Customer-Specific Program Error

Hello SAP Experts,
I am currently creating an applicant at PB40 with inital data entry, accidently created an applicant with Applicant with Applicant No 00000000.
After which, i have met this error all along when i try to assign Applicant Activities to an Applicant.
u201CTable PB0001 contains an entry for personnel number 00000000u201D
When I try to close the pop-up box, it show sequence message:
u201CTable PB0002 contains an entry for personnel number 00000000u201D
u201CTable PB4000 contains an entry for personnel number 00000000u201D
u201CTable PB4004 contains an entry for personnel number 00000000u201D
I know that it is a Customer-specific program error. However i do not know where am i going to remove the error from the program. Then delete table entry for Personnel Number 00000000. Someone please help me.

The number 0000 0000 is already assigned to an applicant and cannot be re-used.
If you are in the production system, please change the current number in your number range. If not, delete the existing applicant 0000 0000.

Just one thing i want to explain you that previously it was working fine but suddenly (might after upgrading in R12) started giving error. I had tested with old data files also which were loaded successfully in the system. but now it is giving error. Please help me in this issue.

Allthough this program are run on NetBean6.1.In NetBean6.1, i am not specify the web.xml file.Please Help me..

There should be a stack trace in the web or application server's log file that will contain the specific root cause of this. It is often a NullPointerException or ClassNotFoundException or other "common" exception.

Please post details of application release, database version and OS.
Is the issue with one specific custom concurrent program? What is the type of this CP? Has this ever worked?
Please enable trace/debug as per (How To Trace a Concurrent Request And Generate TKPROF File (Doc ID 453527.1)) and see if more details are collected in the log then.

Could not complete the define custom shape command because of program error

I am using the pen tool to draw a shape and then select it to create a custom shape. I use path: edit - define custom shape = "could not complete the define custom shape command because of program error"
The error message appears once I click the define button.

Also, I solved this another way, seems to happen to me often. I click on the path panel, near layers panel and clicked on 'load path as a selection' (3rd icon on bottom from left), then click 'make work path from selection' (4th icon on bottom from left). Then you will see that the whole work area is part of the selection, including your desired shape/path. In order to change this, just select 'path selection' tool and highlight each corner and delete each point from each corner, then you are left with the desired selection to create a shape. I am self taught and this seem unorthodox, but it works.

When I click on Define Custom Shape, I get an error message: "could not complete your request because of a program error."

I'm using Photoshop CC 2014. When I click on Define Custom Shape, there is an error box that says "could not complete your request because of a program error." How can I solve this problem or work around it? I've looked on the internet for answers but could find no solutions to this. The custom shape tool is 99% of what I use!

Consider resetting the Pen tool by right clicking here
and if that doesn't solve the problem a logical next step would be to reset your Preferences.
To reset Preferences:
If Photoshop is already open on your screen, close it (Quit). Then hold down Shift+Ctrl+Alt (Win) / Shift+Command+Option (Mac) on your keyboard and start Photoshop.
A dialog box will pop up asking if you want to delete the existing Preferences file (the "Settings"). Click Yes in the dialog box. The existing Preferences file will be scrapped and a new one will be created.
By the way, if "The custom shape tool is 99% of what I use!" have you considered Illustrator?

I had the same problem. In your .tld change tagclass to tag-class and bodycontent to body-content and that should do the trick. The names slightly changed for JSP spec 1.2.

Error for customer specific Authorization check (User Exit)

Dear Experts,
I am facing a problem in PM.
I have created a maintenace plan for calibration via t code IP42 and mentioned the order type PM05. Scheduling is done for the order. I got the order number.
I have released the order and got the inspection lot number.
While entering the results recording through t code QE17, the reluts are out of the specified range, i have given the valuation Rejected, immediately system is giving an error message as below:
"Error for customer specific Authorization check (User Exit)"
Though there is no user exit activated in the system, this message is coming and not allowing the result recoring for rejection.
If I'm entering the result recording within the specified range, then valuation is Accepted and its allowing to save.
I have checked the following user exits:
QQMA0002: QM: Authorization Check for Entry into Notif. Transaction
QQMA0026: PM/SM: Auth. check when accessing notification transaction.
The above 2 User Exits are not active.
I have also checked a note 429066. But it says incase of any dump for that user exit only its applicable and more over the current version of the system is ECC 6.0 packae 15, where as that note is applicable upto 4.6C.
Please some one help me on this issue.

I have cheked with my technical team, There is no hotpacks updated recently. This is the implementaion project I'm in, so performing the cycle for the first time.
Any how I got it solved, in T code QE17, after entering the Inspection lot in next screen goto menu path Settings - User settings - Defects recording mention the reprt type and tick on Reprt type Changable.
At the time of result recording if the valuation is Rejected then it ask for defects recording close that window if not rwequired then save, the error message no longer apperaing now.

Assign specifications with custom-built program

Hi,
I want to use a custom-built program to assign specifications and calculate the sample size for an inspection lot. I don't want to do this automatically at inspection lot creation.
Does anyone have a code on how to do this? I don't think it's enough if I change the status of the inspection lot?

I have created a LSMW project to migrate various objects (Material, pricing conditions, conditions) for our new division. I want to add another object Purchasing Info records. We already have a customer specific mapping program that prepares the data for SXDB to complete the migration. After creating the new object in LSMW, I looked in step 1 (Maintain object attributes) but couldnt see anywhere convenient to put the program name.
I know that LSMW provides a mapping facility of its own, but can I avoid reinventing the wheel and instead own specific program?

Hi,
I am afraid, that is not possible. It is possible to create your own BDC recording but not the way you want to do. LSMW needs to know your source and target structures and then you do the mapping from source to target within LSMW. It stores this mapping information in several tables and unless LSMW has those entries, it will not be able to generate the mapping(conversion) program. Also, LSMW creates a 'read' file and later a 'converted' file. Your mapping program may not be doing that, which means LSMW cannot execute it in later steps to actually create the Purchase Info Records.
You will have to create your own BI or DI program or a business object and a BAPI, or an IDOC type and message type and then publish it to standard SAP, then may be it will be possible. But that will be lot of work, instead use the standard one availble to you.
If you want to use your existing code then, when you get to the mapping part of it, just cut and paste the logic specific to each field in the appropriate place, or don't do any individual field mapping, but just paste all the mapping logic in the ENDOF_RECORD_ section.

Error After custom javahost program running.

We developed a javahost program which's running after ibot.
It's role is downloading a attached pdf or mht file to local directory.
we register it a ibot >> Advanced >>Add Action >> Custom Java Program.
It works when a attached file size is small. (only contains text)
but it fail when attached file is big(it contains multi contents including charts).

I fixed this problem thru oracle patch.
It was driven from Bug 9375009.
you need a patch, no : 8603005.

Re: Dynadock error with specific program

Hi, I have a dynadock for connect my notebook (external monitor, network, ...). All it's ok but when I run a specific program, for exemple evernote, i don't see the program correctly in the external monitor. The window program is transparent but if I see the notebook I can see the program correctly.
The dislpayLink version is 5.4.26772 and i'm using windows 7 64bit. My dynadock is PA3541E-2prp.
How I can fix it?

Does it work when you connect external display directly to your notebook?
I mean it is not easy to discuss about some third part application. Who knows how it is programmed?
Have you tried to speak with their support? I mean they should test functionality of their own product under different conditions.

Error: Create customer specific areas with services

Hi Experts,
I am facing problem while creating customer specific areas with services. We have a development for Appraisals and trying to make it work via ESS.
I have defined resource for area page, defined area, assigned area to an area group page.
Still the Area is not displaying on Area page.
Please let me know as to where I have gone wrong.
