When I use <body onload=javascript:history.forward(0)>, I am able to diable both the Back & Forward buttons.
How to disable only the browser's forward button through a JSP page?

The option you are referring to is used for the Deep Linking
functionality. It is NOT a switch to disable forward/backward
buttons on the browser. See the help docs for details about Deep
Linking.
What you can do is disable History Management for the
application. History Management is enabled by default for a Flex
application. Then the forward/back buttons will not be affect
navigation within a Flex application. But again, this has nothing
to do with navigating from a web page to a Flex application. In
this case, the back button, at the very least, will always be
available so the user can go back to her original page.
Instead of approaching browser control from within Flex, I
think you should look to javascript code within the html wrapper to
accomplish what you want. Flex is the wrong place to look.

You might want to double check this solution in your application. Don't think that when the user presses the back button it simply doesn't go anywhere. It does go back to the previous page and the Javascript causes that page to go forward to the page that was just left. You can see this by putting some "alerts" in your pages.
These actions my have consequences in your application.

Transition on the forward button???

I just got my iMac with iDVD 6 and so far I have been unable to get the forward button in a (more than one scene) chapter movie to have a transition.
The scene buttons have it but not the forward button.
Am I doing something wrong?

If you mean when you skip from chapter to chapter from within a movie, then no, you definitely can not do that. See when you add a transition it gets built into the project at that spot. So transitioning from the menu to the scene is at one spot and gets built into the project. But if you hit the forward button, you can hit that button at anytime, anywhere in the movie. In that case you would have to have some sort of smart DVD player do the transition rather than having it built into the DVD. DVD players are not smart and can only play what they see. They can not make up a transition on the fly for you. Sorry.

wait it for your iPhone to die then before it turns it plug it into iTunes while holding the home button and it will force it into recovery mode.
will be hard to get the timing right cause u will need to wait for the battery to die and charge up again. Other then that just take it to apple and have them replace the device for a fee.

When Mozilla upgraded, it complained that my Adobe Flash Player also should be upgraded. The upgrade downloaded but no icon appeared, and when I found the EXE and ran it, only the Quit button in the dialog window was an active link, so I got nothing.

The Installation instructions allow for Firefox or IE. I have both, but the IE path was dead. The Firefox path said to use the icon on the desktop - but there is no such icon. The downloaded executable is there, but when I invoke it and read the license agreement, I still only have the dialog window with Quit and Install - however, only the Quit button is live.

1. There are two different versions of Flash. The ActiveX version for IE, and the Plugin version for Firefox and other browsers. You need to install both versions if you continue to use IE along with Firefox.
2. Did you close Firefox before attempting to install Flash? Did you download it to the Desktop, because it wouldn't end up there automatically with the default download settings in Firefox?
Tools > Downloads = does that download show in the Downloads window? 
If so, right-click on it and use '''Open Containing Folder'''. 
Does that downloaded file have '''-ax.exe''' at the end of the name of that file? 
If so, you got the ActiveX version and need to download it again. 
If not, close Firefox while keeping that "containing folder" open.

For PDF documents the "archive as" button do not appear but only the "active" button. Please help me?

My "achive as" button do not appear when im trying to save a scanned PDF document but only the "achive" button. Do anyone know why?
I have tried seraching the internet for answer but without any result.
A solution to the prblem is to press doublicate and then "archive" then i get the option to save in a specific loaction (notice that even after doublicating i don't get the option to archvie as). This is a quick fix but would like to know how to fix the problem probably.
Here is some background
-The problem also appears on exsisting pdf document and documents from other users.
- i open it in apple standard preview program
- The problem appaered 6 months ago after and general apple software upgrade.
- I don't have any "download" folder in my finder menu ( I don't know if this is a relevant information but could have somthing to do with the settings i.e. as administor even though it is my own mac).
Please help me before i will go completly CRAZY, it is super frustrating.

When the forward button animates in it looks glitchy. It is sort of greyed out. What can I do?

The forward button appears the wrong color when using gestures to go back. It appears correctly when I actually point and click the back button to make it appear.

See if any of the following help.
Try turning the account off and on : Settings > Mail, Contacts, Calendars , then tap the account on the right, slide Mail to 'off', exit settings and go back into the Mail app, and then go back to Settings and slide Mail back to 'on'
If that doesn't work then try closing the Mail app completely : from the home screen (i.e. not with the Mail app 'open' on-screen) double-click the home button to bring up the taskbar, then press and hold any of the apps on the taskbar for a couple of seconds or so until they start shaking, then press the '-' in the top left of the Mail app to close it, and touch any part of the screen above the taskbar so as to stop the shaking and close the taskbar.
Also do a reset : press and hold both the sleep and home buttons for about 10 to 15 seconds (ignore the red slider), after which the Apple logo should appear - you won't lose any content, it's the iPad equivalent of a reboot.

Apple might be able to restore it, but most likely not. You can pay apple $150 to replace it, but make shure to not mention that you found it.

Try:
- iOS: Not responding or does not turn on
Where it says place the iPod in recovery mode use this program.
RecBoot: Easy Way to Put iPhone into Recovery Mode
- If not successful and you can't fully turn the iOS device fully off, let the battery fully drain. After charging for an least an hour try the above again.
- Try on another computer
- If still not successful that usually indicates a hardware problem and an appointment at the Genius Bar of an Apple store is in order.
