Making A Row Of Thumbnails The Same Size As The Screen Monitor No Matter What Montior You Use
I am making a website and am trying to get the row of thumbnails/cells (which contain 5 thumbnails across each set in a cell) to be the same length as the screen monitor so that you do not have to scroll horizontally across to see more cells/thumbnails in the table.
Here is the thing. When I first started making tables, I was making actual pixels to fit MY screen size, but then I found when I looked at the website on another computer the tables came out different sizes (because of different size monitors I assume). So, I changed the tables from pixels to 100% and that seemed to do the trick. Whatever computer I pulled the website up on, the tables extend perfectly across the monitor screen to its fullest extent and without having to scroll horizontally.
The next part of the website involved adding thumbnails of images. So I made a table 6 rows across by 5 columns down. And I put a thumbnail in each cell, so that 5 thumbnails went across the row. I also set the table width to 100% just like I previously did for my heading table. When I tested it on a laptop computer it seemed perfectly fine and the 5 cells in the row extended across exactly to the length of the monitor. But, then when I opened it up on a desktop computer, I had a problem. What you see is 4 of the columns on the monitor and then the fifth column is further to the right off the screen, which makes you have to move a horizontal scroll bar to see the fifth column. This table is also not flush with the heading table either obviously, although I have both set to 100%.
I don't know if my problem has to do with the table I made or the image sizes in Photoshop. In photoshop after I had scanned the image I went to "Image Size" and reduced the "document size" width to 1.5 cm to make the image come out a lot smaller. Should I be doing something different in Photoshop when changing the "Image Size"? Maybe saving it as a different measurement (choices are percent, inches, cm, mm, points, picas, columns)? Or, do I need to change something with my table/cells?

I will post this in Dreamweaver and Photoshop, to get a little more help.If I have to accept the fact that this table I made can't fit each person's monitor screen, then ok, but at least have it to where all the tables are flush with each other. If you take a look at the website URL I posted, every table I made for this page is set to 100%. No matter what computer I pull up the webpage, the heading tables and bottom copyright table come out to 100% of the screen size like it should. It is the tables I have for the pictures that extend pass this and make a horizontal scroll bar necessary and are thus not flush with the other tables. And,I figured out why. When I resized my images in Photoshop, I set the width of each thumbnail to 177 px. I also have 30 px padding on both the left and the right side of each cell (60 px total). So, calculating this we have: (177 px x 5 images across = 885 px) + (60 px padding x 5 cells across = 300 px) = 1185 px....an EXACT amount (which is MORE than my screen width) and OVERRIDES the 100% I set for the table. Therein lies the problem.
So, what I need to figure out is how to make either the cells or images adjust accordingly to fit the actual width of the monitor; 5 cells across = 20% each cell = 100% grand total across.
Follow me so far?
I know there has to be a way. I've seen other pages that can do it. I will keep trying and eventually figure it out.

Did you buy anything from the App Store? All of those stores are connected to the iTunes Store so that's probably why you got something that said iTunes on it.
If you bought an app, for example, that was $30 you'll probably see "iTunes Store" on the receipt. -

Yes, you can use GarageBand loops for commercial purposes. Here's the Apple Doc:

I don't know about the YouTube form, maybe you just fill in "Apple Loops", they certainly have come across this before. -

I want to maintain Safari 10.6.8 on my computer and then install Maverick on a separate internal drive so I can run new FCPX software and maintain the older OS for my older software versions. Can you tell me how please?
I see an upgrade path from Safari but don't want to change that and would like to be able boot from Maverick when needed.

Timing of text box not working. I get the first few slides to work and then on slide 5 my text boxes will not appear. And they do not appear for the rest of the slide show. Help anyone.
Text caption is timed to appear at 2 seconds, but you have a click box at 0sec. Its duration is very short, which means that I cannot see if there is a pause. I suspect this click box is pausing at the end of its timeline, which is at 0.3secs and the Text caption at 2 seconds will not appear before the user has clicked on that click box. The timeline is the core of Captivate, learn at least how to read it.

If you want the green text caption 'Click on...' to appear right at the beginning of the slide, you have to check its Timing accordion: set it to start at 0 secs instead of 2 secs and extend its duration to the 'rest of the slide'.
I don't know what is in the Group. That group and the HIghlight box will disappear at 3 seconds. Or maybe the action that is triggered by the Clickbox is different from 'Continue'?

You may have installed one or more of the common types of ad-injection malware. Follow the instructions on this Apple Support page to remove it. It's been reported that some variants of the "VSearch" malware block access to the page. If that happens, start in safe mode by holding down the shift key at the startup chime, then try again.
Back up all data before making any changes.
One of the steps in the article is to remove malicious Safari extensions. Do the equivalent in the Chrome and Firefox browsers, if you use either of those. If Safari crashes on launch, skip that step and come back to it after you've done everything else.
If you don't find any of the files or extensions listed, or if removing them doesn't stop the ad injection, ask for further instructions.
Make sure you don't repeat the mistake that led you to install the malware. It may have come from an Internet cesspit such as "Softonic" or "CNET Download." Never visit either of those sites again. You might also have downloaded it from an ad in a page on some other site. The ad would probably have included a large green button labeled "Download" or "Download Now" in white letters. The button is designed to confuse people who intend to download something else on the same page. If you ever download a file that isn't obviously what you expected, delete it immediately.

"Avast" is the worst of the whole wretched lot of commercial "security" products for the Mac. Not only does it fail to protect you from any real danger, it may send personal data (such as web browsing history and the contents of email messages) back to the developer without your knowledge, give false warnings, destabilize and slow down the computer, expose you to network attack, and corrupt the network settings and the permissions of files in your home folder. Removing it may not repair all the damage.
Some versions of the product also inject advertising into web pages. In short, apart from the fine print in the license agreement, Avast is indistinguishable from malware, and is arguably worse than any known malware now in circulation.
Back up all data, then remove Avast according to the developer's instructions. Restart.
If you tried to remove Avast by dragging an application to the Trash, you'll have to reinstall it and then follow the instructions linked above. -

Adobe seem to have implemented the CS5 print screen format.
PSE11
1. page setup the entire OSX print screen comes up where you then set all your settings including paper type, paper size and all other things including paper format, colorsync or epson etc. you then save it and finally go to print. completely different.
2. options select profile
3. print
it also seems everytime you go to print the actual paper size is not remembered you must go in select page set up again do nothing then go out and it adjusst itself again. Yes, my osx preference file is set recognize this printer as my primary printer.
More as the story unfolds. I have yet to hear if anyone have this problem.

PSE 11 - MacOX 10.7.5 -MORE-Printer and Profiles Not Working Correctly for first print
As suggested by adobe support contacted Epson. What I expected no help. Since it works ok with PSE10, PSE 9, CS5 it could not be their problem.
However PSE 11 have changed something in the sequence of events.
I then downloaded a trial version of Lightroom 4. no problem everything works.
I have been offered a refund for PSE11. That is not encourageing. Does that mean wait for PSE12?????
I developed a bypass - every time I start up PSE11 I just print a dummy image thumb nail size. then go on to regular printing and all works.

When I start up PSE11 and go to print I set up the paper size then select a Printer Profile. When print the image it is a mess and seem to be black and white it is as if I printed on the wrong side of the paper.
I then go and try to print it again. Now it all works as it should beutiful colours and spot on. all other print following this works.
Then I shut down PSE11. Start it up again. Guess what first print is a mess again. all others after are fine.
I uninstalled PSE11, deleted prefs. and reinstalled PSE11. Same thing.. first print a mess all others ok.
the issue can be replicated consistantly......
no problems with PSE10 or PSE9
any suggestions?????
