Detecting when the movieClip finished playing

Hi...
Does anyone know how to detect when the movieclip is finish playing?
i want to play an animation that is converted into a movieclip and indicate success of that level and then after the movieclip is finished playing then i want to run a function which will bring user to the next level.
any suggestion?

After doing a bit research, I found out that since AIR 3.8, Adobe has already made some changes inside DRMManager so from my understanding, any rooted Android device will receive error 3347 "The device does not meet the Flash Access server's playback device constraints".

So far, after I change the AIR SDK to 3.7, everything works as exptected so it will be great if you can confirm if we have the option in Flash Access to allow rooted Android device to watch DRM content or not(like we have option to allow the jailed break iOS device to watch DRM content).

It starts up and asks for a language. After English, it goes to the OS X Utilities screen. I have gone to disk utility and verified the disks. They both say they are okay. If I click repair, it comes back with an error saying "Live file system repair is not supported." I just want my computer back to normal! Please help! I am still in Mavericks if it matters.

Do you have a backup? If so, in the Recovery Partition go to Disk Utility/Erase, select Mac OS Extended (Journaled), click Option GUID, and erase the disk. Then re-install the OS. Reboot and use Setup Assistant to recover your data.

Doublechecking. Did you just uninstall iTunes, and not the related software and components?
The 7 can be caused by damage to one of the other software components associated with iTunes (most commonly Apple Application Support). If that's what is afoot, a complete uninstall/reinstall may be of some assistance:

First make sue you are installing the 64 bit version of iTunes.
Second make sure it is iTunes 10.7 or later.
I would download a fresh copy of the 64 bit version of iTunes 11. After installation reboot your computer.
Before connecting your phone reset your device. Press and hold the Home and Sleep buttons simultaneously ignoring the red slider should one appear until the Apple logo appears. Let go of the buttons and let the device restart. See if that fixes your problem.

What about putting either a thin invisible border just inside

Restore loop (being prompted to restore again after a restore successfully completes)

Video will only return to back menu when it is finished playing

If someone has seen enough of the videos on my DVD I would like them to be able to hit the stop button and return to directly to the menu, as it is now they can only do it when the video is finished playing. Have I missed a step in the building process somewhere?
Any help would be appreciated.

When the viewer presses the stop button on the DVD player, the DVD should stop playing - not go back to the menu. To access the menu, they should be able to press the menu button on the remote. What happens on your DVD when a viewer presses the menu button?

How do I set MacBook to an external display when the plug and play doesn't recognize it? I am trying to set my Samsung 530 LCD as a monitor but HDMI and VGA cords (and the adaptor for them) doesn't seem to work.

I have tried everything I can find on line but they all claim that the plug and play works, and they don't for me. I tried the mini dvi to HDMI and a HDMI cord and that was not recognized no matter which unit I rebooted first. I found someone who said that my Macbook might be too old for the HDMI technology so I returned the cords and went to the VGA cord and adaptor.
I tried this first with the HDMI setup:

I contacted Samsung support and they said I needed to set the display settings to external display on the mac. I went to the display settings and moved the icon to my status bar. When I click on search for displays or whatever it says (I'm not at my Mac right now) it does nothing.
What am I missing?

I am using MAC OSx 10.5.8 (9L31a) as my operation system. The TV says "No signal. Check connected device's power, cable connection and source selection." Seems to me that that goes in hand with what the Samsung tech said about the Mac needing to be forces to use the external display. But how do I do that?

If you open the recovery drive (partition) it should only have a single folder (Recovery).
To make sure that your not saving restore points to that drive.
See:
Start, Control Panel, System, System Protection tab. Make sure the D drive partition is set to OFF so that it does not save there.

Batch processing and maplisteners -detecting when the maplisteners complete

I have a scenario.
Get data from data source 1 and load to cache (say datasource cache) . on this cache I have set maplistener that does some transformation puts the data to another cache. I want to start another process when data transformation is complete.
Since I have not implemented synchronous listener, I have no way to know when the transformation is complete (as we may not know when all threads for maplistener for the datasource cache completes.
Is there is a way to find out all the tranasformation is complete. (Please note that N record/object in a datasource may form one transformed record, hence counting may not be good ide)
It is possible to do an update a flag in each record in datasource cache and make another thread to check if all records are transformed start the process. But I would like hear from your experience if you have any other better solution, that I can leverage from coherence itself. (in otherways, If I sense some inactivity in tranformed cache, I can safely assume that the transformation process is over). Views welcome !!!!

Why don't you fire off some events from the transformation threads when they finished?
You should be able to know how many transformation operations were to be done. When you get that many events that they completed, you are done.

Detecting when the user is inserting a USB token

Dear Forum,
From a Java GUI application I'm trying to detect when a USB token (CrypToken from Marx) is inserted.
When I run the program below with the USB token inserted it works fine. If I start the program and then inserts the USB token I keep getting a ProviderException.
Any help is greatly appreciated.

You need to delete the trial & then reinstall from the boxed DVD or the Mac App Store. The files to delete are the iWork ’09 folder from the main HD > Applications; the iWork ’09 folder in HD > Library > Application Support & the individual iWork application plist files found in HD > Users > (your account) > Library > Preferences for each user.
Yvan Koenig has written an AppleScript that removes the files. You can find it on his box.com account in for_iWork'09 > other_iWork'09 items > uninstall iWork '09.zip.
