CRM - Enabling multiple email deletion at inbox webclient

Hello guys,
Does somebody know how to enable the multiple deletion of emails, at the inbox?
Using webclient, the inbox was enabled. At the end of the frame of the inbox there are some buttons, where is possible to accept, reserve, transfer, and so on. And there 2 buttons, where I´m specially interested, the multiple selection and the delete (for multiple emails).
is there a configuration for this? Note?

Now here´s the thing, im my QAS system the multiple deletion is working now. After these notes were transported to PRD, it does not works. In QAS, I have more rights to the transactions, in SU01, have more permissions, in certain objects, gaven by the basis guy. At PRD, of course, it´s no the same profile in comparison with QAS.
Guys, do you know what´s the object that should be entered in profile in SU01, to able the delete button, for multiple itens?

I have another issue with my E61: when I delete emails I have 2 choices: Phone(headers remains) or Phone and server.
I want to keep the emails on the server, and just want to erase them from my E61, but that does not seem to be an option. When I click on delete from Phone(headers remains),the email is "whitened" but it stays in the inbox, which I find pretty annoying when you get 100's of emails. Other colleagues of mine have the same situation.
Is there another solution to delete the emails from the phone(and the headers/titles as well) while keeping them on the server? thanks

How do you drag and drop/move multiple emails from the inbox or mail archive folder to a file folder in your finder?

I would like to archive hundreds of my emails that currently exist in my apple mail email filing system by moving them into file folders in the finder. I can do this easily with a single email but it wont let me do it with multiple emails or a complete folder. Is there any way of do this easily?

Thanks very much for this. However, I understand how dragging and dropping files normally works. It just seems the it wont work when you do it with emails when you are transfering them into a normal finder system folder. If you highlight one file and drag it to a finder folder it works, but when you drag multiple, it just wont let you do it.
Is there any work around for this? Thank you once again for your time.

Emails Delete from Inbox after ticket is received in Office 365

We recently migrated from Exchange 2010 to Office 365. In doing so, we noticed that the emails which generate tickets from our Helpdesk mailbox are now disappearing altogether, whereas before they would be process and moved to the deleted items. Anyone else come across this and/or have a fix?

Ctrl works, but you only get to select or deselect a mail with a click. shift selects everything between the two clicks and ctrl+A selects everything in the folder.
When doing this sort of thing, pressing delete is perhaps better that using your mouse as it is easy to mess up the carefully crafted selection with a mouse jiggle at the wrong time. (Experience talking here)

After installing Maverick I can no longer highlight multiple emails the same way in orden out my mailbox I highlight a message,hold down my mouse and drag my cursor to highlight more messages. I click "delete" & they go to trash. How do I do this again?

After installing Maverick on my 2011 MacBookPro I can no longer highlight multiple emails in the same manner. To clean out my Inbox I highlighted a message, held my mouse down & dragged my cursor down through all the messages I wanted to delete (or move to another mailbox, or other functions) highlighting as many messages as I wanted. I then clicked "delete" & they went to trash. Such a great way to clean out a lot of messages at once. Can I and/or how do I do this again? Or is this something Maverick has eliminated? I also hate that "Notes" is no longer on the Mail page, but this is not as important. Help!!

Put differenltly, if I can drag select multiple items and objects on my desktop, which I can, using my Kensington Track Ball (which has an enabled updated software driver in place, so I don't think there's a problem there), why can't I click-drag-multipleselect emails in mail like I have *always* been able to? Really, what is the problem here? Why is that no longer possibler? I'm not a coder, but I can't believe this isn't fixable. Here, Apple should be ashamed of itself, regardless of the fact that there's an easy work around. When I have to alter the way I have been doing something for years and have to waste time learning something new and complaining about it -- like right now! -- and there's no good technical reason, and I bet there isn't, then Apple has simply failed.

While I can delete multiple emails at once on my iPad 2 (inbox> Edit> Check first email> Hold MOVE while unchecking first email> Release Move > (all emails stack up) then, >Trash
this does NOT work on the iPod Touch 5th Gen.
When I do those steps, it "appears" to work but then, the emails go right back to the inbox.
I've also tried the other method that incorporates using "Mark all as read" - as an extra step - (read it on Apple Support Forums) but apparently it works on iPhones, not iPod Touch 5.

It's possible there's an easier way, but this worked for me:
To “delete all” emails on ipad
From each Inbox...
Tap “Edit”
Tap “Mark All” then tap “Mark as Read”
Again, tap "Edit"
Select first email (adds dot and check mark)
Put your finger on “Move” without releasing
With other hand, put finger on first email and Slowly Drag down on email list then release
(your other finger is still on “Move”)
Deselect first email (it may take a couple of taps)
Release “Move”
Wait a while if you have a large number of emails
Tap the Trash icon
All your emails should be deleted

I have iphone 5c. Having email problem. Does not delete emails showing in inbox from date 8/27 thru 9/23. When deleted, these same emails repopulate in inbox. What is going wrong? How do I fix the problem?

Ihave iphone5c. Does not permanently delete emails showing in inbox. When they are move to Trash then inbox at first shows empty. However if you leave Mailbox and return then all the emails that were previously deleted and now repopulated in Inbox. I have tried various things like marking them "read" before deleting, then moving them to Trash, and they still return. What is going wrong and how do I fix the problem?

What your describing sounds lot like Nortons anti virus, but other do it to.
Multiple copies of the same email over and over are almost always anti virus incoming mail scanning. Turn off scanning and the problem goes away turn it back on and it resumes.
My guess is that your filter issues, and search problems are also related to this uniquitous and most ignored security tool that messes up far more than it should..
Deleting the index
I assume you mean the global-messages-db.sqlite. if you don't close Thunderbird and delete it now. Searches will be incomplete until it rebuilds and the time to do that will have a lot to do with how much mail there is and how busy the computer is.
Now create an exclusion in your anti virus program for the Thunderbird profile folders. My guess is it is trying to scan the files in your profile every time Thunderbird tries to open them and generally turning things into a tug of war, which Thunderbird looses as it just does not wait around if files are locked. It expects exclusive access to it's files immediately, not in 10 minutes when the anti virus has done it's thing. So things get added to the index but not removed. Mails don't move as the destination or source file is "in use" etc.

Seems to do what it is supposed to do, however when I go back to my mailboxes, the messages didn't get moved to the trash and are still showing up where they originally were. No, there is no way to delete all emails in one step. Of course, you can select multiple emails individually and delete them as a group.

Select multiple emails by pressing SHIFT (or cmd for non-contiguous emails) then click the Delete icon.

While in the inbox select "edit" in the top right corner, you should see a faint radial button beside each email. Touch the button of each email you want to delete and then confirm delete at the bottom.
