Disable message "n archived documents were selected"

Hi,
We have just impleùeted archiving on FI tables.
As a result, when running GL item display, users frequently have the information message "n archived documents were selected".
Do you know if it is possible to disable this message ?

This message appears rightly, that is, only when the period includes archived documents. But the users often launch reports with large a period (but focus on one single account) that includes archived documents. So they would like to avoid to valid by "enter" on this information message every time.

I have had this application for some time, simply never used it. Last night I tried converting a PDF file to word, unsuccessfully, I might add.
Today, whilst printing a page, my printing settings appear to have been reset because when I selected Print selected page, the following message appeared:

How do I reconfigure my settings to preview rather than defaulting to PDF? Kindly advise. Cheers.

I have only been able to print by exporting from iphoto. I have a new HP printer and there is software that supports photo printing ("HP photo smart") and I have been able to do it this way. On some occasions I have been able to use the iphoto>print>then preview before actually printing. There is a print option on the preview pane and that has worked on occasion...unsure why it doesn't work always. Please pass on any other hints, or let me know if this works for you!!

Error in iPhoto 6: "no pages from the document were selected to be printed"

Getting this error: "no pages from the document were selected to be printed" after -- you guessed it -- selecting a photo and trying to print (from iPhoto 6).
Everything was working fine (I had successfully printed several photos) and then I tried to get the printer to communicate through a Bluetooth dongle plugged into the printer, and now the printing won't work, although I'm plugged into the printer via USB. Printer is an Epson PictureMate PM200.
I've tried deleting the iPhoto preferences file, but that didn't seem to help.

Okay, so I ran the disk utility, repairing disk permission as well as deleting the iPhoto permissions file, and I have successfully printed - yippee =).

Error message, both in iPhoto and Preview: No pages from the document were selected to be printed.

When I try to print a photo I get the above message stating that no pages have been selected. I tried deleting the iPhoto prefs plist, as I had read in earlier discussions, but that has not helped. I tried opening in Preview, but get the same message.
I have a new printer, HP 7520 series, and have been printing to regular paper just fine. It is only in attempting to print from the photo tray that I have run into this problem. I used page setup first to select the photo paper size and layout, then selected print from the menu.
Any ideas?

No records were selected message when I execute the KE30

Dear All,
I have created a CO-PA Profitability Report by Report Painter and when I execute the KE30 ,system is giving a message as "No records were selected ".
I have checked the actual line item report (KE24),all the values are flowing and showing under value fields tab.Even in KE30 ,I could see the report layout ,but values are not appearing.
Please help me to find where it went wrong.

1. Check your record type..Billing data has record type as F... see your form in KE35 and check it
2. Execute your report with selection parameters like Comp Code and the Period... Once the data is displayed, you can further refine the selection criteria
3. Also check in KE35 -
a. The Plan/Actual indicator.. You should select "Actual values" in it
b. the currency type - Select as applicable to you

Adobe Reader 9.1 Cannot print - No pages were selected

When trying to print a PDF on a new Dell PC using Windows XP, sp3, I get a message in a window that says Document cannot be printed. Click ok and the next message is No pages were selected to print. The All button is selected and the message stays the same.

For your problem, I'm assuming other programs already print without problem. My only recommendation is backup your system, format, install only your OS and printer, and see if that hits it. Get a fresh copy of Adobe reader, maybe off a magazine CD - the downloads off internet are usually only download managers that install themselves on your system and then download the actual program. Stay away - possible errors can creep in. And maybe stay away from the Adobe Reader install package you have at the moment - mark it suspect. Download your printer software anew.
Basically start fresh. If it works then, I'm guessing a software conflict on your old system is the cause, or your install media you used for your old install was corrupt, only 2 of many possibilities.
But the key here is to make a "ghost" backup of your current system so you can go look for the problem afterwards. Of course, I don't even know if there is backup software like ghost out there for a mac.
Also, I think your mac probably has recovery CDs. Avoid those - get CDs of your OS only. Make sure you install only the OS and printer software - possibly even only the printer driver, not the printer software. The newest latest and greatest versions of all of them.
And easiest probably is to put in a different hard disk for this test - saves you from backing up.
My thoughts are that Adobe Reader should work on your system. It's a software configuration issue. So something you've installed is preventing things from working correctly. Especially since your other programs print to the same printer driver without hassle. But your first step is to get Adobe Reader to print again on a fresh start and prove it still can work, then add stuff until it stops working and blame the last thing you installed.
The actual error, as we've learnt, might be completely unrelated to "no pages were selected".
If you've done all that and still no joy, try a different printer with different software. Then try a different printer cable. Then you've got to move on to changing the machine so you can get away from the ports on your current system, but by this time we're at the point of giving up hope, I hope you don't have to go there. Maybe you could install a peripheral card in your system to add a new port, but that's also more of a hassle than it's worth.

2> Also when i am looking into SD -> Billing -> Billing Documents -> maintains copying controls -> Sales document to billing document in this F2 is in the target anf Zdor is in the source but item category TAX is not present there, so do i need to add item category TAX there ??

Hello, I find that only entries with Home or Work filled in with an address will show.
Might try right clicking on this link & saving Apple's Addy, then import this vCard, select it & see if it shows one envelope...

2. I select - extras - data source - archive
in this way I can see my items.

Check the T Code: S_ALR_87013611
Then T Code: KSB1 by removing all the filters like date restriction..etc.
Still if you are not finding the postings:
Check the postings in the T code FAGLB03 - Display Balances by giving GL Account.
Postings happen in co module if there is a cost object.
If there is no cost object it will not flow to controlling, that will be in FI.
What you need to do is:
Select your GL
Select your Payment date
Select your Document number.
You can check the same in FBL3N also.
go to the transaction summary and verify the cost object whether it is a cost center or Order...etc.
Also check whether the payment is in parking stage ....?

Message No processing because no items were selected

Hi,
We are using AFS SCC 6.0 system.
I am trying to allocate a SO, it is open, and there are no delivery/billing blocks.
The /afs/mdo4 report shows stock in T tab for this SO.
But when i try to allocate i get the message : No processing because no items were selected
Message no. /AFS/MGNT052
And stock is not shown, therefore i cant allocate.
In the past, we have allocated for the same customer / material combination.
Appreciate any ones ideas on the above message that we receive when trying to allocate - No processing because no items were selected

Although the pages were selected the following error messages were received. I verified the HP Officejet 6700 Premium drivers and Acrobat Reader were updated.

How can I fix a printing problem: message cannot print document: "no pages selected to print" when printing a pdf file.

I am having problems printing a pdf document. When I select a file to print and try to print it says that "no pages selected to print". The default all pages was selected by me but the message keeps coming up. I recently installed adobe reader version 11. Rebooted the computer but sitll having issues printing docs.

Hi Pat.
Yes, both of them lead to the very same error.
I have a workaround, kind of, where I preview the document and select all the pages that are correct (read showing on the pages preview) as included in the 1st screenshot.
As you can see in the first screenshot, the 5th page seems to be non-existandt, however as I try to preview it from the 3rdP software, it comes up just fine and from there I can print it individually... just annoying when you have 50 pages and 6 of then are randomly not showing up.
If I try to print the whole document, it simply gives me the 2nd, 3rd and 4th screenshots.
As for the 3rdP software, as stated in prior posts, it has been working flawlesly for the last 5 years, and has not been updated in any way, shape of form... As you said, maybe it wouldn't be a bad idea to look into that, however I don't believe the contract for the software maintenance is still in effect...

And, now i am trying to Actual cost of line items for order in KOB1, i am getting below error

I have recently started having this problem in PSE8. The Adobe workaround
did work, but I don't fancy having to re register each time I use it.
What I have discovered is that it's nothing to do with the image metadata as it occurs before any image is opened.
It SEEMS to only occur if you use file/open with to open an image in the editor - IE start PSE with that command.
If you close elements down, and start it using programs/PSE/Elements (or your desktop shortcut) - the panorama feature magically works.
Each time I've opened the editor 'automatically' using image/open with, it seems to create the problem.

Random selection of rows from a 2D array then subset both the rows that were selected and those that were not. Please see message below.

For example, I have a 2D array with 46 rows and 400 columns. I would like to randomly select 46 data rows from the 2D array. By doing the random selection it means that not all individual 46 rows will be selected some rows may appear more than once as there may be some duplicates or triplicates in the random selection. The importan thing is that we will have randomly selected 46 rows of data (no matter that some rows appear more than once). Then I would like to subset these randomly selected 46 data rows (some which will be duplicated, or triplicated, etc.) and then also find and subset the rows that were not selected. Does this make sense? Then i would like to do this say 10 times for this data set. So that then I will have 2 by 10 data sets: the first 10 each with 46 rows and the other 10 with n rows depending on how many WERE NOT randomly selected. i hope that my explanation is clear. I am relatively new to Labview. It is really great so I am getting better! If anyone can help me with this problems it will be great. RVR

Start by generating randon #s between 0 and 45. Run a for loop X times and in it use the random function, multiply the result by X and round down (-infinity). You can make this into a subVI, which you can reuse later. In the same loop, or in a different one, use Index Array to extract the rows which were selected (wiring the result out of the loop with auto indexing causes it to be rebuilt into a 2D array).
One possible solution for the second part would be to go over the array of randomly generated numbers in a for loop and use Search 1D Array to find each of the numbers (i). If you get -1, it means the row wasn't selected and you can extract it.
I hope this puts you on the right path. If not, don't be afraid to ask more.
