Delivery date issue in ME23N

Hi,
  I am using the transaction ME23N.  My PO looks somewhat like this(Listed only few fileds to make understand the problem).
*ITEM  A    Short text    Quantity  Order Unit  C    Delivery date    NEt price *
10      K     ABC              1               EA         D     2009.04.11         64.50
20      K     ABC              1               EA         D     2009.10.11         64.50
30      K     ABC              1               EA         D     2009.11.11         64.50
40      K     ABC              1               EA         D     2010.01.01         64.50
When i click on the PRint preview button delivery date for first line item i.e 10 is picking up the last line item's deliver date i.e. 40th line item and after that it is coming in the right sequence. Some what like this.
*ITEM  A    Short text    Quantity  Order Unit  C    Delivery date    Net price *
10      K     ABC              1               EA         D     2010.01.01       64.50
20      K     ABC              1               EA         D      2009.04.11         64.50
30      K     ABC              1               EA         D      2009.10.11         64.50
40      K     ABC              1               EA         D      2009.11.11         64.50
All other values for other columns are displaying correctly.

I have a doubt may be the form or program modified
So that Goto ME23N and Click on the Messages button. check the Output type maybe NEU.
Goto Transaction NACE->chosse Application 'EF' - >Click OUTPUT TYPES - > Choose OUPTTYPES (NEU ?) -> Click on processong routines check the program, Form routine and form for the medium 1.Printout.
if the Program is standard check inside the program is there any enhancement are developed or if the program is custom develoment ?

  • MRP for STO Delivery Date Issue

    Dear Gurus,
    We are using MRP to generate STO purchase requisition for a specific material.
    We have entered planned delivery time in the receiving plant. The supplying plant is 1000 and receiving plant is 2000.
    We have entered planned delivery time in plant 2000 for 10 days . MRP is run at mid night. System is generating PR . But the delivery date is same as current date.
    E.G: Material A planned delivery time 10 days in plant 2000
    Planning date is 20/07/2014
    in PR : Delivery date is 29/7/2014
    and PR release date is 19/7/2014.
    The release date is appearing in the past. Kindly help me to resolve this issue.
    Thanks in Advance.
    Sreedhar

    Hi Dev,
    When i create STO PR manually all the dates are appearing as per standard calculation considering the planned delivery cost.
    The issue is in MRP run.
    Thanks & Regards,

  • Delivery date issue in the ASn inbound process via IDOC

    HI
    we want to start with ASN and we ´re already receiving IDOC´s
    DESADV Delvry03
    we are using Fm /SPE/IDOC_INPUT_DESADV1 and we have tried IDOC_INPUT_DESADV1 but teh reesult was the same.
    The segment E1EDT13 Qualifier 007/009/006  exist and we are able to create a inbound delivery. The problem we have is that we are not able to calculate the delivery date in the inbound delivery.
    The idea was that the vendors sends us the GI date (Qualifier 007) and our SAP calculates based on the plannend delivery time in the SA/PO the expected GR date 8what we see in MD04). But at the moment we only the creation date as delivery date.
    what do we miss?
    thanks for the help
    regards
    Alex

    Hi,
    Firstly, for DESADV processing delivery date field (LFDAT) is taken from qualifier '007' while goods issue is from '006'.
    As far as I understood you would like to get delivery date based on data from given delivery schedules. But note that inbound delivery items are not related specifically to delivery schedules. Instead, those are referenced to purchasing document items only. Therefore it is not exactly specified what delivery date should be selected for which inbound delivery.
    Alternative could be to perform scheduling for inbound deliveries based on route transit times etc.But in standard inbound delivery types are not available for SD scheduling and thus it is not directly available.
    If you need to get such functionality, you would need to use one of the DESADV processing u-exits available and include your own logic for lfdat calculations.

    when i am creating STO with above method STO is getting created and all data in it also correct but delivery date is 20th june 2014
    instead of 30 may 2014.
    it is coming as there is planned delivery time that is 21 so it is showing 20th june 2014.
    but i need this value as 30th may 2014 only.
    please help me on that.
    thanks in advance.

    Hello,
    You have to populate internal tables pocond and pocondx with values for itm_number,cond_st_no,cond_count,cond_value,cond_type, currency and change_id. Then call BAPI_PO_CREATE1.
    Thanks,

  • Delivery Date Issue

    Hi Experts ,
    I have a order , the requested delivery date is 21/2/2013 .
    Delivery Date is confirmed as 14th MARCH , although I see two Lines in Schedule Line .Its being confirmed at the 1st line itself.
    Please help to explain how these being calculated in Sales Order .
    I have provided all the relevant screenshots for better understanding .
    Thanks
    MM_Sd

    Consider the following example:
    - Sales Order for quantity of 100 created with requested delivery date = 30th March
    - Availability Check executes. The system calculates that there is no available stock to meet a delivery date = 30th March. However, there is stock available to reach a delivery date = 30th April
    - Two schedule lines are created. Schedule Line 1: Required Delivery Date = 30th March. Schedule Line 2: Confirmed Delivery Date = 30th April.
    The reason we have two schedule lines is that the system needs a way of knowing the original requested delivery date for the customer. For example, lets say stock becomes available after the sales order has been created. Then rescheduling will pick up that the original requested delivery date (30th March) did not get a confirmed quantity and can assign this new available quantity accordingly. In that case, the second schedule line should be removed as it is no longer valid.
    In your case, schedule line 2 is not confirmed which does not make any sense. It is not logical for this schedule line to exist when schedule line 1 has been confirmed.
    Things you can check:
    1) Check if report SDRQCR21 picks this up as an inconsistency
    2) Check if you are using custom code in USEREXIT_MOVE_FIELD_TO_VBEP (Include MV45AFZZ)
    3) Check that you have implemented note 1909466. This note needs to be applied on your system to ensure valid ATP results.

  • Sales Oreder Delivery Date Issue

    Dear Experts,
    In Sales Order Doc. i want that the Delivery date of two  Sales Orders should not be same.
    While generating  New Sales Order the Doc. Delivery Date should not pick same date of any Sales Order given before.
    e.g.
    I have a Sales Order with No. 1234 & Del. Date 30-03-10
    If i create a new Sales Order with No. 5768 and if by mistake i fill same delivery date as given above, then  it should occurs error as date not available or this date already exists.
    Regards,
    Ravi Jha

    I think you want to restrict the sales orders, not the deliveries.
    So try this:
    if (@object_type = '17' and @transaction_type = 'A')
    BEGIN
    IF exists (Select Docentry from ORDR
    where DocDuedate = (Select DocDuedate from ORDR Where Docentry = @list_of_cols_val_tab_del)
      and Docentry != @list_of_cols_val_tab_del )
    Begin
    select @error =@object_type
    select @error_message = N'Delivery Date already exist'
    End
    If you want to restrict not the full number of orders but only for per customer, you can use this:
    if (@object_type = '17' and @transaction_type = 'A')
    BEGIN
    IF exists (Select Docentry from ORDR
    where DocDuedate = (Select DocDuedate from ORDR Where Docentry = @list_of_cols_val_tab_del)
      and CardCode = (Select CardCode from ORDR Where Docentry = @list_of_cols_val_tab_del)
           and Docentry != @list_of_cols_val_tab_del  )
    Begin
    select @error =@object_type
    select @error_message = N'Delivery Date already exist'
    End
    END

  • Issue in determination of planned delivery data in PR.

    Hello,
    I have an issue in PR, where planned delivery time is picked wrongly. PR is created through MRP.
    In info record, the planned delivery time is 8, in vendor master record planned delivery time is 0, and no contract exists. But when PR is created automatically through MRP, planned delivery time is 10 in PR. How is this possible, from where else does planned delivery time flow?
    There are 4 materials in PO, among which 3 materials have pl.del time as 1 and for the fourth the time is 10, because of which when delivery is created for PO using VL10B, 3 materials are planned in one delivery and the fourth material is planned in another. Split in delivery is occurring. Statistical delivery dates are the same for all the four materials.
    Please help e regarding this issue.
    Regards,
    Krishna Bharadwaj.

    Hi Krishna,
    What is the planned delivery time of the material in the material master?
    Also are you assigning the source of supply in the PR and have mentioned the Porg?

  • What is the difference between delivery date and actual goods issue date?

    Hi ,
    Can you please tell me the difference between Delivery date and Actual goods issue date ?
    Delivery data can be be greater than goods issue date?
    Thanks,
    Ajay

    Hi Ajay,
                  Delivery date means its the original date on which the delivery should be done.Actual goods Issue date is the date on which goods to be delivered according to the purchase order.There can be delay in the delivery so we maintain 2 objects.
    Yes delivery date can be greater than Goods Issue date.
    Hope this clears

    Hi Venkat,
      Even it did not update in my user exit when I update from VBEP-WADAT.  So, I did back calculation (considering route lead time) and updated Delivery date field VBEP-EDATU.  It is simple.  I have given the sample code as below.
       if lines( xvbap[] ) = 1 and VBEP-ETENR = '0001' and            "Calculate RDD while the first line item entered
         vbap-route <> space and <<your GI date>> is not initial.    "Only when header RSD is filled
          select single TRAZTD into ws_traztd from tvro
                where route = vbap-route.
          ws_days = ws_traztd / 24 / 10000.
          if ws_days <> 0.    "Only when Transp. Lead time is maintained ( So, will not affect other entities )
             select single FABKL into ws_fabkl from T001W
                where WERKS = vbap-werks.
             CALL FUNCTION 'WDKAL_DATE_ADD_FKDAYS'       "Calculate as per Factory calender
                 EXPORTING
                   i_date        = <<your GI date>>
                   i_fkday       = ws_days
                   i_fabkl       = ws_fabkl
                 IMPORTING
                   E_DATE        = ws_date
                  E_FKDAY       =
                 EXCEPTIONS
                    ERROR         = 1
                    OTHERS        = 2
             IF sy-subrc = 0.
                VBEP-EDATU = vbak-vdatu.   "copy to the first line item
             ENDIF.
          endif.
        endif.    "Route days

  • Issue while doing GR before the delivery date in PO

    Hello All,
    I have a PO with 1 line item having delivery date or statistical delivery date as 12/31/2012
    But when today I am trying to do GR system doesn't allow and throws an error "earliest possible delivery date is 12/31/2012"
    Please suggest what to do?
    Thanks in advance,
    Forum Shah

    Hi
    Greetings!!!
    Kindly Help!!!
    Recently we are using the Latest GR date (Latest Possible Goods Receipt) functionality on Purchase Order but I want to know the standard Report for the same and is it possible to delete or lock or Delivery Complete of the line item automatically after the date? If yes, then please provide me the process.
    My actual requirement is after Latest Possible Goods Receipt date the line item should not be show on Pending or to be delivering Qty. But in ME2* (M, N, L etc.) report it not happen.
    Note:
    I have checked the t-code ME80FN, but it not fill my requirements.
    Actually I want to know the report for Latest GR Date (Latest Possible Goods Receipt) on purchase order in a Report. We can see the date manually on me23n-Item Detail-Delivery-Latest GR Date
    Field Name- LEWED in Table EKPO but my requirement is SAP standard Report for the same.
    In which report we check the latest GR date for more then 100 Purchase Order containing more then 1000 line Item and I know the Table but I am asking about only T-codes/ Reports.

  • Delivery date and goods issue date anomaly

    I am seeing issue in client site where when an order is entered for customer with a delivery date in December 2010 the goods issue date and loading are all correct. Soon as I put a delivery date after Jan 6, 2011 all the dates become the same. For example I enter Jan 29, 2011 as delivery all the goods issue, loading etc become Jan 29, 2011. Is there some config issue somewhere causing this issue.

    hi harvinder
    this is all happening because
    when you entered the customer and material in sales order the system automatically prompts the delivery date of the material.
    because in SPRO there is a setting called - DELIVERY SCHEDULING AND TRANSPORTATION SCHEDULING. with the help of factory calendar or shipping point calendar.
    in the same process it has shown these dates and these dates might be the tentative because material may not be available at that time & as soon as you changed the delivery date in the system manually again system will do RE ATP and would have given confirmed date as 14.01.2001 & basing on the confirmed date every date follows.
    this is standard behaviour of the system.

  • Different Request Delivery Date & Goods Issue Date

    Hi SD Experts,
    Please find my queries as below:
    1. How do i configure the system to propose delivery date as today's date? Currently the system now always propose tomorrow's date but i want it to be today's date. Assuming today is 21st December but the system is always giving 22nd December. Anything that can be done inside SPRO? Inside VOV8 i just tick 'Propose Delivery Date' but i left the box empty for 'Lead time in days'
    2. Assuming today is 21st December, and i created a SO. The goods issue date is always tomorrow's date as well which is 22nd December. I want the goods issue date to follow 'Request Delivery Date'
    3. In conclusion, why is 'Request Delivery Date' is always tomorrow's date?
    Anything that can be done? Please help
    Thanks!

    Edited by: YEOW LENG LEE on Dec 21, 2008 12:10 PM

    Hi lee
    A request delivery date comes if you maintain the lead time in days in VOV8 , GR time , In-house production time RLT in days in MMR , based on that the you will get the requested  delivery date If you keep the fields blank  then you will get the request delivery date as todays date only but if you have assigned factory calendar in shipping point and if you create sales order on Saturday (19/12/2008) then the delivery date will be on Monday i.e., 22/12/2008.
    Now if you want the goods issue date as different date then the delivery date should be different ,if you fill any one feild and check then you will get the different goods issue date
    Coming finally you are getting a request delivery date as tomorrow's date because of the factory calendar you have assigned to shipping point and to the CMR
