CUSTOMIZED BENEFITS ENROLLMENT FORM NOT PRINTING PROPERLY
Hi there,
I customized the benefits enrollment form HR_BEN_ENRO and I am trying to print the form in HRBEN00CEWB but only the first page is printing and not all the plans are showing up even if th employee is enrolled in more than one plan.I dont know on what basis its getting the information and showing up.When I do a print preview of the form in SE71 the form shows up all the pages but when i goto transaction HRBEN00CEWB its not printing all the pages.Its just printing the first page even in print preview.i didnt modify the standard program.I modified the form and assignmend to the print program in the config.Any solutions??Please help

May be because the Main window is placed halfway in the second and third page. If you are using a single page may be you have restricted other windows by specifying conditions "only on first page".
To rectify this you can copy the first page into second page and altering the position of the main window. Now assign the next page of first page as second and next page of second page as second page itself.
Revert back if you have doubts.

Windows 7 in OS printer driver for Deskjet 6840 not printing properly
The Windows 7 (32 bit) in OS print driver for the Deskjet 6840 produces print in "Normal" mode that is blurred (not properly registered left to right and slightly vertically). When printing in "Draft" mode it is apparent that the driver is not setting the left and right margins correctly, so that each line is alternately shifted left or right on the page. If I switch to a 500C driver, the printer works fine (but of course high res images do not print properly). This is occuring on two wired network computers, both running clean installs of Windows 7 professional with all current updates including Service Pack 1. Microsoft says, "It's a HP printer, it's their problem". I'm just looking for an answer. Anyone have experience with this?

Thanks for posting at NI forums! I think you should follow RavensFan advice on contacting the vendor for information on the driver’s support, or if you have a readme file, you could check on that. Also, are the Windows XP and Windows sharing the same architecture (32 or 64 bits)? Maybe the driver is not compatible with one of them, in case it changed. I did a quick search on the error message you're getting, and I found this forum in which they give some steps you could follow regarding the INF file. For instance, in one of the comments, they say they had a similar issue with another device and they found some work arounds.

Bill of Lading (BOL) was not printing properly

In Production system, Bill of Lading (BOL) was not printing properly.
Only a part of BOL is printed.
It was happening only for one BOL, where as other BOLs are printing correctly.
Even spool was generated successfully.

I also face the same problem long back. The problem was at the delivery item text.
One of the line item texts contained a special character.
Once the special character was removed, everything was normal. BOL was printed successfully.
Check the failed BOL, whether this may be the problem.

USB P1505 not printing properly via Terminal Services
I have problem printing to these printers via terminal services. Other pinters print fine but these guys either print intermittently or not at all. I have installed the latest drivers on the TS and the clients. Sometimes sessions will be created and jobs would just remain in the queue or take a very long time to print. They are the USB and not the N models.
Any ideas?

Win2k Pro/WinXP clientsThe router is Zylex, the printer is an hp deskjet 3512. I first used the disk that came with the printer that did not work, so I uninstalled and downloaded off of this site thinking maybe it would be a more updated version. That did not work either. I have done all of the other troubleshooting that I have found on this site through other forums I unplugged the router, checked countless times to make sure the password and network were correct.
My main issue at this point in time is that it will not print properly at all. I dont know if I need to download something to make it work. I am a full time student, work full time, and have children. I need my printer to work when I hook it up to usb, I dont have time to for all of these problems that I have had with this printer. I am actually in need of something printed at this very moment and my library is closed which is where I have had to go and pay .25 a page to print anything. So Please help!!!! -

Custom Master Detail form not working In EBS
Hi all,
I have two custom tables -- 1) XXX_DIE_Headers
2) XXX_DIE_LINES
I developed a Master Detail form based on above tables. XXX_DIE_Headers is the Master Block (Single record) & XXX_DIE_LINES is the detail block ( Multi line block ).
Yes, I used Appstand,Template.fmb for developing this form. The Master block has three fields out of which Two are required fields and i have given initial value for them.
As i deployed it in APPS(EBS),everything about it is working fine (insert,delete,master-detail behaviour) except querying.
When i press F-11 , It pops up a message "Do you want to save changes you have made" Choice - yes,no,cancel.
I don't want this message to pop up.
The scenario is :- I open the form.( without entering ) Press F11 . The message Pops up.
Please give me suggession on how to work it around so as form directly goes to query mode ,without popping the message.

raviIt seems that you are changing a database value in your form, do you have any changes in WHEN-NEW-FORM-INSTANCE???
what the form is trying to tell you that you have changed something, do you want to save it?
I suggest you debug your form and see what's happening step by step.

My 5520 black is not printing properly> The diagnostic page black ink area is showing seven 5 mm bars. I tried multiple cleaning but no dice. Tried changing to another fresh black XL cartridge but no luck. Any advice?

Jewel case insert does not print properly since new itunes version was installed
jewel case insert does not print properly since new itunes version was installed. The song list prints all of the line items too close together without space inbetween each song.
I am having the same issue. If I close itunes and open with a new CD already in the drive, it will find it. But once that CD has been imported and ejected, itunes does not find the newly inserted CD and there is no command to tell itunes to "look" in the CD drive

PDF Form not printing all field/letters properly.
Hi Everyone,
I'm hoping someone can help me.
I recently created a PDF Form to be filled out when setting up an new customer at my job.
After filling out the form one of my co-workers is experiancing an issue when printing. Anytime he has two or more of the same letters in a field, they do not print.
(For example)
[email protected] will print as Je @aol.com and will just pring our a blank field.
Just for fun we tried to pring [email protected] and all we got was " @aol.com".
This seems to only happen on one pirinter and from my one coleagues computer, no one else.
Any ideas?
I did update his Acrobat to the most recent version and restarted the computer but we still have the same issues.
Thanks.If it only acts up with the one printer. Then it’s a Print Driver Issue. Or some strange Printer problems that can be fixed by:
Quiting the application your using with the printer
Next Unplug Printer.
IF wired Printer (SCSI, Serial, Parallel, USB, Thunderbolt) unplug computer that comes from Computer
Leave everything unpluged for 2 minutes or more.
Plug Power to Printer back in first
Next Plug cable from Printer to computer in
Turn power on to Printer
Open Application
Try to print Document.
If prints okay your done.
If it doesn't Print, obtain the latest Print Drive from Manufacturer
Remove the old driver from computer first.
quit all apps and restart computer before installing new Driver
Install New driver.
Now try to print.
If prints okay your done. If not there is an issue with Acrobat.
Yes a Printer can work with 500 of your applications, and utilities, and not work with a particular application. (Usually a conflict.)
For example Adobe (Acrobat) has a very rich history of conflict with Print Drivers from HP. At time in the past It seemed like a Contest Adobe had seeing how fast they could change something Acrobat/Reader to conflict with HP Deskjet Printers, as soon as HP fixed an issue Hp would change something with a week or two.
Another issue can be be font. Perhaps a Font used in the form is not on the computer that is acting up. -

Hi i am in support project.
some one developed it. the form is printing in proper manner in qas. but in prd it has some problems like first page is printing good and in second page it is printing from half page and in 3rd page from below half page like that..
what r the possible reasons for this..i again transported from qas to prd..but the result is same..

Enrollment Form Not Visible for Adjustment Reasons
Hi Experts,
I am having an issue with the Benefits enrollment not being displayed in the ESS portals. We are using an adjustment reason based open enrollment . The link is visible if give the event name as BENP_EVENT = OPEN which points to the form with standard open enrollment form listing all plans but we want to use 'OPN' (custom reason) instead of 'OPEN'. If i change the event to BEN_EVENT= OPN, it is displaying the link but not unable to read the employee and throwing an error saying, "infotype IT0171 doesnot exist for 00000'. Listed below is my configuration.Your help is much appreciated.

Thanks!! for the reply. The application is in active mode only. The system is only taking the event name(BENP_EVENT = OPEN). I have to create another adjustment reason with 'OPEN' name just for form purpose and keeping my 'OPN' as is for my enrollment purpose. The problem is with 'OPEN' it lists out all the plans , even the ones that we don't want to show.

Custom New/Edit Forms not mobile supported
Hi All - I have created custom New/Edit Form in SPD. When I am trying to browse these in mobile view - It is giving error: The following error is not mobile supported: /lists/<listname>/<customnewform.aspx>
In PC view it opens the same URL properly with no issues.
Also,
In mobile view - When click on New Item opens Default OOTB New/Edit Forms and not the custom forms.
In PC View - Since I set CustomNew/EditForm as default. Click on New Item opens Custom forms.
How can I set the default - my custom form for mobile view?
Please suggest.

SharePoint will detect the device you are using to access SharePoint site and determine the view it displays. By default, you are using mobile view in a mobile device.
On mobile device, please go to site settings > switch to PC views, see if custom list view works.
If it works, we could disable mobile view by executing command :
disable-spfeature -identity MobilityRedirect -url

Hi All,
We have some standard forms configured with custom output types- invoice,quotation,PO,SOconfirmation,Bill of lading. While I am trying to print them out quotation and SO confirmation are not printing, I tried it in different printers,nothing worked and the format is correct. the rest of the forms are printing except these two. Can you please direct me in the right way?

Check Wheather The So Form is assigned correctly to that driver Program
and also try executing the Form manually from the Form area itself
So that it will show you if any layout or any othr problem with your form
Else try to debugg the Form Area .. !!

I can't find anything on this subject anywhere so I thought I'd bring it up here.
I have a custom entity form that contains 2 quick view forms. It works great on the screen, but when the sales reps print them out the quick view forms do not print the info that shows on the screen. Frustrating! Anyone know how to fix this?
I don't want to build out relationships to use subgrids, I simply want my quick view forms to print as they should.

Open Finder.
Select View --> *Customize Toolbar...* from the menu bar.
Drag the *Quick View* icon to the button bar above. I placed it between the View and Action buttons.
