Delivery date to be recalculated and get it updated in PO

After the last approval step the delivery date shall be recalculated. The recalculation shall happen with the maintained lead time based on the PO creation date. The calculation uses the available factory calendar for the delivery date. Please help how to proceed and get the delivery date recalculated to update the delivery date in PO.

The problem is caused by a program error.
Solution
Implement the attached program corrections and then carry out the following
steps: Call up Transaction SE80 and go to function group BBP_PDIGP in
subroutine CHECK_DELIV_DATE (Include LBBP_PDIGPF2I).
There, you must define text elements text-001 and text-002. To do this, go
to 'Goto -> Text elements -> Text symbols' and enter 'Contract' for
text-001 and 'Catalog' for text-002.
Activate program SAPLBBP_PDIGP.
In addition, adjust message #244 "Requested delivery date cannot be met".
Call up message class BBP_PD in Transaction SE91 and go to message 244
which must be enhanced as follows: "Requested delivery date cannot be met
(&1 - delivery time = &2 day(s))".

I want to create a report to monitor and compare different dates in sales and delivery process.
One of my key figure is the comparison between date confirmed to the customer, that I can find in the schedule line of the sales order, and the actual goods issue date from the outbound delivery.
But I can't succeed in making the link between delivery and schedule lines, means between LIKP and VBEP.
Would you have any idea?

It seems there's no exact (table) connection / link between delivery item and schedule line item.
Those who were searching for this thing (link / connection between delivery item and schedule line) were recommended to use FM "RV_SCHEDULE_CHECK_DELIVERIES".
This FM calculates the delivered quantity for each schedule line, so it makes link between the delivery item and schedule lines - however if you check the code it's quite sophisticated...
(if you put a breakpoint in the FM and display a SO in VA03, you can check how the parameters have to be populated with data).

How do I use a runbook Activity on an Incident and Runbook Initialize Data activity to sync and get the GUid from the Incident?

I currently have a runbook running every hour to attach Incidents Templates to Problems. I would like to just add a runbook activity to the Incident Template to activate the runbook, and only link that Incident to the problem it needs to be attached to.
I don't know how to set-up my Initialize Data activity in my runbook to load the calling Incidents GUID though.
I'm very new to Orchestrator, so please be detailed in your directions.
The way my runbook works now is, I make my incident templates have the PR # they are for in the Alt Contact Block. My runbook searched for that, and then loads the PR# it has there and creates the relationship between the two, and then deletes that PR# so
it doesnt hit on the next search.
I would like my activity that calls the runbook to pass the Incident GUID to the runbook, so my runbook only has to query the PR# included in the incident, and create the relationship that way.

Basically, you'll receive the ID of the runbook automation activity from Service Manager, which you can then use with the Get Object and Get Relationship to get the runbook activity object, then get the incident object related to it. I realize this is confusing,

Scheduling problem with delivery date in purch.req and requirement date

Dear all,
I have the problem, that the calculated delivery date in the purchase requisition does not correspond with the requiement date of the production or planned order.
I would like to use planned delivery times in the material master.
Example:
Planned delivery time: 20 days
Todays date 01.10
Case 1)
Requiement date of planned order 10.10
Case 2)
Requiement date of planned order 20.09
This situation can happen in our envirnoment, as the engineering process still continues after start of production. In this case I would like to have the following result:
Case 1)
Delivery date is 10.10 minus the goods receipt time
Case 2)
Delivery date is day of MRP or one or two days more
I made the setting that dates in the past are not allowed. This solves my first smal problem. I tried to set the scheduling margin key but these settings do not help me, as they are relevant for all materials. I need of course individual planned delivery dates per material.
So, I want to change the standart MRP procedure that in the case of the "wished requirement date" not the calculated date is beeing taken, but the "wished date". Usually you receive an exeption for this case and you would need t solve this manually. But this we dont want to do.
Can s.o. please help me? Thank you all very much, I really dont know what to do in this case.

PO Delivery date at Item level is getting modified by Delivery date in PR

Hi Experts,
I am using BAPI_PO_CREATE1 for creating Purchase Order. I am passing delivery date (item level) in parameter
POSCHEDULE of the Bapi but the on creation of the PO it does not take the value that I passed in delivery date field
,however it takes the delivery date from Purchase requisition (the preceding document).
Please let me know how can I fix this issue, It should take the date that I passed in the Bapi.

In the X-Structure 'POSCHEDULEX' set 'X' in 'PO_ITEMX'.
Please check in your system the following data:
Check that the X-fields in structure POSCHEDULEx are set Correctly and that the key fields item number and schedule number are equal in PoSchedule and PoScheduleX.

I am getting an Update failed error and I have tried clicking Retry to no avail... it tells me to contact customer support. What can I do to correct this and get the update?

The message I got is "UPDATE FAILED - download error. Press Retry to try again or contact customer support" I have pressed the retry button a few times but the update on continues to fail and I get the same message. What will repair this issue?

OS 10.6.7 imac Itunes library can't be seen by imovie, iphoto or idvd though all can see iphotos. Apple tech had me reinstall imovie, iphoto and get the updates again and itunes library still not seen by rest of ilife '11 suite.

I have tried everything I saw in the forums but can't make iLife '11 apps see itunes library. Apple had me delete existing files for iphoto and imovie including the apps themselves and reinstall from the disks that came with my imac last month. This did not work. Itunes Library still not found by any of the iLife apps though they can see iphoto movies and photos. Is this really the way it is or is there a solution? I tried to install iLife Support 904 but it wouldn't install past the selection of install location; at that point the install button was grayed out. Update Software insists all software is up to date. Please help if you know the answer.

From your post I see that you are getting error 27 when trying to update your iPhone in iTunes. I can definitely understand how this is a frustrating issue, especially after trying multiple times to restore the phone but to only get the same error. There are troubleshooting steps however that you can follow to help resolve the issue.
Check for hardware issues
Related errors: 1, 3, 11, 12, 13, 14, 16, 20, 21, 23, 26, 27, 28, 29, 34, 35, 36, 37, 40, 1002, 1004, 1011, 1012, 1014, 1667, or 1669.
These errors mean that your device or computer might have a hardware issue that stops the update or restore from completing.
Check that your security software and settings aren't blocking your device from communicating with the Apple update server.
Then try to restore your iOS device two more times while connected with a cable, computer, and network you know are good.
Make sure that your security software and settings are allowing communication between your device and update servers.
If you still see the error message when you update or restore, contact Apple support.

Delivery date not getting recalculated while approving via outlook

Hello,
After creating a shopping cart and if we approve after say 3 days via SRM portal the delivery date gets recalculated and takes into reconsideration these days and this is the value that gets populated in the purchase order
But if the approval is via "OUTLOOK", the delivery date is not recalculated and the old delivery date is sent into the PO.so sometimes the delivery date becomes in the past.
Although BAdI takes into consideration delivery time+lead time calculation for SRM portal approved shopping carts it is not taking into consideration for OUTLOOK.
Is there any solution for this

i believe standard SAP dont recalculate delivery date while creation of PO.

Purchase order Delivery date based on PO doc no and PO item no

hi all
we have a requirement to bring Purchase order delivery date in to our report .
it is in EKET Table - field EINDT.
Is it possible to get this PO Delivery date in to our data source 2lis_02_itm which has PO Doc no(EBELN) and PO item.no (EBELP).
In EKET Table the primary key is based on 3 fields. PO Doc no(EBELN), PO Itm.no(EBLEP) and delivery schedule line counter (ETENR).
In EKET Table the data is like
PO.NO/PO itm no/ schline counter/delivery date
1000/10/1/1-1-2011
1000/10/2/5-1-2011
1000/20/1/2-2-2011
1000/20/2/2-2-2011

so on...
IF i enhance my datasource and populate the delivery date based on EBELN and EBELP we get only 1 delivery date for all the different schedule lines which is wrong.
I know there is a separate datasource for schedule line data for purchasing BUT IS IT POSSIBLE TO GET the delivery date based on the different schedules by using some ABAP CODE, SINCE in our datasource 2lis_02_itm we dont have ETENR( SCHEDULE LINE COUNTER FIELD).
if we use the standard data source (2lis_02_SCL )it is not fair to pull all that data since we only need 1 field from it.

Hi Krishna,
Even though you plan to write some ABAP code or do any processing for a combination of PO document no. and Item no. you will always get multiple records with different schedule line items and it is really impossible to take the delivery date without knowing schedule line item no.
And even when you said PO delivery date, it is actually means delivery date of any of the schedule line only. If you want to write some ABAP logic then you will have to decide like whether you want to display the First line item date or the last line item date etc. But which is again not a good idea.
I think you can go for schedule line extractor.
