Did latest iPhone update and now non of my third party apps work. They open then close immediately. I tried to restore but can't as my iphone wont sync with itunes now and I will loose my apps. Also my largest app "Sat Nav" has gone. Help ??

I have run into problems with my iPhone 4. I hadn't done an update for a while so decided to get my itunes and iphone 4 up to date. I downloaded all the latest versions. However now non of my third party apps work and my largest one has vanished. I try and open them and they flash up and then close again. I thought the easiest thing to do was to restore so I tried to syn my apps onto itunes so I wouldn't loose them. However it won't let me sync the apps onto iTunes. It ill allow me to syn the old version when I just started but since then I have bought a dozen other apps. Can anyone help. thanks

I had all of my apps and music stored in iTunes, I updated to the newest 9.2 iTunes and did a 4.0 update to my iPhone 3G all the while not noticing that EVERYTHING IN iTUNES was GONE. When I got done updating my iPhone it was late so i went to bed... Next day came back to sync everything and thats when I saw it was all gone...

did what the link said and NOW I have all my 6K+ MUSIC back but not ONE APP. The App's are completely gone from when you nav. to the location the link says... There isn't a mobile sync folder there...
NOT SURE WHAT TO DO NEXT... Very Frustrated and MAD. I don't want to redownload all my apps manually. TO many to do it that way.

My 4s iphone has frozen up and it will not turn on or off. I have deleted the old itunes and reinstalled new itunes. Then I tried to restore but to no avail. It just keeps showing itune symbol and the usb plug on the phone.

I have recently updated the new apps via creative cloud now photoshop and bridge no longer work, they open then say they have encountered a problem and close, I also tried opening the old version of photo shop but getting the same result
What OS version? What's the exact error? Exactly when does the error occur? What previous versions? What is on the screen when the error displays? Does Photoshop get fully open?

I just Synced My iPhone 6 which had close to 2000 photos to a new computer (windows PC) and synced with iTunes.Now all my previous photos have been deleted which were there on my phone. Please suggest a way to recover those Photos . Thanks
P.S -I have not taken any backup of those photos. So please suggest any software or any other method.If those photos were part of the camera roll, they were part of the backup as well and you can restore from the latest backup you made on the old computer. After that transfer the photos to the new PC, follow this article: iOS: Importing personal photos and videos from iOS devices to your computer
Then sync again to the new one, which will erase the phone again.
You can also try to copy the backup folder from the old computer to the new one and see if the old backups get recognized, check this article to find the location on your PC:

If the photos were not taken with the phone, your data is gone, photos you sync from iTunes to the phone are not included in the backup. -
I've just signed up to iTunes Match as I have songs on my iPhone 4 which wont sync with iTunes as they are from CDs but I can't see my music in the cloud now. Anyone had the same problem and have an easy fix?
What fixed it for me:
On your computer, open iTunes > My iPhone (or whatever name you gave your iPhone) > "Music" page
Uncheck "Sync Music"
Click "Sync" button (bottom right)
Let it run and finish
Uncheck the box for every song, playlist, etc.
Click "Sync" button (bottom right) (This step may be unnecessary, but I did it and got the result I wanted.)
Let it run and finish
Check the boxes for the music you want on your iPhone
Click "Sync" button (bottom right)
Let it run and finish
See if that doesn't work for you. I tried a lot of things that did nothing, but this seems to have fixed it, and quickly. -

Try closing all apps in Multitask Window
1. Double tap the home button to bring up the multi-tasking view

If you are talking about the passcode that gains access to the iPad - you will have to restore your iPad in order to unlock it. You will want to use the last computer that you synced with so that you can recover all of your app data, settings, etc. this explains how to restore the iPad. At the end of the process restore from your backup as described.

IF - you are talking about a restrictions pass code that you put on the device to restrict content or downloading apps or something like that - you do not want to restore from the backup - because that backup will contain the passcode that you cannot remember and you will end up where you started. -

Sorry iphones are meant to be sync to one iTunes media library.
You could copy your music and put it on your work computer and then sync it.
If you try to sync to one and then sync to other its going to wipe the phone and remove the old sync with the new sync. -

Be sure you download the correct version for your PC. If you have 32bit OS or 64bit OS. To find this out, right click on Computer under start and select properties. Near the middle it should say 32bit or 64bit. If you know you have the correct software. Open up the control panel and go to sync settings. Right click on the partnership you have setup and select delete. On your device go to Start-->Programs-->Activesync-->Menu-->Options tap on Windows PC and select Delete. Then once both are done resetup your partnership. But this time uncheck everything. Then once it is done syncing. Go to Mobile device settings and change content sync settings and select Contact. Click save and let it sync. Do the same for calendar, tasks, and notes but leave the last item checked. So when Contacts are done syncing you go and check Calendar and leave Contacts -
Just bought an ipod touch and it wont sync with itunes. Tried resetting sync history but doesnt work, plus when i try to access itunes preferences it freezes for ages and creates loads of distnoted.exe files?????
