DM 10.0 "Row not found or changed." error on Data Cache Update

Hi everyone,
I'm trying to send data from FC to DM Data Cache.
Tasks on the FC side are running fine. On the DM side, task engine always has the "Failed" Status:
and when I check the logs, only explanation I find is "Row not found or changed". :
I tried many things yet the error persists:
     -I tried sending data from different systems. (test & production)
     -I checked the CPU and Memory consumption on the server and there seem to be no peak.
     -I unchecked the parallel processing option on excel workbook.
Can anyone help on the issue? Any ideas?

Hi Folu,
Yes it points the TaskEngine and I've already followed the steps in note: 2014782 and the error message in the logs does not give any explanation to me.
Log is like this:
16-01-2015 09:42:32.4284 [6] [ERROR] ==>
-------- Begin --------
ErrorID: 6a344894-5a11-4392-9537-ec9ec2b496fe
Message: Row not found or changed.
-------- End --------
And the trace log is as follows:
16-01-2015 09:42:32.4284 [6] [ERROR] ==>
-------- Begin --------
ErrorID: 6a344894-5a11-4392-9537-ec9ec2b496fe
Error in path: Unknown
Raw url: Unknown
Message: Row not found or changed.

Do you have any clue about where to look for the cause?

  • ImportTextData fails with an error: row not found

    In am using Acrobat XI.  In a js script in an action wizard the statement this.importTextData("mypath", 0) continues to return a 3 "error: row not found".  I have checked the path and it is correct.  The text file was created by Access 2013 and is tab delimitated.  What am I doing wrong?  The top row in the txt file is the column names and there are 3 rows of data.

    What happens when you try to import from the data file manually?
    If you have a field named "A.0" as you said, you have to have a matching column header, but you said you just have "A", "B", and "C".

  • Row Not Found from executeQuery

    Statement sql = con.createStatement();
    ResultSet rs = sql.executeQuery("select * from emp);
    How do you know if the executeQuery has returned any rows ? How do you test for row not found.
    thanks

    I'm a bit unclear on what this topic is about . Are you trying to prove a point that you could write a driver that works the way you say and still be within JDBC specs, or are you actually having a problem? I've used JDBC Drivers from many vendors and the code I gave you would work with all of them as described. The following was cut and pasted from the online docuementation and would appear to is is from the Java Doc for the ResultSet Interface and it seems to validate that the code I gave you is correct (assuming that a null ResultSet cannot be returned when using executeQuery).
    "A ResultSet object maintains a cursor pointing to its current row of data. Initially the cursor is positioned before the first row. The next method moves the cursor to the next row, and because it returns false when there are no more rows in the ResultSet object, it can be used in a while loop to iterate through the result set. "
    Here is the online documentation that states that a ResultSet will NEVER be null when invoking executeQuery:
    executeQuery
    public ResultSet executeQuery(String sql)
    throws SQLExceptionExecutes the given SQL statement, which returns a single ResultSet object.
    Parameters:
    sql - an SQL statement to be sent to the database, typically a static SQL SELECT statement
    Returns:
    a ResultSet object that contains the data produced by the given query; never null
    Throws:
    SQLException - if a database access error occurs or the given SQL statement produces anything other than a single ResultSet object
    So, I would reiterate that this is not a code problem. If you are getting an Exception, then the problem lies elsewhere.

  • Fail to Abend when Row Not Found for Update?

    I'm using Coldfusion 9 against a IBM mainframe DB2 database.  I have a condition that when a row is not found for update in a cfquery, execute an insert cfquery.  Sounds logical and easy, right?  Not so!  Error trapping is failing to return an error condition when the row was not found for update!
    Here's the code:
    <cftry>
         <cfinclude template="qry_update_table.cfm">
         <cfcatch type="any">
              <cfinclude template="dsp_errorInformation.cfm">
              <cfabort>
         </cfcatch>
    </cftry>
    <cfdump var=#tmec04_result#><cfabort>
    The Query code is:
    <cflock timeout="15" name="UpdateTUID04Lock" type="exclusive">
         <cfquery datasource="#APPLICATION.DB2_DSN#" name="update_tuid04" result="tmec04_result">
              UPDATE #APPLICATION.SQLID#.TUID04
                   SET   MON_BEG_TIME  = <cfqueryparam value = #NEW_MON_BEG# cfsqltype="cf_sql_time">
                          , MON_END_TIME  = <cfqueryparam value = #NEW_MON_END# cfsqltype="cf_sql_time">
              WHERE  USER_ID    = <cfqueryparam value = #NEW_USER_ID# cfsqltype="cf_sql_varchar">
         </cfquery>
    </cflock>
    There is no row for the NEW_USER_ID, so I would expect an error condition.  No such luck.  The dump of temc04_result just shows me the SQL, the record count (0), the execution time (0), and the cached status (false).  No SQL code.  And a dump of CFCATCH shows that all is well.  I expected to get cfcatch.nativeerrorcode = 100 (Row not found).  Nope.  Got a zero.
    Any suggestions.

    Regarding this:
    There is no row for the NEW_USER_ID, so I would expect an error condition.
    Your expectation is incorrect.  What actually happens is that the query executes and no rows get updated.
    What has to happen is that you have to see whether or not the record is there, and if not, insert it.  There are lot's of ways to do that.  I think the simplest is an insert query,
    insert into yourtable
    (field1, field2, etc)
    select distinct value1, value2, etc
    from some small table
    where not exists (something)
    Followed by the update query.

    It does not seem to interfere with the normal operation of Photoshop Elements, but it is a constant annoyance.

  • An eligible Logic Pro version was not found in the Applications folder. This update requires Logic Pro version 9.0 or higher.

    Get this error when trying to install Logic patch 9.1.4 to my machine.
    An eligible Logic Pro version was not found in the Applications folder. This update requires Logic Pro version 9.0 or higher.

    Thx, but i had already read that and tried it: did not work.
    Got it fixed now by reinstalling Logic Studio 9 from DVD.
    That indeed creates the Logic Pro folder in Applications - something I had tried earlier by simply moving my existing Logic folder. This means the Logic 9.1.5 update does not simply check a folder name: there must be another entry/registry entry it checks. Reinstalling Logic Studio from scratch solved it for me.
    After reinstalling thought Lion forgot my Focusrite Saffire 40, so no DAW. Solved that by reading a forum entry on beta drivers.
    So I am happy, music creation wise.
    Left for me is to solve the X Mail application saying it does not run under Lion!

  • Error: Sender agreement not found, lookup of binding via CPA-CACHE failed.

    Hi,
    I am doing an RFC to File Scenario in which RFC has to be triggered from CRM system. The TCP/IP connection and communication Channel are working fine. But when i trigger my RFC using the RFC destination following errors occur:
    1. The SYSTEM_FALIURE exception comes on CRM side.
    2. In adapter monitoring the following error comes on XI side:
           Error: Sender agreement not found, lookup of binding via CPA-CACHE failed for Adapter type RFC.
    I have also tried the scenario with RFC request as source message and also after J2EE cache refresh but the problem still persists. And one more thing my file adapter (In receiver communication channel) is not working means it is not started. And no message is coming in SXMB_MONI.
    Could anyone please help me to resolve this issue.

    Hi Aaron,
    I had the same error and your feedback solved my problem!
    Thank you sooo much!!!!

  • "Application Not Found" CS4 installation error

    Problem: "Application Not Found" CS4 installation error
    Some Adobe Creative Suite CS4 Production Premium distribution disks issue an "Application not found" error while loading Disk 2 due to an error in the Autorun.inf file.
    Does your Autorun.inf for Disk 2, 3, or 4 contain
    [autorun]
    open=Autoplay.exe -auto
    icon=\csppdvd.ico
    Autorun.inf should instead only say
    [autorun]
    icon=\csppdvd.ico
    There should not be the line
    open=Autoplay.exe auto
    Only Disk 1 should have this line.
    On Disk 1, Adobe has a file called Autoplay.exe which starts the installation.
    "open=Autoplay.exe auto" runs the Autoplay application.
    Autoplay.exe is not on Disk 2, 3, or 4 so having the open line generates the error.
    Since you cannot edit the DVD, the trick is to turn off autorun so Windows doesn't run Autorun.inf upon loading Disk 2. Look at the Wikipedia description of "Autorun" for details. Wikipedia describes how to disable Autorun using
    Start -> Run -> gpedit.msc
    You will need to do this for XP. Vista has a Control Panel which allows you to "Take no action" for "Software and games". If this does not work, use gpedit.msc instead. You will know Autorun is off if upon inserting Disk 1, no installation window appears.
    Wikipedia notes that "AutoPlay is the name of a different feature in Microsoft Windows" not to be confused with Autorun starting the Autorun.inf file.
    Now that Autorun is off, manually double click Autoplay.exe on Disk 1 to start the installation. Disk 2 should now load properly.
    By the way, it appears you cannot teach an old dog new tricks. Some Adobe Creative Suite CS3 Production Premium distribution disks had the same problem. Obviously, Adobe did not learn from their past mistake.
    You may want to call Adobe to obtain replacement disks which don't have this error.

    Petrula,
    Can you look at the DVDs and send me the numbers you find on the inner edge? Also, any numbers on the outer DVD sleeves. This can help us to identify which sets of media are affected and possibly resolve it, or at least more specifically target solution information.
    Thank you!

    I installed Lion OS X and Logic Pro won't run. I downloaded the 9.1.5 update: "An Eligible Logic Pro Version Was Not Found in the Applications Folder.  This Update require Logic Pro Version 9.0 or higher".  I have Logic Pro Version 9.1.1 installed.
    I even pulled the dmg file into the Logic Studio folder in my applications directory and it still does not recognize it.  What do I do now?

    Niel:  Thanks.
    For others benefit, here is what happened.
    I had installed Logic Studio 9.1 some time ago.......not knowing what all the programs were nor what they did, I created a "Logic Studio" subfolder in my applications folder and put all Logic Studio programs into it so I'd know where they were and could review each at my leisure over time.
    My assumption now is that when the updater looks for the Logic Pro program, it looks only in the applications folder.  It seems lame that it would not also look in the subfolders of the applications folder, but that apparently IS the way it works.  Because my Logic Pro program was located in the "Logic Studio" subfolder, the updater just didn't see it..hence the error message I received when I tried to update.
    Solution:  I moved all the Logic Studio programs out of the subfolder and now they reside in the applications folder. Ran the 9.1.5 updater and it worked like a charm.

         Our XI Server is "LARA"
         Our R/3 4.6C Server is "ZULIA"
    This are the RFC Sender Communication Channel on LARA:
         RFC Server Parameter
         Application Server (Gateway):           ZULIA
         Application Server Service (Gateway):      sapgw00
         Program ID:                     DEV210
         SNC:                          NOT CHECKED
         UNICODE:                     NOT CHECKED
         Inital Connections:               10
         Maximum Connections:               10
         Advanced Mode:                    NOT CHECKED
         RFC Metada Repository Parameter
         Load Balancing:                NOT CHECKED
         Application Server:               ZULIA
         System Number:                    00
         Authentication Mode:               Use Logon Data for SAP System
         Logon User:                    ldiego
         Logon Password:                    **********
         Logon Language:                    ES
         Logon Client:                    210
         Adapter-Specific Message Attributes
         Set Adapter-Specific Message Attributes: NOT CHECKED
    This are the configuration of RFC Destination on ZULIA:
         RFC Destination Name:                XI_RFC
         Connection Type:               T
         ID Program:                    DEV210
         Host Gateway:                    ZULIA
         TCP Service                    sapgw00
    Must I create the RFC Destination on the JCo RFC Provider in Visual Administrator?

    <i>Is the RFC destination created in the R/3 is pointing correctly to the XI system and vice -versa. Test the connection.</i>
    I tested my RFC Destination from R/3 system and the response was successful. What do you mean about vice-versa? How do I test it in the other way?.
    I recreate my Sender Agreement. And my Business System is correct.
    This are the parameters of my Sender Agreement:
    Service:     DES210_DEV
    Interface:     Z_DATOS_SAP
    Namespace:     urn:sap-com:document:sap:rfc:functions
    Sender Communnication Channel: cc_s_rfc_dataCom
    When I execute the FM in R/3 the dump now is:
    Wrong Sender Agreement:The Sender agreement does not have channel

    My movies are giving a URL not found on server error message, last week they worked fine. After deleting one of them, I don't get any retries for a free download. How do I contact the seller to complain? Obviously the one of the other movies first..

    Stan -
    Thanks again for the simple but valuable tip.
    I'm just going to repeat the relevant sections from my previous post with the screenshots this time:
    Below you'll see a snip of how my current folder structure appears. It's identical to yours, except there are no button files in the General Folder. Since you were kind enough to include a file name, I did a search on that specific one and it's nowhere to be found on my hard drive. Hmmm....
    I've seen others remark on how... "challenging".... Adobe's instructions can be sometime. I'll admit to having the same feeling when I was trying to download and install all the content files and the 7-zip stuff. Is the answer somehow that I screwed up that?  Note the 7-zip folder right above the Adobe folder. Here's a screen shot of that expanded folder contents:
    Does that look like you think it should? Have I not installed or extracted something correctly?
    Finally, the only other thing I can think of to give you as much info as you might need is to include a screenshot of where the "Functional Content" stuff got saved. Adobe's instructions about this (if I recall correctly) were that it did NOT have to be installed anywhere specific, but you then had to go into Encore (& Premiere) and through preferences point to this stuff, which I believe I did. But I don't see any button type files in these anyway.
    Other thoughts or advice?
    Thanks!

  • Java.io.IOException: Resource not found: org/joda/time/tz/data/ZoneInfoMap

    I've been attempting to develop test classes using the PowerMock and Mockito mock frameworks
    I've developed the tests in Eclipse in windows XP (64 bit) and the tests run to completion with passes
    One of the classes being tested references the joda-time-1.4.jar and this jar contains the resource org/joda/time/tz/data/ZoneInfoMap
    I then attempted to migrate the development to running the unit tests in a Windows XP command prompt launched by Maven 2 (mvn)
    I get test errors, but the nature of the error depends where I set my JAVA_HOME
    a) if I set my JAVA_HOME to a standard Sun JDK (C:\Program Files (x86)\Java\jdk1.5.0_21), then I get the resource not found error for one test only - here is an extract from the exception:

    Finally, running the tests on a unix host under the AIX OS launched with Maven 2 (mvn), I get the Resource not found: "org/joda/time/tz/data/ZoneInfoMap" error
    None of these errors occur when running the tests in Eclipse, so there must be a different environment
    I've not been able to track it down, so if anyone can throw any light or offer a solution, that would be much appreciated
    Thanks for reading and any help

    Record about my phone (bought in Verizon store and connected to Verizon for 4 years) has been corrupted and now I can not make any changes to my data plan. Several sessions with the technical support and management have not resolved this issue. Each time technical people and top managers promised that this issue will be resolve tomorrow and they will cal me. Nothing happend!! I can not even cancel my service not just to upgrade it. Completely locked.
    Any advice?
    Thanks.
    Alex.

    Cannot figure out what your talking about since it makes no sense.
    If you are the account owner you can go to the My Verizon web portal http://www.verizonwireless.com
    You must log in with your cell number and your my Verizon portal password. Not the account pin.
    Once there you can change your plan and services. However repeated incorrect login attempts will lock you out of the site. It a fraud prevention measure.
    1-800-922-0204 call support with your cell number and or account number and account pin and they can assist you.
    If you don't have the information then there is nothing they can do.
    If you can verify who you are they may be able to reset your account access. But only if you are the account owner.
    Good Luck
