Default PR price during PO creation

Dear all,
I want the PR price to be copied to PO during PO creation instead of manually entering the price.
Is it possible?
Thank you.

Hi,
Is the price field already set up in the PR's?
If so you have to go to authorization management: SPRO->MM->PUR->Authorization Management->Define->Function authorization
And create a new entry (set up the 'refer to PR' box). Save and leave.
Go to tcode SU3, insert a new parameter id with 'EFB' and insert the code you created previously.
Come back for more info, regards.

that is determination of pricing procedure. setting is done in SPRO-IMG-Materials management-Purchasing-Conditions-Define price determination process-Define Schema determination.
You have a opition of copying of the values from Contract to PO into say from ZB00 to PB00
Condition type PB00 (maintained using tcode m/06) maintain ZB00 as an access sequence.
Manintain condition records to condition type PB00.

    Pls advise.
    Thanks
    Rajakumar.k

    Hi,
    Enter M/08 t-code.
Select your pricing procedure and click on detail button.
The conditions that are marked as manual will come only if they are entered manually.
    Other condirions will come automatically.
    IF manual condition is checked
Conditions, that are given this indicator in the pricing procedure, are only included in determination (price determination, outputdetermination, batch determination) if they are entered manually.
Check P000, JEXC will not have manual condition check in ur pricing procedure.

  • Warning on Item price during contract and PO creation

    Hi Experts,
When I create a contract, I put a material with mat. code and expect the system takes the standard price in the accounting tab of the material master.
1/  Is there a way the system picks up the price auto. from the material master ?
i.e. syst. warning during contract creation when I put the mat. code : +Effective price is 0.00, material price is 10.00 +
I do not understand why the syst. gives me this message (I have a standard price of 100 in MM and I put a net price of 100 during contract creation)
2/  During PO creation, the syst. picks up the item price from the contract but I receive this message :
Effective price is 100.00, material price is 10.00
Again, I do not understand how the syst. indicates the mat. price at 10 (while I put 100 in MM and 100 in contract item level).
Could anyone helps on this topic?
Thanks in advance for your help.

Any inputs will be much appreciated. Thanks

  • Tax Code Creation when Excise is not Known during PO creation

    Hi,
Scenario: Dealer's Scenario where during PO creation we don't know excise Amount and we consider PO price to include excise. Apart from excise we have CST. Excise and CST both will be inventorised.
Example: PO = 5000 (Inclusive of excise) on which CST is 1 % = 50
Now during MIGO I apply MRP tick which Splits PO base value and excise. Say 1000 is excise out of 5000.
GRN should be of 5050 ideally but the ISSUE is system posts it for 5060 Rs i.e on 1000 again system calculates CST 1% and adds it during GRN.
Can anyone suggest what could be the reason for same and how to resolve it ? Is there anything with tax code creation, tax procedure or MM pricing procedure ???
    Br, Deepti

    Hi Deepti,
Creation of Purchase order inclusive of Excise Duty. @ 5000/- .
         2. The Duties should be Inventories. But you cannot show actual Duties at time of PO.
In FV11, maintain 0% for Inventory Duty conditions. Maintain 100% for Inventory Total conditions and also maintain CST condition.
    Display Taxes
    3. In MIGO Base will default as PO Price, We will change it to Actual as per vendors Invoice also Enter BED,Ecs,Seces as per Invoice.  Do NOT tick MRP indicator.
    4.Accounting Entry for GRN

  • Warning message during PO creation..

    Hi Freinds ,
I have  a test condition during  PO creation.. In absence of info record for material vendor combination, Net price has to be manually entered in 'conditions' tab of PO..
And after Entering this price, system should give a warning message as ' Effective price is  XX USD, material price is XX USD...
This message is not appearing ..
i checked in define attributes of system messages in SPRO..
Message number 06207 is been configured there as warning message.
so what should i do to get that warning message while creating a PO..
      thanks ..

    Hi
We can use versions in the Define attributes of system messages means
The same message can be Error for one user and Warning for other user and no message for another user.
To do this you have define a new version for the message by copying the same.Give version as 01.Against this version give W.
Assign this to the user parameter MSV in USER ID parameter tab.You can create another verions and message as E add to another users.By this one user will get Warning and other will get error.
Please check in your case any version number for this message type assigned to your user ID with no message option

  • Cannot find the maps stored in import manager during port creation

    Hi All,
I am unable to find any maps that i saved in import manager during port creation ,the maps are not showing in dropdown list during port creation in console.Do i need to store the maps that i have in import manager in specific place under mdm server,so that i can see them during port creation.
All i need to do is assign my import map during inbound port creation, but i cannot find any maps in console.
Could I know whether i am storing my maps some where other than default location.
    Thanks
    Aravind

    Hi Aravind,
First of all check the remote system assigned to ur Port. After that go to import manager. When u logon to the import manager, u get a window "Connect to source". Mention the same remote system over there.Select the file type.Browse the file and map the fields, values, field matching and save the map. then unload the repo and assign the map to the port.
Second way is, u create the port first and give any particular remote system to it. Put the file (u want to use for mapping) in the ready folder of that port and in connect to source window select the type as port, remote system(ame as used port port) and port.then map and save. unload the repo and assign the map to port. Ready folder will be in ur server at location: C drive or D drive->SAP MDM 5.5 ->server->distributions->repo name->inbound->port code->ready. For this option, Ur port type should be manual. After assigning the map u can change it to automatic or keep it manual as per ur requirement.
    Hope this solves ur problem.

  • How we may by pass quality inspection during PO creation

    Hi Guru,
How we may by pass quality inspection via selecting document type in the PO. User create dummy PO in multi level marketing indsutry in order to achieve points & awards during month end. Since all the materials subject to quality inspection, material in dummy PO also falls under quality inspection. For your kind information there is no physical movement or GR for this dummy PO. It's just created in the system as I mentioned the purpose the above. I already created seperate document type to diffrentiate this scenario but looking forward how we may by pass quality inspection for this document type. Or is that any t/code which can by pass quality inspection during PO creation. Please advice. Thank you.
    rgds,
    nantha

    Dear Netto,
As I said before user need to create dummy PO & must do GR in order to get the rewards & bonuses. User do GR in the system but it doesn't involve material movement. My question is how we may by pass the quality inspection for said GR since physically no goods involved.
    Dear JS,
For your kind information this material subject to quality inspection & it has been set in material master. I tried one more as per your advice. System post this GR to quality inspection eventhough I change to unrestricted use in PO & GR as well before posting maid. Quality Inspection is auto defaulted for said material. Quality inspection is requirement to most of the goods so I can't change that. I'm wondering how we may by pass this just for dummy PO & GR.
I believe this clarifies your queries. Thank you.

  • Copying STO PO pricing condition to Billing During Billing creation

    Hi,
MM and SD pricing conditions are not similar.
And I cant use Copy PO Basic price in billing Document
I was advised to try USEREXIT_PRICING_PREPARE_TKOMP or USEREXIT_PRICING_PREPARE_TKOMK.
How do I copy the Pricing condition from the STO PO to Billing during billing creation?
Is there an FM i can use to extract the pricing condition given the STO PO?
    thanks,
    NC

    Hi
If the option of Raghavendra doesn't work for you (parameters in copy rule for invoice), try with VOFM subroutines (Condition formula for alternative calculation type) in the pricing procedure. Surely it will be slower, but it must work. How? You have in KOMP the values for VGBEL and VGPOS with the delivery number and item. So, seach the PO number in the same way. When you have the PO number, with the value of field KNUMV search the value of condition in table KONV.
    I hope this helps you
    Regards
    Eduardo
PD: I forgot. The userexits that you mention is to populate KOMP/KOMK for customer fields. See SAP Note 531835 - Using field PSTYV in the condition access for futher information.

  • Cost Centre authorization check during PR creation

    Hi all,
Just want to know whether the standard SAP do check the cost centre authorization during PR creation with account assignment.
Please note that no user exit is used.
I am looking at standard system check on the authorization object thru the user profile.
    Thanks.
    Tom

    Hi Steve,
I found the solution.  The control must be from the authorization object that assigned to the user.
For example, M_BEST_EKO authorization object.  The display activity "09" (Display Price) should not be assigned to this authorization object.
Hence, the user would not be able to see the price info in the standard report.
    Cheers.
    Tom

  • User Exit/ Badi for Changing Quant parameters during TO Creation

    Hi Gurus,
Could you please guide me to advice the User Exit/Badi which can be used for changing Quant Data during TO Creation.
User Requirement: Using "Recepient Field" in MIGO as a Key Value for FIFO in WM during goods issue. Receipient is copied into TR and TO (Standard SAP Functionality). For the purpose of Stock Removal based on Receipient Value, we need to copy this value into Quant Data field named Certificate Number ("LQUA-ZEUGN").
I will highly appreciate reply from Gurus.
    Regards,
    Gupta M

    Hi manish,
Use the Exit MWMTO001 for this purpose and modify the table accordingly. This will solve your problem.
    Thanks,

  • Error message during cube creation

    Hi expert,
System show the following error message during cube creation, please info how to solve this problem. Thanks.
Define the characteristics of the validity table for non-cumulatives
    Message no. R7846
    Diagnosis
The InfoCube contains non-cumulative values. A validity table is created for these non-cumulative values, in which the time interval is stored, for which the non-cumulative values are valid.
The validity table automatically contains the "most detailed" of the selected time characteristics (if such a one does not exist, it must be defined by the user, meaning transfered into the InfoCube).
Besides the most detailed time characteristic, additional characteristics for the InfoCube can be included in the validity table:
    Examples of such characteristics are:
A "plan/actual" indicator, if differing time references exist for plan and actual values (actual values for the current fiscal year, plan values already for the next fiscal year),
the characteristic "plant", if the non-cumulative values are reported per plant, and it can occur that a plant already exists for plant A for a particular time period, but not yet for plant B.
    Procedure
Define all additional characteristics that should be contained in the validity table by selecting the characteristics.
In the example above, the characteristics "plan/actual" and  "plant" must be selected.
The system automatically generates the validity table according to the definition made. This table is automatically updated when data is loaded.

    Hi,
Go to the Extras Tab in the definition of the Cube and there select " Maintain Non-Cumulatives" and there select the Plant check box. You can also check Material but it is not recommended. Now try to activate the cube. I think it will work for you.

  • Checks on vendors during the creation of PO with ME21N

    Hi all,
    i have this problem:
during the creation of a Purchase Order, for some types of them i have to bypass some checks that are made by standard on the Vendor.
Is it possibile to do? if it is, how can i do it?
    Thanks
    Lello

    Hi
If they are standard controls, probably it'll mean to change the standard program: if your SAP release is ECC 6.00 u can try to use the Implicit Enhancement in order to change the standard else u need to register the standard to OSS in order to get the access key for modification.
