Credit Analyst in Documented Credit Decision

We are in SAP EHP5 and currently implementing FSCM-Credit Management, I was able to create a case for each blocked sales order as a Documented Credit decision , however I am trying to understand the assignment of Credit Analyst field in the case.
The Credit Analyst field in the Case is a SAP user-id and can it be automatically assigned based on any criteria..???
We have a relationship category UKMSB0 is managed by/credit analyst but it is defined as a Business Partner ...Is it possible to link the managed by (Business partner of type 1. Person) to the Credit Analyst (SAP user id) in the Documented Credit Decision case.

Hi Rinku,
Thanks for the update, however I also saw that the field is missing in the screen editor. The resubmission date and Processor belong to the field group 2442 and i see that Processor(UKM_COORDINATOR) was missing and infact I was planning to enhance the screen by adding the field but was not sure as it is a SAP Standard object. We are also raising a message requesting for the fix, also are you aware of the BADI's that are required to be used to fill attributes like dynamic value check or other attributes on the Credit case screen.   For a failed credit check, the Documented credit decision case is created with customer number, sales order number, credit snapshot and also the created by and document status however the values like Dynamic field check and other attributes are not filled in and I was wondering if i have to activate/enhance other BADI's that to have them populated automatically. There are other badi's UKM_DCD_MAINTAIN, Sending a Documented Credit Decision (UKMRSE_3_DCD_MNTNO) and Acceptance of a Documented Credit Decision (UKM_SE_UKM_DCD_MNTNO), are you aware of specific reasons to use any of those BADI's, the documentation for the BADI's was not very helpful.
Thanks.

  • FSCM-CR Case types for Documented Credit Decision (FDCD, FDCA) missing.

    Hi FSCM community
I am looking at the FSCM CR module and got some issues here and there.
    Here's one of them.
Documentation for the SAP IMG node:
FSCM -> Credit Management -> Credit Risk Monitoring -> Documented Credit Decision -> Settings in the Case Management Component
    'Case types
The following case types are contained in the standard system for SAP Credit Management: Credit Limit Request (F_CR), Doc. Credit Decision for Document (FDCD), Doc. Credit Decision for the Account (FDCA)'
    1. Were you able to find the FDCD or FDCA case types in your systems?
    Mine only has F_CR.
    2. What are the:
    - Processes
    - RMS ID's
    - Case record models
    assigned to FDCD or FDCA?
    3. Are they any different from the F_CR?
    4. I understand they're required so that they may be assigned as Documented Credit decisions (under Define Case Types for Documented Credit Decision). What Case Types did you assign?
My SAP_APPL is 617, so it's rather up to date.
    thanks for all your input,
    Darek

    Hi Ankur,
I found the BC set, reviewing the content.
It seems like you saved my day
I don't see any other UKM* related BC sets except for the one you mentioned.
Do you know of any others?
    regards,
    Darek

  • FSCM - Credit - Documented Credit Decision not linking to Sales Document

When a Sales Order is created/changes a credit check occurs and a Documented Credit Decision is created. The issue is that the Documented Credit Decision case does not seem to have a link to the Sales Order from which it was created. When selecting to Check, Release or Reject the Sales Doc from the SCASE screen an error message appears. Does anyone know where I should be looking to resolve? Not sure if this is a config related issue, web service, or a Badi code issue.
These are the errors received when selecting each option (check, release, reject)
Cannot be checked; entry does not relate to sales document
    Message no. UKM_DCD_MSG028
Cannot be released, entry does not relate to sales document
    Message no. UKM_DCD_MSG029

  • FSCM Documented Credit Decision SnapShot - how to remove the Snap Shot linked object

Within the Documented Credit Decision linked objects there is the SnapShots for credit decisions section. I'm trying to remove this folder from the linked objects area. Also the linked objects folder titles are in German unlike all other areas of the case which are in English. Does anyone know where I need to make the adjustments to correct the language and remove the SnapShots from being displayed? Your insight is greatly appreciated.

    Hello John,
    1. T-Code : SCASE --> Select the second node "Records and case Record Models" you then get a drop sown -->  for the Modelet in the case record in SAP Credit Management  --> right click and choose find --> a new window opens --> direct execute (F8) --> Select DCD case Record --> on the right hand side you would be able to see 4 folders -->  the second fodler is snapshot nod deactivate that. node and i think then you should be able to see SNAPSHOT  in Object when i a normal DCD is created in linked Objects.
Also we have one more option that is the badi which is used for SNAPSHOTS.
You need to activate that badi in case if you do not want to use the SNAPSHOT functionality.
I repeat you need to activate the badi if you do not want to use the SANPSHOT fucntion .
SPRO--> Financial Supply Chain Management -->Credit Management --> Credit Risk Monitoring --> Documented Credit Decision --> Enhancements --> you would be able to see the 3 badi's  you need to activate the second one.
    Regards

I try to release a credit management documented credit decision, but encounter below error, the case id status is new, document status is blocked, open credit amount is 8000, checked credit value is 7800 USD, the business partner has credit limit of 5000 USD. my sales order value is 23000 USD

  • Document credit decision open credit

we have one sales order, three line items, it trigger a credit decision, and says credit limit 50000 has been exceeded by 143000 in the horizon and document status: blocked, open credit amount is 3800, I want to know how 3800 is calculated, any idea?
also I have no access to scase, from which table we can see open credit amount and credit limit has been exceeded by 143000? thanks

open credit amount is 3800, I want to know how 3800 is calculated, any idea?
You can check the open items for customer payer in FBL5N or BSID, BSAD tables.
You can check in t code FD33 of the customer credit history what is the exposure and how much % credit limit exceeded etc.

  • Getting a sales order link into Credit Limit Case

    Hi Forum Folks -
Has anyone been successful in adding a linked object - in particular a sales order document - to the standard credit limit increase case (record model)?
If so, can you offer any insight on how you did it?
My business context for background. We're attempting to use the standard UKM_SPS_CASE as our base for taking in a credit limit increase request from a customer. The PROCESSOR field will be used to route the request to the party that will approve it.
In the case where there is a sales order pending, we would like to attach that sales document to the case so that the credit analyst can look at that as well as anything else we choose to attach to the case (usually documents, P&L information, collaterial stuff, etc.). Once the analyst has done their thing, it is either approved or declined. If approved, we are customizing the workflow to automatically set the new limit.
My thanks in advance for any insight you all can offer.
    Dan

    hi Dan,
I believe the process you are refering to is standard in the Document Credit Decision.
This is now available in Enhancement Package 5 .

  • Does FICO Score matter more than Credit Problems?

As some of you may know I've been looking to trade-in my six month old Hyundai Accent. My pulled score (FICO Experian Auto 8) is now 649. It will go back up once new credit card balances are reported, right now it's 96%, it will be down to 8-9% by the middle of the month.  I still have one charge-off ($434), one open collection ($407) and a repo (that isn't true but whatever) from 2009. I also have some school loan lates from 2009; but nobody has mentioned that being a problem. One dealer in particular believed that the repo was serious despite it being almost seven years ago and had me write a note to the underwriter explaining what happen. I didn't even have to do this when I bought the Hyundai, I find this bizarre and possibly racial motivated.   I based that on some recent articles and also on Honda's recent fine of $25 Million for predatory lending practices on women and minorities.  Whenever I am face to face with a dealer negotiations start at MSRP. One dealer in-fact begged me to come to his store and he would sell to me way under invoice. When I got there, he claimed to have a problem with his system and could only pull TU which is my second highest score at 589. He demaned I pay MSRP for the car and to put $3,000 down as he couldn't push it through Ford he would have to use CPS or something.  This is on the back of when I bought the Hyundai I was initally told I would be approved by Hyundai but then was told I was approved only by Gateway One, when it turns out Hyundai would have accepted the deal if I could verify some information as I've had problems with my TU (listed as deceased).  I was hoping to take advantage of Hyundai's 90 days no payment (yes I know you still pay interest...) which would have allowed me to start my emergency fund for one thing.  I am almost out of this hole, my repo drops off in July 2016 and I will try to get it to come off sooner sometime after the first of the year. I could also offer First Premier PFD but I heard that it won't be accepted. Midland says it won't PFD when it has for some people.  So basically I am at where I am at. My score will continue to improve as I keep utilization down and keep paying on-time.   Will having a 670 Fico (660 Fico Auto 8) matter more in credit decisions than old negative information? Experian will get there first, I don't know whats holding back TU and EQ, there's less information on there, especially EQ but lower scores.

What interest rate are you paying now? Have you just made the regular payments? If so, after 6 motnhs you're probably underwater on the loan. Auto loans are front loaded on interest, so you're not paying much to principal, especially at higher interest rates. In the meantime there is high depreciation in the first few months. That plus a repo doesn't make you very attractive to lenders.  Additionally, there are tiers for lending. I was just approved For a 26K loan sign and drive. At 29K Ford Motor Credit got nervous and wanted me to start putting money down. So I just stuck with 26K because I didn't want to (1.9 on 60 months). Also the car payment is documented less than 10% of my take home. I've never had a car loan where they didn't ask for some kind of proof of income by the way, the fact that Hyundai didn't is not the norm in the industry. Additionally, Ford Motor Credit pulled EX only for me so those are the scores you need to look at. Since the repo have you had a fully paid off auto loan? Not paid off from a trade-in. That matters more than the repo, because banks are only concerned with getting their money + the interest they loaned you at, or a significant portion.  Do you have a down payment? If they try to roll ANY of your Hyundai into a new loan your Loan To Value ratio will be shot, and don't forget on a more expensive car taxes are higher, and that is not part of your value either, just loan. Once you get to 100% and over LTV, they look for more solid credit profiles.  Point being, it's pretty complex, repos really mess that up (I know from experience). Just wait until it's gone, it will change the game,   Current interest rate is 18.65%  I've made all the payments on-time, of course I am under water. but.... Because my plates/fees and sales tax were not rolled into the loan like it typically is, I owe less than most people do in a similar situation. If I get fair market value for the car, it owe just over $3,000 of negative balance.  Nobody asked for income verification accept on the credit app I did online; I didn't submit pay stubs or anything else.  I know there are tiers to lending, reportedly I was Tier 4 asking for $30,000+. Whenever I asked what sort of downpayment they wanted, one dealer said about $6,000; DING, DING, DING, DING! Further investigation the same dealer said about $26,000 OTD.  So now we're in his life or death struggle -
I want highest trade value and the lowest price. Most dealers just won't walk the plank for that; maybe if I catch a few at the end of the month as they aren't meeting sales targets, it's possible they'll take that lost but most of the time....  I got a letter from Ford Credit late last week, they denied me but didn't say why. This was interesting, so I called Ford Credit today and they are going to send me a letter stating why. The lady on the phone said usually these types of denials are conditional, IE the deal needs to be constructed a certain way, down or less money/less car, etc. This further cements that Ford feels most comfortable at $26,000.
Any more than that I have to start putting down money. I am trying to avoid that for various reasons. I know Ford pulls EX which happens to me my highest score, it peaked at 657 (Auto 8 654) at the start of his mess which is a bit complicated. Above I mentioned I wasn't charged taxes or license fees up front. I paid those later, in fact I spent the last month paying those ($1878) including a smog test.  So while most of you pay over time. I paid mine up front....  The byproduct of that was constantly using my credit cards, they are all maxed out now. I will spend the rest of August paying those down to 8-9% not a big deal.  My current LTV is 89%.... I have checked LTV at various times, its under 100%. My payment is about 22% of income and I can easily afford it even with the elevated interest rate.  I don't mind rolling the negative I have other things I wanna do with my cash. I've done the math, I can get what I want and still have roughly the same payment.  WIth all the incentives I can get, even the optional ones, it's knocking another $2,500 off the price and that's if I don't take Ford financing. if I do, that's an additional $750 for $3250  When my credit cards update and depending on what that Ford Credit letter says will determine what and when I try this again. I can really use the 90 day payment delay they are offering right now.
My EX Score should hit 660-670 with ease with the balances below 9%   Waiting until it's gone (Repo) won't make much difference, no changes for the 2016 except Sync 3 and Google Auto. The updates come for the '15 model year (suspension tweaks, electric power steering tweaks and minor sheet metal changes with new tail lights). I also won't spend much more than what's being bandied about now.

  • My fico vs credit karma vs equifax credit monitoring

As you all can see I am new here and have just begun my credit repair journey I'm hoping that some one can shed some light on credit score questions and educate me in the differences.
I have recently started using credit karma and they tell me the my credit score is 603 on trans union and 605 on equifax so not a huge difference however I was told by a lender that my score was 521. Can anyone educate me where the difference comes from.
Also I was looking at paying for one of the monthly subscriptions here on my fico for monitoring purposes as I have written a lot of GW letters and was just sucess ful at disputing a collection account that was not mine
What do you guys use and what are the pros and cons thanks

There are many different credit scores out there and they are all "correct" based on their own score model. Of those scores, there are FICO scores and Non-FICO scores, or "FAKO's" as they have come to be known. FICO reports that 90% of top lenders use FICO for credit decisions. It is clearly accepted as the industry leader. Your FICO score, just as any credit score, is based on the information in your credit report, you have 3 credit reports from the 3 main credit agencies, Equifax, Experian and TransUnion, and you will have a FICO score for each of those 3 credit reports. Your credit reports may have different info in them thus your scores may not be the same. In addition, the info in your 3 credit reports is always changing, even on a daily basis, thus your FICO credit scores are not static and will change with time, sometimes daily based on new info added to your credit reports or simply due to the passing of time (time is one of the major factors taken into account in you credit score). Additional info:http://www.myfico.com/crediteducation/questions/different-scores-for-3-credit-bureaus.aspx

  • Impact of Credit Card AORs on mortgage approval?

I currently own 3 properties (including my primary residence others are rentals for the past 3 years) and am interested in buying another. My question is with so many inquiries and/or new accounts for credit cards, what's the chances I'll get approved for an investment mortgage again? I'm expecting to put down 25% down payment. In the past 8 months I've applied and been approved for 8 credit cards with limits from $5,000 - $30,000 (total $105,000 limit + $7,000 on auth user card). I NEVER carry a balance, most of the time I pay off the cards even before statement closes so total utilization is 0-1%. I use 5-6 of these cards almost every day though. All for points or cashback purposes. I don't have a problem with closing a couple of them and/or reducing credit limits more if it would help. It might actually hurt to close some so soon. TU Score: 804 (Barclaycard FICO) 806 (CreditKarma)Equifax: 806 (Citi FICO) 800 (CreditKarma) Experian: ? Thanks in advance!

Thanks. Most recent is the auth user card in June 2015. Prior to that, most recent was May 2015. 4 inquries/accounts in Dec 2014, 1 inquiry/account in Aug 2014. I also have a lease up and will be buying a used vehicle between now and Dec 2015. Any additional concerns about that as long as it's before applying for and opening the mortgage? Large mortgage companies and banks have a bad rep for not making a lot of sense with their credit decisions. Would they understand and be OK with applying for cards for the points? Or should I look for smaller mortgage company or come up with a better explanation?

  • Anyone use Credit Karma?

Im getting mixed reviews with CK, and my scores they have I kno are fake!! Anyone like that site?If you want free weekly credit reports from TU and EQ, then yes, use CK.  If you are looking for FICO scores, then look elsewhere but CK reports are convenient to have nonetheless.

Many people use CK.  I use it to monitor my TU and EQ reports since it updates weekly.  Just be aware of what it provides and keep that in mind. As stated above, CK's scores aren't FICO's but allegedly some creditors use Vantage Score 3.0 in their credit decisions.  However, I have no idea how you'd confirm who uses them as a primary decision factor.  If you happen to know you have a creditor that uses the model and TU and/or EQ then CK's scores may be relevant. You always have to keep the specific scoring model in mind whether FAKO or FICO and you cannot use a score generated by one model to determine a score generated by a different model.  Different models uses different algorithms that weigh the data differently.  You should expect different algorithms to produce different results.  Different models can be coincidentally close or even generate the same number in a given situation but keep in mind that coincidental and causal are two entirely different things.  Even with FICO there are many different models used by creditors (see also the Understanding FICO Scoring subforum and its stickies) and the speicfic model will have an impact on the score generated from data in a report. Also, don't overlook prior discussions.  CK is a very common topic here and all of the above has definitely been discussed in prior threads.  If the search feature isn't working for you then try a site restricted Google search.  To search this site just add site:ficoforums.myfico.com to your keywords.  An example relevant to this thread is provided below:https://www.google.com/webhp?sourceid=chrome-instant&ion=1&espv=2&es_th=1&ie=UTF-8#q=credit%20karma%20site%3Aficoforums.myfico.com&es_th=1

  • Documentation in BPEL

While designing a BPEL process, you sometimes have to make choices as to how you solve a particular problem. In simple BPELs this can be quite obvious, so the need for documenting the decision is not very high.
However, in more complex BPELs, the choices and their motivations aren't always clear and/or obvious. In a WSDL you can use the <documentation></documentation> tag to add information about operations and messages. Unfortunately this tag is not part of the BPEL set. So I am wondering about how to document the things I do in BPEL. Using the comment function is an option, but the comment is reformatted every time you switch between diagram & source view. This does not help readability. I'm really interested in how others document BPELs.
    Any thoughts/comments on this?

We did something similar to this but we had issues with the WAIT activity not executing at the specific time. Basically we wanted to accept files during the day using a file adapter and queue them up to run them nightly. I contacted Oracle about the WAIT activity issue and they have submitted it in a bug report.
    Here is what we did:
    1. Created a BPEL async process
    2. Created a file adapter that would pick up files at anytime. This would kick off a new instance of the BPEL process.
    3. Assigned a starttime variable as the current-date and 23:59:00 (we wanted to do a nightly run of this process)
    4. Created a Wait activity until it reached the starttime variable
    5. Once the Wait activity reached the starttime variable there is a Switch activity that checks to make sure that the current-time is not greater than 05:00:00. If it is, the starttime variable is reset to the current-date and 23:59:00 as we do not want the process to run after 05:00:00 (this will queue them up for the next nightly batch). If it's before 05:00:00 the process continues to completion.
However, even when the starttime variable in the Wait activity is reached the process does not continue. But, when we bounce the server the Wait activity does get executed but we do not want to bounce the server nightly.

  • Have been a "loyal" customer since phones were in the car only..yes   1989

I first joined what is now called Verizon in 1989 and have transitioned with this company through cell one, air-touch, through the pirate days when sprint and others were actually pirating phone numbers away......since the "Access Line" days. Well...here we are 24 years of uninterrupted service later... and now I have learned that we have become a bad customer because we had a misunderstanding over one very small bill that was the exact same amount two months in a row bill that represented a micro micro amount considering we have paid Verizon over $54,000. dollars for just service alone over the last 24 years...not including all the equipment and extra charges we have run up traveling abroad.....and the many many upgrades through the years. Now these toddler upstart pencil pushing "Consultants" that VERIZON has reportedly hired to evaluate our value as customers have determined that even though we spend about $2400. per year just on service alone.....suddenly, we are not good enough nor are we trusted enough to qualify for an IPAD MINI over 1 year nor are we even trusted enough to have our upgrade phone devices billed to our account (this has never happened in 24 years) . It was my college students hope to finance her own device as a step towards financial independence and because of this "Consulting Firm" we are now not only allowed to finance an IPAD Mini...nor can we even allowed to buy our new upgraded phone devices on our bill !!!!!!   We watched in amazement as a rather rough looking young couple walked in and whipped right through the IPad finance process while I was trying to find out who put the negative ding on out 24 year old account....of course I was again told to call financial services...which I have done 2 times before and each time I was told that if I gave them more money they would go ahead and make the IPad thing happen and each time they took more money (we are now paid through May) and each time they posted the payments and then turned us down again and now we can no longer even go into the store and pick up new phones and pay with the monthly bill!!  Who is running this company now?  And who do they think made this company happen all those years back when they were fighting for their share of the market?  I am so angry I can't even tell you how angry I am. Twenty four years and over $50,000. and they have decided we are not to be trusted? My next calls should be to the FCC and the Fair Truth in Lending agencies to file formal complaints.  I hope to find out who is responsible for the damage to our record over a bill that was the exact same amount two months in a row and when we called to respond to a suspicious text regarding the bill we just had paid we were told to ignore it other than forwarding it to their "fraud and abuse dept" which is documented on our record. Then we went in to pick up our new phone and were told that our bill was past due again (this is all within just over 2 weeks) so they could not send us out with the phone and to call financial services. So I called again and was told I had paid....then after further pressing and searching I was told they had made an error and we had two bills for the same amount so they apologized and I paid the other bill and was told that cleared up everything and to proceed with the plans to get a new phone and the IPad Mini so I went back to the store and was then told we had been labeled as a bad dept over a $187.58 bill and they could no longer dispense any equipment without payment upfront. Keep in mind that our high balance just 2 years ago was over $1200.00 for travel abroad and that did nothing to our account except get us praise for being a great customer...and now over a minor error on their part I am a bad dept?????? Who is running this company anyway???

    (much to long to quote,sorry)
Let me explain something to you your longevity with them has nothing to do with a credit check or an internal credit decision based on an upaid invoice now or in the past. Mistake or not, it is going to remain and your bill to account is done. That option by the way is a courtsey and not a given right.
And my good poster I had cell service before the bell system was getting into it. Was the 403 customer when the only game in town was Albany Telephone Company which was part of Cellular One and that was over 30+ years ago.
The company known as Verizon was starting out as Bell Atlantic, then it was NYNEX and then it was called Bell Atlantic NYNEX Mobile and then it acquired Air Touch, Arch Wireless and many others. And around 2000 it partnered with another company to be called Verizon Wireless. It was never Cellular One, Cingular which is now AT&T
Bottom line you have no issue as far as credit since they don't have to grant it. Heartening I know but true.
Sorry you had to rant, but I know it made you feel better.

    Hi Sandeep,
I'm listing out a few differences.
    1. Audit Information Support-Offers new roles that support two different business audit approaches
    2. Collections Management-It is now possible to create and monitor promises to pay, to create dispute cases, and to display a detailed invoice history.
    3. Credit Management: Credit Decision Support-evaluations for analyzing the credit history for a customer, and for analyzing payment or purchase behavior.
