Disk Usage stuck at 100%, Factory installed windows 8 running like a turtle not being able to use my laptop. What should i do?

I have a HP Pavillion Sleekbook 15-b002ee with Third generation core i5 processor 1.7 GHz, 500 GB Hard disk and 4 GB of RAM installed. Windows 8 came pre installed on it.
I bought this laptop 11 months ago and it worked fine for 10 months and then from the last month its presenting unusual problems. My disk usage is stuck at 100% and the laptop freezes and never lets me work or do anything. Heres what i have already done
to solve the issue but have been unsuccessful:
1) I have reset my PC completely and reinstalled windows 8 using the factory setup. Didnt solve the issue, newly installed windows displays the disk usage 100% and the performance is same i.e the system freezes.
2) I have tried adjusting my paging file, no change made a difference to the performance of my laptop. The default system managed Paging file size is something around 3.89 Gb. Does my problem have anything to do with my paging file?
3) I have tried solving this issue by disabling the "Windows Search" and "Superfetch" services and still it didnt solve the problem.
4) I have also run checkdisk on my hard drive completely. It took me a complete day to do so but still no change.
5) Before resetting my laptop, an error called "Kernel_data_inpage(http.sys)" used to come on my upgraded windows 8.1. Whats the issue?
So what should i do? Is there any problem with my hardware? Is my hard drive having bad sectors and is that causing the problem? Or is there any other technical problem which i couldnt yet find out?
I have explained my problem in a lot detail and i would like a clear answer please, i have been at this issue for many days and this forum seems like the last place where i can find relevant answer because Google isnt helping.

If you are looking for help on a particular Microsoft product, start your search from support.microsoft.com instead of going to a random Microsoft forum. But since you got a HP laptop, chances are you have software prompted by HP as well, like antivirus/printer
applications etc, so better ask HP first.

    Sorry I can't help but I have potentially a similar problem.
    We have an Apple TV 3 and after the most recent software update (potentially coincidental timing), our purchased movies & TV shows will no longer play for our US account. We can play previews but that's it. We also tried renting a new movie but that didn't work either. No error messsage, just select play, it thinks about it, then returns you to the same screen again.

    In order to backup to iCloud the iPad must be plugged into a power source, connected to WiFi and locked - meaning that it must be asleep - or with the lock screen only visible. This is for automatic backups.
    If the iPad is not responding at all to any user input, try restarting it or resetting it and see if you can take the steps necessary to back up. You can initiate the backup manually as well.
    Restart the iPad by holding down on the sleep button until the red slider appears and then slide to shut off. To power up hold the sleep button until the Apple logo appears and let go of the button.
    Reset the iPad by holding down on the sleep and home buttons at the same time for about 10-15 seconds until the Apple Logo appears - ignore the red slider - let go of the buttons.

    If you mean that it won't boot up, then assuming that the battery isn't empty (it can take about 15 minutes of charging before it will respond), then have you tried a soft-reset to see if that gets it to boot up ? Press and hold both the sleep and home buttons for about 10 to 15 seconds, after which the Apple logo will hopefully appear - you won't lose any content, it's the iPad equivalent of a reboot.

    I need to format my laptop (HP G42). So I decided to use my Recovery DVD's for it (the ones that I generated the first time that I used it, right when I bought it). Before that I backed up all my working files in a disc (DVD disc). Everything was OK so far but my problem began when I started the process of using the recovery media; it went OK with the first disk but when it was turn of the second and error appeared (unfortunately I didn't wrote it down).
    I thought it was a problem with my DVD unit and I saved all the DVD Media in my external USB HDD. Tried to run the recovery manager from the external USB HDD but the recovery manager told me that "this media was not allowed"
    How can I get my HP G42 laptop to its original factory settings? Somebody out there that can give a hint.

    Try booting with the Recovery Disks again, if you still get a fail write down the error message and post it.

    Nope. It just opened the installer and stayed in the same loop.
    It tells me to choose a startup disk but the only option is the HD which it will not use because it says it cannot gather enough information.
    Eveything was working fine until the mountain lion failed install.

    I would first suggest uninstalling the software that is already on your computer for the printer. I have included the document 'Uninstalling the Printer Software'. Please choose the option for Windows 8, as it will be the same steps for Windows 8.1.
    After the uninstall is completed. Please download and run the Printer Install Wizard. This will make sure that you do get the most current and compatible software for your computer, and printer.

    Back up all data. Don't continue unless you're sure you can restore from a backup, even if you're unable to log in.
    This procedure will unlock all your user files (not system files) and reset their ownership and access-control lists to the default. If you've set special values for those attributes on any of your files, they will be reverted. In that case, either stop here, or be prepared to recreate the settings if necessary. Do so only after verifying that those settings didn't cause the problem. If none of this is meaningful to you, you don't need to worry about it.

    Found the answer.  I wasted a bunch of time trying a whole bunch of different things like changing my security settings to allow apps from Everyone, turning off my firewall, downloading a newer Java, etc. 
    I finally contacted Printmaster support and they said that Printmaster 2012 Platinum (and ALL VERSIONS of Printmaster other than their newest one) will simply not work with Yosemite.  Even their newest one (called Printmaster V6 Platinum) won't work unless you download a fix.  Here is the entire response that they sent me.   I've had Printmaster 2012 Platinum for several years so it will cost me $10 and some effort (calling them AND sending an email with a photo of the box and disc...and then paying them) to get a version that will work.

    You should be able to. Just deactivate your copy of CS5 on your old computer. Open one of the applications and choose Help > Deactivate.

    Just a few lines to assure you you are not alone regarding speed delivery. By no means.
    I'm on Infinity 2 with HH5 - was virtually guaranteed 63 d/l and told possibly even up to 78. My actual speeds are nearer 15 (yes 15!) to 28 d/l if I am lucky. I've played all the obligatory games of checking and posting and reviewing my HH stats - and of course wasting my time with India "help" customer services who are instructed to read from a script of inane generalities which are usually completely irrelevant and have no connection whatsoever with a user's Specific problem.
    It more often than not turns out that the automated monitoring system imposes a software called DLM = Digital Line Management = which (with the endless excuse of improving line stability) increases noise margins and drastically reduces speed. This can kick in pretty rapidly and can take at least 3 to 4 days to modify itself - if indeed at all!!! Usually an Openreach engineer visit is then needed - who will re-set the Profile to what it is you are supposed to be paying for ..... then of course it is totally possible that DLM will re-emerge and the same old cycle of troubles will have to be endured.
    We pay in good faith at the outset on the back of so many promises - only to be cynically let down and dismissed once signed up. It is quite wrong we have to continually argue our case to (try) to get anywhere and are always reminded that we are tied into contracts with expensive escape clauses - or that an engineer's visit is only free IF it is proved the fault is not inside your house - which it very rarely is! This is often more an Ordeal than a subscribed service. Superfast reliable Broadband in the UK ? Ha!
