Customer sent money to wrong bank, how to correct?

My client has multiple LE and multiple banks. Their customers sometimes do business with many of these businesses. Occasionally that customer will send their payment to the wrong bank account. What is the best way to get this to the correct OU? My thought was to reverse the misc receipt in the wrong OU, and put it into the correct OU and do a bank transfer, or a journal entry. They want it tracked so that they can see it was in the wrong bank and moved to the correct one so that they can reconcile properly. Is there a more complete way of doing this?

Last May 9, 2015, I have withdrawn my paypal money and sent it to my bank account. After weeks of waiting, I have check my bank accounts and surprised that one of my bank account was closed. And it happened to be the account that I sent my paypal money. I tried to email paypal many times and ask for help and all I received was just an automated response and never get my answer. I have tried to call paypal but I can't talk to a person. I am outside the US and I am desperate to know where is my money! It should be back to my paypal account but apparently not. Please, I need help and answer!

  • I'm suddenly getting the kernel panic message and constant restarts when connected to the time machine wireless network. if is switch to the BT network, all fine. no help found so far as to what's wrong or how to correct, anyone have any thoughts...

    Recently upgraded to mountain lion in order to buy the new tall tower for time machine backups. had to get technical support to help with set up as it wouldn't play ball with two computers. all working fine up until last week when the iMac started getting backup error messages. then system restarts independently when using time machine on the time machine wireless network. only stops restarting when I switch the wireless network back to he bt one, which is a pain obviously as can't back up to time machine then.  it has to be a problem with airport utility or something wireless but all says all up to date with software etc. all still works fine backing up from laptop on the wireless network, just the iMac is not happy. any help or thoughts very much appreciated.

    "what could I do *instead* of ..." rather than the one I actually asked, but seriously ...
    Shutting down might be an answer, although it would clear out my tmp directory - which I might not want to have to sort through looking for things I want to save every time I go to work, and also, now that nvram doesn't seem to work for disabling the boot chime, it can get a bit embarassing booting up in a busy meeting if I have forgotten to mute before I shut down. There are all sorts of other issues, such as editing documents, loading web pages and so on that I would have to set up again.
    Your suggestion of letting Apple know is a good one - thank you for the link.

    We have performed GR few months ago. We just realize that, the GR posted 1000kg in SAP system (it should be 999kg only).
    Since we are not possible to reverse the GR as it was consumed.
    Please guide me what is the correct way of doing? Any impact on my GRIR posting?

              Since goods have been consumed so there is nothing that can be done with your good receipt. However the possible way to treat this is to post invoice at full amount in MIRO and then post a subsequent credit to vendor of value equal to 1 Kg in MIRO.. There is an option given in MIRO for subsequent credit if you see on top. I hope it will help you.

  • How to correct spelling and grammar mistakes in Pages?

    So I'm new to Mac's and the Pages wordprocessing software. Normally, in Microsoft Word, when something is misspelled or grammatically incorrect, the red or green line comes under it and you can right-click that to see options to correct the error. Pages also does the red or green line thing under incorrect words and stuff, but since you can't right click on a Macbook, how do find out what's wrong and how to correct it? Basically whats the Pages parallel of right-clicking to correct in Word?

    Hi i recently withdrew $60.00 from my paypal account to my bank account, i waited for about 2 days and the transaction were completed, but then i realized my error, i sent the money to the wrong bank account, i only realized it when i checked my bank account and it wasnt there and i checked my paypal transaction history and the account number is incorrect. i would like to know if i would be able to get my money back if possible, to some people $60 maybe not that big but for me as a student is a very large thing as i need it for my studies.

    All downloads from iTunes are tied to the account that downloaded it, you can't re-download content via a different account. You checked the spam folder on yourr old account as well as the Inbox, and depending upon how long ago you did it, have you retried getting it reset : http://appleid.apple.com, then 'reset your password' ?

  • Verizon Sent me the wrong EIN numbered phone and  has been nearly 3 months and still no refund

    I am still not getting my money back for the phone I ordered and paid for via credit card on 11/29/2010.
    You guys sent me the wrong phone with the wrong EIN number. So I was told by my local Verizon store on 11/30/2010 to send it back (Which I did) and a new phone would replace it (received new phone), The replacement phone was billed to my Verizon account and I was told I would get my money back  once the first phone was returned to you guys,
    I shipped the first phone back via FEDEX on 12/3/2010.
    I contacted customer service on 12/31/2010 and told them I hadn’t gotten my refund yet (REF# 70331329 and was told expect a refund in 24 to 48 Business hours.
    I contacted Customer service (Greta) on 2/6/2011, and she said she saw that the phone had been returned and said it should show up on the next billing cycle.
    I got a new bill on 2/25/2011 and no refund was on the bill.
    I contacted customer service on 2/26/2011 and talked to Jeff, he said He would fill out a TOPS request and he would call me back on 3/2/2011 and as of 3/21/2011 no call has been received from him.
    I called customer service (Aman) on 3/6//2011 and he said I should get my money back in 24-72 hours and I haven’t yet.
    I emailed the Verizon/Boeing contact and he said he has “no teeth “ to do anything about it, and I would need to elevate to at least supervisor level and they should be able to do something about this ………….and he is sorry he can’t help
    It has been nearly 3 months and 4 phone calls by me and I have been told I should get the money back 5 times now. And still no return of my money. I think this issue needs elevating to the top of the company if necessary as this has become a joke of Customer Service from your company.
    It seems that the CUSTOMER is not important to Verizon anymore.
    Please stop giving me the Customer Service run around and actually return my money that I had to pay for the wrong phone that you sent me and then had me send it back.
    Do I need to get legal advice or the Attorney General involved to resolve this?

    Rofl... 1) peer to peer forum... as much fun as your righteous rage is we can't really help (although you will probably get a pm from a rep... keep in mind you can do the same thing throught the 'contact us' link in the upper right). 2) Just as confirmation... you did pay for the second phone separately? 3) Call in, talk to a sup and tell them the situation in a calm polite manner. Have them double check to make sure the phone is showing in the warehouse... that the fedex order is showing as having been returned and that some return refund requests have been submitted... If all of that has been done, and they show it has been returned then some form of credit should be able to be worked out. Oh, I should also say that you may not need to go to a sup. A lot of reps are more than able to take care of this, gauge the confidence level of the rep for the first few minutes (along with how well they are willing to listen to you) before you decide to sup up.

This is ILLEGAL you cannot ship the wrong item and then charge the customer 149.99 to exchange the wrong item for the proper item IT IS ILLEGAL it is called bait and switch and is the basis for a lawsuit. I have been without a phone for a week, and they are now checking the recorded phone call to verify the deal they made!what?

    You should have required them to replace the phone via mail.  The mail-order store and the brick & mortar stores are separate entities and often have different pricing and/or rebate requirements.

    So my question is... If I put money into my bank account will it continue to work normally?
    Will the items I bought which weren't paid for be paid once I deposit money into my bank account? Once it's been paid will I be able to download again?
