Delivered-not invoiced report
Hi experts,
We have some customers which we only invoice once a month, for example the 25th each month.
But we want to see in a report how much has been ordered and delivered so far in the current month, still to be invoiced (on the 25th).
Where can we find a report that shows this?
BR,
Niclas
hi
VF04: It can show BOTH SD docs. that are Order Relevant & Delivery relevant.
The Sales Orders for which delivery is made, and Post Goods Issue done, it will appear in VF04.
In VF04, at the bottom of the screen, you need to check the box that says' Delivery relevant'. I
f PGI is not made, the Sales Order will not appear in VF04.

Goods Shipped But not Invoiced report
Hi all,
I am trying to see a report which is Goods Shipped But not Invoiced , please try to help as I think it is MM guys Report, your help appreciated.
Sandhya,Hi
When the PGI is done againt the delivery document, the accounting document generated is based on the material price in material master as per the price control.
The accounting entry would be
Cost of goods sold Dr
FG Inventory Cr
You must be calling Cost of goods sold account as goods in transit a/c.
At the point of billing the amount would be calculated from the conditions in the sale order against which the delivery was created.
The accounting entry would be
Customer A/c Dr
Revenue a/c Cr
Normally the price conditions in sale order would be higher than the price in material master.
Price in material master is the cost of manufacturing the material whereas price in sale order is the price inclusive of profit margin.

VBFA- outgoing goods ended but not yet invoiced report
Hi experts,
I need to create zreport that will show order number which outgoing goods ended but not yet invoiced,
ım trying to work with vbfa but ı still couldnt create logic flow for my report,
I really need some advice .
any help will be appreciate.
thanksI believe an SD specialist should've given you a more detailed specification for this. What exactly is "outgoing goods ended" in SAP terms?
Google 'not invoiced report site:sap.com' and run similar searches going forward before posting. Please also make sure to post more specific questions. "Do my job" kinds of posts are frowned upon on SCN (see here). -
Goods Shipped -BUT- Not Invoiced
Hi Gurus,
we would like to see a report (NOT VF04), where I can see all the Goods Shipped But not invoiced with AMOUNT so that we can Tie this amount to respective Goods in Transit GL account balance for Auditing Purpose, so that we can tell them this is the actual amount in Transit needs to be invoiced by showing report and GL account,
Please Help me , your help appreciated,
SandhyaSri Nath,
I think you missed the whole point here, I am not talking about exchange rates ro amount going from Sales order to GL , it will go anyways as I am talking about the Inventory Transfer account Amount and the Goods Shipped But Not Invoiced report amount ,
Let me explain again, you will see some Del Doc ," Y " (Sales Order "X" ) in VL06 and you will come to know this is Open Invoice and Goods Shipped already,,,,,,,, at the same time for this Delivery Doc , Y , for the amount in sales order, X , will be reflecting in that GL account ,
So Now the Point is VL06 or or anyother report with the options you said, will give you Del Doc Y , as Output but NO DOLLAR AMOUNT, so How can I tie this Del Doc amount(s) If I don't see a consolidated total that I need to Tie with FS10N report,?
Shiva making new Report is last Option I believe.

How to create a report for open sales orde documents which are not invoiced
Hi Experts this is urgent,
+pls give the Logic for document flow+
My requirement is create a report for sales orders which are not invoiced using the following table.
VBAK : sales order header
VBAP : sales order item
VBFA : sales document flow
VBUK for processing status
KOMV for duties value and sales order value
LIKP : delivery not header
LIPS :delivery note item
For information : In the header level the processing Status is indicated in the table VBUK field LFSTK for one sales order number. A,B , C are the possible entries.
Case A : When a sales order is invoiced we can display information on the header status :
Overall status : Completed and display a invoice number in the document flow. When the items of the sales orders are invoiced the process status is the following : Overall status Completed
Delivery status Fully delivered
Case B : An open sales order not delivered and not invoiced will have overall status : Open on the header and item level and will not have subsequent documents.
Case C :
When the items for the sales order are delivered but not invoiced the status will be u201Cfully deliveredu201D
And the subsequent documents will be delivery notes and good issue if the delivery note is issued.

PO report including amount already delivered and invoiced
Is there a standard report that shows, by line item, the total amount delivered and invoiced. We are looking for something that will display the PO number, vendor, qty on the PO, amount received, value of the items and amount invoiced. I tried ME2N, and it shows the amount still to be delivered and invoiced, but not the amount already delivered or invoiced. We'd also like something that could be easily downloaded to Excel.
Thanks!Hi,
As you also wants to download in Spreadsheet, i will suggest you to dovelop the report with the help of your technical team.
Because the ME2N with the scop of list ALLES will give you the complete information, but it will not give you the information in tubular form.

Urgent - About Deliver note and invoice
can someone plz suggest me the possible modifications for the standard smartforms : LE_SHP_DELNOTE for deliver note and SF_LB_INVOICE for invoice. It would really help if you could describe the modifications in details. Please urgent.
Sandhya,
If you want to modify the Smartforms ..copy that to ZLE_SHP_DELNOTE and then do the neccessy changes as per the requirement .
After activating the Smartform u have to assign the ZLE_SHP_DELNOTE to the output type in Tcode NACE . There u will find V2 application for sales there in output types u will find the output type with the SAP Std smartform LE_SHP_DELNOTE assigned. Change it to ZLE_SHP_DELNOTE .

Deliveries not invoiced (GR-based IV) reporting solution
Hello
i have been looking for a while in SAP for a report that shows me the Goods receipts not invoiced.
We are using goods receipt based invoice verification
I know about the function of MB5S but this report is not showing me in the overview the actual deliveries not invoiced.
As we are using scheduling agreements and we have hundreds of GR per one purchsing document.
When I doubleclick in MB5S on the PO/Schedule i get info about the GR / IR but i can not really subtotal since the
Invoices do not have a negative impact.
Also i think ME2N, ME2L, ME2L are not showinng me the single deliveries not invoiced
I just can not belive that the only reliable source is table EKBE where a programm/little more complex query has to be written to access and subtotal
Did anybody have the same problem and came to a conclusion?
SAP must have tons of requests for this but I can not find any solution in OSS.
Thanks so much for your comments
Cheers
TimHello Jürgen,
thanks for the awnser F4 is helping for entering the invoice for one single vendor when you have some info
about the delivery note.
With some filters back and fourth i can see only the open qty.
But on monthend you want to display over all vendors the open deliveries as with MB5S, which F4 on MIRO (RM08RL80) can not provide me.
Thanks again Juergen

Display "without PGI" & "PGI done not invoiced" in the selection screen
Hi All,
I am preparing a query to track the status of outbound deliveries and would greatly appreciate it if you could guide me on the following requirement.
Is there a way to display the following two fields in the "Selection Screen" of a query (TCode: SQ00).
1. Without PGI (Delivery document saved but the delivery is yet to do a PGI).
2. PGI done but not invoiced (PGI is done but the invoice is not raised).
I have already added, joined LIKP and LIPS and retrieving a host of information from these two tables but stuck on the two points above.
Thanks in advance.SAP SD_Newbie wrote:

I do agree that standard transactions should be considered instead. The users always want the darndest things...
Query is not a custom report and has some limitations, which needs to be understood by the users. We can't add such buttons/checkboxes on the screen in a query, but we can add the status fields as selection criteria.
Since query is at the line item level (LIPS), the statuses also are needed at the line item level, which is VBUP table. WBSTA is GM status, FKSTA is billing status. I'd guess that if WBSTA is 'A' then it's not PGIed and if FKSTA is 'A' then it's not invoiced. But I'd check in your system to make sure the statuses are updated as expected.
VBUP can be joined by primary key, so it shouldn't have a huge negative effect on performance. In any case, this is the only way to deliver such information in a query, I believe. -

How to create dynamic Invoice report based on Tax calculations
Hi Ppl,
I have an invoice report requirement. There are multiple line items in invoice and each line item will have a tax % and discount associated with it. Discount has to be applied at line item level. Tax will be applicable on resultant amount which respect to tax share on total amount. Below is example
Part# Tax Qty UnitPrice Amount Discount Net Value
1 12.5% 40 10 400 100 300
2 12.5% 50 20 1000 200 800
3 4% 10 30 300 50 250
SubTotal 1350
VAT 12.5% on 1100(300+800) 137.50
VAT 4% on 250 10
Total Amount 1497.5
I have created a static rtf which does all calculations correctly. I have hardcoded 12.5 and 4 % tax values for calculations. But issue is that taxes are changeable in future so I want to create dynamic template which takes care for tax calculations. I thought of to create an array to store distinct tax values from XML data and then to perform calculation but don’t know how to do that.
Can some body help me out as this is very critical and urgent?
Note: Tax calculation can be done at line item level itself but there are some scenarios where additional discounts are there so tax calculation can not be done at line item level.
Below is the sample XML data

Hello forum, a question on any Sales/Billing reports people know of for goods that have been goods issued but are awaiting invoicing. We use POD processing and can get some reports but none with a financial value at an item level. We also use tcode VF04 to view pending deliveries to be invoiced but again doesnt show any epxected revenue and so was wondering if there are any other standard reports to give me this information?
Much appreciated
DanThrough standard TCodes VF04 and VF06, you can generate deliveries that are PGId but not invoiced but value will not flow there. For this, you need to develop a zee tcode considering the tables VBAP (for unit price) and LIPS (for material code and quantity PGId).

Change of pricing condition in sales after delivering or invoicing of a sub
Hello,
I have to change the pricing condition of a sales order item, condition type PR00, after a sub quantity had been delivered or invoiced to the customer. BAPI_SALES_ORDER change I tried with did not work but also I got no error.
w_inx-updateflag = 'U'.
w_cond-itm_number = '000010'.
w_cond-cond_type = 'PR00'.
w_cond-cond_value = 999.
w_cond-currency = 'EUR'.
APPEND w_cond TO t_cond.
w_condx-itm_number = '000010'.
w_condx-cond_type = 'PR00'.
w_condx-updateflag = 'U'.
w_condx-cond_value = 'X'.
w_condx-currency = 'X'.
APPEND w_condx TO t_condx.
w_vbeln = p_in. <--- from input parameter
CALL FUNCTION 'BAPI_SALESORDER_CHANGE'
EXPORTING
salesdocument = w_vbeln
order_header_inx = w_inx
TABLES
return = t_ret
conditions_in = t_cond
conditions_inx = t_condx.
How can I change the price and trigger a new pricing for the sales order?
Thank you for your time

NorbertHi
In the transaction VOFM, tab -> Formulas -> Condition Value , create a new routine, no need to copy from existing as you will be writing your own logic.
In this new routine, set xkwert to your required value.
Ask your SD functional to assign this formula to ZAS2 condition in the transaction V/08.
I hope this might help.

Third party items are not invoiced totally though the MIRO done for all
Hi Gurus,
I have a third party sales order with 3 item lines.
All these three items are delivered to the customer by the vendor and invoice verification MIRO also done for all three.
Now when the order related invoice creation background job run and invoice created for this order is missing the first line item in the invoice. I cant understand what is the problem with first item line? Order is now not in the invoice due list also. manually invoice creation also gives the log that the order is completely invoiced. But when we see the document flow for item line 1 it says the item line is yet open and not invoiced.
suggest me as the invoice posting is required for this item line also. suggest all the possible reasons.
regards,
SandeshHi Navneetha,
Thanks for d reply.
I hv checked d mentioned tables and Itm Categories nothing is +ve there. All 3 itms hv TAS itm category. Also I agree with ur MIRO statement.
I found one thing which might b d cause plz check.
As we knw dat we cant change the schedule ln date and quantity once the Pur. Requisition created. and we cant make changes in sales order itm line if the PO is created for that Pur. Requisition. Bcoz afteward the PO wont be updating the Pur Requsition and sales order automatically.
But here the schedule line date at d schedl ln category for itm 2 is changed by a certain Batch job after the PO cration.
Therefore I think this wd b d reason that the item line 2nd is not getting updated in sales order from the PO and looks open.
The change of schedule line dates is not maintained in the PO manually ever.
So would it b d reason for the inconsistent doc flow updates and 2nd item being open as not invoiced yet?
