    1. Logged into BI Server as BIAdministrator.
    2. Navigated to Administration -> Manage Privileges -> Catalog/
    3. Given explicit permissions to 'BIConsumer' to create folders and 'My folders and Dashboard'.
    To verify,
    1. Logged back to BI Server as 'BIConsumer' user.
    2. Now, in the catalog could see 'New Folder' option under 'My folders'
    For further analysis, can you please check which roles this particular user is having? You can click on username at the top right corner -> My Account->Roles and Catalog Groups.

    Hi Kaushik,
    If you want to save any search as Named search; then first you need to create a record in Named Searches table in data manager.
    Go to data manager --> select table Named Search --> create record in that table --> go to main table --> apply the serach criteria which you want to save as named search --> go to search tab --> select save as Named search and select the name of your named search (you will see the same record here, which you created in Named search table).
    This will definitely solve your problem.
    Note: Named serach will be visible to all users on all machine whereas Local search will be visible only on your machine.

    Please be more explicit. Are you trying to sign a pdf file document with Adobe Reader (what version)? Is there a signature field? Has the document been enabled for signing (check Document properties)

    I've created a Room(Restricted Room).(with the Administrator role)
    I logged on as Enduser.
    I can see all of the existing Rooms in Room directory.
    I try to request membership to one of the rooms(all the existing Rooms are Restricted).
    I see in contextmenu request membership, but this is not active!
    Have someone please an idea, how can i solve this?

    Portal Version is NW04s and SPS 14.
    And light Room Directory is active.
    I've tested, with annd without Light Room Directory, Context menu displayed Request Membership but not active!

    Hi,
    Firstly you should save your layout as system-specific, then you have to go menu>Settings>Layouts-->Administration...  to define your layout as default settings.
    As thus, when you execute VA05, the new layout will be applied correctly.

    Acrobat Reader X. The problem is that some icons are grayed out (save or email), but you can save from the menu. This happens when in read mode and when not.

    If you are still not able to quit Safari, or shutdown/restart your Mac, I would force quit the application with any of these instructions that work for you:

    Choose Quit by right-clicking or control-clicking on an app's icon in the Dock.
    If your app does not close using the steps above, use any of these steps to force the app to quit:
    Switch to another app, such as the Finder, then choose Force Quit from the Apple menu. Select the unresponsive app in the Force Quit window, and click Force Quit.
    Press Command-Option-Esc, then select the unresponsive app from the Force Quit window that appears, and click Force Quit.
    If Safari continues to become unresponsive such as in this case, a 3rd party plug-in may be the culprit, and this article will help you troubleshoot that:

    I just downloaded iTunes 11 and notice that the "display duplicates" option is not available in the Music Library.  Why?

    Two Windows scripts to make playlists of Duplicates and Exact Duplicates. Use shift-delete to remove selected tracks from the library as well as the playlist.

    Multiple series alert functionality is available in SP 4. Use Combination cart for multiple series. You will get that option for sure.
    I am using it.
    My suggestion is, you download SP4 and then continue your development.
    as you said you are using Fix Pack 3.5.

    I've encountered with a huge problem after load opening balance.
    I forgot to tick the  option 'Display Credit Balance with negative sign"
    It makes my client's Chart of Account  uncommon such as credit balance in Cash Account, AR .....
    However, I've search the sap  note to solve it  as follow:
      Description of the bug::     
    When creating the company in the system the option 'Display Credit Balance with negative sign' was not activated.
    Once transactions were created in the system the functionality can not be changed.
    Limits of the query:     
    After running the update query, please restart SBO first and then   run the restore 'GL account and bp balances';
    otherwise, the cashed value of SBO will not be updated and restore function may not take effect.
    1. Meaning of  restart SBO => restart SBO Service Manager right?
    2. Please help me please to find "The restore G/L account and bp balances" form.  Where is it?;

    I would think that you are following the PEQ instructions for note 970813, correct?
    If this is the case and you are using 2007 then you will find the restorev in the top menu; Help -> Support Desk -> Restore. You will find the functions here. Please note that this should only be used on direct instruction from support or a note like in this case. A backup should also be taken before running restore.
