Date rules not copied into service ticket

We are implementing a SAP CRM 2007 Service scenario with the IC Webclient.
When creating a service ticket, a product is assigned and a service contract is automatically determined. This service contract contains a Service Profile and an Reaction Scheme.  All date types are copied into my service ticket but I am missing my durations for the items it seems like they are not assigned to the bussiness transaction. This is not what I am expecting because the item, contract, response profile and Service profile are determined.
when creating the same type of service transaction in CRMD_ORDER and assigning the product the contract is determined and all durations are determined and assigned, based on the contract.
Has anyone encountered this problem or a clue how to solve this

Hello Buijink
By default the service ticket only shows the dates and not the durations of your date profile.
You will have to use the UI config tool to add Durations to service ticket.
Here's how:
1. Tcode BSP_WD_CMPWB - BSP WD Component Workbench
2. Component ICCMP_BTDATE > Display
3. Views > ICCMP_BTDATE/Dates > Configuration
4. Click on "Show Available Fields" you will see "Blocks" folder, expand that and you will see BTDatesDurations.
5. Copy configuration to your role config key and add BTDatesDurations.
Once you add BTDatesDurations you will be able to see durations on service ticket.

    Hi,
    Yes data transfer routine is the solution for this.You can create and assign a new routine in the copy control at item level for Invoice to Credit memo request.Here you can write the code as to transfer the data of pricing date field form billing document to credit memo request.
    This should work.

    Gordon, it looks like its been a while since you made this post.  Not sure how valid it is now...   I am particularly interested in the LigatureLevel.NONE value.  It seems that it is no longer supported.
    How do I turn of ligatures in the font rendering?
    My flex project involves trying to match the font rendering of Apache's Batik rendering of SVG and ligatures have been turned off in that codebase.  Is there any way (even roundabout) to turn ligatures off in flash?

  • Master Data fields not copied to posting document

    Hello together,
    I have the problem that some fields of the supplier master data, like terms of payment and payment method are not copied into the posting document.
    For example, I am using transaction FB60 or FB01 to post a supplier invoice, but the payment method is not filled in automatically by the system although these data is available in the master data of that supplier. I debugged the program and the system is really going to the supplier master data table LFB1 and reading the information but later it is not visible.
    The wired thing is that it worked before and now it stopped working just from one day to another.
    I am happy for any help and ideas.

    Hi Rica,
    User need to enter payment method while posting doucment if you want to display payment method in line item.
    Anyhow, if the payment method is available in the master record than automatic payment program will consider the payment method while gerating proposal.
    Following is the F1 description for payment method in display document:-
    Payment Method
    Payment method with which this item is to be paid.
    Use
    If you enter a payment method, then only this payment method can be used in automatic payment transactions. If you do not enter a payment method, then one of the payment methods which was allowed in the master record is selected in the payment program according to specified rules.
    Procedure
    For document entry or document changes, you only enter a payment method if you want to switch off the automatic payment method selection of the payment program.

  • File to RFC problem- data is not inserting into ztable in R3 system

    Hi
    i have done File to RFC scenario which picks data from flat file and inserts into ztable via RFC in R3. but while testing my scenario everything is successful in XI monitoring (Successful flag in MONI and RWB) and in auditlog message status is DLVD.
    it seems to be everything successful in XI and RFC call also successful in R3 system.
    but for some reason data is not inserting into table (RFC is used to insert data into ztable)
    Is there any way to debug RFC call excecution in XI..?
    RFC code is like this:
    insert ZMM_AUTO_GR from INPUT_TABLE.
    commit work.
    END FUNCTION.
    please advice what could be the reason not inserting into table.

  • CDC Error (JOURNALIZED DATA is not loading into tartet database)

    I have enabled source database for CDC and got green mark on source database model tables.
    while inserting data into source, J$ tables updating JRN_SUBSCRIBER and other filed.
    when I run the package/ interface JOURNALIZED DATA is not loading into target database.
    i have implemented cdc for 7 source table.
    and using JKM MSSQL Simple
    and enable JOURNALIZED DATA in interface level.
    and
    source database is : MSSQL Server
    Target Database : Oralce 11g.

    also before running Can you right click on the Source Datastore and click on Journal Data and can you see the data ? and if still the data is not passing through ,in that case make temporary objects t- yes in LKM , IKM and debug and see at which step data is not flowing through and look if there is any filter or condition which is stopping it .
    Still not able to figure out please tell us which step the data is not flowing through we will try to guide you.

  • Data is not populate into base table

    I am using Oracle EBS R12 and OS is WIN XP. I am working in PO module.The data is not populating into the base table after running the concurrent program.Instead,the interface error table is populated with the error.
    The error is :-- Bill to location id not valid
    Name of concurrent program:import Standard purchase order

    Thanks for the reply.really appreciate it.. On further investigation my copy control is set up in this way,
    SO --> Delivery && Delivery --> Billing.
    In my Billing copy control(Delivery- BillinG) i have a pricing tye set up as Customer Reserve X.... do you think i might have to check this???Please advice where to check as i do not have any idea on what this customer reserve X means??

    LEFT HAND SIDE SELECT "TABLE": check below right hand side properties for this object
    1. table tab: select the check box allow page breaks within content.
    2. pagination tab: place: Following previous
                                after:continue filling parent
                               overflow: none.
    LEFT HAND SIDE SELECT "HEADER": check below right hand side properties for this object
    3. row tab: select the check box allow page breaks within content.
    4. pagination tab: place: Following previous
                                after:continue filling parent
                               overflow: none.
    select the check boxes: Include header row in initial page
                                            include header row in subsequent pages
    Binding tab property:
    5.select check box: Repeat row for each data item
    LEFT HAND SIDE SELECT "ROW": check below right hand side properties for this object
    6. Row tab: DON'T select the chek box allow page breaks with in content
    4. pagination tab: place: Following previous
                                after:continue filling parent
                               overflow: none.
    Binding tab property:

  • Onetime vendor - address is not copied into the purchase order ME21N

    Dear all,
    I have a issue about using onetime vendors, if I have entered a dummy address on the onetime vendor, this address is not copied into the prucase order when I create a PO for this vendor type.
    My problem is that we want to use the ME59 to create PO automatically for these onetime vendors but I get the message 06035 - Enter a address on the PO.
    So my question is if anybody can propose a solution for this.

    One time vendor can never hold vendor specific details i.e. vendor details and bank details. You cannot use a one time vendor for ME59, use regular vendor account instead for your requirement or enter the address manually at time of conversion as per the message.

                      I am implementing a program where i need to change the date and time of incoming service tickets which comes after 6 PM to next day 9 AM. Also if the next day is holiday then it should preset to day after tomorrow's 9 AM.
                      Is there any std. FM to present for this? How should i take care of the Holidays coming. Kindly give a brief idea about the scenario and how the above mentioned functionality can be implemented.

    I had similar requirement... i had almost fulfilled the requirement but till then the project got scrapped...
    I will give you the brief idea on how to go about the whole thing....
    You can use this FM to satisfy your requirement.....
    CALL FUNCTION 'HOLIDAY_GET'
            EXPORTING
              holiday_calendar           = 'XH'
              factory_calendar           = 'XF'
              date_from                  = lw_frm_date
              date_to                    = sy-datum
            TABLES
              holidays                   = lit_holidays
            EXCEPTIONS
              factory_calendar_not_found = 1
              holiday_calendar_not_found = 2
              date_has_invalid_format    = 3
              date_inconsistency         = 4
              OTHERS                     = 5.
    For this you need to create factory calendar and holiday calendar.....This can be done in SPRO path.. Just search for the keywords in SPRO IMG....
    You need to do some coding for this and use FM CRM_ORDER_MAINTAIN followed by CRM_ORDER_SAVE to get this thing done which will eventually change the end date of the ticket....
    I think you are well briefed on how to go about it from now.....

  • STO Delivery Date is not copy from Allocation Table Site Date

    Hi,
    I have a problem when Stock Transfer Order created based on the Allocation Table, the delivery date is not copy from Allocation Table. E.g. In Allocation Table delivery date is 26.09.2009, but in STO delivery date is 06.11.2009.
    Check the configuration and also check the stock, there is stock available to be delivered on 26.09.2009.
    Can someone please give me a hint to find out what is missing or wrong, and how to fixed this?

  • Text is not copying into Header Text Type from Contract to Order & Invoice

    Salute Masters!!
    I have done related configuration in VOTXN for Sales Document & Billing.
    After creation of Contract, given Text in New Header Text Type, itu2019s not copying into Sales Order or Invoice.
    Although, which was configured earlier one, for that Header Text Type, text is copying into Order & Invoice both properly.
    Firstly; I have given the same Access Sequence for the New Header Text Type, It was copying the same matter which was given into Old Header Text Type, then I have created new Access Sequence & assigned changed Access Sequence for the New Header Text Type, even then it is not copying.
    I have checked other Configuration those are OK!
    Assignment of Sales Document Type to Text Determination Procedure, it is OK!
    Please provide the solution.

    Hope the issue is resolved , if not please check these settings - VOTXN
    1. Create Text Type for your Sales order -S001 and Billing Invoice - B001
    2. Create Access Sequence - Z001.
    3. Include your Both Text Type in respective Procedures.
    Now
    WHen you will assign the Text into your Text Procedure - Assign same Access Sequence in both the case.
    In your Sales Order text procedure - Assign
    1. Assign Text Type S001  and Access Seq Z001
    2. Select the Access Seq on the left side in the VOTXN T-Code , a POP up will come and then input Your Access Seq into that
    3. You will get another screen, Here give the Seq No-1 and VBBK Header Text and Again Assign TEXT type S001.
    Now go to Invoice Text Procedure
    1. Assign Text Type B001 and Access Seq Z001 and SAVE.
    Once you will do that the step 2 and 3 will automatically get copy in the backend.
    To Check
    2. Select Access Seq on left side and in the Pop Up input access Seq. Now there you will see the system has copied the
    fields from the Order.
    Now try running the scenario. same you can do for Contract and Order.

  • Sales Area data is not copying from Reference BP

    We are working on CRM 5.0 and ECC 6 as back end system.
    We have downloaded reference BP from ECC to CRM.We are creating BP in CRM which replicates to ECC.
    When we are creating a BP (role as Consumer) from Web IC and from GUI the Sales area data is not copied.We have maintained all relevant data in Reference BP.
    Can anybody please suggest me where went wrong?

    Are you creating CRM consumer as a person or organization?
    The person must point to the account group that is marked as a consumer (and has the consumer flagged marked in the ECC IMG) out of box should be 0170.
    Is your CRM BP getting classified as a consumer?  must create as a consumer and not extend it to consumer.
    We are still on R/3 and it works, I don't believe anything changes in ECC for the consumer.

    I developed a region to store supplier additional information.In that region i'm able to enter data into fields and data is sucessfully stored into custom table.But when I embedded that region with Supplier-Address Book page(in R12) page through Personalization i'm facing a problem with inserting data into custom table.i.e After I entered data the data is not goes to custom table and the fields which are filled by data are also not cleared.
    Could anyone please help me..

    Hi Nilesh,
    First I just created region in Jdeveloper and ran it from jdeveloper then it's working fine.After this I added custom region in seeded xml page file and then ran page from Jdeveloper,then the data is not saved into custom table.
    Steps I followed:
    1. I created an EO(oracle/apps/pos/supplier/server)
    2.Created VO based on above EO(oracle/apps/pos/supplier/server)
    3.Created AM based on VO(oracle/apps/pos/supplier/server)
    4.Created one Region based on this view instance.(oracle/apps/pos/supplier/webui)
    5.Created one CO for the above region.( compiled and ran this standalone region then it's working fine)
    6.Now I embedded the above region with the page which is located in oracle/apps/fnd/ framework/toolbox/tutorial/webui/SupplierSearchPG.xml through personalization.
    When I entered into customized region the "save " button in my region is not highlighted.only "GO" button in SupplierSearch is highlighted.when I click on "save" button in my custom region it's not calling the controller.
    could you please give me any solution for this.
