Dear all,

Please suggest me that my understanding is right or not.
What else job is performed with regards to financial accounts for the customer.
Where can I see these updations at each level starting from Sales Order creation, Delivery and Invoice.
Please educate to get a clear idea of the process. your suggestions will be highly appreciated.

  • Price is not being updated when creating a sales order using DTW oOrders

    Hello experts,
When I create a sales Order using DTW (oOrders), the information in the input files document.csv and document_lines.csv is updated with no problem, except the price. The price is being ignored from the input files.
Is there something that I must considered when trying to update the price of a sales order using the DTW?
The field "price" was mapped in the source and target fields in DTW.
    Here is the document_lines.csv

  • Accounting No not Created For Sales Orders when Processed thru Credit cards

    Hi Experts,
I was able to successfully post FI document through Billing document in SD.
The Problem is encountered when a Sales Order is created
    for Credit Card customers.
When the sales order is created the credit card information we are prompted with an error message Payment terms is a required field for G/L Acc so and so...
The payment terms field in the posting key 01 is marked required and the same field for the reconcilation account is optional. However this config has not created any problem for the Non credit card sales orders.
If any one has faced the same problem. Please help me out in this issue.
    Thanks,
    Chaitanya

    Hi Friends,
Please refer SAP OSS Note 119047.
In the OSS Note they have mentioned..
Pass the payment terms to the field
    xaccit-zterm = '0001'. in the User Exit.
    Program : LV60BF0C,
    Customer Function '002'.
    Include File ZXVVFU02.
    SE 37:- EXIT_SAPLV60B_002
Still I don't understand why SAP doesn't support payment terms for Credit Card. But when a Sales Order is  created without credit card the field xaccit-zterm  has a value.
    Thanks,

  • How to create a sales order for one-time customer

    Hi all,
I have a requirement where in creating a sales order, I have to add the tax code for one-time customer. This is not the tax jurisdiction but it is a text field that you can see in Further attributes and it will store in VBPA3 table.
My plan was create sales order first using SD_SALESDOCUMENT_CREATE or BAPI_SALESORDER_CREATEFROMDAT2. Then I used BDC of va02 for changing the salesdoc. But the problem is, we can't proceed because there's a message "TAX HAVE REDETERMINED"  that it doesn't included in recording a transaction.
Another one is, instead of calling the standard bapi, I used BDC for VA01. Again, upon recording there was anothe message popped up "FREIGHT REDETERMINED". And it's not in the recording so we can't proceed.
Would you know what field is for the tax code when I use SD_SALESDOCUMENT_CREATE or any standard bapi? Is there other way aside from calling a standard bapi or bdc?
    Points will be given..Thanks!

    Good afternoon Bella,
We are in a project that exactly need this solution. Could yoy please explain me how you solve the issue ?
    Kind regards

  • Be able to choose only some customer to create a sales order

    Hi experts,
Iu2019ve been checking this thread bellow, so that I can solve my trouble, but  Iu2019m still trying to find out if this method can help me solve an issue,
    BADI CRM_ORDER_AUTH_CHECK
When a salesman is going to create a sale order he should see only customers assigned to his sales office,
Do you know if that method can help me? Or if thereu2019s another way to solve that?
    Thanks in advance
    Best regards

Best Way is to Implement "Access Control Engine" It will allow you to control Static Auth.
    option under Basic function.

  • Self Updating Report of Open Sales Orders (Maybe Crystal )

I want a self updating report of Open Sales Order. I want it to refresh constantly. I know that it could be an alarm but it would be executed every # minutes and dont want to. Any ideas ? I dont know Crystal Reports enough but is it posible ?

    Hi ,
If I were you , I will not be crazy looking at my sales order in every 1 minutes ..I would train my users to check at least 15 minutes.
I understand what u are trying to do;you  want that customer will see the latest open SO created ..but 15 minutes is good enough time .
I think you have to check if database size grows up big time ..so far no report has come to me from my clients for this set up .
make sure you  are not saving an alert into database
If you are using multiple alerts , I will atleast monitor my database for a while to see i encounter performance issue ..
So far for one alert at every 15 minutes ..i think u should be fine ..
    Hope this helps

it there any solution for this issue?
If SO updation is only the soltuion can we do it in MASS.( we have more than one lak SOs)
    Regards
    Sudha

    hello, friend.
in VA05, you can edit many sales orders for one customer at a time.  in the main screen, select the sales orders and go to Edit > Mass changes > New pricing.
you could explore tcode VFRB (retro-billing) but you do need to consider your business requirement trade-offs.
please post feedback if this helped.
    regards.

  • Unable to update pricing in open sales orders

    Dear All
I had created some sales orders which are partially delivered, now i need to update one of the pricing component due to change in that component (i have already created new pricing component thru VK11) but when i try to change (VA02) sales order and go to conditions at item level, the update button (through which we select B Carry out new pricing) is disabled. please help

In sale order, for any line item, you can incorporate new pricing only if there is no delivery is made.  If you want to change the pricing, you have to close the line item by assigning reason for rejection and create a new line item so that the revised price will be considered.
On the other hand, you can update only in billing document and that too before saving.  If  Accounting document is generated, then you cannot even update in billing.
    thanks

  • Purchase order created from sale order ( third party)

    Hi...
In third party sale, when sale order is created in SAP system will automatically creates Purchase requisition which can be converted into Purchase order,
My requirement is i need to identify against which sale order the above purchase order is created, do this purchase order has any reference of sale order.
Is there any way where i can track the purchase order number entered while cretion of sale order in the purchase order generated after creation of sales order.
    Suggestion will be worth rewarding.
    Regards
    SARFARZ

    Hi
I think you are little bit confused. The PO number entered while creating the Sales order is nothing but the customer Purchase order. This we may receive in different forms.Hard copy or Mail etc.We will give this number as a reference in sales order.
Where as for third party orders, depending on the schedule line category (SD), PR will be generated. This will PR will be converted in to PO.In PO item detail, you can find account assignment tab, where you can find the sales order number.
If you want to link customer PO to the SAP PO, then you need to link the two tables.
    Regards

  • Create multiple sales orders from single service notification?

Is it possible to create multiple sales orders from a single notification (IW51)?
We currently create sales orders directly within transaction IW51 (Create Service Notification).  We kick off the sales order creation by pressing the "SALES ORD." button in the notification screen.  We're now interested in creating a 2nd Sales Order which would tie directly to the same Service Notification.  This is so that we can have the second order assigned to a different account assignment WBS (there are two different parties doing work on the service notification).
I assume you would have to go to VA01 to create the Sales Order, but am not sure how to tie it directly to the service notification from here.  I treied to do a create with reference, but there is no ability to create with reference to a service notification.
Do I have to create a second service notification for the 2nd Sales Order for this to work?  I want to avoid doing this if at all possible.
    I'm running SAP R/3 Enterprise
    Thanks for your help!

    Hi,
go to vtaa- copy controls for sales document to sales document.
select your combination of order and quotation go to item level. There select value 0(zero) in field positive/negative negative.
No need to change update document flow.
After setting zero in copy control that be told on above. create order with respective to the quotation.
    After saving the order.
go to document flow to see the status in between quotation and order.
If you placed setting right, then u certainly observe for quotation status will be open. so you can create no. of sales order with respect to that quotation..
    Have a good day..

  • Create a Sales Order with Reference to Contract using IDoc / LSMW  ( AFS )

    Hi Gurus,
I need to crate a Sales Order with reference to a Contract. I need to upload Sales Orders with reference to contract via LSMW.
So far, I've been able to create the Sales Order with ref to contract. But, the Sales Order Quantity is not getting deducted from the Original Qty in Referred Contract ( When try to create another Sales Order referring to the same Contract.) When a Sales Order is created manually, this is working fine.
Please tell me if I've missed some parameter which stopping it create the link to exact schedule line ( Sizes level )
    The Details of the IDoc which is been created via LSMW are as follows;
    Message Type: ORDERS
    Basic Type     : /AFS/ORDERS05
Process Code : ORDE / DELO
( Tried with both process codes.  But the Identification is the same for both: IDOC_INPUT_ORDERS )
    *_In Header;_
Segment : E1EDK02  - IDoc: Document header reference data *
    Qualifier : '043' - Vendor Contract Number ( Tried with ' 005' - Customer Contract, but it's not working )
Contract Order is mapped for field BELNR
    *_In Item;_
Segment : E1EDP02  - IDoc: Document Item Reference Data *
    Qualifier : '043' - Vendor Contract Number ( Tried with ' 005' - Customer Contract, but it's not working )
Contract Order is mapped to field BELNR
Line Item of the Contract is mapped to field ZEILE
I also tried passing the Schedule line of Contract in Segment :  E1J3P01 AFS IDoc: Doc.item general data
    to following fields;
    J_3AETENV
    J_3AVGETE
    /AFS/UETENR
Still its not getting updated in the VBEP also..
Please help me with regard to this. Points will be awarded for your valuable contribution.
    Thanks.

    Hi,
    This issue is been resolved.
One of my friend helped me with resolving this issue..
    Once the below mentioned configurations were done on SPRO, the Sales Order was created with reference to Contract and the Qty was reflected when tried to create a new Order referring the same contract.;
u2022     SPRO --> SD  -->Sales  --> Sales Documents  --> Sales Document Header  --> Define Sales Document Types  --> Field : Outline agreement message; from blank to u201CBu201D.
u2022     SPRO  -->SD  -->Sales  --> Sales Documents  --> Sales Document Header  --> Maintain Sales Document Types for AFS  --> Field : Outline agreement message; from blank to u201CAu201D

  • Change Request demanded while creating a Sales Order

    Dear All,
I am creating a Sales Order. The solution is using user exits to communicate between SD and TEM.
Whenever we create a Sales Order its corresponding sales order and line item is updated in TEM table HRVPAD25.
While saving the Sales Order, its asking for a Change Request which is by default the Customizing Request created for functional configuration of that particular solution.
Sales orders however are created successfully.
Can anyone throw some light on the issue?
    regards,
    Prosenjit.

  • User exit to update characteristic attributes in sales order

    Hi all,
I am having one queer requirement.
We are having variant configuration. We are manufactiuring a material which is having lenght as one of the characteristic.
While creating the sales order the user will enter the value against length. This we have to pull in the inspection lot with range.
For ex. if the length required by customer is 1000 mm then depending upon the tolerance limit say +/-1.5 %, another characteristic should get updated with the allowed range (here in this example the lower range  985 and upper range 1015) against another characteristic.
This characteristis will sever as class characteristic for QM master inspection characteristic.
Here the problem is the functionality can't be mapped with object dependency in satandard SAP (you can't derive range with object dependency), so I am looking for user exit to update the second characteristic depending upon the value of first characteristic and allowed percentage.
The user exit should be effective for sales order creation as well as sales order change.
    Please help.

    Hello Nikhil,
I am looking for the tolerance limit to upadte against one char only and not two separate chars.
If the range is against only one char (and that too again in numeric format and not characteristic format) same shall can be pulled against master inspection characteristic in inspection lot.
    Looking forward for the soution.
