Hi,
I want to display the discount amount in the PLD of purchase order.
The price of the material is 11225 and the discount is 15% and the discount amount is 1683.75.
How can i show the discount amount in the pld.

Please check the Field name in which the original unit price 11225 is stored. If it stored in Field_024, then after calculating the discount it's value will be replaced by calculated value. So try to store the Calculated value to store in another Field. (ie., Field_025 = Field_024 * (100-15)/100
Now Field_024 - contains original unit price
Field_025 - contains calculated discounted unit price.

Hi All,
I had struck with an issue related to pricing, There are two condition types which will derive basic price and discount out and the net amount to be accounted for entries, how do i do this. Pls help me in this regards. Below is the illustration for more clarity
Condition type ZSCP(Base price)                   2000
                      ZDIS(discount)   -10%                20
                      Net value                                1980 (this amount to be accounted which is a calculated figure how do i do this )

Ex.
first u enter base price as step , say 10
then u enter discount type as step, say 20
then specify dis. amt. description as step, say 30 and "from" field enter spep no. which is exist for discount condition type(20) in our ex.
then u enter "net value" as description, say step 40, and specify"From as 10, To as 30, then specify alternative calculation type as "netvalue".
finally will u get your requirement.

Tiger OSX Driver for eMagic AMT-8 - AMT no longer seen in AudioMidi

Can anyone here tell me where to find the driver for the AMT-8? It seems "missing" from the Apple and Emagic websites. AudioMidi is still not seeing the interface although "About this Mac" sees it just fine.
Also, no driver for it in the Library like my other interfaces.
All previous links to the driver are no longer valid.

That link to the Apple site I've looked at a hundred times. You know, if I look one more time MAYBE it will be there this time. The ONLY one I've seen on there that is close is the Unitor Command software, but that's not quite it. Is it hiding in one of the other 3 folders and I'm just too blind to see it?
If you can email it to me that would be great. Just use the: "[email protected]" address so that I can grab it on the road easier.

Adobe Media Encoder - AMT Subsystem Error

When trying to open the application, I get this message:
"AMT Subsystem Error
Thank you for using Adobe Media Encoder CS6. The Adobe product that
installed Media Encoder has not activated.
Please launch and activate that Adobe product before continuing to use
Media Encoder."
All other applications are working, Media Encoder is the only application which has this error.
Not sure where to go from here, any suggestions are welcome.

Try going into the Help menu of Premiere Pro and Deactivating the program. Reboot the system and then Activate it again.

X201 Fan Error when ME / AMT turned off

Well. upon further investigation I decided to deem intel AMT a security risk, as I read through countless intel docs.
So entered the config of it and set it to disabled.
Now having done this, the laptop reboots and works as usual EXCEPT the fan does not work and the device gets really hot.
Then I wanted to check in BIOS config for any Fan settings to see, when I enter "Configuration" submenu the biosmenu freezes until the laptop is powered off manually.
I tested it a few times, tested other settings that seemed to be able to have an impact on that situation to no avail.
As soon as I turned ME/AMT back on the fan works again and the config menu in bios does not freeze.
It has the latest bios and ME Firmware from the downloads page.
How can I disable ME without having the thing toast itself to death?

I am facing a issue while opening AMT/Mobile Sales Appl/System Maintenance. I am getting the error saying 'UI_CORE_APPL_LAUNCH_FAILED_STA'. Could anyone out there please tell me how to resolve this issue?
I checked the UID and PWD under HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFWARE\SAP\MSA\MW\secutiry for IDES DB and they are consistent with the ODBC parameters for IDES.

Hi All,
my issue is resolved. The problem with my issue was the missing entry in the table SMO_AUTH_SYS. I found the note 687679 and ran the report according to it. With that table SMO_AUTH_SYS was populated with the record. Later i was able to connect to AMT and gave the standard role SAP_AMT_USER and since then i am able to log into MSAA application and also MSY application
My issue is resolved. Thanks for everyone who tried to help me out.

How To "Dis-Embed" An Image From A .Doc File?

Here's what I've got. I'm working on a flier to be commercially printed; it contains four photos and text. I've spent a lot of time with each photo, massaging each in PE to maximize its quality when it's eventually printed, and saved each as a TIFF file. (I "tested" each photo's printability by seeing what I get when I run it through my own Canon printer.)
What I did next was to take each of the PE processed photos, moved them into a MS Word text document, and saved the final flier results as a .doc file.
Now, my commercial print shop tells me that better results might be obtained by me giving them the original photos instead of using the completed .doc flier. This is where my problem arises: it's not that I saved too few, I saved too many versions of the photos as works in progress. It's not an easy job to find the exact photo version I, finally, embedded. Using the "direct" approach doesn't seem to work. When I drag a photo out of its .doc file onto my desktop and try to open this clipping (PICT) with PE I get the message, "Could not complete your request because an unexpected end-of-file was encountered."
So, how do I "dis-embed" each of these photos from the original document and without losing all the nice stuff I did when first processing them? Any comments and suggestions will be appreciated.

Internal application error in scheduling a dis file.

Hi friends , i am finding a problem in scheduling a dis file . discoverer says internal application error. some other files are getting scheduled. the query for this particaular report is long. any suggestions , its urgent.................. discoverer version is 4.1 .

Not really enough informatoin to debug via a forum, you may need a Service Request with Oracle Support. If staying on 4.1 (recommend 10.1.2.0.2), I suggest you are patched to 4.1.48.08
Additionally, ensure the worksheet runs to completion without scheduling... since you mentioned it is long you may need to increase the data cache, etc.

Unitor 8 + AMT 8 intermittent

When I boot my computer (10.5.8) and Logic 9 my Unitor 8, stacked with an AMT, is not recognised (used to be until 6 months ago) I can fix this by turning the Unitor 8 off/on and doing a re-scan in AudioMidi but every time I re-boot it is missing again.
The AMT is always recognised. The AMT is plugged directly to my MacPro via USB and the Unitor is connected to the AMT via RS 422 as per Unitor/AMT manual (instructions for stacking)
I've tried re-installing the emagic midi driver (latest version 2.2) and deleting AudioMidi preferences but it will still not recognise the Unitor 8 unless I do the re-scan.
Any ideas anyone?

Thanks for that. Does appear to cover the problem. I'm not in the studio at the moment but will try this tomorrow.
The strange thing is that my set-up has been stable for years (both units recognised until a few months ago) so it was working in Logic 6,7 and 8. The Apple support page you linked to is dated 3rd September 08 and it was working post this.

PO good receipt amt local currency is difference

Dear Experts,
We have 1 PO with USD currency and GR (qty = 1) was posted to local currency.
However, the gr qty (1qty) was posted wrongly. We're using the mvt 122 for return delivery with qty 0.900.
Then, we cancel the matl. document (mvt 122) using mvt 101 in the same posting date.
We found the amt local currency between movt 122 and cancellation 122 (mvt 101) is difference even the qty posted correctly.
How we can adjust the good receipt amt in local curr for this posting ?

you may get less problems when using the correct cancellation movements.
101 is cancelled with 102.
easiest way to cancel, is to cancel in reference to a material document.
This can be done with MBST transaction of from within MIGO. But it always cancels the material document in total, which is the best way.
just cancelling a part, would not be a cancellation, it would be a new movement.
have you really returned the material physically? Only in that case you should use movements for good returns.

Auto Calculation of Education Cess on I Tax Amt.

I Tax scenario is not configured at client site. Amt of Income Tax incorporated mannually in W/T every month. Now I need to auto-calculate Edu Cess of 3% thereon. All related reports are in 'Z' format.
Can we do it thou INVAL and how? OR
Is there any settings in I Tax Module.

can you check the table v_t7int1 and v_t7int3 here you required to give the education cess percentage as 3%.
I think it will be work.
this is only way where you can assign the percentage of cess.

How to populate the field Discount Percent (DIS) in the outbound S1ORDEXC?

This field length of Discount Percent is 2 characters, but our customer discount in the Princing Conditions (Sales Order) is longer than 2 characters (ex: 7.500-%)

I guess you are working with IS- ADEC and SPEC 2000. I am not an expert on this but leave you some hints from OSS notes I came across.
It appears like Discount Percent - DIS and Procurement Discount Percent -PDP are complementary and mutually exclusive. If one exists, the other need not.
Looks like DIS is computed as (100-PDP)/100 and it is just a 2- integer data (as in 20 Percent). It is a kind of multiplier (Factor), example if PDP discount is 10 percent, then DIS (Factor) is 0.9 and so final (net) price after discount = Price*0.9.
" If the discount comes in the S1BOOKED inbound into SD in the field DIS, then the discount has to be sent back in the DIS field .. if it came in the PDP field then it has to be sent back in the PDP field. If there was no discount in the incoming IDoc, then the discount has to be filled in the PDP if there was a change in the discount".
KDATE in SPEC 2000 file maps to DIS and KPERC to PDP.
PDP has 4 characters and per OSS note 440380, the point is ignored meaning you can work with 1225 instead of 12.25.
So may be you can work with PDP?
OSS notes: Apply to older releases but may still be applicable conceptually speaking.

596042 - Discount percent DIS not considered e processing S1ORDEXC
698668 - Incorrect calculation of unit price for PO item by S1ORDEXC

I have an iPhone 4S that is a replacement of a defective 4s and it shows over 3Gb of data backed up in the cloud from my old 4s. How can I find out what is in this backup? It is preventing me from backing up my new 4s to the cloud due to the amt of data.

When I activated the newer phone, I believe I transferred over everything except pictures (had multiple failures trying to backup and restore). Now the phone shows over 3Gb of data backed up in the cloud from my old 4s. How can I find out what is in this backup? It is preventing me from backing up my new 4s to the cloud due to the amt of data. It may be duplicated info that I don't need or I may want to archive the backup or parts of it like pictures.

You can not access the backup directly.
Did you restore your replacement from this backup?
If so then you already have everything in the backup on your device.
If not, you can wipe the device and restore from this backup:
Settings > General > Reset > Erase All Content & Settings
What is it you are worried about losing that isn't already on your current device?
