How can that be? Im in Vietnam, my billing address is danish.

If you take a look at the answer I gave you to one of your questions (Re: Payroll and Payslip generation you will see that you have to run "Prepayments".
You can view the results (including the payment method) on the following forms:
1) View > Payroll Process Results
or
2) View > Assignment Process Results

    It sounds like you want to select None as an option in your iTunes Billing info. This article explains why that is not available, and the criteria for being able to select it:

    If you want to use the email address that you used on the first account then you will need to remove it from that first account before you can do so e.g. via the Store > View Account menu option on your computer's or via http://appleid.apple.com - you can create a new email address via http://gmail.com or http://hotmail.com to replace it with.

    probably user exit is the best way...
    as you know there are 2 payment terms fields for customer:
    KNB1-ZTERM (com. code level)
    KNVV-ZTERM (sales area level)
    you can keep 2 different terms there using XD02  - for example your specific payment term for craedit card in KNVV, but standard terms in KNB1.
    i suppose in most cases while creating order with this customer user gets payment terms exactly for credit card (which will come from KNVV-ZTERM)

    I live in the Mid-West of the United States. This is an existing account and based on the research i have done on this issue, I've discovered that many people have been saying that the "None" option is only available if you're creating a new Apple ID. Also, when i attempt to change the payment to her new credit card(which i have given up on), it is declined. I've tried it many times but it's always unsuccessful, and i just ordered pizza with it last night so there is money on it. Thank you for the attempt to help me. Much appreciated.

  • Credit Card payment does not go on Credit hold..

    As per our normal procedure whenever a customer makes payment through "Credit Card" it goes on Credit Hold and than someone releases it from VKM1.
    Now the problem we are facing is that suppose SO is of $1000 on 22/07/2009 and delivery is for only $600 on this day than as per our normal process the relaeser can only release $600 from VKM1. But this is not happening now, entire amount of $ 1000 is getting released on 22/07/2009 itself.
    Kindly suggest how we can restrict this.

    In the standard process when you enter payment card details the order should not go on credit hold. VBAP-ABGES will be filled with 1 and the credit check should not be done. When we have an order that will be paid for by credit card all we need to know is if the clearing house (bank/credit card company) will give us the money. The customer's credit limit and history is not important to us if the bank guarantees us they will give us the money.
    Is the authorisation being sought for $1000 or $600 in the sales order? Is it just the first schedule line that is being authorised in the sales order? In the standard system you cannot split an authorisation. So if you receive an authorisation for $1000 and only deliver $600 when you go to bill this the entire authorisation is used up. You will need to re-authorise the sales order (transaction VCC1) for the other $400.

    If you are not in the US then you can't use the US store - you need to be in the US with a US billing address to use the US store.
    If you are in Oman as your name implies then you can only use the Omani store - you have your region set to Oman ? And you've tried entering your Omani billing address ?

    I am currently working on the payment gateway of pared.com.au. the problem we're having is that every credit card payment gets redirected to the "Credit Card Payment Fail" page, although the payment was marked as successful on eway.
    eway transaction details stated "response code: 00", response text "transaction approved".
    however, the CC payment fail page stated:
    "there was an error processing your credit card. please correct this and try again.
    invoice number not found: . please go back and correct this."
    strangely enough, the order is perfectly recorded as successful order in BC (customers -> orders).
    any help would be much appreciated - i've been looking at this for hours but i'm getting nowhere. thanks everyone!

    As per the field description, it's used fo rupdating CC details, not for purchases.
    Remove that system field and reinsert the form, and it should then work

    - Add a credit card or other payment method like redeeming an iTunes gift card.
    - Create a NEW account using these instructions. Make sure you follow the instructions. Many do not and if you do not you will not get the None option. You must use an email address that you have not used with Apple before.

  • Fraudulent Billing-Online Credit Card Payments not acknowledged by Verizon

    Hi,
    I made 2 online credit card payments in August 2013 for $145,  I also made a online check payment.  My Verizon account only showed the check payment and not the credit card payments eventhough I was charged for these payaments.  I talked to a Verizon rep and was told to fax the credit card statements which I did.  I was then told that they were not visible. So, I faxed it again. Another Verizon rep stated acknowledged the payments and this was resolved. 
    A few days later I got a call from the original Verinzon rep stating that they are still having issues with the bank statements and that the payments are not visible.  I thought she was confused and didn't understand that this was already resolved.  Why did the second Verizon rep see the proof of payment and the first one didn't I will not understand.  So, I contacted Verizon again and got a 3rd rep who was completely rude and gave me a hard time stating that there was nothing entered in the computer stating that a bank statement was required and that I had to pay $145 again!  I just hung up and called back again and got a 4th rep that was more supportive.  She provided me with an email address to fax the bank statements which I did right away. I thought this was finally resolved. Yeah right.
    Weeks later, I get an e-mail from the Verizon Finace team stating that they are still having issues and that I need to request additional documentation besides the bank statements from my banks.  After months of research on Verizon's end, I was given 10 days to get this documentation or the case will be closed.  I contacted the banks and they didn't understand why the bank statements were not enough. I've literally spent hours at work and so much time trying to get this resolved. I'm so beyond stressed out.
    I provided the bank statements again to Verizon-Notificaiton, but I have not heard back.  The $145 is still on my account balance and I refuse to be double billed.  This is just not right.  I plan to contact an attorney about this. The bank statements clearly show that I was charged $145.  It's not my fault that you can't locate payment. I will not pay an additional $145. 
    Can someone help me?

    Your issue has been escalated to a Verizon agent. Please go to your profile page for the forum, and look in the middle, right at the top where you will find an area titled "My Support Cases". You can reach your profile page by clicking on your name beside your post, or at the top left of this page underneath the title of the board. you will find a link to the private board where you and the agent may exchange information.
    To ensure you know when they have responded to you, at the top of your support case there is a drop down menu for support case options. Open that and choose "subscribe".This should be checked on a frequent basis as the agent may be waiting for information from you before they can proceed with any actions. Please keep all correspondence regarding your issue in the private support portal.

    You can create an iTune and App Store account without credit card details
    1. Sign out of current Apple ID if you are sign-in to one (important)
    2. Go to App Store and select a free app
    3. Tap INSTALL APP
    4. Create New Apple ID
    5. Confirm Your Country
    6. Agree with Terms and Conditions
    7. Fill in your Apple ID and Password (you must create a new Apple ID; don't use your old Apple ID)
    8. Create and answer your secret question
    9. Select NONE for Payment Method
    10. Fill in Billing Address
    11. Submit application for new Apple ID
    12. Wait for verification email
    13. When email arrive, verify your account
    14. Start downloading your free apps
