Cross selling stop when find a condition type

Hi everyone,
I'm trying to use cross selling to bring a pop up window and the user can select the material, the fields that I'm using are sales org, distrib. channel, division and material group, I already performed all the configuration and when I create the sales order the pop up window only show one material because found a condition type in the access sequence and is not performing the following validation...somebody know what could be happening?
Thanks in advance
Regards
Manuel

Hi,
you can use cross selling. When you create entries for condition CS01 (standard condition for cross selling) for a material, you start entering all materials that could be sold with that material. To do so, double click on the material and you’ll able to add additional ones and quantities. You can use a single acces sequence for condition CS01.
When creating a sales order, a pop up will appear and you can select the materials you want to cross sell by entering a quantity in the pop up (if no quantity, they’re not copied).

  • Where/How to find the condition-types to an given order-position

    Hi,
need to knwo the table, where the
    kondition-types to an order --> order-position
    are stored!?
Because I want to analyse, which order (order-positions)
    have a specific kondition-type!
    Thanks for help!

    Hi,
the condition types are stored in table konv. To get the link between an order and the corresponding condition types, first read the order header (table vbak). The field vbak-knumv is your link to table konv.

  • Statistic Condition Type inactive when duplicated

    Hi gurus,
I wonder if there's any way to make a statistic condition type become inactive when the user inserts another equal one.
    Example:
Here is my procedure: ZP0001 with this condition type ZC01 set statistic.
If I create a new sales order and I insert this condition in the procedure twice, the system does NOT deactivate any of them. It just let them occur at the same time.
If I go like this with a non statistic condition type, then the system deactivate all duplicated types and only remains the last one inserted.
Do you know if this behaviour is possible for statistic condition types in any way?
    Thanks in advance,
    John

    Hi,
a statistical condition type can not be inactive because it is not taken into account in the calculation per definition as statistical.
One more sentence to clarify to the sentence before. It will be inactive but still displayed - as this is the nature of a statistical condition.
So far so good. But I know exactly what your problem is, when your statistical condition type is present twice you would like to surpress the earlier record.
We had a similar requirment once. We had two different statistical condition types which were displayed at the same time.
The requirement was to only display one of the two condition types. When A was present B should not be shown. I tried with condition exclusion but it did not work for statsitical conditions (as they can not be set inactive...). But it worked very good with a pricing requirement we created ourselves.
    Good Luck.

  • Cross selling

    Hi everybody,
I got a problem about cross selling. I implemented every steps but still i can't get suggestion box while creating sales order. Where is the problem i couldn't find.
Note: I don't have item proposal..
I maintained procedure (sheama) and assigned cond.type to my procedure
I defined customer procedure "B" and document procedure "B"
Then i assigned my document type "B" and in customer master i determined pp customer sheama "B"
In VB41 with my condition type, i assigned 1907 to 374...
But in va01 transaction when i enter 1907 material i cant get suggestion box for 374 ????
If you can help me.... Thanks in advance...

    Hi,
Your problem would surely be sorted out. Please check once again if you have maintained your Cross selling procedure and assigned it to  your pricing procedure. Have your cross selling procedure assigned for your customer in the sales area data, and check if the conditions record are for that customer in VB42.
As Dhanekula said, check if you have the item category determination maintained for cross selling at VOV4 as
Sales doc type + Item cat group + Usage ( CSEL) + Higher level ( Tan) --- > Tan
Then finally check for the item you are proposing for cross selling is also not part of a free goods determination. Coz thats a limitation. A material participating in free goods cannot be sold for cross selling purpose.
    Pl reward if it helps.

  • Cross Selling Details

    Hi All,
I am looking out for cross selling material mantenance t-code and the tables associated with it.
Can anyone assist me in the process...
    kinldy forward some documentation
    thanks
    Sunil

    Hi Sunil,
In Adition to above please find some Imp stuff related to Cross Selling.
Mail order catalog retailers frequently use cross selling to increase sales. When a customer orders an article over the phone, the order taker can suggest additional articles that the customer might buy. For example, if the customer orders a VCR, you might suggest purchasing some blank tapes; for a cellular phone, a leather carrying case.
The sales transaction takes place as normal: The customer chooses an article and the order taker enters it on the sales order screen. The order taker can press Enter after each article, or wait until the customer has finished selecting the article he or she wants.
If the order taker presses Enter after entering the data for one article, then a dialog box appears automatically, displaying a list of articles to be suggested to the customer. These cross selling articles are ones that pertain specifically to the purchased article.
If the order taker waits to press Enter until the customer has finished ordering, then the dialog box appears automatically, this time showing all of the articles in the sales order, along with their corresponding cross selling articles.
The articles that appear in the cross selling dialog box always depend on which articles are in the sales order. If you want to have the system suggest articles based on the customer's past purchasing history or other factors, see Dynamic Product Proposal in the standard SD documentation.
The cross selling dialog box displays the following information:
    Article number
    Description
Sales unit of measure (each, 3-pack, etc.)
Price per unit of measure (calculated either by the standard R/3 pricing scheme or by a custom pricing scheme you have defined)
    Availability check
Delivery flag (that is, whether the cross selling articles can be delivered independently of their corresponding main articles in the sales order, or whether the cross selling articles can only be shipped either together with or after the main articles have been shipped)
To set up cross selling, you must make the following settings in Customizing:
Create the conditions tables, access sequence, and calculation schemes for determining cross selling articles, since the cross selling function relies on the conditions technique. (Alternatively, you can use the analysis discussed in "Activities" below to create the data automatically.)
Create a cross selling profile with the following attributes:
Determination of cross selling articles via function module
    Price calculation scheme
    Scheme using conditions technique
Flag indicating how the cross selling dialog is to appear
Flag indicating whether an availability check is to be performed
Assign the cross selling profile to a sales area, document scheme, and customer scheme.
    Config Steps of Cross Selling:
Follow these simple steps to configure the Cross-selling:
    1. Created sales order ZCS by copying standard order OR.
    2. Assigned the sales order to the sales area.
    3. Assigned the item category determination as follow:
    ZCSNORMCSELTANTAN
    Setting for Cross selling:
    1. Created Condition type 'CS01' with access sequence as 'C001'.
    2. The access sequence is having access a customized table with fields as Sales OrgDist ChannelDivSold-tomaterial.(
    3. Created Procedure 'CS0001. The procedure is having only one condition type 'CS01'. [Later one can add, depending on the business need]
    4. Define Customer/Document Procedure for Cross-selling as 'C' and 'C' respectively.
    5. Assigned the document, ZSC to procedure 'C'.
    6. Created cross-selling profile as 'CS1. In this assigned, Cross-selling pricing procedure as CS0001 and Pricing procedure as the standard pricing procedure. No product proposal procedure is defined. Also, the Cross-selling dialog box ind. is left blank and ATP indicator for cross-selling materials is not checked.
    7. Assigned the Cross-selling procedure to the sales area.
    Entry is created as follows:
Sales areaCCCS1 [read as sales areaCS Cust procedureCS doc procedureCS profile].
    8. modified the sold-to party and attached the 'C' to PP cust. proc.
    9. Created the condition record via VB41 and for material A, attached three alternative materials B, C and D.
Next create the order with VA01, enter the main material, click on the icon for Cross-selling, this would prompt the dialog box for alternative materials, select one or more and click on the copy.
Regarding Step 2 and 8, Please go through below steps give:
Step 2: Use tc OV46. Give any no from 501-999 and press enter.
Inside you can see a list of fields on the right. double click the ones that you require in their sequence. After selection, choose Generate icon (Shift+F4)
now goto access C001 using OV41 and insert this created table into ur access (C001 is standard. it already has table 11. you can delete this or keep it)
Step 8: goto XD02 change view customer master. Goto Sales area data and to Sales tab. there you need to assign this procedure C to your customer in field 'PP cust. proc.'
Given alternative materials in you VB41.
    Please Reward If Really Helpful,

  • Condition Type mapping in CRM

    Hi,
I have created a table with fields Sal. org, dist. chann, valuation type and Material. created a access seq. with this table and attached to condition type for example say ZMTP.
When i downloaded the customising via. DNL_CUST_CNDALL, i could find the condition type with the access sequence, but when i check the access seq. for table then i found that the table is downloaded with empty field. all the field were there but valuation type is missing .
can any one help me ?
    Cheers,
    Nilesh

    Hi
The following table has condition table data /SAPCND/T681 and for storing the condition type data and access sequence is stored in  /SAPCND/T682V.
The most important of all is the table which stores the condition type data is /SAPCND/T685 - Condition Types.
I think this will solve your problem.

  • Condition type PB00 and PBXX

    Dear Gurus,
When system pick condition type PB00 and when it picks PBXX ?
I have made one scheduling agreement having 20 line items. For some line items it has picked condition type PB00 and for rest it has picked PBXX. Why system is picking PB00 for some line items and PBXX for rest ?

    Hi,
If you create an Info Record manually or automatically the gross price is entered or adopted is assigned to condition type PB00.
When PO is created with reference to a contract or a quotation a vendor`s gross price for a material is adopted from the Info Record condition. (or where appropriate from PO price history) as default value for condition type PB00.
If no valid info. record condition exists and no order price history can be found, the R/3 system is not able to suggest a price and requires the manual entry of price and a manual entry of net price. The manually entered price is assigned to the condition type PBXX.
These two condition type for the gross price must be available in the calculation schema assigned to the standard PO. In the standard system these are the condition type PO00 and PBXX. An access sequence is assigned to PB00 so that the price determination process can be carried out for this condition type. No access sequence is assigned to PBXX . PB00 must come before PBXX in the calculation schema. You can also use your own comparable condition type in place of PB00 and PBXX.
At the time a PO is created, is the system finds a condition record belonging to PB00 with valid condition, PBXX is irrelevant. PBXX is taken into account only if requirement  6 is fulfilled. Requirement 6 checks the condition exclusion indicator (KOMP-KZNEP).
Hope this lengthy answer clears your doubt(s)!!

  • AFS Condition Types and Pricing Schema

    Dear All
I am working in AFS 6.00 in that i am not able to find AFS Condition Type and Pricing schema like
    J3AP, J3AX, J3AD and J3A00.
But in SAP AFS Library they have mentioned  all the condition type and Procedure will Come default.
    AFS Condition Types
Choose one of the following condition types to determine prices at SKU level:
    J3AP
gross price at SKU level J3AX
manual entry of the gross price at SKU level J3AD
discount in percent at SKU level
"The calculation schema J3A00 and the schema group J1 are predefined in the AFS standard system. In order to be able to specify prices at SKU level, the schema group J1 must be entered in the Vendor Master Record."
Kindly confirm me whether it is available default or any Note has to apply to get this option.
    Kindly guide me.
    Shobana

    Dear Shobhana,
All the default conditions will be available in client "000". Please
copy these condition from client "000" to any other client.
If you wish to copy Customizing from client 000 to other clients.
then you need to have all the customizing that you wish to copy
collected in one place (a transport request). Further, to do the actual
synchronization/copying of the data, you can use the transaction SADJ
(Customizing Transfer Assistant). This tool is a part of the Cross
    System Viewer application itself.
Please try this first on your test client first. If you have any doubts
    please get back to us.

  • Inactive conditions (Type Y - Inactive because of subsequent price)

    Hi all
I have a curious case that seems to be unexplained...
The inactive conditions of type Y
When are the condition types deemed inactive if type Y ??
There was no entries maintained in the condition records upon the existing entry or the entry existing was not changed. There are no exclusions maintained for the condition type as well. The condition type that I am using here is of the condition class A (discounts/surcharges).
The condition is inactive at the document level of type Y.
However, when I check the status information of the condition type, I find the message "Condition is active"
Kindly provide me pointers to resolve the overlying issue.
    Thanks in advance
    Vinodh S

It could be due to two reasons
    1)  Please note that If both the condition types has a Condition Class as B  (Prices) only one pricing condition in the lowest level ( step number ) will be active and rest are made inactive by the system. This is a standard behavior.  So If you have two condition types with same condition class, you may need to change the first one to be a discount or surcharge in V/06
    2)  Next go to IMG Path -- SD --> Basic Functions --> Pricing --> Pricing Control --> Define Pricing By Item Category --> Activate pricing for item categories.    There check you have maintained "X" for your item category under the tab "Pricing" and blank against "Statistical value".

  • Error-- Condition type MWST tax code A0 does not exist

I have an Invoice and it didnu2019t pass for accounting entry.
The error is promptu201D Condition type MWST tax code A0 does not existu201D, It never came at the time of Sales order creation.
    Diagonosis says the following
When calculating tax, the system tried to determine the condition amount and the condition number from tables A003 and A053 using the specified condition type and tax code. However, no values were found there.
    Procedure says the following thing
Check the Customizing settings for the specified tax code. Check whether the validity period (possible with tax jurisdictions) is defined.
    Please guide.

    Christiano,
    First let analyze the situation.
    1. Execute Tcode VA02 --> Item Details --> Conditions tab --> Click Analysis button. Try to find for condition Type MWST whether values are flowing.
If it is not there then you have not maintained condition record.
    2. Tax Code.
Execute FTXP Tcode , Check For A0 Tax code check whether you have maintained any value. if yes then check in condition record, whether you created record with Tax Code - A0
If everything  above is perfect and correct
    3. Check Copy Controls and Pricing type
Check the Validation period (it should not be the problem)
    Check and Revert

  • Condition Types in Scheduling Agreement(Urgent)

    Dear Experts.
This is a query with reference to my earlier issue Changes in Condition ME32L.As per suggestions, to get validity periods i have clicked on Time dependent Condition In SPRO settings Under Define document Types.
After that i am not able to enter Custom Conditions while creating a Scheduling Agreement. So i tried by removing this Time dependent setting, then was able to enter Custom Conditions...
But i need to see validity periods too when i change condition types through ME32L...
    So,Please give me appropriate Suggestion....
    Thanks and Regards
    MK

I'm not sure about your own pric proc, but in standard it should works, and also its apply per organization level.
    RM0000 and RM1000
Control the price determination process in POs, quotations, and
        scheduling agreements.
Both calculation schemas require 2 condition types for the gross
price: one for automatic price determination (standard: PB00) and
one for manual maintenance (standard: PBXX).
    RM0001 and RM1001
Determine which condition types you can enter in purchasing document
headers with time-dependent conditions (e.g. contracts).

  • How to hide the Condition types in item condition screen in Sales Order ?

    Hi Experts,
We got new requirement from the Client. Pricing Condition types  are ZZBG, ZPBG, ZPBA, ZFSG, ZBDG and ZBHG part in Pricing Procedure. These condition types have Condition records. These need to be hidden in Item conditions screen in Sales Order but other status of the conditions remain unchanged. Pleas provide me the solution earliest  How this we can achieve in a best way.
    Best Regards,
    Srikith

    Hi Srikanth,
You can achieve this using CONDITION EXCLUSION.
Maintain Condition exclusion for first condition type its Exclude the condition types which are below to that.
You must set a condition exclusion indicator for the price. You can do this in two ways:
If you want to set the condition exclusion indicator a follows then you specify it:
1..for all condition records of a condition type (e.g. with condition type PR00) when defining a condition type in SD Customizing
2.for an individual condition record (e.g. only for material 4711) in the detail screen of a condition record (in the Condition exclusion field)
    Hope this will helps you

  • Stastical Condition Type is not working in Purchase Order

    Hi All,
I created a pricing procedure and Bank charges are created as a condition type which is stastical. I assigned a account Key and Accural key for the same condition type. We activated Purchase Account Management
Purchase order is raised with USD 100, ank charges(%) which will be calculated on Base price, for example Bank charges is 1% then bank charges will be USD1.
I want these bank charges should not be added to the material cost. But when we are doing GR accounting entries as below.
    Stock account 101     +
    GR/IR     100     -
    Pur acc     100     +
    Pur Offset     101     -
    Bank chargesAccount key     10 +
    Accural     10     -
In the above Bank Charges are added to Stock account which is not required.
Even though I created the Bank charges Condition type as Statical still the value is adding to  the stock account.
    Thanks and Regards
    durga

    Hi Durga,
Most importantly whenever we create a condition type with statistical check box it means that value will not be included in Net price calculation this is the only purpose of statistical check box.(Like any freight charges it will go to your stock a/c even though statistical check box is there in your Pricing procedure)
When you create condition type for any charges with Cond.category B Delivery costs and Accrual check box in M/06 by default it will go to stock account, but you can restrict that by using a functionality
