Custom Bapi Not able to see in LSMW  Tool

Hi,
I have requirement i want upload data using BAPI.....
here i Created a BAPI with 'Z' and released it.....
and when im checking the same BAPI in LSMW F4 help under BAPI radio button
im unable to see my Created custom BAPI IN F4 Help List...
how to get My custom BAPI into that....

    Hi Sanjay,
    There is no need to delete the Standard BP from PCD/Migrated Content.
    After customizing the business package and storing the content in your own folder, you have to add all objects to new transport package(by right clicking on main folder)then export it and download the epa to your local system.
    After importing the epa in some other portal, BP will sit under same path you have specified while creating business package(PCD).In sense, it will create the same PCD structure when you import epa in some other portal.
    You might have done some mistake while creating transport package and exporting it to your local system. You might not have added all object to new transport package.

    I have customized the iby_fd_extract_ext_pub package to add the custom tags in the payment format xml data.Package status is valid but I am not able to see any of the custom element in the XML Data.

    1. Do not prefix it just put your code in and compile - unless you want to call XX_IBY_FD_EXTRACT_EXT_PUB from IBY_FD_EXTRACT_EXT_PUB to have minimal impact to IBY_FD_EXTRACT_EXT_PUB.
    2. You won't be able to put in an additional parameter, you'll need to derive the Payment Process Profile from SQL by linking from payment document to payment process to payment process profile; or just get the org from, say, the first invoice in the batch - as long as you always group by organization this will be fine.
    3. Yes, it is probably that a patch will overwrite your customization - make sure you test it after each IBY patch - use applcust.txt and make sure your DBA's check adpatch logs for the file being overwritten!

  • Service Desk end user not able to see messages

    Im configuring service desk.Iam facing following issues.
    1. In solution manager service desk user could not able to see his submitted messages.He could able to submit his message and they are appearing in crm_dno_monitor. Is there any way he can see his submitted messages and message status.
    2. I have assigned following roles to user, but he couldnot able to send message and getting 513 error. If i assign sap_all to him, he is able to submit message. Just i wanted to know how can i avoid sap_all to him.

    Concerning this please pay attention of the note:
      834534 - SAP Solution Manager roles in Release 7.0

    you may find more explanation in note 1522809.
    Please check the authorizations for your key users. The key user
    shouldn't have the following value on authorization object CRM_TXT_ID:

    FM AI_SDK_KEY_USER_CHECK can be used to check a user is a key user or
    not. The key user should have limited authorizations on authorization
    object CRM_TXT_ID.

    in reference to your query please review the SAP note
    152335  Field EBELN in line layout variant for cust./vendor
    Please note that field BSEG-EBELN is not possible for being shown
    with a value in FBL1N and FBL5N as explained in the note above.
    Since Release 3.0, several purchase orders can be offset in one invoice.
    As a result, different purchasing document numbers (BSEG-EBELN) can be
    contained in the different G/L account line items.
    As a result, it is no longer possible to enter a unique purchasing
    document number in the customer/vendor line item.Field BSEG-EBELN is not
    filled in the vendor line item and therefore cannot be displayed in the
    line item display for customers/vendors.
    Hope this information helps to clarify the standard system behaviour.

  • Not able to see Employee type supplier after upgrade to 12.1.2

    We have custom responsibility for Payables Manager, after upgrade to 12.1.2 from 11.5.10, some of the employees are not able to see the Employee Type supplier, but some employees are able to see all. I thought this maybe related to Role so I tried to add the roles that are missing from the employees that are able to see all supplier, but didn't help. Anyone know where to look at this?     For Example In CRM BP there are set of Roles in that i took only Lead Manager Role and Stored that in my folder xyz as Deltalink and i also copied dependent object pertaining to that Role as Delta link.
    In Transport Package i added all the dependent object and aswell the Role of Lead Management to that Package.
    Before Exporting the Transport Package there is a option called (Include all objects on which the exported objects depend) i checked this option and Id of dependent objects i mensioned as ex: com.xyz
    After doing this i transported my BP

  • Not able to see approvers in grc ac 10.0

    I have configured workflows for access request for grc ac 10.0. When I submit a access request, my approver is not able to see any requests waiting for his approval. Also in the request status of the access request, no approvers are seen in given path when we click the instance status button. Please let me know where do we populate these approvers and how can we make them appear.

    There are 2 places you need to define this.
    1) Within the "Access Control Owner" settings (NWBC>Access Managemetn), you need to assign the "Role Owner" tag to the user/s. this will enable you to select the user to be assigned as a assignement or content approver within the role definition (2)
    2) Against the actual role definition in Business Role Management (BRM/ERM) - you need to assign the user ID as the Assignment Approver of the role for the user to be able to approve the request as a Role Owner.
    If you have somehow created your own BRFplus custom agent for role owners (SAP standard delivered agent is fine!), then you obviously need to maintain your Decision table/Tree results.
    I strongly suggest you check these quick start guides out if you are having trouble configuring the basic settings.

    Somehow I am not able to see list of Planning applications when clicking on on Navigate->Applications->Planning from Workspace within Planning 9.3.1. Is there an Internet settings that I would need to change in order to see the list of applications. It seems like there are something disabled within my internet options or within my preferences.

    Is it just yourself that is experiencing this issue.
    Are you using IE7, If so
    Tools -> Internet Options -> Security -> Custom Level -> Allow script-initiated windows without size or position constraints
    Otherwise it could be that you have not been given access.

  • SQL Authenticator Issue not able to see roles /groups in BPM Worklist

    I had configured the SQL Authenticator in Web logic using the SQL Authenticator default scripts and i have inserted few users.
    I am able to login to the Workspace using the users available in DB but i am not to able to see his group / role to which he belongs.
    Even the user who belongs to Administrator group not able to see Administrator tab in BPM Workspace.
    I have already added dbprovider.jar and i have configured jps-config.xml accordingly such that it point to custom SQL Authenticator.
    Even set the Control flags to "SUFFICIENT".
    Please some one help me on this.
    Its a high priority task.

  • Not able to see specific tags for FSCM Credit Management on BP master data screen

    Hi All,
    I have already set up Collections & Dispute Management,
    I am now on my way to start FSCM Credit Management setting up. I have already created the BP role (UKM000) and assigned it for direction customer to BP, but I am not able to see any specific tag on BP Master data related to Credit management, (just as I can see "Collections profile" tag, in reference to Coll. Mngmt).
    So, I am not able to see these tags yet: "Credit profile", "Credit worthiness", "Cresit limit and control".....under Credit Management BP role!
    What am I missing there? Have I got to activate BAdi UKM_R3_ACTIVATE in order to be able to "see" those BP tags???
    ....Or what else?
    I will reward with points if someone can provide me any hint about this issue.

    Let me tell you, I may be confused by a document I downloaded from internet about the BP master data views (as for the FSCM Credit Management role, of course) . Please find below the commented tag. It is an imaged I copy to you from that document I told you, for you to see which tag I am talking about:
    I don´t know the content of that tab...but I would like to see it in place....you know..
    Now, I checked you last answer and I saw that everything was already set by factory, please find below:

    I have import "com.sap.portal.runtime.logon.par"; in NWDS and then give name "Custom Logon" then I have deployed this by "Create/Export PAr File" functionality within NWDS.
    Now I logon to the "/irj/portal/....." by using "Administrator" and try to create iView base on deployed "Custom Logon" par file but I could not able to see it to create iView base on "Custom Logon" component.
    Can any one tell me what mistake I am making here?

    I followed all your mentioned step except I changed project name to "CustomLogon"
    I copied "com.sap.portal.runtime.logon_api.jar,umelogonbase.jar" file under "PORTAL-INF/lib" directory in NWDS I deployed it through NWDS.
    I log in portal by Administrator and try to create iView by selecting create iView base on PAR file but I am not able to see "CustomLogon" portal component.
    My question is "Do I have to create Abstract portal Compnent?"
    As in "CustomLogon" project which  I has imported does not contain any Java Class for Abstract Portal Component........
    Pl. explain me where I am making mistake.
    I think I have to create "AbstractPortalComponent" Please correct me If  I am wrong.

    On this document, if you look at page# 14 thru 17, it has the steps I described in my original note with customs code still appearing in the drop down for 'EXCPT' for EAR.
    Nevertheless, I wanted to default Type = C50 when the license type for the line on the Customs declaration is 'EXCPT' but if you see the very last screen-shot below, even though the license type configuration has default value as 'C50' it did not get pulled into the line item Documents tab when I tried to pick the category as 'CUII'.
    Let me know your thoughts on defaulting the data into Customs declaration for AES filing.
    What I want to achieve is the following:
    When License type is 'EXCPT', system should default the type as 'C50'
    Should put the License type 'EXCPT' into the number field
    Should put the actual License# 'ENC' into the Supplement field
    Should put the ECCN # '5A002' into the Details field
