DB Links used by Procedures

Hi All,
Can any of you let me know, how can I get the procedures in which a particular DB Link is used.(is there any query for this?)
I want to get all the procedure names in which a particular DB link is used.

Using stored procedures with a timestamp parameter with Delphi and ADO

Dear Oracle experts,
I have a problem concerning using a stored procedure with Delphi.
I try to use a stored procedure which hast two input parameters ( a integer and a timestamp).
The timestamp parameter is my problem since I would like to use the "to_timestamp"
Oracle-function to create the timestamp parameter to be inserted into my procedure.
If I insert the to_timestamp statement as a adodatetime I have to perform the conversion to the oracle timestamp in my application.
If I want to use the to_timestamp statement I have to use the ftstring datatype but in that case I get an error because I use a string as input for my procedure were it awaits a timestamp.
So the problem seems to be that the function call "to_timestamp" is not interpreted if it is transferred through my ADO component.
Do you know how to use a procedure with Delphi (ADO) with a function as input parameter ?

I have my entity manager setup in a singleton.
I'm finding it's costly to generate the emf, but if I don't close the em (enitity manager) and emf (entity manager factory) my open cursor count climbs until I exceed the max number of open cursors on the database (11g RAC)
I'm committing the connection, and uow, and closing the em at the end of each call.
But until I close the emf, the open cursors aren't released.

Using a Procedure in the FROM clause of a query

Is it possible to use a Procedure that accepts multiple parameters and returns multiple parameters in the FROM section of a query?
I have a Procedure that formats a postal address from BS7666 format into an Oracle Apps friendly format.
I'd like to be able to select the data from the source, feed it through this procedure and output it as part of a Materialised View.

Creation of Vendor in MDM using Guided Procedure ...SDA not found

Hi All,
We are trying to create Master data Using Guided Procedure.
After deploying MDM components on Portal we are able to see the standard iViews provided by SAP on Portal.
We are using the following PDF to create the scenario.

According the PDF we have to deploy following two sda on the portal server to see the GP callable Object.
H2G_GuidedProcedures.sda
H2G_SourceCode.zip
But we are not able to find Follwoing sda on even Service Market Place.
If anyone knows from wher to download these two SDA, Let us also Know.

While clicking on link that is given in PDF for these files its saying:
Error - download expired
Sorry, the file you want to download, is already deleted or the id is incorrect.
Perhaps we require a special ID of basis guys because it might be possible we dont have access to these files.
Just check with your ITICS team.

Well IN SQL*PlUS it is successfull but in Stored Procedure /Package ,PL/SQL does not recognise the OS commands.

TEXT_IO is a PL/SQL package available only in Forms (you'll want to post in the Forms forum for more information). It is not available in a stored procedure in the database (where the equivalent package is UTL_FILE).
If the Terminal Server machine and the database machine do not have access to the file system on the client machine, no application running on either machine will have access to the file. Barring exceptional setups (like the FTP server on the client machine), your applications are not going to have more access to the client machine than the operating system does.
If you map the client drives from the Terminal Server box, there is the potential for your Forms application to access those files. If you want the files to be accessible to a stored procedure in the database, you'll need to move the files somewhere the database can access them.

This blog is very useful to u and in this blog she is explained what roles to needed for Guided Procedure.The Composite Application Framework role is used for the Guided Procedure in the Portal.First create the user and then assign the CAF role for that user.This is way to obtain the Guided Procedure for that user.

Using Stored Procedures with TopLink / JPA : Success explanation

For those who have to use Stored Procedures in TopLink this is my success history :
To call an Stored Procedure from the persistence, we have to use the direct JDBC connection because my TopLink version ( Essentials 10g ) ? to date ( 10g ) does not have support for Stored Procedures.

MDM Material Master data creation using Guided Procedures

Well, i searched a lot on the forums but didnt get any thing.
My requirement is to use MDM Java APIs for creating material master data using Guided Procedures. However, i got one nice document "[How to create master data centrally using guided procedure|https://www.sdn.sap.com/irj/sdn/go/portal/prtroot/docs/library/uuid/92811997-0d01-0010-9584-f7d535177831]". This doc discuss about business partner creation and also have a link to downloadable file. But now when i click on this download link, it says download expired !
Can anyone please post a valid link to these deployable files?
Or anyone could post some usefull materail or links on the above mentioned requirement?

Wow, that was indeed a quick reply i have ever got on SDN. Thanks for the excellent link jitesh. However, where will i get the deployable files that it selects in the Import GP/CAF contents step of the demo? those are the webdynpro components files. One is SCA and other is SDA. Where will i get them?

Central Master Data using Guided Procedures

Hello Experts,
I am working on a scenario where we have to create master data centrally using Guided Procedures. I don't have any idea about GP. We have to implement an approval mechanism using GP for our custom repository.
I have read the PDF document available on sdn regarding this. But its for MDM5.5 SP04 and the files are also not available for download.
We are currently working on MDM5.5 SP06 Patch2.
Is anybody working on the same scenario?? Any help regarding this, as to how to implement this scenario will be really appreciated.

Use Stored Procedure to call up DI API

HI all,
I will like to know whether i can use stored procedure to create DI API when i triggers on new document on particular customer?
Example:
Database A create AR Invoice then i triggers on it directly use stored procedure to call up DI API to create AP Invoice on Database B without create any necessary add-on on the same server.

Sorry to inform you that it is impossible to call DI in stored procedure.
An AddOn handling FormDataEvent, DI Event service and B1iSN would be the right approches to your requirement.
1.DI Event Service and B1iSN are solutions in server side. You can find DI EventService here:
