Defect recording in back date

Dear All,
Can we have defect recording in back date?
The requirement is bcz at the end of the month PP team confirms the prod in back date at the begining of the new month but after physical observations of the products, it is found there are some defectives and defect recording is being done with respect to the insp lot (03).
Now as client has customized report of rejections details and it is possible to have the production details even after the 1st or 2nd day of the month (Back date postings) but the defect recorded on 1st or 2nd is updating in the system on the same day.
Due to this we require to have the defect recording in back date to fetch the data in the rejections report.
Kindly suggest is there any way to adjust the defect recording dates with the order confirmations date.?

Using long term inspection doesnt work and client dont want to go for manual lot creation stuff bcz its not practically possible due to having hundreds of materials for daily transaction.

Without "pretending" to be yourself on the other phone (change settings) there's nothing else you can do.
iOS devices are meant to be single user and can't view iCloud.com the same way a Mac or PC can do.
You need to find a desktop or laptop machine (Mac or PC) to log in at iCloud.

Action with back date

Transfer action is performed on a date, after performing the transfer action, with the back date employee got the promotion and again promotion action is performed.
Then from the date of promotion to transfer date, emp group and sub group are showing correctly, but from the date of transfer the emp group and sub group showing the old values.
For example:
Employee group and sub group are 1 and a1 respectively.
Transfer action is performed on 1.4. 2011.
Now after performing this transfer action, say for example with the back date, promotion action is performed say from 1.6. 2010. employeeu2019s emp group and sub group changed to 2 and a2.
Now the data in IT 1, the record shows as emp goup and sub goup as 2 and a2 corrctly from 1.6. 2010
But from the record from 1.4. 2011, instead of showing the emp group and sub goups as 2 and a2 sys showing the values as 1 and a1.

How do I get my old Surround Mixer recording sources back?

I recently had my computer repaired where I basically had a complete overhaul. In the process they installed a second soundcard (the one that went with the new motherboard) alongside my original Creative Sound Blaster Audigy card (Sound Blaster Audigy Platinum eX). Before, when I would record audio into my computer, I opened the Surround Mixer software and in the record pulldown menu it showed all of the inputs as they relate to my Audigy interface (SPDIF, Aux In 2, Line In 2, etc.). Now when I open the Surround Mixer software, I only get generic options such as Analog Mix, CD Digital, Microphone, etc. and therefore I can't get any outside audio into my computer.
I figured the computer?was defaulting to the?new sound card so I disabled the onboard audio in my BIOS and then installed the Creative Sound Blaster Series 2 Driver. I clicked on the driver and it said that it needed to uninstall another driver that was already there. The install went a little funny and it got hung up a couple of times. Then, I couldn't get Surround Mixer to work at all so I went to the Creative website and installed Software Auto Update. I downloaded and installed all the critical components?but that also went a little funny. It took about three tries and it didn't seem like it actually finished installing, but when I checked on Auto Update again, it said that I was up to date and that everything had installed. I noticed at the beginning that it installed a new version of Surround Mixer but when I opened it later, it still had those same generic options, not the the ones that match my external interface.
What do I need to do to get my original settings back?

Is the external Audigy Dri've properly connected? Does the Plat Ex have the rear jacks? If so, can you record from the rear LineIn or mic jack and play sound files through headphones or speakers? What happens when you run the Creative Diagnostic? What does Device Manager show? Otherwise, yes, uninstall and reinstall the Creative software. If your install CD has a repair option, try that first. However, you may find you need to remove the Audigy from your PC, reboot without it, and then reinstall everything. Some Soundblaster cards don't play well with some integrated soundcards, so you may also want to disable the integrated soundcard in BIOS.

How to do Result Recording , Defect Recording in the Repetative manufacturing.
In our senerio their is no Operational Coding
Once we put the material in the production line we get the finished product only two types of codes are their 1) raw material 2) Finished Goods
Now i want to put a inspection point in between the Production Process and record the Defects after the 3 operation ...

Hi!,
You will have to use inspection type "13" as inspection type "03" will not work in case of repetitive manufacturing. Please note that you will have to trigger the inspection lot manually by using transaction MFPR. You can inspection lot with reference to material, plant and production version combination. There you have choice in version selection. Also there won't be any inventory posting in this inspection processing. While defining the rate routing you will have to maintain QM related data. for the intended operations and that routing is to be used while defining the production version. Inspection point related data is to be entered in rate routing header. Once the inspection lot is created manually, rest of the process of result recording etc is normal. I hope this helps in resolving your problem.

Merge Data Multiple records problem (repeats data)

I'm tring to creat some cataloge pages with 4 images, codes, dicritons etc per page.
i have a excel sheet which I've saved to a CSV file for a data source. i have a single page with the first record at the top and enogh room to repeat the record 4 times on the page. When I do the data merge I'v selected multiple records per page and put in all the settings and spacings I want.
Everything looks fine when i click on the multiple reports prevew but when i do the actual merge most of the merges copy the same data with only a few records using different data. It's generating the correct number of records and pages with 4 records per page but repeatiing the same record,except for 2 records which were different before going back to the repeated record. Also the record it repeats is not the first record on the list, it's about the 6 of 16.
I'm using CS5 version of Indesign.
Any one have any sugestions to get it working corrctly or is this a fault wiyh CS5?

Print Form after Defect Recording

Hi,
I have a requirement to print a so called Incoming Rejection Form. This form is printed after doing the defect recording.
Is there a standard way to print a form after saving defect recording?

A form definition contains the following elements:
Header data:
This is general information about the form, such as the user ID of the person who created it, a short text describing the form, and global control data, such as font used and page format.
Paragraphs:
Paragraphs are the real layout elements in SAPscript. Every text entered in the editor consists of various paragraphs. The beginning of a paragraph is indicated by a paragraph tag in the left column of the editor. Paragraph names and attributes are defined in the form.
Characteristics or attributes which can be defined for paragraphs include text alignment, line spacing, font used etc.
Character strings:
Character strings are layout elements relevant for a section of text within a paragraph. They are inserted in the continuous text. Windows:

One or more pages which are to appear in the form are defined here. The attributes of a page include the name of the next page and the type of page numbering. The user determines the page sequence by specifying the next page and defining the first page of the form in the header data.
Page windows:
A page window is defined by specifying the position and size of a form window on a form page. The page window describes the position of a window on a specific page of the form and therefore the area in which text can be output in the form.

Defect recording

hello guys,
I have a requirement that if the part got failed at the incoming inspection,some thing should trigger the quality notification before they do the UD rejection.Normally, we will click the defect icon at the RR to process quality notification manually.
But is there any way that if somebody forgot to click the defect at RR and if they directly trying to do the UD ,it should have some control to restrict him and say to process quality notification ?
I agree even if we forget they can manually write the quality notification thru qm01 but they dnt like that and they need some cntrol on this.
I saw some defect recording option at MIC control indicators .....is that helps on my rqmt ?

I hope youi have done following cofig:
QCC0>Quality inspection>maintain Inspection type>select 01 inspection type>Notification type:F2
Now
QCC0>quality planning>Basic data>Define catlog Class>select class -->Click on Active notification.
If you set this indicator, the quality notification (already existing) is immediately activated, when the defect data record is created. This means, that the quality notification receives the status "Outstanding notification" (OSNO).
That means Notification will automatically remain in OSNO even if user do not create it manually.
even if user forget to trigger it it will be geenarted & remain open.
This will solve your problem

G/L Cleared document in back date which table i found?

I have posted a G/L Document on 01/02/2014 and cleared the same document on 10/03/2014. The g/l open Items are stored in BSIS Table and Cleared items are stored in BSAS Table. Now i want see the value in table level on 10/02/2014 (Back date) in which table i found the values.

You can get these values in BSEG table and FAGLFLEXT table for line items details. BKPF for header details.

Record all the data acquired by DAQ

Hi all,
I have a problem when I tried to record all the data acquired by the DAQ card. My DAQ is NI 6259, and the Labview version is 2009.
Basically, what I need do is using multiple channels to get the voltages of different point, then I subtract values of two channel (V+ and V-) to get voltage value between two points. In my vi, the sampling mode is continuous and the rate is 100 KHz, DAQmx reading is inside a while loop, and the numbers of samples per channel is set to be 100. After each loop execution I would get 100 data. I just used the format into file to write the data into a .txt file. It seems after 1 loop only the last one data is recorded instead of 100. Previously I averaged the 100 data inside the acquisition loop to get one data, so the writing function is OK but it really slows down the program. So I want to write all the raw data to txt file so later I can process them in Matlab. Is there any way to achieve this? Thank you very much.
The attached is the my vi for 2 channels voltage measurement and the current source control sub vi. I am new to Labview so the question really bothers me even after I read some similar topics in the forum.

Thank you for you reply. I tried that, it actually record more data per pulse than before, but less pulses were recorded (there should be 8 pulses in 20 seconds time but only 2 were recorded), I think it was because the for loop inside slows down the program execution, and sometimes the error 200279 occurred. I think it would be better to separate the reading and recording process. Someone suggests me rather than writing to the file inside the loop, accumulate the data from all of the loop iterations to generate one large array containing all of the samples then pass that to Format Into File outside the loop. Do you know how to achieve that? I tried the as below, it seems totally wrong , only two data was written.
(The subvi nameed 1 (see attachment) converts the 2D array to 1D ) Thanks.

To see the scheduled quantity & delivered quantity use table EKET with the filed names MENGE & WEMNG.

Issues with Writing back data to Planning Cube After adding a new characterstic

Hello,
We have two cubes and a MP on top of it. ( Reporting Cube and Planning Cube ). An aggregation layer has also been built and so does a planning BEx query on top of it.
Before Scenario: things were working fine as we were able to write back data to planning cube using the BEx.
After Scenario: We created a new Dimension in the planning cube and added a new characteristic ( lets call it ZX_KEY ) . This Characteristic holds the concatenated values of some of the other characteristics in its master data tables . ( For ex: Account_Customer ID_Country-code_Industry-code ).
This new characteristic is also present in the reporting cube and has been added and transferred to MP.
This new characterstic was added to the planning BEx query as one of the rows and we executed it the analyzer. After entering the required values for all characterstics ( including the newly added ZX_KEY ) and the key figure values, we tried saving it. Now this is where the Analyzer is throwing up this error..

The value that we are entering ( R123000000_12_US_TX ) is picked up from the master data table of ZX_KEY by double clicking and selecting it from the fetched values. So i am not sure as to why its throwing up the above error. Request your help on this please.

Try to check that all characteristics are correctly assigned at multiprovider level.

Please confirm can we get back date stock at storage location with value and quantity. Also tell me how can we take one subcontractor stock at any particular date.
We are using MB5B, but it is giving only quantity at storage location level and value at plant level.
Full points if problem solved.

Execute MB5B with special stock and O for special stock indicator, and then double click the material number, you can get all the material document NO.

Posting on back date

I am having zero stock on 13.11.2008. I did MIGO(101) date is 13.11.2008. My system allowing me to issue material on 5.11.2008. So that my stock came in negative. i am not getting any error if i am posting in back date in same period when there was no stock. Can i know which msg nor should i have to activate or any other way to me that user will get error while posting in back date?

how i create export order in back date as actual excise date lies in back date.

Back date means how many months should be predated ?? You should be aware, you can post a document in SAP one month prior to current month but not before that. For example, now we are in August and you can post a document for July and not for June'10.
Apart from this, you need to have back dated stock in SAP to invoice and the periods (MM & FI) should be open for previous month.
