Currency Displays ERROR only for IDR (Indonesian Currency)

Hello,
I have one query that displays like 400.00 ERROR only when the currency is IDR (Indonesian Currency). I have already used RSRT and it did not fix the problem. Maybe the problem is related to the fact that Indonesia go-live was recently.

Hi Adraina,
Check if you have this currency listed in the BW currency tables (TCURC). If not, you may need to transfer the currencies from the source system (RSA1 > Modeling > Source Systems > Right click > Transfer Global Setting > Currencies)

Batch Input Session - Display Error Only - SM35

Dear all,
Need to do material master extension in MM01 and considering batch input session using mode 'display error' only.
However,do have a concern on its performance or run time. In SM35, running in display error only mode - will there be any time out error like the ones encounter in abap reporting ?
This is because, we will be dealing with a huge volume of data (round 2,000). Therefore would like to know, if there would be any possibility that the bdc session in sm35 will experience a time out or not .
Appreciate it if you could shed some lights on this. Thanks in advance.

Executing MM01's batch job in background wasn't really an option. This is because, this error was encountered "Control Framework: Fatal error - GUI cannot be reached".
Had done a search on this -- and it indicates that in background mode there isn't GUI involved. Searched result also shows that this error appears when its comes to screens with text ie. Purchase Text or Sales text. Nope, no BDC on entering text involved.

Therefore the option am considering is executing the batch job in "Display Error Only". Nonetheless, am not too sure if this will cause time out. I am using a BAPI which gives errors in return table.I am executing this BAPI for several materials in a LOOP.I need to display the error messages for each of these materials as shown below:

Interactive report gives an error only for a specific user

An interactive report based on a very complicated select gives an error only when a specific user is logged on.
The error is:
ORA-00932: inconsistent datatypes: expected - got CLOB.
For other users logging using this page it works fine.
Authentication for this application is done using a stored function.
The query does not use the current userid in it.
Why does it fail for a specific user? if there is a problem, it should fail all the time.

By what you said the report dont have any date parameters or no date columns.
"Query execution was not successful ORA-01843 not a valid month." This means it is related with date mask passing a invalid month into date column or argument to to_date function.Check once the session date that is 'dd-mm-yy' or anything else

Also a general question whenever I am trying to mark any question as 'Helpful', the status is not changing. Is there anything I am missing.While you flag it 'helpful' or 'correct',it takes you to other screen where you see "Yes, the question is now answered" click the radio button and then click ok button.

Document Splitting error - only for 1 company code (out of 2 company code)

We have two company codes: 1100 and 1200. Chart of accounts, chart of depreciation, controlling area are same for both the company codes. Only profit centers are different since both company codes are in two different location.
Document splitting is active in both the company code. (I have checked that node also). Also setting in ACSET (i.e. account assignment) is done for the depreciation area
When i am posting asset acquisition (F-90) and MIGO (for assets PO), its giving me error for document splitting. This error is given only for company code 1100 and not for 1200. All other transactions (including FB60) are working properly in both the company codes.
What can be error ? Is there any error in asset master creation or vendor master.
Please help.

How to set a particular Field in table control either as display only or
change only for each row based on certain condition.I need to set this property for each record in table control not for the entire coloumn?.I know the procedure for setting up an entire coloumn in table control either as diplay or change only using Loop at screen statement.

When purchasing on Apple TV, gives error "Only for United States customers"

I am a United States customer and I have my Apple TV in the US and it works fine along with the new update that I got last night.
It is connected via ethernet 100mbs lan and 'sees' my iTunes 7.6 on my computer (Windows XP) just fine.
Sync works... plays YouTube just fine... all is great EXCEPT!!!!
I cannot make ANY purchases from my Apple TV... is says something like:
"...only for United States customers"
and then it bombs out.
Anyone else have this issue?

Yes, I have setup to default to the USA...
And I have also setup Apple TV to connect to the US Itunes store.
I have not changed anything, but it seemed to correct itself just a minute ago.
Weird.
I changed nothing, then it starting working by itself.

Error displaying pdf (only for one user)

Hello,
A user is facing a problem when running a program that displays a pdf. He gets the error :
"Adobe could not open "xxx.pdf" because it*s either not a supported file type or because the file has been damaged..."
All other users can see correctly the pdf.
Any ideas why could this happen?

You might be trying to download a pdf file and lock it with password using webservice. If there is a connection problem, the pdf would be corrupted.
But as you are saying its specific to a particular user ask him to check re-installing Adobe.

Display Error message for items in ME21N

Hi everybody,
i made some controls for items order using the User-Exit EXIT_SAPMM06E_006.
If the control don't pass, i display an error message using MESSAGE instruction.
The probleme is when i'm doing it, the Error message is display in the task bar, as a general message and not just for the item controlled (statut field).
So how can i do to display my message with the message list for the item ?

How to display error messages for Standard validators

I am designing a simple login application.I have two input text-fields,say,email and password.
In my JSF page i have following,

Now if the user does not enter anything in one or both of the text boxes i.e if null value is transfered to the server,
I want the JSF to display some error message to the user that he has not filled up all the fields correctly.
Even i tried with something like,
<h:message for="email"/>
but still it does not work.
I am using JSF1.0 Final.
Well this problem was dam simple with JSF1.0 beta beacause of the existence of <h:output_errors>.
Is there any such facility with JSF1.0 final?

Your h:inputText does not contain required="true". I guess, it should. Otherwize, validateLength will not work.

We have a weird problem with Project server 2013.
We are on the latest March CU 2015 update on MS Project and Project server.
Problem:
A resource(user) is being assigned to a task. When opening the Project with the MS Project client, you can see that the resource is effectively assigned.->OK
The real problem is when the user goes to his timesheets. He don’t see this task anymore. Other users that are assigned to the same task can see this task in the Timesheets and can open it.
When the user go back to a timesheet on a period where the task was working and visible, and he open that timesheets, he get an error: “This Web Part was unable to load”

We tried already to republish the whole project with the ‘Save for Sharing’ workaround
without success.
Someone any idea?
Since we are migrated to Project 2013, we have a lot of problems with Project Server. Too late to go back

Hi Johan,
The assignment of this user on the given task might be corrupted. Try to remove the resource from the task, publish the project, assign the resource again and publish again the project. If it is not working, try to unpublish the task (column "publish")
and publih it again.
