Customer TIn Number to be printed in our invoice

Hello evertone,
I have a end user requirement of printiing the xustomer TIN number to be printed in our invoice....is it possible if we maintain the same in customer master data.
Thanks in advance

Hi,
we maintain the customer excise details in t.code J1ID. We have the PAN no. Just check whether we have TIN no. for customer also and in SAP what is the field name. Now are you using the standard ouput type for printing the invoice - RD00? If RD00 layout has the field for printing the TIN number, then if you maintain the TIN no. for customer then when you take the print out of your invoice the TIN of customer will be diaplayed.
If the TIN no. field is not there in the standard layout of the output type RD00, then ask your ABAPER to make the required changes in the standard layout and include the required field in the layout. Give the specifications to the ABAPER.
Reward points if solution helps.

  • How to print TIN Number of Customr on A/R Invoice

    Hi..
I need to print TIN number of the customer on A/R Invoice. pls  tell me in which table i need to search it and get it printed on invoice.
    Reema

    Hi Reema,
    Just add a database field
    Table - CRD7
    Column - Taxid11
If the above is not working then try by using the below FMS
Create UDF(TIN No.) and assign the below FMS Query.
    SELECT  T0.[TaxId11] FROM CRD7 T0  INNER JOIN OCRD T1 ON T0.CardCode = T1.CardCode
    WHERE T1.[CardCode] =$[OINV.Cardcode]
    OR
    SELECT  Max(T0.[TaxId11]) FROM CRD7 T0  INNER JOIN OCRD T1 ON T0.CardCode = T1.CardCode
    WHERE T1.[CardCode] =$[OINV.Cardcode]
Assign this FMS Query in UDF(TIN No.)
Auto Refresh of Card Code and Check the Display Saved Values

  • Customer part number to be printed on the output

The system shall automatically display/print customer part number or product name on document output.

    Hi,
Your document output depends on Output program attached to your output condition type.
So if the field Customer Material Number/ Part Number ( VBAP -  KDMAT) is to be printed for the document output.
Ask your abap consultant to add this field in the output program and form
    Field name
    VBAP -  KDMAT

  • Incorrect Number of Pages Printing - Custom Paper Size

    Hello Everyone,
I am new to Crystal Reports but have recently become responsible for supporting a report that my office has been using for several years.  We utilize a fairly simple Crystal Report to create temporary and guest parking passes in the parking services department of my University.  These passes simply take some data from our internal database and add the current and calculated expiration dates - again, pretty simple.  These passes are then printed on a custom paper stock roughly the size of a #10 envelope that has a hole in the paper to hang around a car's rear view mirror.  This solution has been working for years but we have recently run into a very annoying problem.
The passes are being printed from our four customer service computers.  Each computer is identical - an HP dc7900 workstation running Windows XP SP3 and Crystal Reports 11.  The computers also have identical printers; HP DeskJet 6940s.  A couple of weeks ago the customer service representatives who handle the parking passes started experiencing a problem.  When they would print a the report (the temporary or guest pass) the printer would occasionally pick up the custom page, make a strange grinding noise, and spit the page out without printing.  It was only by putting the paper back in a second or third time that the pass would actually print.  This problem seems to happen randomly with some people experiencing the problem more than others.
Like I mentioned before, this method of creating the passes has been working for several years.  We have been using the same Crystal Report and the same printers.  One of the four CSRs has not experienced any problems with her printing - the passes come out of the printer correctly every time.  Other CSRs are able to specify only printing page 1 and the pass will print correctly; even though it is only a one page report to start with.  There is only one CSR who has the problem most frequently - about 80% of the time - and she cannot use the "print page 1" technique.  We have tried to figure out what sets her apart from the others but they should all have identical machines.
In troubleshooting the problem I have attempted everything I could think of.  Our first thought was to clean the printer or swap it out with a spare, but this did not solve the problem.  Since it was happening on multiple computers, we thought the report was to blame.  We checked to make sure all of the data was fitting withing the margins, there were no extra sections or section breaks, and that the report had not been corrupted somehow.  We also tried to create a new report from scratch - again none of these actions helped.  I then tried to upgrade one computer to all of the latest updates available for Crystal Reports 11 from the website.  These updates did not solve the problem either.  The final straw was to re-image the computer to a known good state, but this did not help.
Since we are still not sure of the root cause of the problem I have posted a similar topic on HP's customer support forum.  I was hoping that someone in the Crystal Reports community may have some insight into my problems as well.  I have searched through the forums previously and that's where I got many ideas including updating, checking for hidden/over sized text, changing the print engine, and turning of Data Execution Prevention.  However, none of these suggestions improved our situation.  Does anyone have any insights as to what could be causing our problem?  It is getting very annoying for the CSRs and I feel bad that I have not been able to come up with a solution for them.
To recap, here are my environment specifications:
    -Crystal Reports 11
-Windows XP Service Pack 3 + all available Windows Updates
    -HP dc7900 Workstations
-HP DeskJet 6940 printers connected through USB
    -Microsoft Office 2007
    -McAfee Anti-Virus 8.7i
I appreciate any help or guidance anyone can provide.  Thank you in advance for your support.
    Jeff

The "strange grinding noise" leads me to believe it is the printer or paper stock.  I know you said you changed printers, but did you swap the printer having the problem with the one that never does?  My HP color laserjet makes a strange grinding noise now that the fuser needs to be replaced (which I will be doing this weekend).  Usually the louder the noise, the worse the printout looks...
Nothing in Crystal should cause a printer noise...

  • Differences between Customer PO number & Ship-to Party's PO number

    HI ALL,
Can anyone explain what is Customer PO number & Ship-to Party's PO number in sales order ?
what the differences between Customer PO number & Ship-to Party's PO number in sales order ?
when i use the customer PO number and when i use ship-to party's PO number ?  i mean what condition ?
what the impact if i use one of them or both ?  what transaction that may problem/potential to problem because i use both of them ?
    Thanks & Best Regards,
    Saiful arif

In our business we sell products to our dealers.
The dealer has many end customers, which we have mapped as ship-to party and attached to dealer number (who is defined as sold-to party).
The dealer combines many of his end customers purchase orders and places as one purchase order with us. When we make shipments, individual line items have different ship-to numbers assigned and for each item seperate ship-to purchase order number is maintained.
When relevant output documents are printed, both the dealer purchase order number and ship-to (end cusotmer) purchase order numbers are printed and the documents are sent to both dealer and end customers.
Since the business process demands printing of both the PO numbers, we use this field.

  • Customer Support Number UK for Indesign

Hello is there a customer support number for Indesign UK? Happy to pay - have an urgent file that needs to go to print today. Thanks

Thanks, Our printer managed to help us with the problem but really dissapointed with the Adobe support options. Indesign doesn't have phone support. I dont have time to sit and type on a community as I know nothing about the technical aspects of Indesign!!
First of all, this is a user-user forum, there rarely is anyone from Adobe on the forums, however it does happen.
The community is the first place most people who have issues come to - as it's users who can help other users.
Adobe support is not for technical issues with using the software. The people in the Adobe support and phone support are basically a call center, for issues with installations and other issues around the software not launching/loading, serial numbers and other issues with the general instalation and loading of InDesign.
InDesign is a professional designers tool - where a trained graphic designer/desktop publisher will have the sufficient knowledge to use and operate the software - including any faults with documents not working correctly.
And thirdly - I think it's a bit rude to state that you "don't have time to sit and type on a community" - where you came to the community for help, and the help was given, but then state you don't have time.
If you don't know the technical aspects of InDesign then I suggest you hire someone who does. Or in this case, your printers were kind enough to help out.
Hope this clarifies the "Adobe Support", "Phone Issues", and "Who we the community are".

  • Is it possible to assign a TIN number to more than one Vendor?

Hi there. This is my first post ever in this community. I have little experience with SAP and had come across the following situation: I have two different W-9 forms for 2 vendors with different addresses and names but with the same TIN number. These two entities are related. One provides us with the fuel cards service and the other one with lodging cards service. Our current SAP configuration only allows one TIN number per vendor. SAP configuration is determined by our Head Office in Spain and this rule is applied across all subsidiaries worldwide.   Question is: how do US companies handle this situation in SAP? Thanks.

    Hi!
You can mention up to 4-5 tin numbers for a single vendor at 'Control' tab in master data T.Codes: XK01 or FK01. But you cant get the reports per tin number wise. You have to contact your developer to get this report.
    Thanks

  • Customs declaration number in VAT Invoice output

    Hi Gurus,
I need to print the customs declaration number in VAT invoice output.I have given the logic to fetch this number from ITEM>Foreign Trade/Customs>Comments tab,but I have come across a scenario if some times user forgot to mention this number in the respective field then the print program won't print,I have tried to enter the value in change mode of billing document VF02 and this field is grayed out.Is there is any other field to maintain this field after the creation of billing document.
    Regards,
    Hari Challa.

To my knowledge, pretty much the only thing that may be changed in VF02 is the text. See Item Text tab for item-level text, same is available on the header level.
Usually the right approach is to make sure all the required data is entered in the preceding document (order, delivery, etc.). Then it should be just copied to the invoice.

  • Multiple customer part number in VD51

Hi we are maintaining customer part number in VD51for our SAP part number. ONE TO ONE for  a particular customer is possible.  but we need to maintain more than one customer part number for the same SAP part number and same customer is it possible is there any other way to achieve this ...b'cos our customer name same part A as X in one project and Y in another project . they gave order by their part numbers only

As long as the customer code is going to be the same, you cannot maintain multiple customer material codes against one SAP material code.  But you can cheat the system which I would not recommend :-((, by giving some space before the customer material code.
    thanks

  • Customer order number in CO-PA

    Hello!
Does somebody know where I can see the rule for the derivation of the customer order number in CO-PA? As it is a standard characteristic I can not see the rule in transaction KEDR.
Our problem is... we use the typical third-party order process:
Customer order -> purchase requisition -> purchase order -> stock receipt (standard cost in CO-PA)
    We use account based CO-PA.
Now we have the problem, that in the stock receipt there is no Customer order in Profitability Segment Number (CO-PA). But we have the customer order item and this leads to an error, not while booking the goods receipt, but later during foreign currency valuation. The error is that e.g. item number 10 is not a possible characteristic for order number "".
Now we tried to find out the cause. And we came to the conclusion that the problem is already generated when creating the customer order as here is already created the profitability segment number and in this special case the customer order is missing.
But, we have a company code, sales org etc. for Germany - here everything is fine. When I create a standard customer order the profitybility segment number is created with customer order number as well as when I create a third-party order. Now we copied the whole customizing to a new company code, sales org etc. for our company in Switzerland.
Now, when I create a standard customer order for this company code the profitability segment is created correctly with customer order number. Just in case I create a third-party order for this new company code the order number is missing in the profitybility segment.
    Thanks in advance

    Hi,
Use COPA user exit COPA0001 to derive the batch numbers. Refer to SAP notes 70231 for further clarifications on this point.
If useful please award points as way of thaks.
