3) If you are creating a service document & one contract you have selected in that for providing services then .how it is reteriving the contracts for that.
4) Other important table structure which is required to support for normal /basic funcationality of CRM

According to Note 669669 we have to import CRContent.zip and Delta.zip . We have to import CIMModel.zip only if current version of model is too old for Delta. I had imported CRContent and Delta successfully and Delta didn't ask me for update CIMModel. So questions are:
1) have I to import CIMModel anyway?
2) how to recreate Software Accossiation for CRM JAVA CUSTOMER PROJECT? - this is main question

Five years ago there was a major difference, now it really doesn't differ much from ERP. Basically as long as you can administer a full netweaver landscape(all technical components), then you can do CRM admin.
The CRM middleware role is sometimes a basis person, but generally most companies have a "hybrid" person for that role(think functionaltechnicallimted basis).

SharePoint Operations on a CRM 2015 Custom Form
Platform: CRM 2015 Online + O365 + SharePoint Online
I have a custom form on an object related to Account that I would like to present to the users with functionality allowing them to upload a (single) document and have it associated with the Account record. Then, I want to stuff a link to
the document on the custom form so that other users consuming the custom object could click directly to the document (instead of having to click over to the "Documents" tile and dig up the document).
Is this something I can do from JavaScript or am I looking at a .NET plugin?

But it seems that you do not apply these endpoint behaviors to the endpoint, please try to apply it. After that if it still can not work, please try to change the POST method to the GET method to see if you can get the right result in the browser. If you
can get the result with the GET method, then it may have something wrong with your javascript code. If you can not get the result with the GET method, then please try to enable the WCF trace to help you find the root cause.

Where is CRM user-customer Account relationship stored in database.
Hi,
When creating and approving a CRM user using CRM HTML admin responsibility, we assign accounts of customer for which user is being created.
For e.g., When creating a user for Customer A having 5 accounts, i can assign account # 1,2 and 3 to the user.
Does anybody know where this mapping is stored in database?

Thanks for the query, it did solve my purpose.
Only thing is we need to make a small change in the query :
The fu.customer_id is to be mapped to hcar.party_id and not hca.party_id .

Have a look at method CL_BP_HEAD_BPHEADOVERVIEW_IMPL->IF_BSP_WD_TOOLBAR_CALLBACK~GET_BUTTONS()
In it do a search for "--- Factsheet". This will point you to the weired code I stumbled upon.
Do not know if it will help you. Maybe you can just assign yourself this User parameter or debug around it. By the way, it will show the button for CFS in the business partner overview page. Never tried to click on it though.

We want to implement a custom button on the sub grid of Custom Entity (Lets say, "PersonMapping"). The custom button should open another entity multi select lookup(Lets say, "Person"). Till here we could achieve by directly opening the

We have requirement to get CRM order price condition value based on Z-custom filed. We have defined our Z field in field catlog and structure CND_MAPT_ACS_REM_CUST so down loaded table in CRM and have the record in one of our access table.
Question - When we create order I don't see the pricing Condition type record picked up.
My record has below fields in table table A999
Sales Org
Distr Channel
Division
Mat price ref Z custom field (This field is equivalent to material master standard field PMATN)
Need to know how do we make the system understand pick the price value from this table A999 based on what ever is maintained in material master PMATN field
We tried to use CRM_COM_COND_BADI but not working, if this is correct process than may be need to know the details on this.
I know in ECC we write in communication structure and than we can pull in sales order but similar thing in CRM how to do.

if the field is used in the condition download from ECC please also check SAP note 514952.
1. The field is added via the field catalogue maintenance at IMG: Customer Relationship Management -> Basic Functions -> Pricing -> Define Settings for Pricing -> Maintain Field Catalog. As you save or generate the field catalogue the structure will be updated with your field.
2. Whether you need to implement a JAVA routine for the pricing of this particular condition is defined in the corresponding pricing procedure.

Does any one know In CRM 2015, How to enable this option or is there any Add-On/Plugin/Solution out there to enable this sort of pop up windows with few column details at Customer grid?? Technically we can inject JavaScript function to pop up tooltip
with nice windows on Mouse hover event on Customer Grid, but curious, if any one have done that or any article/link for this??

Comparing Impacts to Database for CRM "Consumer" customer vs "Sold-To"
What is the database impacts of creating "Consumer" customers (Account Group 0170) vs "Sold-To" customers (Account Group 0001)?
Scenario: Mulling over web-enabling functionality that would come through CRM and replicate to R/3. Anticipate around 50,000 new "customers" (consumer) to be created in a year.
Concern has been raised that this would have a large impact on the database. Currently, we only have 20,000 active Sold-To customers, so the number is a bit daunting for some.
I know that Account Group 0170 customers only create a KNA1 record in R/3, as opposed to the creating records in KNA1, KNB1, KNVV, KNVP, etc. which happens in R/3.
The question put to me is what will this impact be?
If we create 50,000 new consumer customer records, is this equivalent to creating only 10,000 new Sold-To's? Is it equivalent to 20,000 new Sold-To's? Is there some sort of standard?
How would I measure this?

You are aware, CRM system is used for all pre-sales processes. These pre-sales processes can be considered to be over when we create an order in CRM. This is because generally all orders flow back to R/3 and are processed further in R/3.
Thus creation of consumer vide ISA or web u2013enabling functionality is nothing but a presales activity. Once the consumer is created, one should validate the sanctity of the consumer. Once itu2019s confirmed that the consumer is genuine and can be converted to Sold to party, create a new BP with in SP role. Now transfer only this BP to R/3 (A/C group 0001) . Why unnecessarily load R/3 system with consumers data when its of no use in R/3 transactions. This way you restrict data creation in R/3. Keep consumers in CRM system only. In CRM they can be archived periodically.

How Siebel CRM consumes customer update published from OCH through AIA
Hi all,
We're using Oracle Customer Hub and Siebel Marketing, running as seperate Siebel instances in seperate Enterprises. We have Oracle AIA in the middle and are using the out of the box PIPs for OCH to Siebel CRM.
I'm very much a beginner in terms of AIA and I cannot get my head around one thing - how does the receiving Siebel CRM application 'consume' published updates to the golden customer record from OCH, via AIA?
I am assuming that one of two thing happens:
1. AIA invokes an Inbound Web Service in Siebel and passes in the update message
2. AIA puts the update message on a JMS queue and a JMS Component in Siebel sees and consumes the message
What I cannot find is some documentation that just tells me how it works! It's doing my head in!
Anyone with experience able to shed any light on this?
