Dear Experts,
Please can suggest the transaction code for LIST OF ALL DISCOUNTED PO's report including DISCOUNT VALUE???
Its either PO's base or VENDOR wise also no problem.

It is not a big deal to me. If you select Main Menu - Report, you will find Sales & Purchase is under one menu item. You may create your own Exceptional Discount in Purchase Invoice report based on system report. It would be a simple report.

AP Report - discounts taken / lost report
Hi Gurus
I searched in the forum but couldnt find any, So I am posting a question.
Is there a standard report to show discounts taken and discounts lost report for AP?
Or is there any other report in which by changing the parameters and selections I can acheive this.

We are also looking for Lost Discount Report for Vendor. We couldn't find any Standard Reports to show the Discounts taken/Lost Discount. I think it can be achieved through Customized Program.

Is there a report for AP which shows the list of invoices that we paid with a discount?This report will do you work, this is tab in layout, called cash discount, add that to display.

How can we identify from where the discount % value is being picked up in the Sales Order or any other marketing documents? Is there a report that points out in Sales Order, this particular line item's discount is 10% and it is being extracted from Item Group discount. Can the following report be generated?

As for logs, you should have these:

So yes, there are logs, and they're in the place you should always be looking for logs - /var/log, that is. Try fiddling with some of the quirks to see if that get its going, there's lots of people (including me) that don't have pm-utils working out the box, but succeed in doing so by adding some options (yes, it takes options).
If it's a pm-utils issue you should report the bug upstream and not with Arch devs. -

Can anyone tell me what is the difference between Tax Report and Tax Reconcilation Report?
What is Tax Reconcilation Report supposed to do?From the Help Files this is what I have
Tax Report
In this report, you can display documents and manual journal entries that include tax amounts, sorted by tax code.
The tax report includes the following documents:
A/R and A/P invoices and credit memos
Stock transfer documents The stock transfer transactions are displayed only in order to report the transactions in the report due to the fact that the tax percentage is 0.
Manual journal entries
Incoming payments and payments to vendors that are not based on invoices
Incoming payments and payment to vendors that include cash discounts
Tax Reconciliation Report
This report enables you to track the taxes amounts that were posted in sales and purchasing documents and in manual transactions.
The report displays the G/L accounts involved in these transactions and calculates the tax amounts that should have been paid, based on the tax codes defined for each transaction.
The report covers the following transactions:
A/P and A/R invoices
A/P and A/R credit memos
Manual journal entries
A/P and A/R down payment invoices

I require clarification, There are two scenarios. One to calculate discount while making payment and another one is while booking invoice.
I am clear regarding "To calculate discount while making payment"
I am not clear on "To calculate discount whlie invoice booking". I am aware of the FBKP config settings
I had gone thru the SDN links and not clear of "The Cash Discount Clearing Account is only used when the 'Net Procedure'
option is selected in the Accounting tab of the 'AP Invoice' function."
What is that "AP invoice function". Where can we find ?

We have configured our ECC6.0 system to the Gross method, which means that at the time of the payment program, it takes the discount (if applicable). My understanding of the Net method is that it calculates the discount at the time of the invoice posting HOWEVER we chose not to use that method, because the Amount Split tab is not available in that method and we need to split our invoices for tax reasons (where part of the invoice is tax reportable/deductable but not all).
To configure GROSS vs NET discount:
1. set up an expense GL account for Gross. Set up a balance sheet account for Net
2. Goto FBKP, Automatic Postings, Cash discount and payment differences, Cash discount clearing (SKV) and enter the expense GL Account. (the NET method needs a balance sheet account GL here)
3. Then go to SPRO
Under Financial Accounting (New)\AR&AP\Business Transactions\Outgoing Payments\Outgoing Payments Global Settings\Define Accounts for Cash Discount Taken (OBXU)
For Gross setting, enter the same expense GL Account. Net setting should have the balance sheet account.
4. Under Financial Accounting (New)\AR&AP\Business Transactions\Outgoing Payments\Outgoing Payments Global Settings\Define Accounts for Lost Cash Discount (OBXV)
For Gross settting, this should be blank. Net setting should have the balance sheet account here also.
5. Under Financial Accounting (New)\Financial Accounting Global Settings\Document\Document Type\Define Document Types (OBA7) for Entry View Click on all your Invoice Document Types
There is a box labeled Control data and then there is a checkbox labeled Net document type.
For Gross Config, that checkbox should be blank (unchecked).
We have found that using the GROSS setting requires us to create our own discounts lost/earned report based upon the payment program proposal logs.

Multiple Discount in Invoice PLD
Hi Members,
I have designed a PLD In which there are fields to display discount percentage and discount amount at the report footer.
I should display the discount percentage and discount amt if the item details has uniform discount given.
Say for e.g if there are 3 items and alll 3 items is having uniform 5% discount, so i should display Discount 5% and discount amt.
But if the items has multiple discount say one item has 2% and others has 5% discount given. I should not display the discount percent in report footer.I should only display Discount and its Disc amt.Also if there is no discount in Item details the discount and discount amount should not be displayed.
Kindly suggest an solution to solve this issue.

You could show line discount in PLD (Field_XX1) and use a hidden formula field (Field_XX2) with ReportSum ("Field_XX1").
Then add another hidden formula field (Field_XX3) to divide Field_XX by the last Linenum().
Then the third field (Field_XX4) with (Field_XX1)==(Field_XX3)
Finally link (Field_XX4) to your discount fields.

I think I've *almost* found out how to do this.. sign up for "BC Backups". Sync file with your dropbox. Open the backup file "Orders" and it will show the columns below. Maybe you can cross compare it with the BC report to get your other columns?
We use it to see discount codes / a report on value of invoices where discount codes were used. It's like business catalyst reports on steroids. Hope that helps

I'm not sure but if you are talking about the marketing attributes, you can definitely use FM - CRM_MKTBP_ASSIGN_ATTRIBUT_TAB
You need to pass the profile id, partner id and marketing attributes data. Thats it.
I think the FM you ar eusing for terrritory is fine. It should work.

We have a discount condition type say ZDIS with 10% which is not changeable manually in sales order..But incase if the user has changed the condition master to 12% and created the sales order with 12%disc...Hence i need a report, the list of sales orders with the abnormal discounts..(the sales orders with the discount value more or less than 10%)..
How do i get this report..Kindly provide me the table names&logic ...

Then with the help of ABAPER hard code the condition amount (KBERT>10%)

XL-Reporter - sales analysis including row discount and document discount
Hello World!
In XLR I want to report all item-sales to customers grouped by item-groups based on invoives.
Since I am interested only in net amounts (without tax, freight and other expenses) and discounts I use 'S0_LineTotal' as attribute.
'SO_LineTotal' includes the discount of each item-row in the document.
The row selection is as follows:
FACT
ARDT(Code = "ARCreditMemo","Invoice")
FIG(SO_DocType = "I")
ITM( * )
Group By ITM.ItmsGrpCod
The problem is that I also have to include the document discount 'OINV.DiscSum' in the result.
In combination with the row selection specified above the attribute 'Total Discount' delivers no results (always 0).
In the standard SAP report 'Sales - AR/Sales reports/Sales Analysis' the total discount is averaged to all items in the matrix of a document.
How can I achieve this in my XL-Report?

To get this, I tried drag following information from Report composer:
Under Sales tab, choose Items(Display more atrributes to choose Item Group), Document Number(choose this one because same items may have different discount in different documents), Discount % Per Row(light dimension),Discount % Per Document(light dimension), Row Total(measure).
Drag the Item Group to the Group region.
Run the report and the result should be all items are grouped by item Group and discounts and total in different document for each item will be listed.

Query for report to show Invoices, Payments and Discounts

I am hoping someone can help me with this query.
What the customer needs is the invoices for a specific date range, the payments applied to the invoices and the discount amount
Eg...
Invoice payment discount
100 90 10
This would be easy to get from the ORCT and RCT2 tables.
However, sometime the users add the payment on account and reconciles the invoices and a manual journal for the discounts.
So it would be best to look at the OITR and ITR1 tables?
This is what I have so far and it almost balances...
I am using this query to create the report in crystal,
To create the discount amount from the incoming payment window i said (T0.ReconSum - T3.TrsfrSum)
I also took out the vat amount within that formula.
With the amounts from the manual journal, i just took the amount as is.

Based on the example the Payment + discount = Invoices
however not all the customers are balancing..
any ideas? it looks like my query is getting only the invoices where a payment has been done. The amounts just dont seem to match.

I checked Demo and was not able to find any Discount Report. It seems that you need to prepare a query to get the desired result.
Check the following for the start and see if you can further customize to get the desired result. It needs to be a detailed one.
Following is the try I did in creating :
