DNL_CUST_CNDALL

We are using CRM 5.0
We have downloaded condition customizing from R/3 system                              ( DNL_CUST_CNDALL) after this step we checked SLG1 and get the errors;
1-  PRCC_COND_PPD has been posted in the database with errors
2- PRCC_COND_PP has been posted in the database with errors
3- Some errors releated with CRM PR UTXC
4- Creating names of generated objects failed
Although we get this errors the condition tables are downloaded from R/3 successfully.
But when we create sales order the conditions can not be defined .
Best regards

Hi,
Which solution did you find for this problem? Because we have simular problems, the oss note 905554 did not provide the necessary solution.

  • SLG1 errors during load of DNL_CUST_CNDALL

    Hi,
In our system, when loading DNL_CUST_CNDALL, the SLG1 shows the following errors.
    1. There are no entries for certain tables(around 30 different tables) and so these tables cannot be deleted.
    2. Some Fields of table are not referenced in access CRM PR UTXC.
    3. Creating names of generated objects failed
    4. Customizing error: Field PRED_HEADER_GUID is not defined in application CRM.
I have checked the Long Texts and the Notes wherever possible. But they were not of a great help. Most of these are /SAPCND/GENERATION errors.
Has anyone faced these kind of problems? Any inputs on how to solve these?
    Thanks,
    Rashmi.

    Hi
I also had a lot of problems when downloading DNL_CUST_DNALL to CRM. Hopefully, this will help anyone else having similar issues.
For PRED_HEADER_GUID issue try note 766711.
In CRM 5.0 some conditions are already created in CRM as a local source, therefore when attempting to download from R/3, it fails. Please follow instructions from note 1003793 to delete the necessary conditions in CRM prior to download.
    Cheers

  • Initial load of DNL_CUST_CNDALL in running status

    Hi ALL,
I am doing initial load of DNL_CUST_CNDALL, it is in running status in R3AM1.
Prior to this I have downloaded several other customizing objects and those have been downloaded successfully. My system has highest support package implemented according to the SAP NOTE I found.
Also there is no inbound queue in CRM and outbound queue in R/3 for this object.
All the queues are registered also in both systems(smqr and smqs).
After aborting the object in R3AM1, I have tried downloading the object again several times, still no entries are coming in any queues.
    PLEASE help me on this.

    Hi  Mahaadhevan,
please check the table CRMRFCPAR as well where you store the entry for the logical system. Check as well notes 588701 – 76501and SAP Best Practice for Connectivity and Replication.
Please reward with point if it helps.

  • Initial download problem with DNL_CUST_CNDALL

When I am trying to download the DNL_CUST_CNDALL, it status is in waiting for a long time.
I checked in SMQ2 inbound queue of CRM the status is in Ready for the R3AI_DNL_CUST_CNDALL.
I am unable to find the error?
It is very urgent, the connection is working fine.
    Thanks in advance

    Hello Friend,
I had similar problem, and I sent message to SAP, and they answered me DNL_CUST_CNDALL contain all customizing objects, i.e. pricing procedures etc. and in general problems occurs.
They asked me to create a new object similar DNL_CUST_CNDALL  and insert filter for all tables and reply only the necessary data.
I did this and works, but to do this you need SD consultant help, to tell you which filter you must use.
At SAP documentation “CRM Customizing Replication (B09)” you can find the follow text:
    Page 14.
An important prerequisite to the successful initial download of condition customizing is that all the necessary filter settings are in place. Without using a filter all customizing objects, i.e. pricing procedures etc. are replicated.
For that reason it would be a good option not to use object DNL_CUST_CNDALL for the download of condition customizing but to create another object (for example YDNL_CUST_CNDALL) and to set up the filters according your business needs
When creating a new condition customizing download object you should work together with an SD consultant with profound pricing knowledge to define the tables and filter settings being used
    Other important thing
    Page 16
DNL_CUST_CNDALL includes all data including client independent and dependent tables and all those tables are in active mode. DNL_CUST_CND also includes client independent and dependent tables but only client dependent tables are in active mode, and DNL_CUST_PRC and DNL_CUST_FGD only includes client dependent tables and they are in active mode.
SAP recommends you to load DNL_CUST_CNDALL into only one specific client for one system and other clients should individually load DNL_CUST_CND, DNL_CUST_PRC, and DNL_CUST_FGD instead of DNL_CUST_CNDALL. Object DNL_CUST_CNDALL in other clients should be deleted

  • Initial download DNL_CUST_CNDALL failed

    Hi,
I am doing initial download of DNL_CUST_CNDALL from ECC6 to CRM7.0. it was shown as as successful in R3AM1 but no data was transferred. When I checked in SLG1 and CND_MAP_LOG_DISPLAY it shows the error message " Value correction USE_NAMESPACE in table /SAPCND/T681 failed"
Any idea what could be the problem. RFC connection etc are working fine as i could load some other object.
Thanks in advance for any help.

    Hi Luvkush,
CRM table /SAPCND/T681T is a text table for table /SAPCND/T681. In the R/3 system, the corresponding text table T681T has a key field SETYP which no longer exists in the CRM table.
If these records are exchanged between the R/3 OLTP system and CRM system, the system updates that record with the first SETYP value which occurs in exchange object, generally, this is inital, and all other records can no longer be updated due to identical key and system issues the error.
You can also refer to note 314315 for detailed understanding.
    Hope this helps you.

  • Generation of access report CNRCRMPRCUST999 failed.

    Dear Gurus,
I’ve createe one pricing condition table in Dev environment and now I’m trying to transport it in Quality environment. This table is for CRM only.
In development every thing working fine but while transporting in Quality I got the error "Generation of access report CNRCRMPRCUST999 failed." And I am Unable to maintain records for the respective condition type I got the error "There are no maximum generated tables for condition type ZXXX".
    Please help....

    Hello Singa,
For the error;." there is no entry in the object directory (TADIR) for R3TR TTYP /1CR/RCBSAP017_T"
This mean that Table 017 in R3 is for Application 'M' (Purchasing for Pricing 'A') which is not revelant for download to CRM. If you see the download object DNL_CUST_CNDALL, filters for T681 are on Application V, TX (KAPPL). In the R3 side in T681, have 2 entries for KAPPL= V, and the usage's are E (Rebate) and N (Free Goods). So this might be the reason why it has come to CRM. The relevant tables in CRM for the above are /1CN/CCBSAP017 and /1CN/CCFSAP017. If you see /SAPCND/T681
table for these 2 entries, GESTA field has '5', meaning the tables are downloaded. However, these tables are not used in any free goods condition types or rebate condition types/access sequences in CRM and R3. So I think this table is not being used for rebates and free goods, you can also check the corresponding tables in R3, KOTE017 and KOTN017, which have 0 entries
which indicate that they are not in use, so we can ignore this error.
IPlease also check note 1003793. and restart the customizing download DNL_CUST_CNDALL.
    thanks

  • Reports/campaign execution

    Hi
I am new to this CRM ,Could some body give me idea about which all the reports we use in CRM and campaign execution configuration steps.
    Thanks in advance

    Hi Murali,
In order to replicate conditions, condition tables, etc from R/3, just carry out an initial load of DNL_CUST_CNDALL.
    Or
U can even make use of requests which are created in R3AR2, and downloaded using R3AR4.
If u wish to maintain the condition record in CRM, fot the condition types downloaded from R/3, maintain an entry in table MNTCNT of R/3.
    In R/3
SPRO: Integration with Other SAP Components->Customer Relationship Management->Basic Functions->Data Exchange Conditions
    Usage           :  A
    Table            :(condition table name)
    Application    : V
    Condition type  :(Condition type
Logical system  Logical System of CRM)
    Wish the information is useful.

    1st Issue
Step1: Check weather pricing is working in GUI
    (a) Activate VMC to calculate prices in CRM
    (b) Download DNL_CUST_CNDALL object
    (c) Download required condition tables which are used in ECC
    (d) Determine pricing procedure in CRM as per your requirement in IMG
    (e) Create order to test pricing in GUI
Step2: Check pricing determination in B2C

  • Replication of pricing routiens from R/3 to CRM

    dear Experts,
We have created pricing procedure in ECC and we have used a pricing Routine for calculation purpose and assigned it to our Condition Type.
As our leading system is CRM we have downloaded the pricing procedure from ECC to CRM using DNL_CUST_CNDALL. Now entire pricing procedure got downloaded with that routine no. as well.
We have done a BADI in place of writing this User Exit in IPC .Whenever I create a Transaction the conditions are failing and giving message saying that Requirement Failed for that particular condition which is assigned with requirement no.
As an alternative we have done a dummy user Exit in IPC and assigned with the same routine no. but still problem persists.
we are getting the message in step text "Condition ignored(requirement<number> not fulfilled)"in pricing analysis.
    Please Suggest.
    Regards,
    Bixamaiah.

    Hi,
You have mentioned in your post above, that you have done a BADI instead writing a User Exit in IPC.
Could you explain more on this BADI. Was your error resolved?
We have a requirement where we would like to write the Pricing logic in an ABAP fumction module / method, and call this from appropriate user exit in IPC. Hence I am interested in knowing what your BADI does.

  • Errors in Pricing replication ECC to CRM 2007.

    Hello,
When loading the price customizing from ECC to CRM I run into problems. I have loaded the object DNL_CUST_CNDALL.
When I check the application log in transaction SLG1 (Object COND_EXCHANGE, Subobject CUSTOMIZING), I see the following error messages:
Table PRCC_COND_PPD has been posted in the database with errors
    Message no. CND_MAP155
Table PRCC_COND_PP has been posted in the database with errors
    Message no. CND_MAP155
Table /SAPCND/CTLISTI has been posted in the database with errors
    Message no. CND_MAP155
Table FGDC_COND_P has been posted in the database with errors
    Message no. CND_MAP155
Table /SAPCND/T685 has been posted in the database with errors
    Message no. CND_MAP155
Table PRCC_COND_CT has been posted in the database with errors
    Message no. CND_MAP155
The following error message repeats for several hundred condition types:
Error converting field FIELD_TIMESTAMP into /SAPCND/T685 for condition type BI00.
    Message no. CND_MAP181
I have reviewed OSS-notes relevant to these error messages and implemented:
    - Note 905554 - Error in the initial download of DNL_CUST_CNDALL
I then loaded DNL_CUST_CNDALL again. This did not solve the issue.
    I then checked:
    - Note 314588 - Errors during correction of /SAPCND/T685-FIELD_TIMESTAMP
I ran report /SAPCND/RV12N001 for some of my condition tables, for example:
    Application: CRM
    Usage: PR
    Table Number: CUS908
I then got the following error message:
Condition table CNCCRMPRCUS908 has a field with initial name
    Message no. /SAPCND/GENERATOR040
    I then checked:
    - Note 514952 - Download of customer-specific tables
I followed the steps in the note, but with no result.
I can see that the entry in table /SAPCND/T681 for
    KAPPL            CRM
    KVEWE            PR
    KOTABNR          CUS908
    is incomplete.
    Any help much appreciated.

  • Replication of Pricing Conditions between ECC and CRM

    Hi All
I have a couple of queries regarding replication of pricing information between ECC_CRM. We maintain the filter settings for Pricing procedures, access sequences and condition types in the object DNL_CUST_CND_PR, and accordingly these are replicated from ECC to CRM. My Questions:
    1. If some pricing procedure is created in CRM and this needs to be replicated to ECC, Can we achieve this?
    2. Would DELTA be active on these objects, in the sense if some changes are made to a pricing procedure in ECC, would they flow automatically to CRM?
    Thanks in advance
    Best Regards,
    Ram Sushanth

    Hi Chandra and Swaroop
Thanks a lot for your response.
From your replies, now, this is my understanding (Pl correct me if am wrong)
    1. Replication of Pricing Procedure from CRM to ECC is possible.
It would be of great help if you could elaborate on the procedure to do so or provide pointers for documentation in this regard.
Because, for replication from ECC to CRM, we perform an initial load on the object DNL_CND_CUST_PR or DNL_CUST_CNDALL.What is the object that we need to execute from replication from CRM to ECC?
    2. DELTA would be active only on condition records, but not on Condition types and Pricing Procedures and if any pricing procedure is changed in ECC, we would need to perform Initial Load again.
    Thanks in advance
    Best Regards
    Ram Sushanth

  • Copying Custom Access Sequences to CRM from R/3

Here is the scenario we're working with:
Use quotes in CRM which are then released to orders in R/3. Would like to use pricing procedures to default in fixed prices for certain materials. Have everything working fine in R/3. I am following the process outlined in the Replication guide.
We created a new access sequence for pricing use SalesOrg/DistChan/Division/Batch. Created table A991 which has entries stored.
Running DNL_CUST_CNDALL does not bring the access sequence across. Tried defining my own customizing object specifying the new table and I get the following error in SMW01:
    <b>Target table CNCCRMPRCUS991 is not actively available</b>
Is there a certain order I was supposed to do this in?

    Hi Raghu,
Please refer the Best Practices document for replicating BP's from R/3 to CRM. Please have a look the following document for your information.

  • Downloading custom fields to CRM from R/3

    Hi All,
i have already downloaded condition tables; accesses sequences; condition types; pricing procedures of R3 to CRM using DNL_CUST_CNDALL.
Now i find some condition tables in CRM have blank fields. These CRM fields are not mapped with R3 fields due to some reasons, i don' know.
i am trying to map them and populate the CRM missing fields in the condition record.
I have maintained V_CND_MAP_CNVFLD table and see them populated in CND_MAPM_CNV_FLM. I have run the custom download object YDNL_CUST_A655 once again and find them green status in R3AM1.
Can anyone please help, with the process that i have to do next, to bring in the missing fields.
Thanks in anticipation of the much needed help.
    With regards
    Keerthi

Z fields will be available in BAPIMTCS structure, if you create Z fields through EEWB. I believe, you have done the enhancements using the EEWB.In that case after the enhancements you are supposed to generate all the services of the Bdoc through the transaction smoggen.
Also you need to enhance the adapter module accordingly so that the data is filled into the BAPIMTCS structures properly. Also you can create some data for these Z fields and check, if the MBdocs have the corresponding data.
I hope by Default the Z custom data is avilabe in BAPIMTCS. The function module CRM_UPLOAD_TRIGGER calls the FM COM_BUPA_MAIN_INBOUND for data posting. This in turn calls the FM PI_BP_PROXY_BAPI_CUSTOMER where the actal data is mapped to the tables. You need to find the necessary Fields in R/3 for the Z fields to be populated .This is done in this function modules and check for user exits in PI_BP_GET_AND_MAP_KUNNR_RI'(called in PI_BP_PROXY_BAPI_CUSTOMER) where you can map to the R/3 fields.

  • Sales order in crm

    HI
we have a scenario like this ,
1.We will create a sales order in ECC and that will replicate in CRM once it saved in ECC.
2.But the problem is that for few orders in ECC the sales doc.. is not replicating in CRM.
3.Even it is not in Out bound or in In bound queue.
Please can any body help me in this issue, its urgent...............
    Thanks in Advance
    SK.Ahmed

    Hi Ahmed,
    Use DNL_CUST_PRICE followed by DNL_CUST_CNDALL.
To transfer Pricing data from R/3 to CRM by IPC it takes some time.
See also SAP Note -334219 -Transfer of Condition master data & customizing.
Try this I think this will help.

  • Pricing ZCondition Types are not appearing in Condition Record Maintanence

    Hi All,
We have a requirement in SAP CRM Opportunity Management where the pricing determination should happen. So, to facilitate the requirement we have done the following
Downloaded the DNL_CUST_CNDALL and DNL_CUST_CND from ECC to CRM
But the Problem is when I am trying to maintain the Condition record in T-Code "/SAPCND/GCM" our Z-Condition types are not appearing in the list, also in Product Master Condition Tab.
Please suggest me how to resolve this issue.
    Regards,
    karthik J

    Hi Karthik,
    As a best practice -
    1. If you are downloading the condition type and pricing procedure from ECC, then it is advisable to use ECC as a master system for all your Z condition type/condition record maintenance.
    2. Similarly if you are using Pricing procedure as of ECC, then ensure that the downloaded pricing procedure in CRM is used for pricing procedure determination.
    3. The condition record in T-Code "/SAPCND/GCM" is advisable to use if you are mainly using CRM Pricing.
By looking at your problem statement you are using ECC pricing procedure, condition types by downloading it to CRM.
If you have any other comments to make, please give the exact problem statement or any appropriate problem screenshot for further analysis.
    Hope this will be useful
    Thanks and Regards
