Creative Cloud - Lightroom non parte

Buongiorno, dopo l'aggiornamento di questi giorni non parte più Lightroom. Ho installato CC alcuni giorni fa, ho ancora 27 giorni di trial. Lancio Lightroom, non parte e mi chiede di comprare la licenza oppure continuare con la prova. Premo il pulsante per continuare la prova e non succede nulla.

Yes, same issue here. It is a bit annoying that Adobe has not integrated LR fully to their Creative Cloud package. I would have really hoped that the AAM would be the hub for installing and updating all Creative Cloud applications. The new Camera Raw update for Photoshop works ok from AAM.
And I have a faint memory of having recognition problems when LR was installed outside AAM...
It would be nice if someone from Adobe could report the official update procedures - even if it would mean doing a manual update outside the AAM. It seems to be next to impossible to find any documentation on this anywhere.

    Hi Cisoooo,
    Trial version can not be re-downloaded on the same machine even after the system format. So, I'd suggest you to purchase the Creative Cloud and start using it on your machine.

  • Creative Cloud Lightroom unable to update from 4.3 to 4.4

    I am currently on a Mac and my Adobe Creative Cloud Application Manager (AAM) is having some issues. 
    I ran the update this morning when I heard that camera raw had been updated.  The updated completely successfully for camera raw. 
    AAM is showing that my current version of Lightroom is 4.4.  When launching the Lightroom application it is still showing that it is 4.3 and that the update for 4.4 is available.  I checked the application manager in OSX and it shows that the current version is indeed still 4.3. 
    Since I am using creative cloud and not stand alone products, I thought that the AAM would update my programs and why is the AAM not updating my Lightroom from 4.3 to 4.4.  Is it because camera raw updated and it is erroneously reporting that Lightroom has been updated?
    I have never used a beta or RC version of lightroom on this computer, only final products and updates that have been provided with creative cloud.
    Is Lightroom a program that you have to manually update outside of creative cloud application manager? That doesn't make sense to me since it is one of the programs included with the subscription and was installed with the application manager.
    My hopes are that I'm not the only one having this issue and by posting this Adobe becomes aware of this.

  • Creative Cloud Lightroom recognition

    I was using Lightroom 5.7. 2 days ago I bought CC plan and downloaded Lightroom CC and Photoshop CC. Unfortunately although I can see in Lightroom preferences that it recognise me as "subscribed" still program opens in "Trial Mode" or asking Licence key (same with Photoshop). Any help how can I fix this issue ?

    If the link above (Creative Cloud applications unexpectedly revert to trial mode | CS6, CCM ) doesn't help, try sign in and sign out of the Creative Cloud desktop app
    FYI:
    Creative Cloud for desktop application is only supported on Mac OS 10.6 or later, and Windows 7 or later. If you're downloading an app on an earlier operating system, Adobe Application Manager is used to download and install your app.
    On Mac OS X 10.7 or later, and Windows 7 or later, Adobe Application Manager is automatically updated to the Adobe Creative Cloud desktop app .

    Creative Cloud says Lightroom 5 is up to date on my pc but it's not even installed! How do I install it? Creative Cloud pops open every time I try, once aagin, saying it's installed and not even there!

    You have photography CC, please uninstall it by checking the preference box too. (You might have a trial LR with incomplete uninstall)
    Now try to download it from CCdektop APP.

  • Creative Cloud Lightroom

    I have an I MAC with Lightroom 5 and Photoshop CS6, and purchased an additional  Power Book Mac for traveling , Adobe convinced me to update to the new Creative Cloud system to install both.  Have done this and the Lightroom and Photoshop are now installed on my Power Book. My Power Book Lightroom appears to have only a new Catalog set-up for working with new downloaded images.  With the CLOUD system, why doesn't my existing Catalog (s) from the I Mac also appear on the Power Book?  All my original images for lightroom are stored on external hard drives so I only need to have the existing catalog (s) and presets appear on the new Power Book.  I thought having the Creative Cloud was supposed to make our lives so much easier.  Help and/or suggestions appreciated.

    You have to copy the Catalog file from one computer to the other. The Catalog files has an extention .(dot)lrcat(LRCAT) The Catalog file containes data relative to the files that have been imported into the Catalog. The Catalog does not contain actual copies (COPIES) of the image files.
    Then you will have to direct the Catalog to (link) to the actual image file locations on the external drives.
    There are lots of free tutorials that explain how Lightroom functions and are availabe at the link below. Lightroom does not function like Photoshop CS or Photoshop Elements.

    Does my Creative Cloud subscription cater for automatic updates to Lightroom? I am currently at version 5.7 and I am being repeatedly reminded of an available update but nothing happens when click on the Download.

    The update is more likely an ad for getting LRCC/6, though I could be wrong.  You can check the direct updates page to see what's available for 5.7

  • Unable to license my trial subscription (Creative Cloud Lightroom 5.4 and Photoshop) Mac OSX mavericks

    I  am unable to license my trial subscription to CC because when prompted to enter a serial number, neither my Photoshop CS5 nor Lightroom 4 serial numbers are accepted.
    I have checked my member login and account info and they are correct. What do I need to do to activate and license my C subscription.
