Dear All.
I want to create invoices for rent in 4.7 version. i am not able to find the transaction or menupath for the same. Experts please guide.
Regards.
Varaprasad.

Hi Prasad,
You can create Invoices for rent in the T-Code FOYB - "Invoice for Rent:First Print", and you can also repeat the print for the invoices through T-Code FOYC.
The Menu Path is: Real Estate Management -> Rental Accounting -> Rental Accounting Correspondence.

  • Create Invoice for rent in 4.7

    Hi All,
I am working on R/3 4.7 set 2.0, presently I am facing issue with Invoice.
Generally for Invoice, the transaction code is RERAIV in ECC 6.0, but in 4.7 itu2019s not working. Is there any other transaction code or any other method please kindly suggest.
    Regards,
    Arjun.

    Hi Arjun,
creation of invoice with RERAIV is not available in R/3 4.7 set 2.0. This functionality had been introduced with ERP.
I'm afraid that you have to implement a customer specific solution (individual programming) if you need invoicing in 2.0.

  • Creation of Invoice for Accounts Payables - RERAIV

    Hi Gurus,
I would like to create invoices (or in this case credit memos) to accounts payables with transaction RERAIV.
Is this possible. Can I influance this via an enhancment?
    thx in advance,
    br, Christian

    Hi,
yes the contract type is 0-External Contract.
I have now analysed the programm in detail. I seems that it will be not possible to create invoices to vendors without a modifikation.
In the class "CL_RECN_CONTRACT" there is a check with method IS_DEBIT, which forbits the creation.
WIth some modifcations it is no possible to create invoices to vendors from planed positions, not from posted.
I will inform you about my solution.

  • Purhcase Orders for Renting - Invoice plan

    Hello,
I would like to know if anyone of you has had experience with the folowing business situation:
    Renting of equipment or vehicules:
A company has a contract with a particular vendor for renting equipments and /or vehicules.
If a particular Plant needs to rent a vehicule for lets say 2 years, the purchasing department creates a Purchase Order with 2 years term on the basis of which, the supplier invoices monthly a pre-established amount.
To complicate a bit further, the monthly invoice from the vendor in a lot of cases is for the total amount of vehicule renting in all plants of the company.
Also we want to use Contract -management in SAP for the renting of vehicules in which the monthly invoice is consuming the amount agreed in the contract.
How can one map this business case in SAP without using the funcionality of an Invoicing Plan (our client does not want to generate the invoice automaticaly)
Note: We do not use the Goods/service Receipt funcionality of MM in this proyect.
I looked at partial invoicing but then the total amount due at a certain date is shown in the MIRO transaction and not the monthly amount due to be invoiced.
Can anyone help me. Give me some clues how I can resolve this Case in SAP.
    Thanks,
    Aart

    Hi,
The periodic invoicing plan is the best one which would  suffice your need. But as you have mentioned that you dont want to have the automated invoice generation, you can go for Blanket / Framework orders (FO doc type). Here you would need to give the limit value and the validity period for the agreement with the vendor. you would not require the GR or Sevice entries to be done. You can create manual invoice verification- IR. The only drawback is that you cannot get the monthly fixed amounts defaulted in the Invoice verification, manully the monthly amount has to be entered- everytime you create the invoice.
Also the PO and invoice verification in MM will always be plant based. So if you want to do this processing in a consolidated way (if consolidated invoice will be received) then you can also look out for options in FI module. I hope Lease accounting can provide you some option here. check with your FI consultant.

  • Message "Creation of DataSources for SAP source system is not permitted"

    Hi,
I am in DW Workbench: Modeling and I need to copy a DataSource.
It's impossible, beacause I have this Message "Creation of DataSources for SAP source system is not permitted"!
    What can I do?
    Thks

    Hii.
You can not copy the standard datasource to any other source system it will not allow you to do that.
But if you want to copy you can copy it to PC FILE source system.
It will allow you to copy there.
Right click in Datasource->Copy-> Give Target datasource name -
    > intarget Source system tab -
    >Give Source system for File.

    Dear N.S.RAO
It's my pleasure for your help.
    Please, try to check below items ;
       1) RERAIV (Invoicing Screen)
           - If you want to create the invoice for planned cash flow, you check the due date
when you want to create the period and this contract must be activated
             on the system status.
       2) Configuration for Rent Invoice
           - Go to the IMG :
RECACUST >> Accounting > Rent Invoice > Number Range for Rent Invoice
           - Go to the IMG :
             RECACUST >> Accounting > Rent Invoice > Company-Code-Dependent Settings
       3) Configuration for Correspondence
          - Go to the IMG :
RECACUST >> Correspondence > PDF-Based Forms (Mass Print and Single Print)
                                    > Forms > Define Forms
(==> Form name : RE_CN_120, Try to change the form by "Smart-forms")
          - Go to the IMG :
RECACUST >> Correspondence > PDF-Based Forms (Mass Print and Single Print)
                           > Correspondence Activities and Applications > Correspondence Activities

  • Creation of Excise Invoice for Sample Sales

    Hi Gurus,
When i create excise invoice for sample sales against the invoice the excise duties are not capturing it is showing as zero value. Can you give suggestions to solve this.
    Regards
    Kiran

If the excise values flowing in billing document but not in excise document, then you need to check in the following IMG
Logistics-General --> Tax on Goods Movements --> India --> Account Determination.
There you have to maintain the respective G/L accounts for excise and also in the next tab you have to specify the G/L Accounts per Excise Transaction.
For information, for outgoing excise invoice, the excise transaction type would be DLFC.
    thanks

  • Creation of invoice issue for a specific supplier

When the user is trying to create an invoice for a supplier, he is able to query the supplier name, the site. But when arriving at the invoice date the system will not allow him to move.
    There are no error messages.
Grateful if anyone can pinpoint me to a solution or to a workaround.
Workaround- (Disable this supplier and create a new one. However will it have any impact if there are unpaid invoices for the supplier etc)
    Thanks

I hope you have already verified whether that supplier is in active or inactive status.
You can create a new supplier & you can use supplier merge feature to merge existing supplier to new supplier.

  • Proforma invoice for Service Contracts

    Hello,
I know the invoice types F5 for order related proforma and F8 for delivery related invoice. Now I'm looking for possibilities to create a proforma invoice based on a Service contract (Order Type WV) as a periodical invoiced sales order.
I tried to use proforma invoice (type F5) with Service contract but the billing plan will be set on status C (completely processed) so that the same period can not be invoiced again with the real commercial invoice. The billing status in the sales order has been changed as well with the proforma, which should not be the case as the proforma should just generate a printout.
Does SAP offer anything or how can I setup customizing to be able to create proforma for periodical sales orders?
    Kind regards
    Rafael

    Hello,
    Thank's for the information.
Finally I tried to copy our existing invoice type and set it up like F5 but the problem is still that the billing plan periods are set to status C - completely processed. The accounting side is OK as no accounting document is being created.
But with this billing plan situation it would not be possible to create first the proforma invoice for one Period and then later create the real commercial invoice for the same period.
Any ideas what I can setup to avoid this problem? I thought of chancelling the proforma after creation so that the billing period will be opened again, but this is no user friendly or professional solution.
Thank's in advance for your ideas.
    Kind regards
    Rafael

  • Block invoices for PO with no GR-based IV flag

    Hello SAP experts,
I need your help with finding a way to block invoices for PO with no GR-based IV flag.  At our company, we treat service POs almost the same as material POs (to avoid receipt of service entry).  The only difference from material PO is that service PO does not have the flag for GR.  We customized our EBP to have this done.
Now, accounting wants to automatically block all invoices associate with service POs.  In this case it would be a PO with no GR.  I tried LIV configuration but it is only for price, quantity and etc.  I also tried blocking with IR before GR but it didn't work because there is no GR.
Is there a way to achive automatic invoice block in this case?
    Appreciate your help.
    -AT-

    Hi Annie,
if the configuration doesn't help you enough, you would have to add some custom logic after the invoice has been created.
Technically speaking, I believe there exists a business add-in (BAdI) where you could enter a piece of code which would after the invoice creation check the GR and block it if appropriate. Another implementation option would be a mini-workflow - there you would have a step which checks the GR existence and blocks the invoice.
Hope this helps, I suggest talking to your local abap consultant for more details,
    -Mikko

  • SD Billing - Avoid Cancellation Creation if Invoice has not been posted yet

    Dear all,
I have noticed this problem in my company system.
    Problem descripion:
    - you creates an invoice and the system doesn't post it for any reason
    - then you create the cancel of the invoice, BEFORE forcing the posting of the invoice
--> user creates Cancel, Cancel is not posted as well.
--> from now it is impossible to post both invoices: if you try to post the Invoice after the cancel creation, the VF02 recongnise that a CANCEL exists and do not allow for the posting
--> standard VFX3 doesn't signal this kind of not posted documents situation.
Ok, The right procedure for thes user should be: create invoice, if not posted then try to understand why not posted, and not CANCEL it.
But in this case VFK3 was not able to detect the invoice was not posted: it was not in the list.
So the 2 ways must be:
    1) one possibility could be undestand in VFX3 could be enhanced: I checked in OSS but I didn't find anything.
    2) other possibility: add a further check in interface between SD and FI in order to check if original invoice is not posted to FI and in this case block the cancel creation, as instead standard SAP does.
Could you please give me an idea on how it would be better proceed?
    Thank You very much.
    Raffaella

    Dear,
    thank you for your feedback.
in VOFA the flag is not ticked.
The problem was that In VFX3 no data were found for the specified document (with all "Inclomplete Due To" check box  flagged), even if invoice and relative cancel were already created, but not posted.
When we tryied to to post them, via VF02 for example, the system didn't warned anything specific and, doing the posting via debug, we discovered that the posting was stopped because VBRK-RFBSK = E = "Billing Document Cancelled".
So, forcing via debug that value = ' ', because of the urgency of Finance Office, we could invoice it and then do the same for its cancel.
So at the moment it is not possible for me to reproduce the error in the system.
The only workaround I can imagine, is to find a way to avoid cancel creation if invoice is not posted yet.
Do you think this is feasible way?
Thank You veyr much for your suggestions.

  • Definition of a new type of invoice for Evaluated Receipt Settlemen (ERS)

    Hello,
I need to define a new type of invoice for Evaluated Receipt Settlemen (ERS). Is it possible? What should i do to configure the system?
    Thanks in advance,
    Luis Álvarez.

    Hi,
ERS is used for invoice plan & invoicing plan for leasing agreements like, aim to considerably reduce the manual data entry effort in the purchasing and invoice verification (A/P) department.
The invoicing plan enables you to schedule the desired dates for the creation of invoices relating to the planned procurement of materials or services independently of the actual receipt of the goods or actual performance of the services. It list the dates on which you wish to create and then pay the invoices.
    The steps are,
1.XK02: In Purchasing Data tick the check box of AutoEvalGRSetmt Del,
2.ME12: Should not select No ERS check box,
    3.ME21N: Create PO,
    4.MIGO: Receive Goods,
    5.MRRL: Evaluated Receipt Settlement
