Delta load probelm in production orders

Hi Friends,
       I did initialization delta load successfully for both ODS and CUBE. i am using the data source shop floor control application of material view of PP.
         now i am going to schdeled deltas.
   what i need to do for delta in r/3 side and bw side.
Please give me advices on this. because previously i did the deltas for same data source not getting the delta recorde.then i deleted every thing i do again init.
Please give me clear steps on this. iam waiting for reply.

  • SAP Mobile Sales 2.0 delta load issue for Sales Orders

    Hello,
    we have used Mobile Sales 2.0 with a Windows app for a while now. Our current issue is that sales reps won't see any historical sales order data on their devices.
    Background
    Due customer requirements, we need to make small changes to customer master data attributes and reload all customers from ERP to CRM. Then we ran delta loads (MAS_PARTNER followed by all other objects) to DOE, in which virtually all 5000+ customer accounts were compared. The delta load ran for about 3 days (some performance bottleneck we haven't located yet).
    During the delta load, data on devices was inconsistent. Accounts were missing and all transaction data disappeared. After the delta loads, all accounts and contacts are OK, save for a few. Data from activities (appointments, tasks) have reappeared, as they should. Only sales orders won't reappear. The sales orders exist in the backend and belong to active accounts and sales reps.
    Settings and troubleshooting so far
    We don't have any limitations for sales orders in CRM Sales Mobile configuration.
    We've run delta loads for all objects in transaction SDOE_LOAD.
    MAS_CUSTOMIZATION etc seem fine.
    We've re-run initial load for sales orders from CRM.
    In the test system, we've even reinitialized the whole CDS database on DOE and on the devices, then re-ran the loads.
    Checked steps suggested in discussion
    SAP CRM 2.0 initial load issue
    Historical sales orders (those created before the master data reload) exist in the backend, but don't show up on the device.
    If I change one of those historical sales orders in the backend, it gets sent to the device.
    If I create a new sales order in the backend or on the device, it is saved and replicated just fine.
    To sum it up, it seems DOE is unable to identify the sales orders relevant for replication.

    First Doubt i got clarify by my self as we can go with Unwired Runtime option .
    But i still have doubt in :
    2. How can i Modifying the Main Menu for iOS.
    i am able to customize the same for windows using files SybaseCRM.Configuration.xml file.
    Same how can i do for iphone/ipad.

    debited/loaded to the Production order. They are not
    credited to the cost centers although all the necessay master data (Work
    centers, Cost centers, cost rates ) is there in SAP.

    1. Check whether the operation is assigned with Costing Relevancy Indicator and has a control key relevant for costing.
    2. Check whether in the routing the activity type is seen and it has some standard values maintained.

  • To find  an Exit For Tcode: CO01(creation of Production Order)

    HI all,
      I want to create a Production order against a Sales order in transacttion CO01.
    After enetering the required details like quantity(eg.1000), the scheduling type and mandatory fields i schedule the order.It opens a Subscreen where i have to select a grp.After selecting it, it throws me a popup saying that all the workcenters are overloaded and gives me three options:
    1.Detailed Info
    2.Finite Scheduling.
    3.Cancel.
    If the user selects Finite scheduling the system allows it to release and create the order.
    My reqt. is that i want to restrict the user from creating a prod. order if the work centre is overloaded.
    Is there a solution where the popup that appears displays the first 2 options in display mode and allows the 3 option in the normal mode or can i throw a error message saying that the work center are over loaded so a production order cannot be created..
    I tried to find a  user exit at the time of release or scheduling but cldnt find one..
    Pls Help.

  • No initial load of Customers, Material and delta load of Sales Orders.

    Hi Experts,
    I am facing a very troublesome issue. I am not able to setup the Middleware portion for initial and delta loads. I read a lot of documents and corrected a lot of things. finally, the connectivity is done with R/3 and CRM. Initial load of all objects is successful (as per Best PRactices guide). Customizing load is successful.
    But after now I have these open issues for which I am unable to find any answers (am really exhausted!!):
    - Customer_main load, it was succesful, but no BP's of R/3 are available.
    - Material, it failed in SMW01, SMQ2, the errors are:
    Mat. for Initial Download: Function table not supported
    EAN xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx does not correspond to the GTIN format and cannot be transferred
    EAN yyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyy does not correspond to the GTIN format and cannot be transferred
    Plant xx is not assigned to a business partner
    - Sales order, it shows green bdoc, but error segments says "No upload to R/3" and the order does not flow to R/3.
    We had our system setup 3 years back for data transfer and Middleware. But few things changed and connectivity stopped. I did all that again now, but am not yet successful. Any inputs will be greatly appreciated.

    The error messages in SMW01 for MAterial initial load is :
         Mat. for Initial Download: Function table not supported
         EAN 123456789000562 does not correspond to the GTIN format and cannot be transferred
         EAN 900033056531434 does not correspond to the GTIN format and cannot be transferred
         Plant 21 is not assigned to a business partner
    I have done the DNL_PLANT load successfully. Why then the plant error?
    Some of the messages for BP:
    Messages for business partner 1331:
    No classification is assigned to business partner 1331
    For another,
         Partner 00001872(469206A60E5F61C6E10000009F70045E): the following errors occurred
         City Atlanta does not exist in country US
         Time zone EST_NA does not exist
         You are not allowed to enter a tax jurisdiction code for country US
         Validation error occurred: Module CRM_BUPA_MAIN_VAL, BDoc type BUPA_MAIN.
    Now, the time zone EST is assigned by default in R/3. Where do I change that? I do not want to change time zones as this may have other impacts. Maybe CRM I cna change this, not for sure in R/3. City check has been deactivated in R/3 and CRM, still the error.
    Till these 2 are not solved, I cannot go into the Sales order loads.
    Any ideas will be greatly appreciated.

  • Repair request for Delta load? Orders missing in Billing line Items

    Hi
    I am using BW 3.5; Some Orders are missing in BW for Billing line item reports (2LIS_13_VDITM) according to the users.
    The report is based on Cube directly, ODS is not used. I planned to do a repair full request for this month's data so as to get the missing orders.
    Could you please advice me on correct procedure to do that? Delta loads runs every day and todays delta is completed.

    While it's usually recommended to execute setups during "quiet time", it's not required. Especially in this case. Since you're going to be restricting the setup to only extract a range of Billing Documents that are representative of the dates of data missing (or purely the identified missing documents), there is no need to wait for "quiet time" because you'll pick up the data either in your Full Repair extract or in the delta extract. Depending on how the target InfoProvider for this data is setup (cumulative v. non-cumulative), you may have to look out for duplicate data.
    My recommendation would be to run your setup for only those documents that have been identified as missing. That way, you're limiting the amount of data that's required to be extracted to the setup table and then into BW, but also will remove any risk of duplicate data in your target InfoProviders.

  • Trigger Material Delta Load by changing characteristic in R/3

    Hello,
    We added some functionallity to our R/3 and CRM system in order to map the R/3 characteristic data to CRM attributes (which are added to the product master). During the initial download of materials this works fine.
    The delta download is triggered when I change something in the Basic Data or the Sales Org. data in transaction MM02 on the R/3 site, but NOT when I change something in the Classification tab (which holds the characteristics).
    Does anyone know how to trigger the Material Delta Load when changes in the Classification tab are made?

    Use R3AS4 transaction to execute the same.

    Hello All,
    Could you please help by providing a high level step by step solution for the following:
    Currently we have an ODS that is being filled by a selective delta load(2LIS_04_S621) by using production order ranges.  We have loaded this data for the last 5 years and the number ranges are plant specific.
    We now have the need to load all production orders for all plants which span over several number ranges.  Please advise.

    What about in R/3, did the extractor has data for all the plants , if yes then you can perform the repair full request excluding the selection previously given ( for the selective filed you can write a routine to exclude the current seletcion ).Might be this can help.

    Client has 1 lac materials in sap .Now he wants extract all materials open planned orders and open production orders with quantity and dates.

    For open planned order and production order select the respective box.
    But one suggestion. Try to convince client that this report will take a lot of time as you have mentioned 1 lac materials are there.
    You can exclude system status and get it with below screen as mentioned already.
    But my suggestion is to run the report at night when the system load is very less. Please create a background job one for planned order and another for production order. Then run it in midnight as per the customer requirement in background. You can automate the process by sending automatic mail to customer. Please refer the below link to trigger mail.

    how to load from psa to the ods when there is deltas!. using the dtp?
    what is the process to carry out loading a particular records from the psa to the ods without affectingthe deltas in bi 7?

    Hi Pooja,
    Have you loaded any data to DSO till now?
    If not i hope you might be having two requests in PSA if you have done one Full & one Delta load in Infopackage??
    (or) might be one if you have done only one Full Load.
    Follow these steps if you have notyet loaded any data to DSO:-
    Now create a DTP> right click on the DTP folder>create DTP--> here you can either select FULL or DELTA load since everything will be DELTA for the first time & all the data will be loaded.
    Follow this if you already having any requests in DSO:-
    You might have done FULL DTP for the first time
    So now create a net DELTA DTP & Execute so that only new Delta records will be loaded.

  • Error while creating production order (capacity leveling)

    Hello Friends,
    For capacity Planning - Leveling, i am using overall profile  "SAPMPSG006 - MPS/MRP: Capacity availability check", in Production scheduling profile, which i have attached in the material master.
    In Availability check parameter, checking control for the combination of Plant,order type and business transaction 1, in capacity availability section also, i have maintained the overall profile "SAPMPSG006 - MPS/MRP: Capacity availability check'.
    Now i have created the production order for a particular period (start date 17.03.10 , finish date 20.03.10). In CM01, agaist the work center, i can see the load. Hence available capacity and required capacity is same for three days.
    Now again i have created one more production order for the same period (start date 17.03.10 , finish date 20.03.10), system is showing the window with the message work center with overload.On the same screen, when  i click on finite scheduling tab, than system showing the new latest start date and time the same as earlier date i.e 17.03.10.
    Here my question is , when i click on finite scheduling tab, than system should propose the date 21.03.10, as on and after this date capacity on this workcenter is available. But system is not proposing the dates, where capacity is available.
    When i checked the dispatching log, there i found two errors.

    That's great production order system is proposing the future date automatically.
    Few check,
    1) Factory calendar for holidays?
    2)Any other production order on that days?
    3)Your capacity profile and its setting?
    Basic dates
    Check whether scheduling should be performed with a time being specified. For this, check the scheduling data of the scheduling type in Customizing. OPU3
    Do the basic dates change?
    Check whether the alternative "Adjust basic dates" has been selected for the scheduling parameters.
    Check whether the basic dates are set correctly on account of the operation dates. So check operation dates also?

  • Error in delta load of 'Customer Group' from R/3 to CRM

    Hi Experts,
    I added new 'Customer Groups' in R/3. But this is not being updated in CRM. Do I have to trigger initial load again through R3AS or should I create new Customer Groups in CRM?
    The BP delta load BDocs are stuck in SMW01 due to this change. Also, if I need to do the Initial load of Customer Group, which object do I need to do the load for? Is it dnl_cust_sales?
    Please help as it is a Production issue.

  • Production Order Variance not posting to COPA

    Hi,
    I am hoping someone can help.
    We settle our production order variances to COPA. - usually without any problem. The production orders settle to both Material (Mat) and PSG
    However this month we had a situation where for 2 order there was no settlement to COPA for the variance.
    For these 2 production orders there was no settlement rule to PSG in the master data so this obviously explains why it didnt create a settlement document but my dilemma is understanding why there is no PSG settlement rule.
    Through testing it appears that the PSG settlement rule is not created at the time of production order creation at all but seems to be automatically created after the execution of KKS2 and CO88.
    The 2 orders that I had  issue with this month were for a new material and I am able to recreate this probelm for any new Production order against this new material. So I suspect that there is something specific to this material that is prveventing the PSG settlement rule from being created.
    But this is where I am stuck! I can't find any setting in material master or other area that would seem to impact this.

    Hi,
    First you can settle these 2 orders individually with using KO88 Transaction code and see if there is any error. Also check the settlement profile of these 2 production orders.there you can check the " variances to costing-based PA" tick is there or not.If tick is not selected there,you can select the check box and run variance calculation (KKS2) and do the settlement for these 2 production orders (KO88).
