    Hi Hussaini,
    Here are the steps.
1> Customization needs to be completed in SPRO. Logistics Execution -> Mobile Data entry section. Also compare entries with LM01 for understanding.
2> In the 'Define menu management', you can create dynamic menus. For Menu or transaction type, if you enter "1", a menu appears; if you enter "2", a transaction appears. Custom transactions can be created and assigned here.
Once that is done, when you execute LM01 you will see your custom transactions come up. Make sure that these are created keeping in mind the RF device screen size and limitations.
    Regards,
    Anand.

  • Custom Template for Third Party Balance Summary Report(Java type executable

Hi Al,l we have a requirment to have a layout with some of the fields from
Third Party Balance Summary Report( Which is a Java type executable and
Data definition has Data Template attached(.xml)).
    I tried in below way.
Coppied the Third Party Balance Summary Report program with same application and parameters
with. Then defined a Datadefinition with my concurrent prog short name
attached the same standard .xml file(Not sure what it is) and developed a custom template with
a custom rtf(excel output type), and submitted the program
the output is generated in excel but my custom .rtf layout is not getting applied
rather it is showing same layout as in standard.
Some thing I am missing here or else it is not the way of changing the
    template.
If any one know how to do this please let me know.
My client want only some files from the standard report(no need of new fileds)
    with output type xls.
    Thanks in Advance.
The same content is posted in Custom Template for Third Party Balance Summary Report(Java type executable sorry for duplicating the thread, just for increase the visibility for my issue I did this.

I gave up on using a different font or figuring out if I could use Times New Roman's built-in fractions visible in Font Book (as unicodes) and did a work-around based on Michael Wasley's tips in this discussion.
    https://discussions.apple.com/message/11622842#11622842
I adapted it however and think it looks a little better.
Font: Times New Roman 12 point
I used the fraction bar in 12-point (Shift-Option-1) for automatic kerning.
For the numerator, I changed the font style to superior (12-point).
For the denominator, I changed the font style to subscript (Shift-Command-hyphen) and reduced the font size to half, or 6-point using the short-cut Shift-Command-<.
When the fractions occured in my footnotes (9-point), I used 4-point in the denominator; 10- and 11-point, I used 5-point in the denominator. This seemed to produce the best result when printing.
    Thank you, Michael.

  • Custom movement type for Confirmation

    Hi All,
In my system, consultants previously worked here have designed some new movemet type for confirmations. But I couldn't understand where this movement type is assinged. I couldn't contact them. Can you please help me in understanding the setup?
while doing confirmation, it would post a GR document in backend with mvt type 101. But for return deliveries, instead of 122 it is posting through a custom mvt type xxx. I could see this mvt type in the IDOC generated in SRM. But couldn't find where it is assigned.
Can any one please guide me to explore this?
    Thanks.
    ss

    HI Ganesh,
I could see this custom mvt type in backend (OMJJ). But I couldn't understand how SRM will know this mvt type? I believe the assignment should be somewhere in SRM , beacsue we are not assigning any such thing in ECC.
When do a confirmation in extended classic scenario, IDOC would be first generated in SRM system, which would generate another IDOC in ECC. I could see this mvt type in SRM IDOC itself.
Is there a FM or BADI for this? Or could this be configured in IDOC types? We are using the standard IDOC type MBGMCR and basic type MBGMCR01.
    Thanks,

  • Vendor/Customer banlance confirmation

    hi
Can any one tell me about Vendor/Customer banlance confirmation  basically for  31st march with balance conformation letter send to party, is it any transaction for this activity in stander SAP Report.

    Hello
If you have a large number of customers or vendors, you can use the function Group customers or Group vendors when creating the balance confirmation.
You can find this function in the Accounts Receivable or Accounts Payable screen under Periodic processing ® Print correspondence ® Balance confirmation ® Group customers or vendors.
This program enables you to group your customer and vendor accounts in intervals of a specific size or in a specific number of intervals. The grouping can only ever be applied to one company code.
You could, for example, divide your customers into five equal-sized intervals. The system creates this grouping and then gives you a list of the interval divisions together with the number of customer accounts contained in each division. You can then create five different variants for balance confirmation program by simply entering in the Customer field the interval divisions created by the system. You can then let these balance confirmation programs run parallel in the background.
    Balance Confirmation
    Purpose
Obtaining the balance confirmation – a part of balance sheet preparation for the year-end – corresponds to the activity of an accounts receivable accountant. The customer has the following options:
    ·        Confirm total balances
    ·        Not confirm the total balances
    ·        Confirm or not confirm individual items
    ·        Not give a reply, or to specify reasons why the accountant cannot process the balance confirmation
For paper balance confirmations, the reasons for differences or comments were usually entered on the reverse of the confirmation for individual items. The paper confirmation was then sent back to both the SAP accounting clerk and also the auditor.
With SAP Biller Direct this function is now available in the Internet as a balance confirmation at the current date, or at any specified date.
By using this process your business partner can compare the open items at the current date with his accounting.
    Prerequisites
    ·        You have made the settings in the customer master data as described in Entries in the Customer Master Data.
    ·        To enable an e-mail to be sent to the external auditor, you have made the following settings:
¡        With the configuration tool Extended Configuration Management (XCM) (see section Configuring the Web application with XCM) you have activated the option for sending an e-mail to the auditor.
¡        You have entered the e-mail address of the external auditor in Customizing for Financial Accounting. You do this under Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable ® Business Transactions ® Closing ® Count ® Balance Confirmation Correspondence ® Define Reply Addresses for Balance Confirmation
¡        You have entered the company code address data in Customizing for Financial Accounting. You do this under Financial Accounting Global Settings ® Company Code ® Enter Global Parameters
    Process Flow
           1.      Your business partner logs on to SAP Biller Direct.
           2.      He then chooses Balance Confirmation in the menu bar.
A standard letter to your business partner is then displayed with the request that the balance be checked for agreement with the books of the business partner. An itemization of the open items is attached. This means the open items are displayed at the current date (key date) having the same details as the usual open item display. They contain, in addition to open bills credits, payments and on account payments, non-cleared down payments and bills of exchange.
           3.      To display the bill details, your business partner clicks on the PDF symbol.
           4.      To confirm individual items or enter a note on them, your business partner selects Yes or No. For each line item he can enter a comment explaining any differences.
           5.      To make the confirmation easier, your business partner can either print the list or download it in Excel or CSV format.
           6.      To reply to the communication, your business partner chooses Reply.
He can either confirm agreement of the balances or comment on any differences. In doing so, he can supply the individual items with appropriate notes, or enter a general remark.
           7.      Once your business partner has selected confirmed, no confirmation or no reply, the balance confirmation is sent to the accounting clerk. If you have made the necessary settings, an e-mail is also sent to the external auditor.
    Result
You receive a balance confirmation. The result of the balance confirmation is sent as a text e-mail to the accounting clerk assigned in the SAP system and to the external auditor.

  • Customer line items with balance carry forward no opening balance

    Hello FI Experts,
We have ticket where the user is using a Z* Report for Customer line items with balance carry forward. In 31.01.2007 user has posted some legacy data, latter he was executing this Z* report then user can see the values posted on the same day (31.01.2007) as line items. But he was executing the report on 01.02.2007 then he was not able to see the line item as well as the values posted on 31.01.2007 as opening balance as on 01.02.2007. But if we run the report as on 01.01.2008 then we are able to see the values which are carry forwarded as opening balances. Did anyone have worked on this type of scenario?
Requirement Here Is:  The values that have been posted on 31.03.2007 which are still open line items should get displayed as opening balance as on 01.02.2007.
Thanks for helping on this issue.

    Hi,
Any report will get data from Tables. Please check whether the table you have used to develop this report has opening balance.
Balance will be carry forwarded only when you run the balance carry forward program. Check whether this was run for the date you have specified. This can be done in the year end.
If you are checking in the middle of the year, then the balance will not be carry forwarded.
    Regards,
    B. Radhika.

Use can use Correspondence type SAP10

  • User exit for confirmation of production order for mandatory fields

While confirming the production order ( CO11 & order type -PP01) , production order should not be saved/confirmed without entering the mandatory field (No. of employees), which is the mandatory field set in the config of "define field selection for confirmation"
It is allowing if user does't click on the tab (personal/additional data).
Without entering the mandatory fields in any tab system should not allow user to confirm the order
How to apply this lock ?
Also while doing the production confirmation (Co11N) ,user should not have the rights to changes ,adds or delete the component and its quantity OR if user make the changes , suystem should not allow to post the confirmation? How to make this in SAP?
    regards,
    Ramesh Bandi

    Hi,
You can check the user exit CONFPP05 (Customer Specific Input Checks when Saving) and its function exit  EXIT_SAPLCORF_105 in the transaction code SMOD.
With this enhancement you can update your own data after saving the confirmation. You cannot change the confirmation itself.
In this enhancement it is strictly FORBIDDEN to send error messages or other dialogs, otherwise data inconsistencies could occur, for which SAP accepts no liability.
You can check with your ABAPer's.
please check & revert back to me.

  • If a customer has a zero balance in second local currency

If a customer has a zero balance in second local currency but some
balance in company code currency before clearing, we want to keep zero
balance in second local currency after clearing. How can we solve this
problem? Is it possible to clear customer open items using second or
    third local currency?
When the customers have several documents in different currencies, we
    have the problem below:
We want to analyze the customeru2019s balance in Euro and USD. (second and
    third local currencies)
However the invoices and some incoming payments have different document
currencies. Invoices are in document currency TRY, incoming payments
are in document currency Euro or USD. In this case, we plan to use
second or third local currency for deciding balances instead of first
local currency. But when we clear the documents using currency TRY
(local currency), system creates exchange rate difference for TRY and
also for the second and third local currencies. We do not want to have
foreign exchange differences after clearing, for the second or third
currencies since their balances were already zero. After clearing the
balances are not zero anymore, and we do not want this happen.
Thanks for your help in advance.

    Hi Ajit,
Explore the possibility of achieving this with a new POWL query?
Use the existing POWL in the confirmation screen as a starting point to see what can be modified to suit your requirement.

    That's better!
Just for reference, we're working with the syntax: SUMIFS(sum-values, test-values, condition, test-values…, condition…)
The way I understand the problem now, you just need to have two SUMIFS functions added together. The expression would go something like this:
    =SUMIFS(Bookings::Y,Bookings::I,">"&Table 5 :: F1,Bookings::I,"<="&Table 5 :: G1,Bookings::B2:B645,"=Apartment1")
    +
(Now, we need the same expression again with different parameters...)
    SUMIFS(Bookings::Y, Z, "<>"&"",Bookings::I,">"&Table 5 :: F1,Bookings::I,"<="&Table 5 :: G1,Bookings::B2:B645,"=Apartment1")
Note that I have partitioned the parameter pairs by color.
The "Sum-values" parameter is Bookings::Y. Do you wish to use this same column under the second condition? If not, replace it with the proper range.
Next, I added the test for content in Column Z.
After that, there are three more condition pairs. I think I get that the reference to column P becomes a reference to column I. I'll let you work out those details. This method will the totals under one condition added to the totals under another condition. And I have suggested a method for determining whether there as been an input in a cell.

  • Payment orders when a customer has a credit balance

    Hello,
I was able to generate a payment order for a customer.  But when a customer has a credit note attached to it that it effectively renders the total as a credit balance,  I am unable to do so.  When I select on the credit note, it comes up with an error "Enter a payment method for outgoing payments".   Is there a way, that I could overcome this error without creating another payment method?  Because its possible for this company that the customer can have credit balance even though we should just be collecting money from them.
    Thanks and regards,
    Tess

    Hi,
It is a SAP a standard behavior in case of Debit  balance of Vendor or Credit balance of Customer it gives as an error.
Hence, in this case we need to do manual clearing through F-44 for Vendor and F-32 for Customer.

  • Customers to be paid for their Credit balances through F110

    Hi Friends,
Currently  in my company, SAP is configured to allow customers to be paid for their Credit balances through the automated payment proposal.  The AR Business would like to prevent  the automated payment proposal from allowing a SAP customer to receive a payment by changing SAP configuration. Any Idea ...how??
    Thanks

    Hi All,
Thanks for your help. I have figured out the exact solution and giving it hereunder for future help of forum's friends.
It is in F110 variants which run through batch jobs and contain vendor or customer accounts to pick their open items. So we need to check and make changes in variants, whether these variants contain customer accounts too or just vendor accounts to be picked up.
    Thanks
