Deploying EJB_Library fails

Question

I have followed the Blog on Exernal libraries, /people/valery.silaev/blog/2005/09/14/a-bit-of-impractical-scripting-for-web-dynpro
but when I try to deploy the SCA file for the External libraries, I get a null pointer error. 
Everything appears to be working, except in the build logs, there is a warning that there is no zip in the src directory. 
The error I am getting is:
Caught exception during library deployment from SAP J2EE Engine's deploy service:
java.rmi.RemoteException: com.sap.engine.deploy.manager.DeployManagerException: ERROR: Cannot perform action deploy on component library D:\usr\sap\EP3\JC03\SDM\root\origin\aiiweave.com\libwrap\AII_extlibs_C\247\aiiweave.com_libwrap.sda. Reason:
java.rmi.RemoteException: Error during deployLib of server component ./temp/deploy/work/deploying/aiiweave.com_libwrap.sda..

Hi Dirk,
Try to increase size of the pool. The minimal recommended size is 15
connections.
