Dissapointed with Lenovo Customer service expirience (I can't get help with warranty)

Hello to all on forum,
Before week ago I chat with Lenovo Support about my warrantty extension problem and Lenovo guy on chat tell me that I need to contact Lenovo via mail ([email protected]). I write mail and got automated answer that Lenovo will contact me in 24h there pass one week and I still don't get any answer (Case Number is 00930315). I am very dissapointed
Here is copy/paste of mail which I send to Lenovo (with details of my problem):
Dear Lenovo Employers,
At day 04.04.2014 I bought warranty extension to 3 years for my Thinkpad Edge E520 from computers shop www.ventex.hr. Its employers told me that warranty registration process can took one month,  now is almost two months pass and my warranty extension still is don't visible at your system (my basic warranty expires in 26 days.
I try to contact Lenovo in my Country on two different emails but I didn't get answer (1. [email protected] 2. [email protected] 3. on number +385 1 6386 462) so I decide to contact you in US and ask you for help.
In attachment I send you pictures of warranty extension bill, notebook bill and picture of notebook SNs

    MoeGhazal I reviewed your account and it looks like you have have upgraded from a CS4 volume license for Design Premium to a retail upgrade of Design Premium 5.5.
    I also show that you made two purchases of CS5.5 Design Premium but the second purchase was canceled.  Please make sure you are utilizing the serial number which ends in 7886.
    If you are using the correct serial number then it is likely the installer will not recognize your volume license CS4 serial number as being valid for an upgrade.  If you can contact our support team then you can be walked through an unlocking procedure to allow you to proceed with the installation.  You can contact our support team directly at Contact Customer Care.  You may want to try installing a web browser you have not previously utilized.  It is likely a toolbar or some other software application is affecting your ability to access chat support successfully.
    If you are still unable to reach our support team then please verify the information under your account is accurate.  If you can please then update this discussion after confirming this then I can request a member of our support team contact you directly.
    Again I would recommend reaching out directly if possible as it will be the most efficient method of resolving your current error.

    You can only suspend service for 3 months at a time (with or without payment) and only twice a year.

    The only other thing I can suggest is to use the Repair option for iTunes.
    Download the iTunes programme (do not uninstall your current iTunes) and then "install" the new copy. At some stage you should see an option to "install" or "Repair". Take the Repair option.
    Once you've done that, if you still have a problem, I don't know what else to suggest, except to search through the discussions to see if anyone else has had the problem and managed to fix it.

    I would like to know the answer to that one.  I realized this was happening just after upgradeing my iOS to 6.  Then when I looked up my purchase date, I was about 5 days past my one year warranty.  So I'm dead in the water.  Apple will replace the battery, but it will be about $80+.  I took it to the Apple store, and they checked a bunch of stuff, but said that it seemed ok.  I'm debating getting a battery for a more reasonable price off of ebay.  But if it's the iOS thats draining the battery, then I'm not going to be able to help it.  I wish I knew a better way to tell if its the battery, the phone, or the iOS.

    I'd report the problem to the iTunes Store. 
    Log in to the Store. Click on "Account" in your Quick Links. When you're in your Account information screen, go down to Purchase History and click "See all".
    Find the items that are not downloading properly. If you can't see "Report a Problem" next to the items, click the "Report a problem" button. Now click the "Report a Problem" links next to the items.

  • Verizon Customer Service? How can I get this resolved?

    I sent this note this morning for help and posted on Facebook.  I have tried customer service, any other way to get someone's attention to help me get this resolved.
    I am hoping you could help me out.  I have been a loyal Verizon customer for over 10 years and have not been late on my bill (it is set up as automatic deduct).  I have my account set-up to receive text messages regarding my minutes usage to ensure I do not go over.  For two months May-June, June-July) I did receive any text messages letting me know that I was over my minutes or that I was even at 50%, 75% or 100% usage.   This was validated by customer service that I did not receive the messages.  As  result I was over my minutes which translated to a large bill (that I cannot afford to pay).  If I would have known that I was over or getting close I would have increased my plan.   Up to this point I NEVER had a problem with the text messaging so I didn't know that there was an issue.  I have called customer service countless times to help me and they keep telling me that the text messaging service is a "courtsey" but when I looked online and "my" verizon NO WHERE does it say this.  It states that this a way to manage your account.  I have been told on three occasions that I will receive a call back from a supervisor and that did not occur.  I was told a ticket would be open for IT to look into why I did not receive the messages, that never happened.  I was also told this would be escalated to the disputes correspondence team but that never happened either.  I deserve a full-credit of all the overage charges as if the service that I had set up worked these would not have occurred. I would take full accountability if this was my fault but it wasn't.  Can you please help me by contacting me and crediting the full charges of the overage minutes.  Thank you, Jill

    You can try a Samsung network extender ($249) which uses a high speed modem connection, or a signal booster from elsewhere ($250 and up) and that might help.

    I am posting this here as my fiancé is pulling her hair out over Verizon's customer service (or lack of it).
    I'm from the UK, my fiancé came to visit me from Florida. Originally for 3 weeks then decided to stay for 6 months. I advised her to contact her cable and phone providers and let them know she was out of the country. She did. Verizon suspended her service and that was that.
    Until we got back...
    We have a bill for 300 dollars. For service we haven't used. She called Verizon and was informed her service had only been suspended for 3 months. Something she was absolutely not told when she made the call or something we asked for.
    The operator who took her call said she could only go by what the notes on the call said. Would not take any evidence from us (I can prove she was out of the country with assorted paperwork).
    They also claimed there had been calls made on the phone. Which is impossible as the handset was off and out of battery the entire time she was with me. The only thing I can think of is she has Google voice attached to that number and as soon as the number reactivated it started forwarding calls to her Google voice.
    Again this didn't occur to us as we were told her phone was deactivated.
    So I have one very cross fiancé. Who's fed up and doesn't want to call again as shes frustrated and upset. I am completely furious. I will be looking for a phone myself over here and I have been completely put off of Verizon.
    I have always praised US customer service as in the UK we don't do it very well. This however is really poor.
    If anyone can offer some advice I would really appreciate it.

    This kind of question is best asked in the Windows Forums, however I've had some succession with a similar issue myself.
    Non-Genuine Windows means that it can't authenticate your copy of Windows.
    It's not a problem, all your need is a genuine product key code. Provided you don't have different version of Windows 7 installed to the one you are buying (for example windows 7 Home Premium and Windows 7 business) Then you can use the new key code.
    Click on the Start Button and type: CMD (into the 'Search programs and files' field in the Start Menu)
    The Start Menu will show 'CMD.exe', 
    Right-click the CMD.exe file and select Run As Administrator.
    In the CMD window, type: slmgr.vbs -ipk <type your product key here>
    To activate windows after changing the key, type: slmgr.vbs -ato
    It should now accept the new key code and you will need to be connected to the Internet to authenticate.
    If by chance the windows 7 types are different (One is Home premium say and the other is Business) then you will need to uninstall that copy of Windows 7 and install the new one. If your using BootCamp then you will need to go into BootCamp under system preferences and remove that copy of Windows (delete it)
    Then create a new setup with your new Windows 7 disk.
    For me I had the same type of windows, changing the product code worked. Saved me the bother of having to reinstall Windows again and it was all genuine.

    Many of those groups can also be accessed on the web with any web browser via http://groups.google.com/
    There are several NNTP news readers like Newswatcher and MT Newswatcher on http://www.versiontracker.com/ and http://www.macupdate.com/ which tie into that newsgroup protocol if your internet service provider supports it.

    I've sort of figured out how to do a couple of Applescripts that work well and send new messages from one of my icloud IDs or the other with the appropriate signature but now I'm trying to figure out if I reply to a message and want to change my sender ID and signature how to do that. I've sort of figured out a way of just replying to a message but that's not very useful as I can just hit cmd-R. The other though has always required a lot of mousing.
    I'm terrible at figuring out Applescript.

    It sounds liks you are using the wrong kind of message.  Making a new outgoing message will do just that, but if you want to reply to a message you will need to use the reply command and specify the particular message you are replying to.  For example, the following will create a reply to the first message in the current selection, then set the sender (the sender needs to be one of your accounts):
