Different item recieved and open box

I just shopped for a new Galaxy Alpha phone on bestbuy.com. I purchased the G850m unlocked version. There were cheaper options on ebay which sell the G850A AT&T version new in box opened to unlock. Just to be safer I chose to go with bestbuy. Today i recieved my package I was very excited I opened the box and I found an AT&T G850A phone with the seal broken. I don`t think it is a mistake because they opened the box and took out the At&t sim card and probably unlock the phone. My guess is G850M was out of stock so they decided to unlock and send me an ATT version but if I wanted that way i could have purchased on Ebay at a cheaper price. Anyway, I know I can go to store get a full refund for it but it is just inconvenience. I already purchased a case for it. I used my AMEX $25 cash back for this purchase. I waited couple days for my phone and I am switching carriers. Not to loose my number I had to pay another month to my old carrier. I am even too busy to go to store for the next 2 days. I can`t understand bestbuy shipping a different item and open box. This is a behaviour I might expect from a small ebay seller but not from Bestbuy. I would prefer that they informed me that it is out of stock instead of trying this.  I certainly got financial loss from this and time loss. To minimize my loss IS there a way that Bestbuy can ship me the correct phone with overnight shipment immediately?

Another update. This get more and more frustrating: Talked to store manager on the phone. She tried to convince me that they are the same of for 10 minutes without listening me. Finally I was able to say couple words and told her they are not, they have different processor, different 4G LTE bands, different software, different speaker. She said even I exchage I will get the wrong phone again becasue the SKU tied to G850M is actually shows up as G850A in their system. Advised me to call customer service. Called customer service. Even though I said I got it from the BLack Friday dela she offered to return for a refund and reorder the correct item couple times. i dont get this anyway after anoter 10 mintues I was able to convince her to connect me some who had expertise on phone. ( or I thought I did) She transferred me to another rep. She didn`t know much about phones so I tried to explain the codes refers to different specs. She told me that they have a G850H over there that she can send me. Finally after some back and forth she agreed to check if they have the G850M in stock or not.  Please help. At least contact me to some one who knows the phones that you carry and can check whether you have the G850M version in stock or not. That is the only answer I need. Just give me G850M if you have in stock if not tell me that you dont have it.

    For SAP ECC6, although I do not maintain line item display and open item management for Recon GL (for Debtor), I still can use FAGLB03 to view the GL balances and even Drill down to line item level by double click the value from FAGLB03 until line item level.
    Questions:
    Could anyone confirm whether my assumption below, true?
    1) If Line item display (Tcode: FS00) is ON, then the data will be stored at table: BSIS
    2) If NO open item management, then there should be no data to be stored at table BSAS for thaty particular GL account

    Additionally, we can use FBL3N to check the line item data for NON line item display GL as well.
    In SAP R/3 4.7, if not mistaken, if the GL is NOT line item display and open item management, we cannot drill down the line item reading and CANNOT use FBL3N to check the line item data.

    BSIS is an open items table. You can see all GL open items there. GL's which are not open item managed can't go here

    Yes. In case of partial clearing data will be there in both the tables BSIS & BSAS

    These are New GL reports and report is based on document split object. if your document split is active at segment level then you can see line item report at segment level using FAGLL03. These reports has no link to FS00 settings.

  • Issues @ Tropicare, FL store and Open box inventory not found in store but on website

    I went to the Tropicare, FL Best buy store on 3/2/15 to  a Vizio 65' TV that I had seen as an open box item last week on the best buy website.  I originally went on Sunday 3/1 to buy this model from the Florida city store but by the time I got there it had been sold and removed from the website. So when I get to the Tropicare, FL  store on 3/2 and show the rep the Open-Box ID: 200002100650426.  They tell me they cannot find any such listing.  I told them to check another Open-Box ID: 200002100650349 for the same item.  I figured since they have the item listed twice on the website both as Geek squad certified that there should be 1 available.  They could not find that product either.  I pulled up the information on my phone to show the rep.  He proceeds to tell me they don't use the website to track inventory and that it takes awhile for the website to update.  I found this odd since the other stores I went to on Sunday 3/1 when I had gotten to the stores the items were sold and the items were removed from the website.  So I had the rep call another store to see if the last TV only my list was available.  They told me it was not, so I checked the website and it was gone.  I showed the rep this and they blew me off once again stating they don't check inventory via the website.  I told him I find it odd that best buy wouldn't track inventory via there website.  He proceeds to show me more expensive options.  At this point I was tried of running around south Florida trying to find the Vizio model I wanted.  I purchased a LG 65' for $799 which was from the weekly ad.  But I wanted to know what the policy was regarding open box items, inventory levels,  and availability. 
    I still would like to buy the  VIZIO - Open Box - 65" Class (64.5" Diag.) - LED - 1080p - Smart - HDTV - Black Model: D650I-C3 SKU: 1078018 Open-Box ID: 200002100650426 or Open-Box ID: 200002100650349.  As of 3/3 the items are still on the best buy website listing them available for purchase. I would like to buy this item and return the LG I bought yesterday since it is the TV I wanted.  BUt i'm afraid I'll run into he same situation of them not "finding" either of the items in there store in stock.
    Any assistance or clarification would be greatly appreciated.

    Finding open-box items in fantastic condition is always an exciting purchase! To find that not only one, but two open-box items listed at the same store weren't available would be quite disappointing. I am truly sorry for any frustration that this may have caused you. 
    With that said, I was able to locate the open-box items in our system, and they would appear to currently be in stock. However, it seems that these items are reserved to fulfill orders that have already been placed. With that said, the store should be responsible for updating their open-box inventory to correctly reflect open-box items available. As you seemed to experience, these inventories can change instantaneously, so stores should be vigilant with these updates. 
    I apologize for any disappointment that this may cause you. Please know that I am reaching out to the Tropicaire, FL store to ensure they are updating their open-box inventory appropriately. If you should need any further assistance, please let me know.

    You need Administrator permissions. Download the program and right click on the icon....choose Run as Administrator. The program should run on virtually any modern computer 32 or 64 bit. What test are you trying to take? ExamSoft also has a Support site.

    For example if u see FBL3N there is no vendor name and number details. When u add those to the special fields then u can get that display also.
    At the end of month provisional liability has to reverse at that time there is no vendor means when migo is done vendor is not come in picture after miro done vendor come in picture.
    So those purposes.

    A customer has 2 materials one is third party mat(TAS),Second one is normal mat(TAN)..These both items entered in one sales order and his requirement is he wanted in single invoice with out splitting? How can we do this?

    Very Interesting scenario, it can be made possible.
    But first let me tell you both the process, to convince my solution.
    a. TAS item category is used in third party scenario. wherein delivery will happen from third party vendor. Invoicing will be addressed to us by the vendor using which we will invoice the customer.
    This is order relavent Billing process.
    b. TAN item category is used in standard process wherein delivery and invoicing takes place. This is delivery relvant billing process
    Both are totally different, but if you insist you please contact your ABAPER to get a customised invoice.

    allocation size would be larger on a bigger capacity hard drive.

Many people says 850M give more battery life and faster.ATT version has a different speaker. 850M has a louder speaker and people really like it.ATT version has the ATT software that you cannot uninstall. There are many people thinks it is laggy.ATT version you can not root. ATT version gold is available for $229 new unlocked on E-bay BAsed on this research I decided to pay more and get g850M. I am trying to find out if they even have any 850Ms in hand. I still can`t understand how bestbuy advertises brand new phone and ships an open box.

    I know this has probably been asked before but since the term "open box" can refer to many different subjects I didn't want to sniff through 20 pages of results to see if I can narrow down an answer. I just wanted to know if there is any way to see what items my local Best Buy has on Open Box status, or do I just have to call/walk in to see this? It would be nice to find out on the web if there is an item that is Open Box, and I can just drive over on my lunch break to see if it's still available. Thanks. 

    Sometimes they put them up on the Best Buy website on the store's particular page with a link to some open box items the store has but I've only seen that twice and it's a recent development that nobody seems to be utilizing.

  • Re: Open box deal was not as much of a deal as we were told

    I just purchased a Lenovo Yoga2 Open box. The people at the store were completely uninformed about the item. They said it was a returned item and in original condition. When I pointed out some scratches on the laptop and onthe mouse pad, they said that is the reason that the item was marked down, but everything else was supposedly in original condition.
    They assured me that it was returned within 15 days and that they do a system reboot before offering it to customers again. I repeatedly asked if this was a floor model and they kept reassuring me that it wasn't. AFTER I paid, they told me, that there was no guarantee that it was not a floor model. I asked for the rating of the model, they didn't give it to me.
    The best buy open box policy states:
    "Examples of missing parts are power cords, software, manuals, cables, batteries, remote controls, etc. All open box items are certified to function, but missing parts may be required for full function. If the missing item or items impact full function, the condition rating will be "fair.""
    At this point, I want to know if this item adheres to your open box policy or not. If not, I want to be sure, so I can return it. 
    They were not willing to discount the laptop for the scratches, any more. After I decided to purchae the marked down device, the sales person hnds me the laptop and sais, thank you. I look at him, confused and ask for the box. He said open box means it doesn't have a box. I asked for all the original accessories and he assured me that the new laptops come with nothing but the charger and the laptop. No paperwork, NOTHING.
    I'm not happy with this purchase. I got it because If figured I have a  few days to change my mind. But the Best Buy open box policy states that items come with their original contents. This laptop DOES NOT!

    If you are within the return period, return it.
    Floor and display models fall under the open box policy. 
    The policy does not state that all original contents (It sounds like the representative may have, but that's a different story) are present. The policy you pasted yourself even discusses the possibility of missing parts, even parts that could reduce functionality of the unit. Typically, on an item that is open-box, there is (should be) a sticker/tag on it that denotes it as Open Box and lists (should list) any missing items.   
    Also, not sure if it's posted in store or on the receipt or anywhere, but this (http://www.bestbuy.com/site/olspage.jsp?id=pcat17301&type=page) states that.. "Open box items are tested to function properly, but may be missing parts and/or have cosmetic damages "
    But yeah.. your choices will probably be to 1) return it to the store and get a refund or 2) decide the reduced price you paid was worth the cosmetic damage and any missing accessories and keep the laptop.

    I create two new item categories : ZTN1 copy of TAN and ZTNN Copy of TANN.
    I assigned to sales order entry -» OT, NORM, FREE, ZTN1 assign ZTNN. But i also have another assignement with OT, NORM, FREE, TAN assing TANN. How can i define if the system has to determine one or another because by default the system assumes TAN and TANN for free goods and if i want another item category i have to modify manually in order process.

    Apple Mail does not support read receipts. You will find that most people will not sign receipts - personally, I would not; if you require receipts, you could send it USPS return receipt requested.

    It would appear that you are destined for the Adobe Photoshop Elements Forum since your question is related to Photoshop Elements and not Premiere Elements which is the focus program where you have posted.

    1. Reset Tools - Select Brush Tool, then
    2. Delete Settings File
    Go to Full Editor/Edit Menu/Preferences/General and click on the option "Reset Preferences on Next Launch".

  • Pricing mistakes on bestbuy.co​m for open box items

    I've ended up driving to 2 different Best Buys in the area over the last couple of days in an effort to buy an open box Sony camera - both locations had them listed as available for purchase on your website, information that was incorrect in both cases.
    The 1st store had listed 2 cameras for sale. I drove there yesterday - they investigated & discovered the website was wrong, and there were no open boxes of the model.  The manager there was polite and apologetic, but couldn't help me (unless I wanted to buy a new camera at a slight discount), and noted that this was a problem with Best Buy Corporate (not the individual store) who had incorrectly listed these (the website info didn't appear to be out of date, it just appeared to be wrong).
    I drove today to another Best Buy store, and found the same problem.  The "open box" items listed were not available there either, and from checking in the internal inventory system, they couldn't see any open box items in other closest locations either (they suggested I could instead apply for a Best Buy card and purchase a new item).
    The time / effort / miles I put in driving to these locations was wasted and needless to say, very frustrating, apparently due to mistakes at Best Buy Corporate.  I'm sure the incorrect prices aren't published deliberately, but it's very bad that the data on the website bears no resemblance to that available in the internal inventory system.  I should add that, per your website, both locations still have these items listed on as being available.
    I'd be happy to provide further details / specifics on my hoped for purchase (sku / Open box IDs,  your advertised locations / pricing etc).

    Best Buy stores are tasked with keeping their open box inventory list on their BestBuy.com page up to date as the inventory changes quite frequently. I can imagine you were quite frustrated when you found you had spent your time looking for something that was listed to be available at two different locations, but turned out not to be available at either.
    Some items that may be available just before you leave home may be purchased while you are on your way to the store. That being said, as it does change frequently you should feel welcome to reach out to the stores prior to visiting them for the open box item you are looking for. However, while I would encourage you to contact the stores ahead of time in the future, it does not excuse severely out of date listings for their open box inventory.
    I am truly sorry if you found yourself at two different Best Buy stores that didn't have up to date listings for their open box inventory.
