DB02 Analysis and DB Check Info warnings BR0970W

Dear All,
Let me know followings:
1.
Run DB02
Tablespace->Overview
There is Used(%) and Total Used(%). What does it mean?
2.
In my system DB13 Shows
Used(97%) and Total Used(20%)
At OS level bdf shows
sapdata4->82%
sapdata3->80%
sapdata2->81%
sapdata1->45%
3.
DB Check Info Problems:
BR0970W Database administration alert - level: WARNING, type: CRITICAL_FILE
BR0970W Database administration alert - level: WARNING, type: CRITICAL_TABLESPACE object: PSAPSR3
BR0970W Database administration alert - level: WARNING, type: CRITICAL_TABLESPACE object: PSAPSR3701X
Please let me know what should I do?

Dear Sir(Bhavik G. Shroff ),
I am almost clear.
Please let me clear one more thing.
In my case            used%            totalUsed%
PSAPSR3               97%                    20
PSAPSR3701X       97%                    40
PSAPSR3USR        07%                    00
PSAPTEMP             00%                    00
PSAPUNDO            03%                    02
SYSAUX                86%                    02
SYSTEM                 51%                    07
While, filesystem is 82% Occupied, Each sapdata<n> is of 50GB.
Is it possible that table space maxsize is given more than my available space on filesystem?? So, filesystem is 82% occupied and tablespace is 97% Used.   But, Due to maxsize is more than available space, Total used % of tablespace is 20% only?
or
As per maxsize filesystem is occupied? I need not be worry. Whenever used% will reach 100% automatically extend datafile within maxsize that already occupied filesystem????
**Your Response really helpful for me.**********

Dharmendra

The following error comes up when I try to install the updated Firefox:
"The operation can’t be completed because some items had to be skipped. For each item, choose File > Get Info, make sure “Locked” is deselected, and then check the Sharing & Permissions section. When you are sure the items are unlocked and not designated as Read Only or No Access, try again."

I tried to change this to read and write, but the Sharing and Permissions options are greyed out and will not let me change them. What is the work around for this? I would really like to install the new firefox.

    Hello,
Certain Firefox problems can be solved by performing a ''Clean reinstall''. This means you remove Firefox program files and then reinstall Firefox. Please follow these steps:
'''Note:''' You might want to print these steps or view them in another browser.
#Download the latest Desktop version of Firefox from http://www.mozilla.org and save the setup file to your computer.
#After the download finishes, close all Firefox windows (click Exit from the Firefox or File menu).
#Delete the Firefox installation folder, which is located in one of these locations, by default('''This will NOT delete profile info such as bookmarks and history'''):
    #*'''Windows:'''
    #**C:\Program Files\Mozilla Firefox
    #**C:\Program Files (x86)\Mozilla Firefox
#*'''Mac:''' Delete Firefox from the Applications folder.
#*'''Linux:''' If you installed Firefox with the distro-based package manager, you should use the same way to uninstall it - see [[Installing Firefox on Linux]]. If you downloaded and installed the binary package from the [http://www.mozilla.org/firefox#desktop Firefox download page], simply remove the folder ''firefox'' in your home directory.
#Now, go ahead and reinstall Firefox:
##Double-click the downloaded installation file and go through the steps of the installation wizard.
##Once the wizard is finished, choose to directly open Firefox after clicking the Finish button.
Please report back to see if this helped you!
    Thank you.

all of a sudden I am not able to send out mail. I have checked and rechecked my account information including incoming and outgoing server info. Does anyone know what the problem might be? Thanks

If you're having trouble sending mail, then either the SMTP (outbound) mail server settings — the server, the port, the user, the password, and whether SSL is in use or (unlikely) not — are incorrect, or the mail server is offline or has been reconfigured.
The SMTP (outbound) settings are in Preferences, but are buried rather deeply.  Select Preferences > Accounts > select the account > switch the outgoing mail server (SMTP) to Edit SMTP Server List... and then select the SMTP server from the list, and verify that the settings are correct with your ISP, and that your username and password are correct.
The required settings vary by your particular mail ISP; you'll have to check with the ISP for the server and login details.
To test settings, select Window > Connection Doctor > then (when the tests fail) show the details, and (if you can't sort out what happened) sanitize the settings and post the output here.
Caveat: do not repeat password tests with the mail server, as various mail providers can be configured to assume these are a password brute-force attack, and lock out repeated login attempts.
Caveat: never, ever, ever, ever, ever, ever, ever not-at-all enter a password when Mail pops up a dialog box with the "OMG YOUR PASSWORD IS WRONG!!!!!!!!!!! PLEASE ENSURE YOU CANNOT LOG IN AGAIN!!!!!" dialog box.  (I'm paraphrasing that error dialog box slightly.)  The correct answer to that Mail.app password dialog box is almost always "cancel" button.  Passwords stored in Keychain generally don't get lost or corrupted, and trying random passwords as that dialog box encourages just gets you locked out of various servers, and...

  • Slow processing and getting opening errors/warnings

I've modified the PDF Binder sample to get a plugin that would open PDF's and Tif files, and save them as PDF/A-1b (code below).
It's working. The problem: it's processing too slow (compared with the Actions batch processing)... and I've been getting warnings/and errors about "The imput file is corrupt or of an unknown/unsupported type" type. This is stopping my batch process until I click OK, and the it continues.
I am trying to process a few thousand of tif files now. I tried first to use the Batch processing capability built in the Acrobat X... an it works, but only with the first 255 documents in the folder... then gives an "insufficient disk space" message for the rest of the files in the directory.
So, 2 questions: Does anyone knows why it is so slow processing the tiff files and... how I can make my code "silent" so it does not wait for the OK after the message??
    Thanks in advance.

        Implementation
/**    This sample implements a method to convert multiple files into PDF
and bind the PDFs into one PDF file .
This sample shows developers how to grammatically implement To-PDF file
converson functionality.  Basically, the code uses AVConversionToPDFHandler
to convert files to PDF and PDDocInsertPages()to combine PDF files.
This plug-in is designed to run from a menu item, and by setting bEcho = false
it may be run without any graphics user interface on the screen. Therefore, it
can be executed from other programs such as C IAC, VB IAC, and JavaScript
      to meet enterprise workflow needs.
        How to run it :
        - This sample adds a menu item "PDF Binder" under the Acrobat SDK submenu. Two ways to
execute it: 1) click the menu item to run the program using a fixed file location
hard coded; 2) press the shift key and click the menu item to choose a folder where
files to be converted are located.
        - Without folder selection, this original code is to convert and bind files in a
directory    C\test\PDFBinder for Win, or a folder   MacHD:test:PDFBinder for Mac.
You can copy the test files in the project's testfiles folder to the appropriate location
for testing. You may locate files to be converted in another directory/folder, and
specify the location in the string variable PDFBinderFolder in the code.
        - When you have the files to be converted ready in the specified location,
run Acrobat 6 menu Advanced->AcrobatSDK->PDF Binder to start the operation.  There are
echo messages informing you of the operation start and end, but you can change and
rebuild the code to turn off the display on screen.
        - An output file PDFBinderOutput.pdf in the same location is created
when the program succeeds. A text log file  PDFBinderLog.txt in the same
location records the process and results.
        -  You can set bEch = false in the code to turn off any display on the screen.
This is necessary when you  call the menu function from within other programs
of C IAC, VB IAC, JavaScript.
        -  An optional file filter is used to pre-process the files. The filter only allows
the files with predefined types to be processed. You can change the file type list
as you wish. Using a filter may ensure a smooth automation process, since you can put
only well-tested file types in the filter. To turn off the filter, you can set
gPDFBinderFileFilter = "" or not to define USE_FILE_FILTER
        - Note this is a sample only, developers need to make further improvement for
their actual use. For example, you can set up a list of files to use the method for
the conversion and binding. And you can add code to handle special file types.

There are some options for various APIs to run "kinda silent" - but again, Acrobat is designed for INTERACTIVE use…so "completely silent" isn't really an option.
As for speed – you'd need to be MUCH MORE specific about where your slow downs are.  Have you profiled?

  • ICloud and Apple ID info no longer available on iPod Touch

I have been using iCloud to back up my iPod for the last couple of months. Suddenly in the last couple of days under Settings on my iPod Touch 4th gen. iCloud is no longer available (visible but greyed out), and under Settings/iTunes my Apple ID: ... is greyed out and I can't access the information. This happened after I set up a second computer at home to access iTunes and download music etc. Can anyone tell me why and how to fix this?

You're wonderful! I changed it from Don't Allow to Allow and iCloud and Apple ID info are now available again. Had checked in here myself but didn't realise that this was the problem. Thanks!

  • PSE 8: "Auto-analysis" and change of tag icon not working

Hi, in the organizer of PSE8/Win i have two problems:
I select some thumbnails and use "auto analyze" (for quality level etc.). Then i get a status bar "auto analyzing starts" - and it never gets beyond that stage. I have to click "cancel" to get out. That's also true with one single image selected.
The icons for tags like "Mary" automatically get a small picture. It is possible to change this tag picture after right-clicking. But then, the button "Edit symbol" is greyed out.
The menu for sorting by date in ascending/descending order doesn't change anything (i always see oldest pictures first).
There's lot of available hard disk in Elements' drive, but only 800 MB on the C: drive. I changed NONE of Elements preferences.  When i change preference to "auto analyze on organizer's start-up", it still doesn't work. In the task manager, i do NOT see a task like "PhotoshopElementsAutoAnalyzer.exe" or so. I believe i saw this task in a slightly earlier version where everything worked fine. The problem exists with old catalogs as well as with newly created catalogs. Re-starts and re-booting didn't help either. I have perfectly normal camera JPEGS - and the face recognition works fine. It seems that the sub-application "PhotoshopElementsAutoAnalyzer.exe (?)" misses - could you advise me which file to look for?
Btw, i have Win XP SP2 with 4 GB memory on a non-English system with appropriate non-English PSE8 retail version. Premiere Elements 8 is installed too.
I would like to try "auto analyzing" and i would like to change tag icon pictures. Of course i could re-install, but that's just so tedious and i don't know if it helps. Would you have any other ideas? Thanks a lot!

    Barbara, John,
thanks again for your considerations! After some more testing and input from the PrE 8 forum, i can say the following:
    - Ascending/descending order: Now i know: If you have only pictures of one single day, there is no change in thumbnail order when you switch from "ascending" to "descending" and back. Of course pics from morning and evening should change position, but they don't. BUT: If you add one pic from another day, switching from "ascending" to "descending" suddenly fully works - including pics taken on one same day changing position. (To test Organizer, auto analysis and face recognition under fast clear conditions, i had originally only 20 pics in the catalog, all from one family day trip. And there, i couldn't change the order.)
    - I checked "auto analyze" again. Now i can say: When i start "auto analyze" manually, i see "ElementsAutoAnalyzer.exe" for half a second in the task manager. Then it disappears, and on the Organizer screens, the status bar keeps claiming "Starting analysis" until i click "Cancel". I ONLY tried it on regular JPEGs so far. There is no way to get a "smart tag". If i try a second time, no more "ElementsAutoAnalyzer.exe" appears in the task manager. I also switched users on my PC to a user which has no utilities whatsoever running, less than 10 processes in the task manager, turned off anti-virus - still the same problem with "auto analyze".
    - The face recognition tags btw are not written into the image file as IPTC, that has to be done with the "File" menu command. Also if i drag "smart tags" like "low quality" manually over a thumbnail, they get assigned only via catalog, not written as IPTC straight into the image file.
I don't think it's worth wasting more of one's time before there is a bugfix delivered that expressively acknowledges the issues mentioned. I am not a computer geek, just like to play with pictures and videos; i thought Elements was made for people like that.
    Thanks again for your input!

I am able to see the drive in disk utility and under system info USB. But I am unable to access the data and it does not show on the desktop when connected.

Ok if disk utility was able to verify the drive I doubt there is any problem.. are you trying to open a TM backup??
You need to mount the sparsebundle then check the actual info inside the bundle.
Don't use disk warrior.. if the disk has verified then unless you deliberately deleted files there is nothing that is going to do.
Pondini has a lot of stuff about getting access to the sparsebundle.
    http://pondini.org/TM/17.html
But if you have copied info to the TC that is now gone.. and the disk is ok.. I am not sure.. the TC will not have deleted the files itself.

  • Any way to get more statistics and response-time info from cache processes?

I'm currently involved in an evaluation of Coherence for use as a global in-core cache/DB for data in the GB range. We'll try to run multiple cache process per cache in order to stay below 512MB heap-space per cache process.
In order to tune cache access times and understand the dynamic behaviour of the app we'd like to see some statistics info for cache access, e. g.
    - requests processed per cache (process)
    - requests answer time (per request, min, max, avg, median etc.)
    - request answer size (number of cache entries returned, size of entries etc.)
    - whatever else that helps ...
We are in position to get this kind of statistics info on the application side (when we call Coherence-APIs) but we'd need to see the statistics on a technical level per cache process.
We know about JMX/MBeans but that does not allow us to come up with log-files for statistical analysis and there is no way to correlate requests from the application to any statistics information (what request did cause what effect).
Any way to tell the cache processes to provide this kind of (logging) info (mesurements per request) and some summary.

    David,
In addition to statistics that you can collect at the client tier (measuring the latency of individual cache calls), you could use a number of attributes exposed by the ServiceMBean.
If you look at a ServiceMBean for your partitioned cache service, the RequestAverageDuration and RequestMaxDuration attributes describe the latency of the underlying communication tier as seen from the client and does not include the serialization/deseriation cost.
The TaskAverageDuration, TaskMaxBacklog and ThreadAverageActiveCount expose the latency and expenses as seen by the server side, excluding the network tier expenses.
Also, there are number of statistics exposed by the CacheMBean related to the underlying backing map efficiency such as AverageGetMillis, AverageHitMillis, AverageMissMillis and AveragePutMillis.
You can also create your own subclasses for backing map implementation and implement custom MBeans that would expose any addition information you wish to collect.

    Hi Fabio,
SAP Recommends the use of UML (Unified Modeling Language). They worked with Rational Software in order to provide an external modeling tool to supports SAP's class.
Check this link in order to get more information.

    Hi,
    Reprocessing IDocs with errors
    Outbound (BD88)
Once the error has been determined and corrected it is not necessary to resend the IDoc again. You simply resend the IDocs that have already been generated.
Using the IDoc overview screen you need to take note of the following for each IDoc that was not processed:
    Error number: 2, 4, 5, 25, 29
Error number: 30 (Execute Check IDoc dispatch to process)
    IDoc number
Using the Error number, the IDoc number and the transaction BD88 , with the required message type you can resend the IDoc. Match the error number with this transaction and execute the function for the IDocs incorrectly processed.
Just check the below link, u will get all IDOC related Interview questions

  • 'Check info service!'

Every few minutes my 3120c bleeps and the screen comes on with the message 'Check info service!'
What is this, why's it doing it and is it possible to switch off? Or at least turn the bleep off? Every time it bleeps I take it out of my pocket thinking something has happened, maybe I've accidentally turned the keyguard off or something, but no its just the off message
    Solved!
    Go to Solution.

    Cheers
The info service is a left over feature from many years ago although some countries do still use it.
It was a way of getting news and sports headlines to a phone before the days of WAP or WEB.

  • Check info not displayed

    Hi,
I'm looking up FBL1N for cleared items for a certain vendor. There are 4 clearing documents with doc type ZP. The payment method for this vendor is Check. The latest two clearing document has check information available (when i click on check info at the header) however when I select the two other clearing document for this vendor and click on display check information at the header it says "no check information exists for this item".
    Thanks
    Shine

Please save the correct print variant for check (Make sure somebody has not edited the print variant for e.g. to void and reprint, re-start check no, payment doc etc) and do the printout again for the relevant payment run.
But if you are looking for creating check just for a particular payment document(s), enter the document number(s) in the payment document number field in the print variant itself and do the printout. Please make sure you are deleting these entries in the variant and saving after the check print, so that you don't get error in the next run.
    Thanks
