CUP 5.3 SP6: UAR Config not visible

Hi there,
I have gone through the AC 5.3 Config guide and AC 5.3 UAR guide but I cannot
procede as I do not have the possibility to select function Configuration > User Review
in our 5.3 CUP application. This function is simply not available in the Config tab list!
Additionally I have reloaded the xml files from VIRAE and VIRRE and entered the correct URLs for UAR and SOD-Review in Configuration > Miscellaneous.
Anyhow I guess that our versions AC-RAR 5.3_06.0 and AC-CUP 5.3_06.0 need to be upgraded at least to SP 6 Patch 1 or better SP 7 or 8 to have this function available even the patch notes do not comment on the issue I have described.
Did anyone experience this issue in the past?
Regards,
Markus

Markus,
Did you have any version of CUP/AE before? It seems you may have upgraded your CUP from earlier version but have not modified the UME roles to include the action for UAR config. You can check the AEAdmin roles and see if it contains 'ViewSODReviewHistoryReportAction', 'ViewUserReviewStatusReportAction' and 'ViewUARReviewHistoryReportAction'. If it does not then add the action and you will be able to see. If it does then there can be some other issue and you might want to upgrade to latest SP (SP8 Patch1) or talk to SAP about it.

  • Request Type not Visible in CUP

    Hi,
We are in the process of configuring CUP.
We have uploaded file AE_init_append_data _CC.xml into the initial system data of CUP. But Request types MITICRLC etc are not visible in CUP.
Workflows for RAR are visible in CUP-> CONFIGURATION->MISCELLANEOUS
    Any clues.
    Regards,

Please check if you have activated the RAR workflows in CUP-> CONFIGURATION->MISCELLANEOUS along with proper exit URIs and User ID password details.
Once these workflows are activated only then you will be able to see the corresponding details under request type, priorities etc for RAR workflows.

  • Development Component not visible in dev config, but visible in DTR,CBS

    Hi,
we have recently migrated our production track from netweaver 2004 to 2004s. In the Dev Config perspective I am unable to see a DC, but I am able to see the same from the DTR perspective. I am also able to see this DC in CBS.
I am unable to create a project or work on this DC because of this problem.
Has anyone else faced the same problem ? What can be done to make the DC visible in the Dev Config ?
Thanks in advance for your help.
    Warm regards,
    Rashmi

    Hi Dao,
    Thanks again for your reply.
    Here are the findings :
1)The DC is not available in both the active and inactive tabs in the Dev config perspetive.
    2) I have only NWDS 7.0 on my machine, but Admin has the older version 6.4 and it was not visible on their machine.
    3) I tried Re-Synching the archives, but still no luck, the DC is still invisible.
4)The DC was last modified during the creation of the new track, the activities making changes to the DC before that are mostly UI changes, no deletes etc.. which could cause the DC to not be visible.
    5) It is a WD DC.
    6) The DC exists in Cons/Dev (both active/inactive) DTR workspaces as well as CBS build spaces (on both versions of the track)
7)There are no pending activities for this DC in the old track.
8)There were couple of broken DCs on the new track but this is mainly because of compile time errors due to use of deprecated methods.
While checking for all these items I noticed that the .dcref file for the DC is missing in the DTR for both active and inactive, could this mean anything ? Is this the reason for the DC not being visible in the Dev Config perspective ?
Is there any way to recover the DC ?
Thanks in advance for your help.
    Warm regards,
    Rashmi

  • Vendor text not visible in SAP R/3

    Hello All,
When a purchase order is created in SRM with additional text - ie. Vendor text. ( Either at item or header level) This text is not visible when viewing the purchase order in SAP R/3.Does it not come default ??? i am expecting the text to be reflected In the text tab in the item detail section.
Does it require any BADI or config for the same to reflect in R/3
    Regards
    ~Rupesh

    Hi
You can transfer the long text to the backend through the R/3 backend <b>bbp_po_inbound_badi</b>. Your code must be placed in the <b>BBP_MAP_BEFORE_BAPI</b> method.
<u>Use any of the SRM BADIs :</u>
    1) BBP_ECS_PO_OUT_BADI
    2) BBP_CREATE_BE_PO_NEW
    3) BBP_CREATE_PO_BACK
    4) BBP_LONGTEXT_BADI

  • Default values for static report parameters are not visible when scheduling

    Hello
    Crystal Reports 2008 Dev
    Crystal Reports Server 2008
When I publish a report to the repository and then try to schedule that report, the default value that I have set for a static parameter in the report is not visible.
In the Parameters section of the Scheduling wizard this parameter is marked as [EMPTY]
However, when I View the report (right click and select View) from within Infoview, the parameter default value is visible
I have published in the following 3 ways:
    Publishing Wizard
File > Save As > Enterprise from withing Crystal Reports Dev
CMC > Folders > Add > Crystal Reports
The results are the same for each method of publishing.
To try to eliminate any DB issues etc i have created a report that is not attached to a datasource.
This test report has one Static parameter.
I have set 3 values for its list: Entry A, Entry B, Entry C
Entry X is set as the parameter Default Value
The parameter is placed in the details section of the report
When the report is Viewed it will prompt for parameter entry, with the default value present
When I try to schedule the report is will not have an entry for its parameter
It seems to me that the default values for parameters should be retained from report design through to report schedule, especially when the default values are retained from report design to report View
Is this a config problem that i have ?
Can anyone help me with this ?
    Best regards

    Hi Robert
Thanks for the reply and apologies for not responding sooner.
What i have found is that if i use Publishing Wizard to upload reports it is then possible to set values for prompts during the last step of this process.
Although this is a bit clumsy, it is sufficient for now

  • ERMS work items not visible in IC Web Client Agent Inbox

We have configured ERMS rule modeler with a routing to an organisation unit if email content contains a specific word.
ERMS seems to work fine as workflow is triggered and work items created in the relevant user SAP inbox (any user assigned to the organisation unit used in ERMS routing.
When I log into the IC Web client and check for email items in the Agent Inbox, the emails are not visible!!!
Has anybody faced a similar issue?

    Hi Manoj,
Have you look at this configuration in SPRO

  • Application not visible in 9.3.1

    hi All,
I have successfully created a database(ms-sql) and configured it.on top of it i have created an application successfully.but when i try to login that app thru planning web or workspace its not visible there.can anyone tell me what is the cause for this.
    thanks in advance

If you are going direct to planning and not seeing the app in the dropdown then it may be down to having created multiple instances in the config utility, if that is the case you will need to associate the datasource with the active instance - http://download.oracle.com/docs/cd/E10530_01/doc/epm.931/html_hp_admin/ch02s10s04.html

  • Train Stop Lables not Visible

    Hi All,
    I'm using Jdeveloper REL1 PS2 with ADFBC
I'm having a problem getting my train stop labels to render. Besides the train stop label not being visible, everything else is working as advertised. I can navigate though the train stops, the data on my pages appears as expected.. etc.
Here is what I've done so far:
    1. I created a bounded taskflow with page fragments and checked "create train" checkbox.
    2. In my task flow, I've assigned *<display-name>* values to each view activity participating in the train. See code below. According to the documentation I've read, this is what I need to set to label my train stops. However, when I run my task flow in a region, the the labels are not visible.
I've read section 18.8 in the Fusion Developer's guide, I've followed examples in these two blogs:
    http://biemond.blogspot.com/2007/11/taskflow-train-in-jdeveloper-11g.html
    http://biemond.blogspot.com/2008/06/advanced-taskflow-train-features.html
I've read previous posts regarding this issue like the this one:
    Re: Creating ADF Train
Which states *"In Task flow click the View activity in structure window Right click Choose > insert inside > Display name and set the value to it."*
I also went through the train taskflows and pages in the Fusion Order Demo app and I cannot see how my implementation of the taskflow or how I'm adding the af:train component to my .jsff pages is different from the examples that I've found.
Any help would be appreciated. Thanks!

    Hi,
You need to first name the view activity to desired name first and then change the display name. You will find a good example in JDeveloper Help Topics under Cue Cards>Work with ADF Technologies>Implement a Multi-Step page Flow with ADF Train>Step 2
    For Ex:
In the Application Navigator, select the ViewController project and open the Create Task Flow dialog. Enter train-flow.xml in the File Name field. Select both Create as Bounded Task Flow and Create with Page Fragments. Then select Create Train and click OK.
From the Component Palette, ADF Task Flow page, Components panel, drag View and drop it on the blank canvas in the diagrammer. Rename the activity to start. Repeat the procedure to add three more view activities, using the following names: addresses, payment, review.
Drag and drop Task Flow Return on the diagram. Accept the default name of taskFlowReturn1. In the Component Palette, click Control Flow Case. On the diagram, click the review icon, then click the taskFlowReturn1 icon. Rename the control flow case element to commit.
In the Structure window, expand view - start . Right-click train-stop and choose Insert inside train-stop Display Name. In the Property Inspector, enter Start in the Display Name field. Repeat the procedure in step 6 to add train stop display names to the remaining view activities: view - addresses , view - payment, view - review . Use the following values, respectively: Addresses, Payment, Review. In the Application Navigator, select the ViewController project and open the Create Task Flow dialog again. Enter childtrain-flow.xml in the File Name field. Make sure Create as Bounded Task Flow and Create with Page Fragments are selected. Then select Create Train and click OK. From the Component Palette, drag View and drop it on the diagrammer. Rename the activity to billing. Repeat the procedure to add one more view activity, using the name shipping. Drag and drop Task Flow Return on the diagram. Change the name to childFlowReturn1. Draw a Control Flow Case from shipping to childFlowReturn1. Rename the case element to done. In the Structure window, expand view - billing. Right-click train-stop and choose Insert inside train-stop Display Name. In the Property Inspector, enter Billing in the Display Name field. Repeat the procedure in step 13 to add
    Hope this helps!

  • My Custom repositories are not visible under content tab of ACC

    Hi,
My Custom repositories are not visible under content tab of ACC ,eventhough i had appended my custom repository in /atg/registry/ContentRepositories.properties to the property
    initialRepositories+=/myCustomRepository.PLEASE HELP ME.

    Kindly make sure,
    initialRepositories+=/com/training/club/tools/myCustomRepository
I assume you have config/com/training/club/tools/myCustomRepository.properties component. /com/training/club/tools/ is your path of component from config.

  • Approvers are not visible in an Replacement Vacancy

    hi
Im trying to create a replacement vacancy for which the approvers are not not visible. The issue is not existing for new vacancies?
    Can anyone please help ?

What do you mean by a replacement vacancy?...a duplicated vacancy?
i.e. iRecruitment Recruiter > iRecruitment Home > Vacancies (tab) > Search Vacancy > Duplicate button?
The standard rule 'iRecruitment Create Vacancy' will add approvers on both create new vacancy and duplicate vacancy.
Therefore it is likely that there is something in your config e.g. AME rule, Form Function Parameters, Workflow, OAF customizations that is stopping this occuring.
I would start with the AME rule.
Go to Approvals Management Business Analyst and select the "iRecruitment Vacancy Approval" transaction type.
Use the "Test Workbench" to see what attribute values are being set / rules applied for a duplicate vacancy transaction.

  • OAM 10g attribute is not visible in object class in Identity System console

    Hi All,
This is about OAM 10g environment with OID used as user/config/policy store. There are one custom user object class and custom attributes defined in Identity System console already. Now there is a requirement to add another custom attribute to that already existing custom user object class.
I have created the attribute in schema through ldap command and I am able to see it in LDAP browser as well. However even after restarting OAM identity server and webpass services, the attribute is not visible in Identity System console -> Common Configuration -> Objectclasses -> Custom object class.
Appreciate any help. Please treat this as urgent.
    Thanks
    Mahendra.

The solution is to add the attributes in OVD schema as OVD is the user store.

  • Outline Agreement is not visible within the purchase requisition.

When creating purchase requisitions from a work order that reference an existing outline agreement the outline agreement is not linking to the purchase requisition (not visible from PR at all). The service masters are however being successfully referenced and are visible on the PR.
1)The successful linking of the outline agreement appears to stem from the sequence of steps undertaken. If the requisitioner leaves the vendor field blank inititially and continues on to reference the required outline agreement and service master for the desired vendor then the outline agreement will be successfully linked.
2)If however the requisitioner completes the vendor field and continues on to reference an outline agreement then the outline agreement is not visible within the purchase requisition. This is causing delays in the purchasing process as the purchase requisition cannot be processed until referencing the appropriate outline agreement.
Please suggest if I need to make any config change for the second point.

    Hi Pooja,
Generally the Outline agreemtn will not trigger Purhchase requsitions , it will only trigger the Schedule lines.
    So kindly check the same.
