How to delete advertisement in Recruitment which has been posted or Maintained in PBAW..
I want to delete the advertisements which has been posted. what is T Code to delete it.

Integrating third party recruitment with SAP
Hi folks,
I had a question regarding intergrating the third party system with SAP HR masterdata. I am basically looking at transferring the applicant data from the Recruiting (third party tool ) system into SAP HR Masterdata. I found using the feature PAPLI something like integration could be done. I do not know how ???
Right now, at the click of button something like Data transfer (entering the applicant id) can be manually imported into SAP Masterdata from the SAP recruiting module on the same system.
Can such a process be achieived using a third party tool? Is direct transfer process from the thrid party tool into SAP Employee Masterdata possible? Is the feature PAPLI (found from IMG) something like this can be accomplished?
The version we are using is SAP 4.6C
Any thoughts or leads in this area will be highly appreciated.

SKI am not sure of any standard integration programs specific to recruitment, but through customization we can integrate third party rectt systems like People click, HRP etc.
Develop inbound programs with ALE-IDOC system to transfer the data to Rectt tables.
The switch will control activation of integration between the systems.

Connecting SAP E-Recruiting with SAP ERP HCM via PI 7.10
Hello guys,
i am currently working on connecting a SAP E-Recruiting and a SAP EPR 6.0 (HCM) via a SAP Netweaver PI 7.10 SP6 (Its a Proxy-to-Proxy Connection). For this i have created a more or less detailed How-to Wiki page. As i am not a PI/XI Expert at all - but i am always eager to learn I have some difficulties and i have hoped that you may help me out so i can complete the guide and so help others who also have some difficulties in setting up the scenario.
For what i have already done, please check out the Wiki page i have created.
One question i do have is, where can i monitore the send process.
I mean i am executing the proxy-call in the sender system (E-Recruiting) but nothing happens (no error message)
Also please take a look the RFC Destinations i have created for the Communication Channel. Not sure in which system i have to create those Destiantions and where they should point to.

I am the Product Manager for SAP E-Recruiting. I'll try and give some direction.
SAP E-Recruiting uses no functionality from the existing SAP recruitment module, and has a new data model. For HR releases before ERP2004, SAP E-Recruiting can only be deployed on a separate instance to HR, and integrated using a combination of ALE (qualification catalogue, employees, organizational units, jobs, and positions) and RFC calls (for moving candidate to be hired into HR).
If you have ERP2004, then you can have E-Recruiting on the same instance as HR. There are advantages and disadvantages to this including, security, sizing, etc. We can discuss this if you consider this an option.
If you have E-Recruiting on a separate instance to ERP2004, then you can also display or use organizational data using supplied data extractors. These are great for easily pulling HR data. In the standard they are only used to display information based on the job/position (example: current position holder) but they could also be used in custom workflows, job postings, etc.
With ERP2005, employee qualifications will also be available in E-Recruiting, as well as the possibility of defaulting qualifications on the requisition, based upon the job or position.

My query here is that in the recruitment module, while doing prepare to hiring action, we face an error calle MESSAGE_TYPE_X
when we exit and do the action again, we do not get it.
did debug it and found out the following reason:
I had a look at your system and was able to simulate the problem you
mentioned. The reason what I could find out is the following.
In your configuration of the view V_T751E, for the action type
'04'(Offer applicant contract) an infogroup 'W4' is attached. Through
this infogroup 'W4', an insert(INS) is done to the infotype 4002
(V_T588D). This configuration means that when we execute the action type'04', the infogroup 'W4' will also get executed which would bring up
the screen 'Change Vacancy Assignment Status' using which we can change
the status to '5'.
Now, SAP provides a dynamic action in standard which would update the
vacancy assignment status. Please see the calling of the form routine
SUBMIT_RPAPUT00_WITH_APPLICANT in the view V_T588Z. Here in this form
routine, we update the vacancy assignment status to 5, when we execute
the action '04'. So the updation of the status is already done. After
this only the infogroup 'W4' is processed which will try to update the
status again to '5'. This leads to some buffering issue in the system
and as a result of this it is trying to insert the same record again.
Hence the update of the database fails and the system dumps. So
basically the dynamic action in T588Z as well as the infogroup 'W4' are
doing the same thing. Both are updating the vacancy assignment status.
So I would suggest you to kindly use either one of these since
ultimately both of them are doing the same action. So either you can
remove the infogroup assignment to the action '04' in V_T751E or you cancomment out the calling of the form routine -
SUBMIT_RPAPUT00_WITH_APPLICANT in the dynamic action which SAP provides
in the standard.
Even after correcting this, i am facing with the same problem.

My client informed me to prepare a questionnaire on what all the information is required from the HR department relating to Recruitment activity to configure the Recruitment module in SAP.
I want to know what all the areas to be considered in preparing this document such as, Number Ranges, Recruitment media, Recruitment instruments, applicant structure and so on.....

Generating Offer Letter & Data Transfer in Recruitment Module
Dear Gurus,
1) We are implementing Recruitment module and i am quite new to it. Could any one of you suggest what are the sequence of steps required to maintain to make sure that a Standard offer letter is generated and how to mail it to the applicant while you perform Offer Applicant Contract activity. Kindly suggest how to move further to fulfill this requirement.
Kindly note this is pure Recruitment module and e recruitment is totally out of scope.
2) How do you transfer applicant data to Personnel Adminstration module when the Applicant action Prepare for Hiring is run.
Kindly suggest the sequence of steps to be followed to make sure the data transfer happens from recruitment to personnel adminstration.
Kindly also let me know what are the mandatory switches that have to be activiated in T77S0 table to set up an integration between PA & RC.
3)When you hire a external applicant whose data is already there in PB10 and when you hire him for suitable vacancy and do the data transfer to PA. The next time when i try searching in the applicant pool will the Applicant group change from External applicant to internal applicant in case of hired applicant. If yes how to go about it.
Kindly throw some light on this. Please note we would like to go about the standard functionalities of SAP Recruitment module.
If there is any challenge in fulfilling the above requirements, kindly point out the same so i can address the same to my client...

You can do the initial data entry of the applicant through Tcode PB40 or PB10. Once you have maintained the data, then you can do the applicant actions like given below through Tcode PB40.
Enter additional data
Reject applicant
Put applicant on hold
Process applicant
Offer applicant contract
Applicant rejects offer
Change of org. assignment
Further application
Invite applicant.
It is not compulsory to do all these actions, but these actions are useful to keep a track of applicants.
Then you have to do applicant action prepare for hiring through PB40. After doing prepare for hiring action you can transfer the applicant data to Personnel administration through Tcode PBA7. Once the data is transferred personnel number is generated for applicant. Then you have to complete the activities throug Tcode PBA8.
Few tables for configuration of recruitment :
T750D - for creating media for recruitment
V_T750C - Recruitment instruments
T750K - Applicant group
V_T750F - Applicant range
V_T751E - Applicant action type
V_T588D - Infogroup for Applicant action

My client is implementing Recruitment module ( Not E- Recruitment module), they asked for is there any why to send interview call letter to the candidateu2019s personal email ID through SAP. Is it required to activate any BAdi.
Is this a customized scenario or a standard settings?

Srinviasyes there is standard apllication for getting the mail activated viz applicant activity types/ status......
below is the part which has to be customizied in order to get the mail activated..... you choose feature PACTV for assigning the aplicant activity types to the status of the application.... based on which automatically the mail can be triggred........and feature MAILS define the activiyt type and the std text which you want to activate.... ex Below the std text used is MAIL-APP-INTERVIEW which will be called if activity is appointment for interview..... meaning of variuos variable can be found in the forum.....

Hi,
For SU01 role removal, you do not need S_USER_AGR with 02, and as you mentioned both authorizations available in production, if so trace should not show you the S_USER_AGR with 02 with RC=04.
I would recommend to do role comparison for the user performing the activity. and then check if you have the S_USER_AGR with 02 in user buffer SU56.
But ideally it should not ask you S_USER_AGR for 02 through SU01, so please take help of abaper to debug it.
Also put trace in non-prd to see if S_USER_AGR is getting checked with 02 for removal through SU01.

Hi Friends,
I am working on recruitment module. I am stuck in the initial data entry screen In PB10.
When I try to create an initial data entry screen the first screen gets saved but the next screen create applicant activities throughs an error message " No infotype found , maintain infogroup modifier/usergroup".
But i understand in Recruitment The IGMOD Feature is not to be maintained.
Again when I press enter two times It gives an another message "No application assigned to this applicant no."
But I have included thses infotype IT4000, 4001, 4002 and 4005 in the infomenu during configuration in applicant actons.
what is that I have missed?where?

Check the user group of the infomenu and might need to correct your user group. You can check your user group by using transaction SU3 and clicking on Parameters tab and then check the parameter id UGR.

Standard integration 2.0 from SFSF Recruiting to SAP HR
Hi,
we are going to utilize the standard integration 2.0 from SFSF Recruiting to SAP HR. However, I haven't found any information how to automize the transaction which actually transfers the data from SFSF Recruiting to SAP HR (I assume it will replace the transaction HRSFI_RCT_HIRE). Can it be scheduled as a background job or what would be the best approach to set automatism?
Have anyone already implemented the add-on 2.0 from SFSF Recruiting to SAP HR?

SFSF job applications can be imported to SAP by scheduling report RH_SFI_IMPORT_RECRUITING_DATA.
Once job applications are imported from SFSF to SAP, data appears in the staging area (transaction HRSFI_RCT_HIRE). As delivered, hiring process via this transaction is a manual process and cannot be automated.

I would suggest you not to write your own code to delete the entries.
BAPI_MATERIAL_DELETE, this would mark all materials selected for deletion. But still the material would exist in SAP.
Another solution: Delete a material manually and in another session execute the transaction SM04. This would display the tables which get locked when you do the operation, Then you can write your own code to delete the material numbers from all the related tables.
