Determine if Tab is active

If you have a Tab Control that has 3 tabs for example, I am wondering how do you go about determining if the 3rd tab is selected? For example, I would like to use a True/False boolean output depending on if the 3rd tab is selected...if the tab is selected the boolean reads true, if not then false. I imagine that this has to do with creating a tab control property node, but I am not sure which one would apply to this situation. Any help would be appreciated.

A tab page has a terminal on the block diagram that can be read and checked to see if a particular tab is selected. See the code below. This is the easiest way to do what you would like to do.

Hi,
if you are using BI 7.0 than you use RSA1.
Select the infoprovider you want to check.
Right mouse click and select manage.
Click the Contents tab.
Click on the logs button lower left part of the screen and select Activation of Loaded DSO Data.
This should give you the information that you are looking for.

Accept tab not activated for characteristics in result recording screen

Hi,
'Accept and Reject tab' is active only for few characteristics in result recording screen.After entering all the inspection data's system is manually valuating each MIC.
Pls. help me on how to activate the 'Accept and Reject tab' in results recording.

How to make a specific tab the active one when loading a page.

We need to be able to navigate between a set of pages all containing the same tabs. When going from one page to another, the active tab on the new page must be "the same" as the active tab on the previous page. In other words: there must be a mapping between one page's tab and another page's tab. To do this we need to tell the next page which tab to set as selected. Is there any way of doing this? Because we use a left-side that is tab-independant for navigation, we can not hard-code the tab-reference in the hyperlink. We have thought about using a page parameter saying which tab is active (by the use of a tab id), but it seems impossible to make a portlet change the value of a page parameter without doing so with an event. Because the content under each tab is passive, we can't send any events. Is there any other way of doing this?

When I click on the x to close a window, all windows are closing.
When I click on an active link to open a new window, nothing happens , only the already pen one gets replaced. It' s a pain in the butt, and there is no help or solution from FIREFOX, I studied all help resources. I will not attach screen shot to this mail, as that wouldn't help anything. My solution - I will work with SAFARI or SEAMONKEY instead and not use FIREFOX any longer.

You need to go to the respective machines and launch Acrobat and check if it prompts for serial number.
You can also go to the help menu and check if 'Deactivate' option is highlighted.

Selection Screen Variant does not set Tab as active -

Hi experts,
I have a Z-report. The selection screen of this report has got 8 tabs and sub screens, for different type of reporting ( SO, PO, Invoice reporting etc).
Now the issue is, if a user creates a variant for the report with one particular tab as active tab, while running with this variant, the report starts with default tab(Tab 1) as active tab. The filed values in the particular tab are getting populated correctly from the variant. But the current/active tab is not getting set from the Variant. (Or in other words, none of the hidden fields in the screen P_TAB1, P_TAB2, etc are getting populated with X when creating a variant)
This issue started recently, and old variants (created long back) are pointing to the correct tab as expected. I have checked for the changes in the report. Unfortunately there is only one version(latest) available in the system.
Any kind of help will be appreciated.

App (pinned) tabs and Tab Groups (Panorama) are stored as part of the session data in the file sessionstore.js in the Firefox profile folder.
Make sure that you do not use "Clear Recent History" to clear the "Browsing History" when Firefox is closed because that prevails and prevents Firefox from opening tabs from the previous session.

If you use cleanup software like CCleaner then make sure that Session is unchecked in the settings for the Firefox application.

I do not view NPD BU under Category Tab in Activity search page

I'm using Agile PLM 6.1.1.0_Release_12
I'm not able to view NPD BU under Category Tab in Activity search page.
1) I created 2 NPD BU
- Italy
- International
2) I created some Activity template with Italy and International as BU.
The issue is that when I search Activity Template by Category system does not display any results.
Moreover I'm not able to add an activity template in a project template.
Could you kindly explain me why? I hope my question is clear.

Can any one help me by defining what is "assets account" in accounts payable window in purchasing tab of G/L account determination ?
It shows liability control accounts while the account type is mentioned "Asset accounts" I am confused in this.

Ignore the verbage. The accounts you need to select on Accounts Payable accounts from the Liability drawer. Please check Control Account on the AP GL account you want to use.

Firefox uses full internet even when no tab is active

Hello,
From the past few days I have seen a unusual activity in firefox 5. I have bit defender antivirus which has firewall included in it which shows the activity of each application and helps to create firewall rules for each and every application. Firefox behaves normal and uses the net speed for the webpages until I check any online videos. The firewall shows me that firefox is accessing my full net speed even after I close the online video streaming. When I block the firefox in firewall no net usage is seen. Then I have to restart firefox so that I can use it with out effecting the other tabs or else the other tabs never load after I watch the online video and even after closing that particular tab.
Please tell me what should I do?

All plugins disabled in safe mode, still no luck...

SOLUTION_MANAGER - Configuration tab not active

Hello,
in transaction SOLUTION_MANAGER 'Configuration' tab pushbuttons are not active and those are grayed out. For example 'Insert Lines' pushbutton is not active and eg. a new 'IMG Object' can't be added.
Other tabs like Transactions and Development are working normally and data can be updated there.
How 'Configuration' tab can be activated, so data could be entered there?

Configuration changes need data from the project environment like "IMG project" or transport requests. Therefore, the general concept for configuration changes for solutions is to use a maintenance project that is associated to the solution in conjunction with the check-out/check-in functionality.
Configuration Tab:
Changes to objects on the Configuration Tab within a solution are not possible. Changes on the tab can be done using a maintenance project that can be assigned to the solution on the solution settings tab. In addition, the Check-out/Check-in functionality needs to be activated for the solution. If an object is to be changed, it has to be checked-out into the maintenance project where the changes can be made. Subsequently, the object is checked-in into the solution.
Configuration structures:
Configuration structures that shall be associated to a solution have to be assigned to the solution via the associated maintenance project. For this reason a "solution structure node" is available in the maintenance project under which the configuration structures for the solution can be maintained.
