CRM ISA b2b Vs ECC ISA b2b - IPC and BADI

Experts,
1. In CRM ISA b2b - We use CRM_COND_COM_BADI to implement the userexit logics and to populate custom attributes. What is the equivalent BADI or procedure in ERP scenario assuming I am using IPC in both the scenarios.
2.   in CRM ISA b2b scenario, we have item and header BADI's like crm_isa_basket_head...What is thew equivalent BADI/Procedure in ERP ISA b2b scenario.
Thanks,
Bala

Hello Bala,
Regarding your first question, AFAIK, the userexit logic of pricing should be developed in IPC pricing routines and uploaded to the SAP system with appropriate userexit assignment.
About the second question, I am not very clear on what is the requirement? Do you want to modify certain data before a document is actually created/simulated in the SAP system? In this case, there are some enhancement points in the FM SD_SALESDOCUMENT_CREATE. This is what I used to modify/add/delete some data before the basket data is simulated or created as a quotation/order in the SAP ECC system.

  • Replicate Create CRM BP as an ECC BP

    Hi Gurus
Is it possible to create a CRM BP as an ECC BP (Table BUT000) and not a Customer?
I thought this would be possible but the configuration does not appear to cater for this scenario.
    Many Thanks in advance
    Regards
    Panduranga

    Hi Panduranga,
If you want replicate a business partner in the good role from SAP CRM to SAP IS-U, try to create a BP (with CRM) by using transaction BUP1 and put "Sold-to Party" for BP role.

  • Regarding the Customer Setup for ISA B2B using SAP J2EE 6.4 and NWDS

    Hi
Does someone knows how we can setup a customer project using
    SAP J2EE 6.4 and NWDS.
I've tried to setup the project but facing a weird problem..
I've ISAWAC640SP11 and ant buildtool to build the application.
    I didn't get any "sda_build.xml" in this patch (ISAWAC640SP11).
    i've used "sda_build.xml" of ISAWAC40SP11.
I've build the application using build tool but when i try to deploy it
on SAP J2EE 6.4 using SDM i get a weird message stating
<b>"com.sap.sdm.util.sduread.IllFormattedSduFileException: The archive must be deployed with a 6.20 SDM, which has a SDM-SDA compatible version 1 or greater."</b>
Does anyone knows from where can i get the sda_build.xml file compatible with
    ISAWAC640SP11 ??
Also can some one suggest me to setup a customer project for extension and
modification of ISA B2B 640 on NWDS and SAP J2EE 6.4....
    Thanks & Regards

    Hi,
I am Rajesh..and it seems that you and I are facing the same problem. Well, I am really finding it hard to find material like PDF's files on Build Tool. and ISA Development and Extension Guide.
I would really appreaitate if you could send me some material. Well, My project is very simple and I have been given the task to first submit a simple demo of B2C on R/3 system. ( Not CRM ). I have also installed the NWDS and everything including the ISA WAC Java components. I am having real hard time in modifying them....
Can you please shed light on it...You can also email to me at [email protected]
Thanks in Advance for your kind consideration.
    Rajesh.

  • Configuring CRM business Package - 4.0 60.2.3 and ISA on EP6SP11

    Hi all,
We have installed CRM business Package - 4.0 60.2.3 on EP6 SP11. For which we have created SAP_CRM system, filled in the all required parameters like application host, gateway service, client no, user authentication type etc.( Not ISA related parameters).
Now some of the iViews throws "GenericISAComponent" error. I suppose its because we haven't configure ISA system for the same.
Can anybody help me in how to configure ISA System for CRM business package. Do i have to create new system or i have to fill in ISA parameters of SAP_CRM system.
    Thanks and regards,
    Prath.

    Hello James,
    Thanks for the prompt reply...
But my question is whether I have to make these changes in SAP_CRM system itself or should i create new system namely ISA_B2B,SHOP_ADMIN,ISA_B2R etc.
    With regards,
    Amol.
Note : If you have already configured the CRM business package, please send me the documentation or the screen-shots of the system defined in portal on my e-mail id([email protected])

  • Relationship Between ECC Customers (Contact Persons) and CRM BP

    Hello,
I am new to middleware and need some help with the relationship between ECC customers/contact persons and CRM business partners.
We are transferring via bdoc this information from ECC to CRM.
Which bdoc types are used when transferring customers/contact persons? I believe it is BUPA_MAIN but am not too sure. How is the relationship between customer its contact person transferred? Is this done through BUPA_REL? I looked at the segment fields in SBDM but am not too sure how to understand the relationship...
    Thanks for the help!
    Regards,
    Tiffanie

Thanks! With the initial load, how do I check what fields are being passed in the bdocs?
I tried to look for customer_main, customer_rel in SBDM  and couldn't find it. Instead I used BUPA_MAIN and found some segments but couldn't find all the data that was being transferred (e.g. customer name, address, etc...) Where do I find all the fields contained in the bdoc?
I see them in SMW01 when I view the bdoc contents but can not find the actual structure (data fields) that are being brought in from ECC.
    Thanks!
    Tiffanie

  • Organization structure in CRM 7.0 from ECC and HR

    Hi,
We are trying to download Org structures from ECC and HR. (CRM 7.0, HR & R/3 ECC 6.0)
    From HR
The ALE distribution is set across the systems CRM and HR and I did the PFAL run as per the best practices BB C05. There are about 100,000 Idocs inbound to CRM system and out of which about 15K are in 51 status and the rest are in 53 status.
    Observations:
The Organization structure from HR is not totally mapped in CRM but only a part of it is displayed in PPOMA_CRM.
The remaining Org units are found in 'non-related objects' selection.
All the Idocs in failure are in error "Error in subroutine read_namtb for structure  of infotype  ". When I go to the long text
    Message no. 5-109
    Diagnosis
An error has occurred in subroutine read_namtb for structure  of infotype .
    Procedure
Check the entry for infotype  in table T777D (structure, IDoc segment, expanded structure) and the corresponding structures.
I am not sure which infotype needs to be checked in T777D.
    From ECC
The CRM - ECC connectivity is set. Downloaded all the required customizing objects successfully. Switched the org model to "enhanced backend integration version " and then followed on to SPRO->CRM->Master Data->Organizational Management->Data transfer->Copy SAP ECC structure and selected all the available R/3 Organization assignments available and then selected the "generate selected lines".
    Observations:
All the generated org units are in GREEN in SPRO but there are no assignments found in PPOMA_CRM not even in the unrelated objects
Checked tables HRP1000 and HRP1001 from the CRM Sales org unit IDs (ex: O 5000012) created here and they are not found but the generation is in GREEN.
I will appreciate any assistance I get here.

    Hi,
one other option is to create the CRM Webclient UI URL in your ABAP report and call afterwards:
    CALL METHOD cl_gui_frontend_services=>execute
            EXPORTING
              document               = lv_url.
I use a table to create the lv_url with:
    <SERVERNAME>
    <URL_BEFORE_ID>
    <ID>
    <URL_AFTER_ID>

  • How to debug proxies in CRM when called from ECC system

    Hi,
My requirement is When a Post Goods Issue happens in ECC, the iobject is created in CRM system.
The proxy is called in the ECC system. The implementation of the proxy is done in the CRM system.
I am able to debug and see that the values are passed correctly to the proxy.
In CRM system, the iobject is not created. So, i wanted to debug the implementation which is available in the CRM system.
How can i debug in CRM system while the Post Goods Issue is done in the ECC system.
    Thanks in advance.
    Regards
    Shanthi

hi ,  if you want to debug through ERP to CRM , you need to set a external breakpoint in CRM
And to set the external breakpoint, you need to login CRM system by the middleware user, not a normal user.
To check the middleware user name, you can search the view CRMRFCPAR in sm30  ERP, find out the RFC destination to CRM,  then check the user used in the RFC destination in SM59

Also while doing replication any extra care do I need to take?

  • Contact partner updation from CRM 7.0 to ECC 6.0

    Hi Gurus,
here i am facing a peculiar problem, first we have downloaded partners from ECC to CRM and now when we make any changes like adding "search term" in Txn:BP in CRM to this contact person. it should ideally be updated to ECC6.0.
A bdoc type "bupa_main" is generated in txn:Smw01 which reads "partially send, receivers" error type 02, state not processed ,
    going into details says :
first row: Messages for business partner 0000057555:
    Message no. XR100
last row:"No customer is assigned to business partner 4626F9EDA017448800000000C0A83"
    Message no. XR004
to verify,  i checked in Txn:PIDE in ECC for account group and number range(0000000001-0999999999) , there in classification "B customer" is maintained and moreover in CRM txn:BP in classification tab for this BP, customer is marked.
and then i checked whether this updation has occurred in ECC or not, and found no updation at all.
    Please help it is critical.
    Thanks,
    G.One

Are you sure the contact person has a valid relationship with a customer? Is this customer available in both the ERP and CRM system? Are changes to the customer replicated to the corresponding system without problems?
It sounds like something is wrong with the customer/relationship instead of the contact person itself.

  • CRM 3.1 to ECC 6.0 E-Commerce Upgrade

    Hello,
We need some information regarding an upgrade from CRM 3.1 to ECC 6.0 E-Commerce module.
In CRM 3.1, there is only webshop functionality available and since R/3 is going to be upgraded before CRM, the entire master data will be available in ECC 6.0.
Let me know if this kind of arrangement is possible?

    Hi Lalitkumar !
Look, I think that of course is possible to do the load using XI/PI but, I think that this is not the correct tool for this task, XI/PI is an integration broker, used basicly for message exchange between applications, generally transaction originated messages(i.e. a new employee created on SAP HR need to be sent to a legacy system responsible to control access to the company, a change in a material need to be updated in a legacy system of shop floor, etc) not to do data migrations.
Another question is, to use XI/PI to do that, you will probably construct interfaces that, after the migration, will not be used for anything, being discarted, this sound to me as work wastefulness, adding extra work to the migration proccess(the interfaces construction/configuration) that is not mandatory to do that.
Finally, another question to keep in mind is, if I´m not wrong(if nothing has changed about this) the cost of XI/PI license is calculated by the message traffic ammount(in MB, if i´m not wrong again), so a data migration can increase the cost, because of large volume of data, a cost that doesn´t exist if you do the migration using another tools like suggested by another SDN members.
Thank you in advance, and best regards.

  • CRM Contract replicate to ECC Debite memo

    HI expert team
In standard replication from CRM Contract replicate to ECC Debite memo, I have some material in ECC with Material type KMAT Configurial product, same material code and description created in CRM with material type as service material, When i create service contract and release it is giving replication error with "Product Cannot be recorded in ECC", When i create debite memo with same material code system creating debet memo and item category determination in ecc as debet memo item category in debete memo even though material is configural product,
in the same steps i have some service material in ECC as service material created with service material type, for these material i created in CRM with same code and description, when i create service contract system replicating as debit memo,
    Thanks in advance

    Hi,
There are prerequisites to be maintained in CRM and ERP for CRM contract to be replicated in ERP as a debit memo.
Please find the details in the below link:
    http://help.sap.com/saphelp_crm50/helpdata/en/65/9c4d3bcf95926ae10000000a114084/frameset.htm
In your case I assume Debit memo is not being created for the Service product and giveing error "Product Cannot be recorded in ECC", because system is finding the same product in ECC as configurable material type (Service product in CRM, config material in ECC).
As per the prerequisite Synchronization of master data (SAP CRM and SAP ERP) should be maintained
All business partners used in SAP CRM transaction documents also exist in SAP ERP.
Service products in SAP CRM exist as materials in SAP ERP.
    Hope this helps!

  • BP with role SP created in CRM not replicating to ECC

    Hi,
I have setup CRM to ERP connectivity , I did initial load using R3AS and Object CUSTOMER_MAIN in CRM.
The customers are replicated from ERP to CRM, and also when I create a SOLD TO PARTY in ECC, it is getting replicated in CRM, but reverse is not working. ie. When I create a Business Partner (SOLD TO PARTY) in CRM it is not getting replicated in ERP.
In CRM the TCODE = SMQ2,SMQ1 is not showing me the no queues (Number of Queues Displayed: 0)
Similarly, In ERP, the TCODE = SMQ2,SMQ1 is not showing me the no queues (Number of Queues Displayed: 0)
Tcode : SMW01 has BDoc state confirmed ,green state
How do I fix this issue, When I create a Business Partner in CRM, where do I go and check to see why is that Business Partner not getting replicated to ERP, any help and direction would be appreciated.
    Thanks,
    Satish

    Hello Satish,
BDoc in state F04 means that the BDOC was processed successfully + the R3 system was called. So I guess the receivers section in the GREEN Bdocs would ahve been populated.
You might need to debug the queues now. De-register the destination of ERP via transaction SMQS in CRM system and then check the SMQ1 entries in CRM system. You'd see some queues and then try to debug the flow and see if there's any exception (ST22) raised on the CRM or ERP box.
