Credit disappeared

My credit disappeared after an update of Skype. Does anybody know how I can get it back? I have seen the same question in various post but I don't find any answer. 
Any help would be appreciated. Thank you!!

I checked your account and it seems like your Skype Credit has expired. Please be aware that Skype Credit expires after 180 days of non-usage. But you can still reactivate it by signing in on the link below and clicking Reactivate button:
https://secure.skype.com/account/credit-reactivate
Also, the expiry date of Skype Credit extends to 180 days automatically if you use your Skype Credit to make a call, send a text, or purchase a Skype product.

  • ITunes Music Card credit disappeared

    I had $10 left of credit on an iTunes music card and I went to purchase a song when an icon popped up and said I could no longer redeem point on my music card and the credit in the upper right hand corner of iTunes suddenly disappeared.
    It's been about two days and my credit hasn't returned. I've rebooted and tried a various number of things but it just hasn't worked. Has anyone else had this problem?
    Any suggestions?

    For the second time we put a iTunes voucher on our account purchased 1 song and then our credit went from $20 down 0.79c. That's $50 my kids have had stolen from them while I was monitoring. Can anyone help and yes I have contacted apple support and no one had replied.

  • Redeemed gift card credit disappeared

         Hi!
    Some time last summer I redeemed a gift card and the credit appeared both in Itunes and APP store, fine.
    I didn't buy anything until recently a small application. At that moment, I didn't see my credit anywhere but I tried to buy anyways.
    The price for the app was finally charged to my credit card instead of from my gift card credit, which doesn't appear anywhere.
    I try to look for it, but I can find what happened with my credit. I try to re-redeem the credit but I get a nitice saying that the card has been already redeemed.
    Yes, I did redeem it, but I haven't spent the money.
    So where is it? What can I do?

  • IPhone Store Credit Disappeared?

    Hi All,
    Like a good little Appleite, I went and got my store credit after the iPhone price was dropped. I printed out my handy dandy Credit Number and PIN for use in the future.
    Well, the future is now. I tried to use in the online apple store and it said that the balance was zero!
    Can I only redeem this thing in person in an apple store? I have not used the discount in any way since I got the coupon, so I am confused as to why it seems to indicate a balance of zero.

  • Touch App Credit Disappeared...

    Hi there,
    I purchased the 3 Touch Apps and received an email stating that I would get a free month of Creative Cloud. I was told the free month would be added on as a free 13th month, but when I just contact chat support, they said they didn't see that and would have to get back with me in 5-7 business days.
    That's obviously ridiculous to wait 5-7 business days to find out if I'm getting my free month as promised, so I figured I would try this, since there's no phone number nor email for support.
    Please help?

    July 11, 2012 was when I purchased them, right after I signed up for Creative Cloud (because I wanted my free month, so I bought the Apps right away).
    They were iOS Purchases.
    On 7/12/12, I received the confirmation letter (from Adobe) that I qualified for the free month (that entire email was copy-pasted below this message), and I was told separately that the free month would be the 13th month, after my annual subscription completed. I have just paid for my 12th month, so I'm confirming that next month is free. Doesn't look like it from all my documentation and customer support, so we need to correct that before I'm billed for something Adobe very plainly offered me, I took you up on that offer, and I did my part. Regardless of if the program was discontinued after my purchases and your confirmation email, I still am entitled to that free month, per the agreement of the initial offer. Email received is here...

  • ITunes credit disappeared

    After redeeming a gift card on iTunes, I downloaded 2 songs. While shopping for more songs a bubble came up that said "iTunes has stopped working". It then closed iTunes, but everything on my computer remained open. When I reopened iTunes, both downloaded songs were gone as well as all of the money from the redeemed gift card. I tried to redeem the gift card again but because it had already been redeemed once, it wouldn't work again...help?

    Close itunes and re-open again and see if it comes back.
    Sometimes it is slow to pull up the balance.
    Do the songs show in your purchase history?

  • Disappearing Funds

    I hardly ever use Skype but keep having to pump money into it to call phones. On June 7 I used a $40 coupon (unlimited world i believe, i got it with my BB Q10). All good, it was processed, but then a month later all the credit disappeared. So early in August I put in $14, just to keep it topped up. I need to make calls this weekend but then say my credit was at ZERO, so today I put in $35. I wasn't sure what was going on so I checked my usage history because I suspected, and it showed that I made ZERO calls in August and July! In June I made under $5 of calls, and in May less than $2 (but that' slong ago anyway).
    Can someone please explain what happened to my $40 and $14 credit that disappeared?
    I suspect it has to do with Skype's new effort to force top-up and subscription based services down our throats. Is this what happened here? I always wanted, ordered, and expected a PAYG service because I am an infrequent user. Please sort this out Skype! And let up on the subscription/auto recharge sales pitch please!

  • $23 CREDIT I WAS PROMISED WAS NEVER HONORED (do i call fcc)

    When my family moved in 2003 to we transferred our services.  When our billed arrived we noticed that all of our services were changed around without our consent (and the bill was higher).  We called and complained about the services but to no avail.  Years later I call and ask about the unpublished number fee and was told that I can't cancel until the next phone book is delivered.  We never signed up for this.  A few months ago I explained my problem with a representative and was told that I will receive a credit on March's bill.  I called the next month and was told that I called a day late for it to appear on my bill.  When I looked online my credit disappeared.  Now I call and am told that the credit will appear on next months bill.  I am still waiting.  Any suggestions will help.  Do I contact the FCC about this.

    the unpublished listing fee can be cancelled at any time. (the fee ranges anywere from $1.75-$4.75 per month based on the state you live in)
    and all credits put on your account done by a phone rep get credited to your account immedietly so if they tell you, 'it will be on your next bill' they are lying to you unless they are backdating the bill which very few verizon reps know how to do anyway.

    Because when I spoke to one of your colleagues on phone help line (about another issue) I specifically asked about my credit so I know as what to do WOTH it etc & I was told it dsnt expire.   • Confused by increase in Monthly Direct Debits

    Hi all.
    Being a newbie, I'm sure this topic must have been raised in the past.
    As a new BT customer, I was paying Monthly Direct Debits of £23.50 to cover my contract for Unlimited Evening and Weekend Plan plus BT Total Broadband Option 1.
    After 6 months, I have just received a bill advising me that my Direct Debits would increase to £38.00 per month (a rise of 62%!).
    Having been unable to get through to an advisor on the phone, I thought I'd do a little research on the web.  I found the BT Help topic "Why has my Monthly Payment Plan amount changed?", which lays out the way the bill is calculated:
    Monthly Rental Charges + Last quarter usage divided by 3 + Outstanding charges divided by 6 = Monthly Payment.
    In my case, this would be: £23.43 + £3.51/3 + £5.44/6 = £25.51 per month.
    Therefore, I'm a little confused, not to mention rather annoyed that my Direct Debits have been increased to £38.00pm, when £26.00pm would seem more reasonable!
    Any help would be appreciated.

    Having the same kind of problem with BT...you are not alone!
    I  signed up to BT Vision back in October10 where the nice salesman told me for the package i was having (phone, broadband and tv) I would be paying £51 a month based on my previous phone usage (this figure was worked out for 3 months in advance). After a few initial teething problems all went well until after 3 months BT then tell me my payments were jumping to £88.50 a month without any explanation (my phone usage had not changed in any way during this time). Another 3 months pass, where in the meantime I had paid BT a total of £265.50 but my bill says I only owed them £151.51 so I was in credit by £113.99. BT still wanted to carry on charging me £88.50 even though that was way over what I should be paying. After cancelling the direct debit ( which was an arduous process over the phone talking with their overseas billing department) I have now received a bill for £50+ .....where has my £113.99 credit disappeared?....wits end?....tearing my hair out?....pulling teeth?...all could be used to describe the BT billing experience. The scary thing is BT would of quite happily carried on taking £88.50 out of my account every month and not done a thing.....but if i wasn't paying enough they would be quick to up my payments. Also they are sitting on my £113....along with doubtless other customers overpayments and getting a nice little bit of interest off it. Unfortunately I am tied into an 18 month contract with them and whilst I cant fault the services they provide (although my broadband usage goes near my 40 GB limit which astounds me because we only use the internet for the usual things e mails you tube etc. but thas another forum issue!) i would quite happily just get a freesat box and another internet provider because it seems BT just dont care!
    rant over  ...well at least till i try to ring BT later!

    Then there came a moment i did switch to another phone for a year, and later i did want to download some music from the music store, and moments later i saw that all my credits were gone
    But somewhere in that meantime nokia has already Cashed my credit, because everything was from my credit disappeared
    have tried to contact Nokia, but so far received no response back, hence this appeal to everyone how to act?

    No it´s under that email that is in the forum. The subscription dissappeard as you didn´t got my last payment, and now I don´t know how to change my credit card info.     What happens when you try to redownload them?
    Downloading past purchases from the App Store, iBookstore, and iTunes Store
    On a computer go to iTunes>Store>View Account>Sign in and go to purchased history and see if you actually purchased them.
    Try redeeming the card again

  • Credit Card number disappears

    We have an odd situation for one of our customer
    The sales user1 enter the sales order and enter the credit card number under the customer Payment terms. When the user2 copies to an Invoice and drill down to the BP Payment terms the card number disappears and show history shows card number is changed to a lengthy funny characters with user2 as the user name even though user2 has not done anything. Any idea? Any known issues in SAP 8.8 PL14 hot fix 1?
    For one BP, the card number itself is changed and history shows the user is user2..the payment might taken from a wrong card number..
    In show history -- Difference, what does the green rows stands for?
    Has anyone had this problem?
